    - Folks at the reception are very professional, helpful, nice and accommodating. - Nice big room, and big bathroom. - Nice big windows, plenty of daylight. - Plenty of electric outlets. - Rooms with even numbers oversees the parking lot. - Only have one set of bath amenities, no matter how many in the room... you have to ask for extras... they have it written there (this is why the 4-stars for service) - Breakfast have reasonable options, and reasonable hours. - The staff during breakfast are on top of everything, and extremely helpful and nice. The manager; she's running around accommodating everyone as of they're invited to her own house. - You can access the gift store thru the hotel lobby, their prices are reasonable. - From this hotel, yes you're a walking distance from almost every attraction, including Goat Island. - The 24-hours coffee in the lobby is two thumbs up. - The lobby doesn't seem to be prepared for sitting there and socializing, just for a quick wait and go. Didn't care much since we're not there to sit in the lobby. - All in all, I will definitely go back to this hotel if i go anywhere in west NY, but I'll do my best to make reservation a little more ahead of time.

Comfort Inn The Pointe is opposite the Niagara Falls state park. It takes a short walk (4-10) minutes to reach the Falls. The rooms are clean, smell fresh, the room size is comfortably large and the views of the park are stunning. I could see the fireworks at night and all the landmark buildings on the Canadian side. You cannot see the falls but it's the closest hotel on the NY side to them. The queen double room has two beds, tea/coffee maker, reading desk, a cupboard, an iron, a TV, storage, a mini fridge, a recliner and free wifi. There are toiletries, ample towels and a bath tub in the washroom. I found the rooms spotlessly clean and adequately supplied. The package includes daily breakfast too as a bonus. The breakfast contains fruit, potatoes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, corn flakes, bread, milk, tea, coffee, juice and yogurt. I am gluten and lactose intolerant and I had enough. The service is also good. I would recommend this hotel for a value based, comfortable and peaceful stay near the Niagara Falls. Book early as it gets sold out quickly.

Short walk from the hotel across the street to the Niagara falls state park. You couldn't get a better hotel, stop looking. The New York side is quieter than Canada and much more relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was a little bit chaotic but it served its purpose in the staff was working hard to keep it clean and fresh. You could even walk to the bridge and go to the Canada side if you wanted. Ice cream right across the street Papa John's Pizza next door.. pretty much everything you want right there

I stayed here this weekend for a sightseeing trip to Niagara Falls with my friend and and we really couldn't have been happier with our stay here. This hotel is at the PERFECT location because you can literally walk to everything within minutes. The Falls, the Maid of the Mist, shops & restaurants etc. We didn't drive anywhere at all during our entire stay. Everyone who works here was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and cozy, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the shower had great water temperature and pressure. The AC/Heat unit worked great. The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh; with plenty of options. Scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, muffins, fruit, juice, coffee. I have only good things to say about this place, and would recommend it to any of my friends visiting Niagara!

Overall the room inside was decent. Room had two beds and kind of clean. I donโ€™t have any issues with room inside. My one start comes stating that thereโ€™s no microwave inside the room. Thereโ€™s barely lightning or light at the room. They take forever to light up. Bathroom is very old style and toilet is old as well. Next breakfast was the worse in my life. Breakfast is limited by person. They count the amount of people that are at the room and then once you go down to get breakfast they ask you for that amount and then they give a little bag with whatever they decide you will be eating that day. You can have it only once. There was no milk that day. Microwave are limited and you should use it only 30 seconds according to them. They take notes of you breakfast before they give it to you. Also you have to pay parking. That doesnโ€™t affect me that much. Thatโ€™s normal. Also they donโ€™t go inside your room and give you new towels and paper toilet unless you tell them to. People at night were very loud and noise comes inside room very easily and i spend a while to fall asleep. Overall I rented 2 night and I regret doing it. Overall I wonโ€™t stay here again and I donโ€™t recommend you doing it either.

This hotel is the most convenient to The Falls, you can walk to all of them from here and parking is included, Maid of the Mist has a gift shop here as well. Reasonable amount of parking, terrible sack breakfast, staff could be more friendly! Cleanliness of room and bathroom need to be improved, the bathroom was one of the dirtiest we have seen and we travel 365 days a year, staying in hotels. Thankfully this was just a one night stay!

