I cannot stress enough how much I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. It was filthy, hallways reeked of weed and cigarettes, dirty bedding/stains on comforters. Gross! Place needs a MAJOR overall. Being a Choice Privileges member, we were able to get our reservation switched over to Comfort Inn. Ironic, it was $20 cheaper too. The manager was super nice though, so I have nothing bad to say about him. He did his job and was friendly and accommodating.

This was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Motels are kept better than this place!!! The girl at the front desk was not hospitable at all, she barely spoke and couldn’t even fake a smile. She did not explain where the parking is or the entrance from the parking herself, you have to ask her to get some sort of explanation. The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The bathtub was black, the shower curtain was disgusting and smelled, hair all over the bathroom floor and walls. The floor in the room was probably never swept or washed. Stains all over the bed sheets. The AC is dirty and full of mold. I was worried that my mom and I were going to get sick. No microwave. TV does not work. The back entrance to the hotel never locks, so anyone can come in and no one cares. It did not feel like a safe place at all. Bathtub was cleaned and the shower curtain changed once I complained about the bathroom being dirty, but the floor was still not cleaned. This place was not worth the price at all, very disappointing experience. -5 stars!

SO LOUD! Could not sleep. There are several reviews about this place, complaining that it’s not the cleanest. It’s cheap, though, and I was just looking for a place for my husband and I to sleep after a concert at the Art Park so we could drive home the next morning. I don’t mind a hotel that isn’t spotless when I’m arriving after 11 pm, sleeping, and leaving, so the negative reviews about cleanliness didn’t deter me…but you cannot sleep here! All of the flooring in the whole place (rooms included) is either tile or hard wood (fake hardwood)…no carpeting. We were on the first floor and could hear every step in the rooms beside us, going up and down the hallway outside our door, in the room above us, and in the hallway above us. Starting at around 5 am it sounded like someone in heavy work boots was stomping above and all around us, and it never stopped. We were hoping to sleep in after a late night, but gave up around 6:30 am and drove home exhausted. If you want to sleep past 5 am, this hotel is NOT for you. None of the reviews I read mentioned this, so I hope it helps the next person.

My fiancé and I got a suite. The customer service was great. The room however and the house cleaning was horrible. The comforter had stains all over it. There was dirt debris on the bed sheet. The fridge had multiple sticky substances in it, the soap was half used, the AC/heating did not work, the other guests had no respect either. Up throughout all hours of the night banging stuff/ slamming doors and talking very loudly. Would never recommend this place! Also the hotel it self was very dirty. We also asked for another suite & when we checked that one it was worse than the first one they offered us. Good thing we had blankets and other sheets but definitely washing before using at home. You never know!

I really wish they had a negative star option. Let me start with the good thing about our stay. The young lady checking us in was very helpful, polite and patient. Now down to the meat of this review. I have a four year old and I know what it's like to have "those" days, however this was not the case. The family in the room next to us basically was roaming the hotel at 11:40 at night letting their toddler stomp and scream the entire trip back up to their second floor room from the lobby. It took until after midnight before everyone next to us stopped talking loudly, screaming at their kid and watching TV...now granite this was a Sunday night. Around 3 am the child started screaming and instead of the adult comforting him they proceeded to scream back at him...that lasted for about and hour...I was able to get back to sleep around 5 just to have him back up running the room and halls with the adults around 6:15. Apparently when I called down to the front desk at 11:45 that resulted in no action. I also called at 6:00...the front desk apologized but the excessive noise continued. My wife and I own a professional cleaning business. The floors throughout the entire hotel look like they haven't been swept or mopped in weeks. The room was covered in dust from top to bottom. I'm really disappointed that I payed good money to stay at this location. So much for a restful honeymoon.

We were disappointed with our visit. We stayed Friday through Sunday. The first room we were put into was filthy. The beds looked like the housekeeper just pulled the comforter up without making the bed let alone changing the sheets from the last guest. There was also broken up pieces of someone's soap let in the bathtub and spilled soda or coffee on the floor. We were offered to inspect the 3 other remaining rooms to find one that was clean. The second room was just as dirty as the first. The desk clerk said they can get people to do the job, but can not get them to do it properly. The third room had a air conditioner that was sending out just hot air. The fourth room was at least clean. Next, both nights all we heard was the traffic outside and groups of people yelling, fighting and slamming doors in the hallway beginning at 1:30 am until about 5:00am. Next on Saturday morning we were told to empty and place any garbage in the hallway since their covid restrictions the housekeepers do not go into the rooms during a stay. We put our garbage out at 9:00 am and left for the day. When we arrived back at 6:00 pm our garbage was still there is and it appeared other guests added their garbage to ours and blocking our door. When we left for dinner and came back about 3 hours later someone finally picked it up. Also, the hallways and stairways need to be cleaned. It appeared to have stuff spilled and not cleaned up for a long time. We stayed here multiple times. All our experiences have been pleasant except for the last two, with this one making sure we never return to this property.

