This one of newest hotels to Niagara Falls, especially to the Blvd. In construction, they really kept their focus on everything from design, safety, appealing, services and yes the pride in the business names. Hospitality is more than words. Remember the old commercial..." We'll leave the light on" that seem pop up with this hotel. $$$ sure, but look what your getting for your money. Not a room. It's quality and being spoiled by their hospitality.. Now look at the location... restaurant? You can eat 3 times a day for months and still have a different restaurant each time. Shopping? UNLIMITED. From Home Depot to malls and Dollar saving. AUTOMOBILE SHIPPING? How about entertaining and casinos, the Falls. There a shuttle and bus stop nearly steps away. Oh don't get me started on the fantastical views. Comfort in style

My husband and I stayed at the newest four year old Comfort Inn in Niagara Falls NY. The staff was really nice. Our room was a king-size suite, very nice. The breakfast set up was also nice, however we didn't eat in. The only down fall, the walls of the rooms are thin and you can hear everything. That's my reason for the 4 star instead of 5. We like the Comfort Inn and will book again on our next get away.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago for the second time. The staff was amazing. They accommodated my family and I with all of our needs. The kitchen staff was so friendly and helpful. Very clean environment. There was a particular girl at the front desk names Meghan, I highly recommend she get a promotion and raise in salary. She was one of the nicest people I've met in a while. That girl went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We originally booked two nights for $735, which seemed a little high but it was one of the only hotels available and ironically the cheapest. When got here, our plans changed and we needed to leave a day early. It went down to $443 and she could only give us a double room. I said it’s just my husband and I why can’t we have the room we booked for the one night? She said that’s not how it works, the rate changes daily. After a 7 hour drive I wasn’t in the mood to argue but she basically didn’t care and we needed a place to sleep before the next leg of our trip. The room was clean and the thermostat said 50 when we walked in. Absolutely freezing! The view was the back of a Home Depot so we kept the blinds closed because there was legit nothing to look at. Almost called the front desk because whoever was on the floor above us was making so much noise, the TV, things dropping on the floor, someone yelling at someone to knock it off, the door opening and closing, someone jumping up and down. After 30 minutes it’s stopped but it was 10:00 at night. I didn’t bother calling because I knew they wouldn’t do anything or probably even care. Breakfast was eh. For a $443 dollar room, I half expected better. The only thing hot was the eggs, bacon and a do it yourself waffle maker. Floor was very sticky. A janitor checked us out because the girl was on break. He was nice but it was odd. The location was good, about 10-15 minutes from the main part of Niagara Falls. I wouldn’t stay again only because it was just super overpriced. Nothing in the area to do unless you have a car.

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days the staff were amazpn the rooms were clean. The hotel always smelled good. I would have to say the best part of the stay is the breakfast staff Fred and Yolanda both amazing people. Very full of energy and eger to help and just very customer oriented. They had the old school jams playing in the breakfast area and we all just had a great time our 2 out of 4 kids dancedw with Fred and Yolanda and us parents chatted with them about so much . I would highly recommend staying here.our family will be back and hope to see the same shinning faces. A note to Fred and Yolanda you both rock and made our mornings bright thank you for all that you guys do. Keep the same vibes cause it was amazing. Comfort inn struck gold when they hired you 2.

A nice hotel with good amenities, clean, good parking, and nicely decorated. Front desk staff, house keeping staff and breakfast staff were great. The rooms are spacious and nice rooms. Located close to the border but far from city center. The hotel is accessible overall. The pool is a good size, clean and has a chair lift for accessibility. The downside of this hotel is that the pool and the pool room were so cold it was unusable. This was unfortunate as we chose this hotel because it has a pool. Pool towels were good. Breakfast options were great, quickly replenished, and fresh. Bacon, boiled eggs and scrambled or sunny side up, bagels, bread, a few desserts, two flavours for waffles, cereal , oatmeal, juices, tea, coffee, water, various types of yogurt. Coffee and water available all day in the lobby.

