    The hotel was nice. The only thing is that the floor was sticky in the area where there is no carpet. I reported it to the reception but the man in turn explained they have no housekeeping on weekends - and that the next day he would see what he could do about it. He didn't do anything. Regardless of that... the rest of the room was neat, beds were clean, breakfast was good, and the lady who checked me in was nice as well as the people that work in the breakfast area. Overall, my whole family enjoyed the stay.

    I've been to other Hampton Inn's before but this location was a bit disappointing for the price I paid for. However, the service made up for a pleasant stay. Check in and out was smooth. I was always greeted with a smile and the staff are so nice. They were able to put me in a room beside my family when they arrived later. However, the rooms were just okay. Looked a bit old and the tables and handles were extremely sticky. Breakfast was underwhelming. Food ran out pretty fast and it took a while to wait for the replenishment. Finding the location was a bit confusing. Sign is not as visible. It is situated close to the outlet mall which is nice for shopping.

    Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast. Our only issue was housekeeping. We were not told there would be no housekeeping services during our stay. I understand limited services during COVID, but I still expected towels and trash to be taken care of.

    This hotel was a great value! Other nearby hotels may have lower prices, but this hotel gives you everything you need in a wonderful location to everything. Very friendly front desk staff! From checkin until we checked out. They always greeted me and my children when passing thru the lobby. Coffee all day, and it was pretty good for hotel coffee. Clean hotel room, comfy beds, hot shower. Nice warm and clean saltwater pool. Plenty of parking, and it’s free!!! Decent breakfast spread and speedy attendant keeping food area well-stocked. If you complain about the breakfast, then you’re the problem. For free, anyone should be able something from this breakfast buffet to enjoy. Anytime we visit this area, this is where we will stay!

    The location of the hotel is great with only 2 min drive to Niagra falls state park & the US-Canada border. Being stayed in multiple Hampton Inn properties,this property is still to be at par with other location property qualities however the rooms were nice and well maintained. There should have been drawers in the rooms for keeping essentials. The front desk was accommodating and helpful and the check in process was very easy. The breakfast staff could have been more polite and on the busy days the breakfast bar was quite crowded with very slow refills and very small sitting. The parking was free and had ample areas & overall experience was good value for money.

    The hotel is in a bad location. There’s a cheap motel next door and in front. The property is run down, the carpet is filthy with stains and it smells bad. Bathroom clogs. It’s moldy. The room itself stinks like mildew. I was changed to another room and it was the same. Do not stay here. The photos don’t match the reality, FYI it’s far from Niagara Falls. Service at front desk was extremely uncaring…these young people don’t seem to care for a job in hospitality.

    The location and price were why we chose this place. We were staying one night before going over to the Canadian side. Close to the outlets and restaurants and a good option for one night. Our bathroom smelled like smoke. Pretty heavily too. Fortunately, the room did not so we sucked it up just for the one night. Not that comfortable of a bed and pillows. Fair amount of breakfast, waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins. Would stay somewhere else if we returned.

    Driving around twice. But Hard to find entrance. Nice people, room was clean and equipped with microwave mini fridge hairdryer etc. breakfast is acceptable with the discounted price.

    This is a great place to stay to see Niagara Falls. It gets you just enough out of the crazy traffic but within a 15 minute drive of the Canadian Falls side. Great breakfast, and comfy beds.

    Location was a little further out from the falls and attractions but just a short drive away. Free breakfast was actually very good with several hot and cold options. Pool could've been slightly warmer but was very clean and overall facility was well maintained. All the staff members we interacted with were very friendly, and Bella in particular from the front desk was wonderful, quick to respond to questions and requests while dealing with several guests. Would definitely stay here again.

    It was Rt off the highway close to everything and they was amazing. We got there early and she said our room was ready and let us check in. The room was very nice. Beds were so comfortable I wish I would of got a picture of the tag. Took the grand babies to the pool. It was a cold but they enjoyed it for about 30 minutes. The breakfast the next morning was AMAZING. There was so much to choose from and everything we got was delicious. Had lots of choices for the grandkids too. Was not bad priced for the night.

    Booked a specific room with certain accommodations. When we got there to check-in, was told they did not have any more of the rooms that I booked and paid extra for, so they put me in a regular room without saying anything. Only upon me questioning the difference in price since I paid extra for a higher level room, did they say we will have our manager look at it tomorrow. Manager never called me and was never at the property when I asked to speak to her the next morning. They did provide small credit for difference in room price but failed to provide great customer service! I expect more from Hilton brand properties, and this one is not living up to the brand reputation or image.

    The main thing I care about when I choose a hotel is the cleanliness, and this hotel was very clean! I didn’t see any issues. The location was great. I am overall very satisfied with my experience here!

    Location is great but the hotel did not clean the rooms in-between stays. It wasn't until the morning we realized we slepted on stained sheets. Who knows what else they don't clean.