For the price the rooms are very good. We always clean and hotel room we stay at and inspect for bugs. There were none at all. We read reviews so we kind of already knew what to expect. The sheets are old and although clean look a little dirty. We brought our own. If you forget to bring your own don’t worry, there’s a Walmart, target, dollar store, 5 below and more right in walking distance from here. There’s a McDonald’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks and more near as well. The location is the best and if it wasn’t raining we would have been in the pool but we don’t want to get sick. All in all this was a great hotel room with good prices. Niagara falls and more is only a 15 minute drive away. One other thing they have plenty of parking.

I really regret not reading the reviews sooner. Honestly, the customer service was pretty good, the people at the front desk and in the restaurant are very nice, the problem is with the residents of the rooms, and to tell you the truth, I don't mind meeting reckless people in a hotel, I know it's normal, but it's literally impossible to sleep all night here! It was literally after 2am and there were some children in the room above me who spent the WHOLE night running and jumping, to top it off they were also moving the things in the room from one side to the other (THEY WERE MOVING THE BEDS, AT 2 IN THE MORNING). Imagine paying 300 dollars in a cheap hotel just to not be able to sleep, because yes, I paid 300 damn dollars because it was a holiday weekend, and my family and I were on a trip. Never again.

This place is a joke at 200 a night. It is on a good day a 65.00 motel. Cheap flooring, sub par upgrades and weed scents fills one of the hall. TV want work it’s been 30 min no one has shown up to fix it. So for two hundred I get a room with no microwave, u can not control how cool it gets in your room. No TV, and a flashing light bulb . What a joke! My advice if you can spare the extra 150 stay at the Hampton your night will go a whole lot better at this point I could have easily slept in my car for just one night I’m super aggravated with them I’m beginning to think the darn TV doesn’t work! And they are literally gas lighting me right now hoping I fall asleep well I got news for them I got time tonight for freaking 200.00 for this slum motel. I got time! And like everyone else I read the reviews after I book.

I should of read the reviews before booking but I did not. This place is disgusting. When we went we moved the bed and found black mold on the floor, wall, and bed. We were moved 4 different rooms and all had mold in there. One room was dirty. Looked like it wasnt even swept nor mopped because we found beer bottle and apple juice bottle and wet floor spot on the floor still and it was midnight at this point. And that same room one bed had a pee stain on the mattress and the other had dry blood spots everywhere on the bed which isn’t a good thing when it comes to a mattress which means there could possibly be a bed bugs we didn’t want to take our chances. The pool was disgusting. It felt slimy and felt unclean. Towels were dirty and the whole area had mud everywhere. So we’re the hallways which also smelled like weed. The only good thing about this place was breakfast was pretty delicious. I do NOT recommend

This was our 2nd choice hotel cause the first one was very misleading on the internet. However, the outside looked nice so we went in and got ourselves 2 rooms. The young lady behind the counter was less than pleasant and had some major RBF. When we went down to our rooms, the majority of the maid service crew appeared to be having a great time not cleaning and conversing instead. When we got to our room, I was super excited to see most of the room littered with pubic hair and a nice little Dorito chip kindly placed next to my pillow. I informed the front desk and they sent 2 people to fix these discrepancies right away. Came back later in the evening and went to the pool. The pool was cold (not a deal breaker) but the water inside the pool had a delicious salty sweat taste to it which I wasn’t a huge fan of. Out of the window of my room you could see the beautiful view of the elderly shirtless man in the room across the 6 foot wide alley. We became friends and exchanged numbers. You could hear everything all night that echoed throughout the hallway, which was nice because I’m a light sleeper. Honestly one of the most interesting stays I’ve had in a hotel.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The reception area was spotless but the tiles in the hallways were dirty. The bathroom tiles also needed a good cleaning. The window ledge had dead ants. The plastic cover on the air conditioner was full of dead ants. The shower head needs to be replaced. Mentioned this to person on reception desk He apologized for the inconvenience. When I went back to check past reviews the same concerns were mentioned. A manager of cleaning should be hired to oversee work completed in all rooms. Also cigarette smoke still noticeable. Had to circulate the air on high to diminish the smell. Disappointing stay.