People were friendly, the room was adequate. Breakfast was good, with several choices. I'd like to suggest vegan meat/chicken or turkey sausage would've been nice. Also, a microwave so you can heat your food. Outside seating for people who don't smoke would really enhance the stay here. The pool is too small for adults!

Although this is the most expensive Comfort Inn where we've ever stayed, it somehow manages to be the cheapest. It looks nice. It's clean. My King suite was bigger than expected and the bed was possibly the most comfortable. However, there are several things that just weren't up to par with $430 a night compared to the other 10+ Comfort Inns where my family has stayed.. There had obviously been a leak in the ceiling or roof and it was noticeably repaired. There are no additional towels for a room of 4 people, no additional toiletries, no linens for the pullout sofa bed, cheap 1 ply toilet paper and no drink machines. My daughter loved the heated indoor pool but you could barely sit in the pool room to monitor as the chlorine smell literally burns your eyes. Also, for nearly the same price, book in advance and just stay at the location in the town center of Niagara Falls.

The hotel itself and the rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. My biggest complaint about the hotel is the noise! I don’t know if I’m just unlucky to have really loud people staying in the rooms above me or if the sound proofing in this hotel is nonexistent. However, all I hear from 6:30 am is people stomping around upstairs, slamming doors upstairs, and running around. I have been woken up several times early in the morning because of this. Sometimes the slamming and pounding is so loud that that it literally vibrates our room. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel where so much noise was a problem. The location is good for what it is. You have a lot of restaurants nearby, Walmart, and other places to shop including a mall. However, the price for this comfort inn is pretty high compared to others. You’re better off booking your trip in advance and getting nicer hotels that are closer to Niagara Falls for around the same price.

Hotel is nice, room is clean, pool was warm breakfast was great! I think this hotel is a good value. Last night (May 5th) the female staff member that checked us in could have been a little nicer. My 3 year old nephew said hi to her and she made a funny face instead of replying. Very awkward!

The hotel was nice and so was the stay but our room was not cleaned very thoroughly. We found a pair of women's underwear under our couch bed and some other items from previous guests. Other than that everything was great. The underwear was the only thing that bothered me. I found that really disgusting.

Meghan,( the lovely young lady whom was here to help me after a group of teenagers on their bicycles harassed, verbally assulted me, and rode their bikes around me in a very aggressive manner ) is just awesome! Meghan is a fantastic young lady and I appreciate her more than anybody knows. My boss and I stay at this location every time we are here for work.. never had to deal with problems like this.. The rooms are always clean, staff are perfect. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you Meghan for being an amazing human. Comfort inn and choice locations should be proud to have you as an employee.. !!!!!!! Also, just love how good the hotel smells, when you walk in, it's clean and fresh smelling.. Housekeeping does a fantastic job. To all of the comfort in family of employees, please keep up the hard work. Everyone is greatly appreciated...

Had an excellent stay during our Niagara Falls visit. It was a convenient location to the falls and affordable. The service was friendly and hotel was clean. On Wednesday morning 6/21 the girl working the breakfast bar was super accommodating. She was very efficient and able to complete our request. We enjoyed the breakfast even though it was pretty simple but very easy with kids. Will stay again

This Hotel is very warm and inviting. As soon as I walked into the hotel I was immediately greeted with a vanilla fragrance. Throughout the main floor and the elevator they had different fragrances. All the Fragrances were pleasant and not overwhelming. The lobby was nice and homely feeling. It was setup with a fireplace and TV. They also provided complimentary coffee, Tea and Hot chocolate 24 hours a day which was a bonus and nice to have. They also offered breakfast which overall was a great. They provided a variety of hot and cold items and all were fresh. We had a king size room and it was spacious. The bed was a little harder than I would have liked but we slept well. There was a couch in the room to relax and watch tv on, but it wasn't very comfortable. The couch appeared clean but if you lifted the cushions there was some crumbs and miscellaneous items other than that the room was overall very clean. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but the rooms aren't very insulated and sound proof. You could hear other peoples doors slam throughout the day and night. We also had a family above us and we constantly heard them running around and banging on the floor. We did call down to the front desk to complain as it was still going on at 10:30pm and we were trying to sleep and the staff seemed to be annoyed that we were calling to complain. Other than that all the other staff we encountered was great and friendly. Although we had some minor issues we would definitely stay again, but this time we would probably ask to be on the 4th floor so we don't have to deal with people above us again.