This is an old hotel and needs a good renovation. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were nice but a bit too hard. Shower was hot but lacked water pressure. Hotel located at walking place for everything but they do charge $10 a night to park your vehicle there which wasnโ€™t mentioned at all when booking my room. However, you will need to pay parking wherever you go for parking so being in walking proximity was great. Hotel hospitality was very small. Guy in the front desk didnโ€™t want to be there and was obvious to everyone checking in at the same time we did. Hotel was ok but there are better options around (not many). Good enough for a couple of nights

Rooms were very clean, and bed/pillows were great! The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. You couldn't ask for a better location, and the parking was very convenient. I would give this 5 stars, but the breakfast needs a little work. I mean the breakfast area was clean, but the taste of the items left quite a bit to be desired. I highly recommend to start having hot oatmeal and the fixings for it. Other than that, our stay was FANTASTIC! Thanks for giving us a great place to stay while we were in town.

Currently staying here. The room is nice and clean, ac unit is quiet and works well. Bathroom and showers are nice also. The downside is the LOUD music being played behind the hotel (odd rooms, even rooms face the parking lot) Had we known this was happening every night we would have stayed somewhere else

This is the best hotel in the US side of the Niagara Falls. Period. I visit Niagara fall every year but has been only stay at the Canadian side. I want to try the US side this year. I searched only and saw high score of this hotel. Although there is no direct view to the fall from the hotel room ( I think most of the hotel in US side do not have fall view). But it is probably 5 mins walk to the fall. This hotel is directly cross the street to the park and trails. Most importantly. The service of this hotel is excellent. One of the best service I had at the front desk. The front desk stuff is polite, try to explain everything with so much patient. Another plus, this hotel has great free buffet breakfast with a lot of selections and so many seats. The parking for our stay is also free and easy to access. The bed is comfortable and the room size is good. Maybe one thing that we are not that happy about is the noise of the AC, it is very loud. However, this does not prevent us from giving a 5 star review to this hotel!!

I gave 5 stars as I had stayed for 4 night with double bed, room was clean, there was small refrigerator, iron and iron board. Breakfast is awesome, omelette, waffles, breads, juice , fruits, coffee, all are unlimited and delicious too. Breakfast attend staffs are helpful. Thank you for the delicious breakfast. There is a chilled drinking water at the left side of hotel entrance, thankful for that too. We will come back again soon. Over all price worth it. ๐Ÿ™ thank you.

We were surprised to find this located right across the street from Niagara Falls - seriously, we just strolled there thru beautiful grounds. We chose the hotel because we knew it was close, but no idea how close. Amber at the desk was amazing - nice, friendly, & helpful. The rooms were comfortable & clean & pretty up to date. The home made waffles are the highlight of the breakfast. I highly recommend it!

A really nice location and place. Great access to Niagara Falls and just in the park hence makes it so easy to walk to anything and eat. Check-in was pretty smooth with friendly staff. Room can get an update yet clean. The beds are so comfortable. Would stay again!

This is the closest hotels to Niagara Falls USA. You can walk across the street to the entrance of the Niagara Falls State Park. Itโ€™s the perfect location. Employees were all nice. The room was clean. They were generous with the towels. We had 4 large bath towels in our room. Breakfast was good too. Muffins, sausage, eggs, plus all the usual stuff. Weโ€™ll definitely stay here again when we visit this area.

This gets a five star for me for the comfort and location. It is across the street from the park to get to the Falls which is great. I found the rooms to be large, very comfortable and clean. I had no complaints. The breakfast is a bit of a miss really but that was not our aim there, there are obviously cafes around if you want something more reasonable. The price was also quite reasonable for such a touristy place that is so close to the main attraction. Very happy with our two night stay there.

We arrived at 8.30 in the morning, and the receptionist was very kind enough to offer us breakfast! We wanted to check in earlier however, they did not have a room available for us. She did mention that she will try her best to get us in as early as possible and let us get ready in the public bathroom to go to see the beautiful falls, our visit was very pleasant, and overall the service was great, and thank you for being kind to us! Great location as well with a falls right behind by 5 mins walk! There are several restaurants nearby with plenty of Indian and continental cuisine!

Ive been coming to the Comfort Inn The Pointe since 2009 and I have nothing but amazing reviews about this hotel. The location is right off the rainbow bridge and pretty much attached to Niagara State Park. The rooms are very roomy and clean, my room number was room 607 (last floor), the room attendants always do a great job but the one thing that makes me come back is the staff. Christina was very welcoming from the start and she was very opened and just loved to talk about life which made me feel like home, she definitely will make you feel welcomed when you walk through the door. Keep the up the amazing work.

Excellent deal. Book early to get a better rate. We booked in late March for a mid May trip. Room 619 is the best view in the hotel. The only down side was the parking lot resurfacing, but that should be all done now. Best location in the area. Quick walking to everything.