I stayed there for 1 night on Tuesday with my husband and 7 month old baby. We were shocked to know at first that there were no elevator, if you have someone who cannot take stairs due to health problems and also if you have stroller please do not go here. That was still fine as it was only few stairs to climb. But we weren't able to sleep there the whole night as they BED BUGS!!! It was so frustrating as me and my husband did not got any sleep cos i was constantly getting bite and we were worried about our baby so we had to stay awake so our baby gets good sleep and does not get stung. Very horrible experience

This was absolutely the worst hotel stay ever. First room was filthy! Mold all over the walls, the smell was repulsive, asked for a new room, and the manager asked why? And acted insulted when he had to change our rooms. I am attaching photos. The hotel has obviously flooded on the first floor, and they have not done the repairs properly. Don't waste your money. Second room was not too Mach better, went to Target, and bought cleaners to be able to shower. Did not use the tub. That was a gross mess. Look at your mattress, it's just a cover

Only word can I use is FILTHY. Bad floorings I think done by the owner. No carpet. Room heater malfunctioning, filthy floor if you walk on the floor socks on will see the black layer on your socks. Bathroom floor has so many cracks. Nasty. I complained to the front desk and she rolled her eyes and ignored. Stay away. Only good thing about this property is the plenty of parking. Nothing else. Stay away. Breakfast was not bad but the server and restaurant staff was ignorant. I checked in 11/28/2023.

I was kinda disappointed with this location. The price was fair and I did stay in " The Honeymoon Suite ". The room was large but no rugs, 1 heater in the bedroom so the bathroom with hot tub was cold and no way to warm it up. The furniture is outdated. No USB chargers, not many electric outlets. The chairs weren't comfortable. There was some weird stains on the ceiling that could have been removed or painted over. I did notice 2 bugs on the walls so there doesn't seem to be a bug maintenance program. No microwave in the room but there was one in the downstairs hallway that the whole hotel shared. No breakfast or anything like that. There is a small bar that serves food too, but it's not open long. There are a lot of hotels and motels in the area for the same price range. When I go back, I'll look into staying somewhere else.

Place is really outdated, floors and walls are thin. Mold that could easily be cleaned up in the bathrooms in the shower. Very outdated, uneven tile in the hallways that makes everybody going by loud, plus they are uneven and you can stub your toe. I paid around $100 and it was way too much for a place like this. Security doors don't lock properly on the side of the building. Pool areas a mess with strung out towels everywhere. You can buy breakfast but they don't have a complimentary one. They say you get what you pay for, well I should have paid less for what I got. Furniture was filthy and needs to be replaced as well. There's a broken lion statue out front, definitely a sign of what we dealt with.

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was cracks in every corner of the room, the toilet continued to run, as well as I killed 7 cockroaches. The pool was mucky looking. When I approached the staff of the roaches they just took our room number and shrugged it off. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If I had roaches in my room I am sure they are in all the rooms. Needless to say I packed my stuff and left. I was not about to sleep in that bed. If there is roaches there is probably bed bugs as well.

Very nice. Very clean. I wish it advertised that there is no elevator as I am handicapped and if course I was assigned an upstairs room. The gentleman at the desk seemed a bit put out when I needed to change it but with a heavy sigh he did. The maintenance staff was great. Had an issue with the TV and the gentleman who helped us was so friendly. He wanted to make sure it was fixed properly.

Good rooms and the location is great. Nearby for most of the places in Niagara. They have an inbuilt restaurant and serve descent breakfast. We were just charged 88$ per room per night and we really felt the hotel was worth the charge.

  • 1/5 Debra K. 8 months ago on Google
The worst place ever. Mold in the bathroom. Sheets had stains. Quilty Inn's operations individuals should come and investigate this hotel, to either remodel or investigate all complaints made about mold and mildew. I will say one positive front desk people were very nice.