This was the best hotel I've been to in ages. I'm bet hyper sensitive with allergies and most hotels cause reactions for me. In some cases I have to leave. This place was so clean. Ac / heater was clean, no mold! Windows open to let fresh air which is huge as well for me. Front staff were super kind, efficient and respectful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Plus they have a salt water pool!

2 nights stay. Relative close to all attractions, easy drive. Breakfast was ok. Clean rooms. No issues with parking. Made laundry, washer and dryer clean. Need coins. Attendant was able to provide change.

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff is very friendly but hotel get busy and pool is way too small for the number of guests. Very close to all the stores and shopping. Short drive to the falls area. Rooms have a little bit of ceiling damage not sure why but looks like a water leak.

Hotel is 5 minutes drive away from shopping and restaurants and approx 10 minutes drive to Falls and Seneca Casino depending on the traffic. King rooms are large and clean. Nice gym and pool area. 2 hot items for breakfast with a variety of cereals and bread/bagels. They also have a a do it yourself waffle maker. Wasn't keen on the coffee but orange juice was good.

Very nice, clean hotel. Highly recommend. I took my daughter for a girls’ wknd. It’s less than 10 miles from the Falls & out of the hustle & bustle of downtown. Parking & breakfast are free. Breakfast was pretty good, too!

Had a great stay here to visit the falls. Hotel was clean and rooms nice. Had a good breakfast. Parking is included at the hotel. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. It is not within walking distance to the falls and requires a drive but the hotels close to falls are much more expensive and charge additional to park your car. You can park at the park to view the falls for $10 a day.

We stayed here over mother's day weekend and it was a great stay. We don't typically stay at comfort inn's but I'd come here again. We did have a slight issue at check in because our room smelled overwhelmingly like mold (325 I believe) but the woman working quickly changed our room Without issue. Breakfast is what you expect for a comfort inn hot breakfast, eggs, waffles, bacon and a variety of yogurts, fruit, breads and cereal. If you're going to the Falss I'd definitely recommend. It has a movie theater near by too if you're looking for something to do to kill time too.

The only complaint I have is that everytime we opened the door to our room you would smell this off putting order. Not sure what it was from, it went away after we would be in there a bit. Same odor was in elevators. Also, I wish they would provide sugar free syrup for diabetics like my husband. Overall, we would stay again, the staff was excellent, the beds were comfortable, and good location from everything we wanted to do.

We liked this hotel a lot. Staff were very inviting and friendly. Liked that the pool had access for older siblings and parents to sit outside and still observe the pool area. Breakfast was different each day. Very good breakfast and variety of options. Highly recommend.

Check in was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Toby! The room was spacious and clean. All staff were very friendly. The breakfast is the only small complaint I have. The variety was great, however, the eggs could be cooked longer, and the meat could be switched up every other day. Also, on weekends, or when you have a lot of guests, you need at least two staff for the breakfast area. One person was not able to keep up with cleaning tables and stocking the food items.

Our stay at Comfort Inn & Suites was excellent. Me and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights for a get away to visit the falls and other site seeing. The rooms where very clean and big. They lightening was excellent too especially with my boyfriend being legally blind. The front desk people where very polite and friendly and quick check in. The hotel was well cleaned and smelled so fresh and also was very quiet. Close to stores, and falls too. Also was very impressed with the breakfasts. Variety of items and was so good too. Also Yolanda with the breakfasts crew was so out going and always made you feel at home. I have to say she is very people oriented and the sweetest person ever. She even have us a souvenir to remind us of her. We would definitely stay there again and I hope that if we go back to visit that Yolanda is there too. Enjoyed the music she was playing in kitchen area and hearing her sing. Was so relaxing and pleasant.