Our stay here was excellent. Everything was very clean, the free breakfast had lots of choices, and the location was perfect. Super easy to walk to Niagara state park, many restaurants and attractions. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly Brad at the front desk.

This has been a great experience, I'm glad switched hotels and would highly recommend this location. I walked to the falls today. I'll be trying out the pool in the morning. Skipped the pool, had a nice workout and big breakfast before walking to the falls again. I promise, this hotel has the nicest staff. I was a Choice Diamond member in 2013 but have reduced the number of stays with Choice because of bad experiences. This single stay has me thinking about giving them another opportunity for my future business.

Rooms were little small. But I knew that from reading previous reviews. Service was top notch from checking in, room service, breakfast, and checkout. Everyone was so professional and courteous and helpful. We had a view if the falls from our room. Plenty of places to eat and right across the street from the falls. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It's the ideal location.

Wow! Literally across the street from the Falls!!! Rooms were great, with a nice breakfast. Coffee available 24/7! You can walk everywhere. Ontario is just across the river, maybe 15 minutes away! I will recommend this hotel! It's the best spot!

Room was clean and had everything we needed, small refrigerator was provided. The Inn is in walking distance to th entire Niagara National Park. The receptionist was cheerful, informative and very helpful. This was the second time we stayed here. I will not stay anywhere else when visiting Niagara Falls.

We had a pleasant experience at Comfort Inn The Pointe. Check-in was smooth, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the free breakfast buffet was satisfactory. The nightly fireworks added to the experience, and the view was amazing. The king bedroom we booked had all the amenities, and the WiFi was strong! The bathroom space was a bit small, but the rest of the areas were good.

Let's just say not friendly for starters booked a room then decided that we would be bring our two 8 MONTH old twins with us. Called the hotel to try and make sure that's OK and make sure there wouldn't be any additional cost since after all they are 8 MONTHS old only to be told by the front desk that I would have to book an additional room....??????? Are u kidding me book an additional room for 8 Month olds?????? Regardless canceled and called the hotel just down the street at Wyndham and guess what? That is not a problem at their hotel and with no additional cost us pool and free breakfast. SERIOUSLY 8 MONTH OLD NEED THIER OWN ROOM YOU HAVE GOTTA BE KIDDING ME oh and the customer service person was NOT friendly whatsoever. NO THANK YOU TO THIS HOTEL

This was the most convenient hotel to the falls as you can walk from here basically anywhere in the area. The room was ok, but the breakfast was horrid. They give you a bag with basically nothing in it. We got a yogurt, an apple and a muffin with a child sized juice box!!

  • 4/5 Chris T. 11 months ago on Google
great location at a decent price. My room had a great view of the falls. Walking distance to both the American side and Canadian side of the falls. Only issues were room wasn't as clean as it could have been and breakfast was available on its own floor which wasn't as clear as first until I saw the floor designation. Otherwise I'd probably stay again.

  • 5/5 Courtney G. 1 year ago on Google
Best location close to the Falls, particularly so you can see the 10pm fireworks and quickly be back to your bed! The front desk staff who checked me in were so friendly and helpful. The rooms are just basic hotel rooms, but clean and comfortable. They also let me leave my car in the parking lot the next day after I checked out so I could enjoy the falls!

The location is the best at the US side of the falls. Just a walking distance from the falls. However, I booked rooms here because of cleanliness, but it was not as clean as expected. The comforter was dirty, and the floor was not clean.

We stayed here for our anniversary last month and had the absolute best time! The front desk personal (warren) was amazing and took such good care of us! The room had the absolute best view and it was so easy to get to every thing! I would definitely recommend it! And hope that (warren) is there for a long time because he is a great guy to interact with and makes you feel extremely welcomed.

The location is very good. You can walk right to the park. We got to see fireworks. The room was not bad. The desk person was friendly. The fitness room was minimal, no free weights. The breakfast did not have any gluten free or vegan options. Good price so overall 4/5

I am glad that my family and I decided to stay in this hotel ( June 27 - July 1) the gentleman at the reception during check in was very polite and explained all we needed to know about the amenities in the room . If you need extra you need to put a card outside your room . The room was clean and everything worked (605) . Great view . You can even watch the fireworks at night from the room .the breakfast was great . Many options to choose from waffles, eggs, fruits , potatoes , coffee , etc . They have a couple of ladies taking care of everything and replenishing the food. Great location . Walking distance to Niagara State Park .