  • 1/5 Denise C. 8 months ago on Google
The room was not clean, there was hair in the shower and sink. Screws were falling out of the door latch, the ceilings were cracked and the carpets were not clean. The pool was filthy. I would describe it as if I was getting in a dirty pond. The hot tub was somewhat better, but still dirty. The breakfast area was also not very clean. I would give the location a higher rating, but the building across from the parking lot was in need of being torn down and it made the area look very run down. We booked through Priceline and the hotel tried to charge an additional resort fee which was already charged through Priceline. When she told me how much a night was, Priceline had charged me $50 more than what the hotel would have charged if I had just called and reserved a room. The hotel also charged another $100 hold on my credit card. Not the hotel's fault, but there was loud band playing in the street just outside our window until around 10 at night. This is just something to consider when booking here.

Liz was great. That's where the passive accolades end. The floors were filthy. Room smelled of must and mold. It was just run down and dilapidated. Very surprising for a Quality Inn.

  • 1/5 Tony W. 9 months ago on Google
Refrigerator doesn’t work and the maintenance man said to wait for about a hour to see if it comes in. No he went home before that hour so never got taken care of, the picture on the TV would shut off but you still had sound. And the roaches in the walls in the hallway was the icing on the cake. DON’T EVER USE THIS PLACE

Upon Arriving There Was Issues Checking In Because They Claimed To Not Be Able To Find My Reservation But Everything Got Figured Out & I Was On My Way . The Room Was Very Clean And Nice Looking But I Did Notice Ants Thankfully I Brought Bug Spray . The Bed Is Very Comfortable To Sleep In But I Do Wish They Asked If You Needed Fresh Towels And Sheets . I Couldn't Enjoy Watching Tv Because It Kept Freezing So I Watched A Movie On My Phone . The Other Guest Were Rude And Complained Alot Can't Wait To Get Back Home .

Just don't. Rooms were disgusting, the floors were not even swept let alone mopped. Entire building is disgusting, honestly. They don't sweep or mop anywhere. We paid TWO HUNDRED for one night for a standard double queen, which is easily the most expensive, and the most dumpy inn we've stayed at on our entire trip from Alaska - here.

  • 1/5 Sean A. 9 months ago on Google
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rooms were filthy. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Questionable people hanging out around the hotel. Would not be surprised if they offered 'hourly rates' for some people. Our first hotel room, smelt like something died had a dripping faucet. When we asked to change our room. We got attitude. Our second room was disgustingly dirty and was freezing. We had to turn the AC unit off. And it only took minutes for the room to smell like the hallway. The toilet also plugged when we I tried to flush toilet paper.

Check in was quick and easy.. The front desk clerk gave me the key cards and that was it.. So I had to ask how to find our room and where best to park. I've never had to ask how to find my room before. . Usually , that is always explained automatically. This hotel has a conference center, when they have an event at the conference center , You will have trouble finding a place to park. We left for dinner and came back had to drive around the parking lot 2 times to find a place to park. The room was nice. Hot tub was broke. ( The clerk could have told us that at check in) The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I've even encountered, ar a hotel. We had an issue with the TV, that was taken care quickly. The breakfast at the restaurant, was good. I'd recommend that.

  • 1/5 Arpit t. 11 months ago on Google
The front desk guy when you were checking in stayed on the phone all the time. Give us the room key and that's it. The room didn't have a remote. It was filthy the remote that he gave it to me. I had to clean it and to the bathroom in the room and here's all over the toilet. It was just gross to left the shampoo bottles that was used before so it was a half full that can tell that they left. They amenities from the customer before smell like smoke. I think choice hotel just needs to stop buying new hotels and give hotel owners some money to fix this things up for the franchisee. I would never stay at Choice Hotels again

Simply put, AVOID if you can. I have recently stayed at at least 3 Quality Inns. The "Quality" is missing from these Inns. They are dated, not clean, broken lamps, bedding is horrible, bathrooms are dirty. Rooms feel and smell like dampness. I just can't stress enough to stay away. Will not book any Quality inn again.

  • 1/5 Sarah H. 1 year ago on Google
Heed caution when deciding to stay here. - floors outside of the room are filthy - floors inside of the room are filthy - shower curtain is disgusting - bathtub doesn’t drain water well or quickly - indoor pool area was hot, water was cold - indoor pool area is left unattended and dirty - came here with a 2 year old and they placed us in a room under a customer that stays here often and walks/stomps back and forth for hours (knowing that the person does this) *we had 5hrs of peace from the stomper 2am to 7am* - sink faucet is loose and doesn’t work well