    Our experience took an unfortunate turn when, despite a valid booking, we found ourselves without a room. Our ordeal unfolded as follows: Upon receiving the room keys, we discovered that the room was already occupied. Registering our dissatisfaction at the reception, we were informed that all rooms were occupied, leaving us stranded at 3 AM. Despite our plea for assistance at a nearby branch, the receptionist's response remained unchanged: "There’s nothing I could do." Disappointingly, we were granted access to an already occupied room, flagrantly infringing upon the privacy of the current occupants. If you are considering a room reservation at this establishment, I strongly advise you to proactively contact them and verify the actual availability of your reserved room.

    I thought this hotel was similar quality that I stayed before. However, it is the worst one in Hilton family hotels I stayed. There was a urine smell and the bathroom door is not closing/locking. The cleanliness is below normal. The front desk told me they would fix the issues during my stay but they did not. They were just listening in a kind way, but no action. I am very dissapointed to stay in this Hampton Inn hotel even if I am a Hilton Honors member.

    Clean rooms, great customer service especially by Kelly! Tasty breakfast. Breakfast staff were super nice & kept breakfast extrenly area clean & stocked. Nice pool & gym.

    I am a Hilton member and enjoy the service of hotels within their family of different options however this was my lowest rating I have given. So our stay started out good, good service at front desk nothing outstanding but good. My boyfriend always wants a room with a whirlpool but this one I actually had to climb and clean it myself. I didn't want to run to front desk and make a complaint as I could just simply deal with it myself. Then it was off to a very cold pool, again most likely something the front desk couldn't fix. But I draw the line at bugs walking up the wall in our room (I have pictures of the critters) must admit that I was shocked as this is honestly a first for me at a Hilton hotel.

    A bit dated. The Hampton inn closer to the falls is much newer and more upscale. The chair and seat weren’t great. Service and staff were nice and place was clean other than a bit of dog hair on the carpet.

    We booked initially at Expedia for 2 nights and we decided to extend for another night booked at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Overall our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Though it is 10 mins away to the Niagara State Park it complemented with nearby food and shopping areas.

    On November 22nd, I was driving from the US to Canada but found that the border was closed. In anticipation of this, I had booked a hotel room in case I had to stay overnight. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I found out that the bridge had reopened, so I cancelled my booking and crossed the bridge. During the time that I was trying to check-in and then cancel my reservation, the girl at the front desk was extremely kind, patient and professional. Despite being very busy, she prioritized organizing the customer services in sequence and displayed a calm and friendly demeanor throughout. Additionally, she was understanding of my situation. Although I did not end up staying at this hotel, I was impressed by her excellent customer service skills and attitude. As a frequent guest at other Hampton Inns, I recommend the Hampton Inn brand and this hotel in particular because of the exceptional service provided by this young lady. Thank you.

    Wonderful hotel, has an awesome experience. The General Manager was awesome, the front desk employees were great including the maintenance employees were helpful. We came as a group and everything was set up for us. All of our accommodations were met. Thank you all so much. This was my second time staying at this place and i will definitely come back again!

    Need to fix the elevator. Sounds like your gonna die, when it starts shaking, as it comes to a stop. They also need to put a exhaust fan in the bathroom. And of course a lot of TLC around the building, inside and out. Great service from the breakfast crew! And the food choices A+! And a great sleep on the beds!

    The breakfast was amazing! It was not a your typical free breakfast. Everyday the menu changed and never disappointed us.The front office took the time to answer questions and asked us how our days experiences panned out. Ive been to hotels where they were too busy to even know you were a guest. Also they offer free parking.. its a plus for me.

    Location was great, short distance to the falls or downtown Buffalo. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. We were supposed to travel with a dog and they were very accommodating- plans changed due to the weather forecast

    Wonderful clean & modern hotel located in convenient proximity to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, breakfast is warm & fresh. My only complaints are the noise of the highway and/or airport nearby which are very loud overnight and the tiny cot-sized pillows on the bed. Will happily stay here again, but would request additional pillows ahead of time!

    Take my comment/opinion seriously since I work as housekeeping at a hotel. I like to do my job very well and when I go stay at a hotel, I expect the same of a well job done with the room and bed being clean. The bed and its sheets were very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Sure, there a bit of dust on the lamps but that's not really a problem since I understand that housekeeping might need to finish other rooms too. Overall, the room I stayed in was clean and neat thank you to the person who cleaned my room before I checked in (I was on the second floor, room 222)! I enjoyed the breakfast too because there was a variety of foods. My favorite part of staying here was that here was that it offered coffee all day, this was perfect for me since I love coffee! The receptionists were very kind and respectful. This hotel was very quiet and calm. Out of the few hotels I've stayed in, this one surprised me the most. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends! I look forward to staying here again!

    The front desk staff, kitchen staff, and cleaning staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Every brief interaction was pleasant. This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. We were welcomed and didn't have an ounce of stress during our visit.

    Consistent quality as we've come to expect of Hamptons. The hot breakfast included a good variety of options. The entrance to the property was a little difficult for us to spot. As info, turn between the tourist information building and Bob Evans restaurant.

    The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The shower had probably the best pressure I’ve ever experienced. Very close to lots of food choices and only 20 mins from Victoria park. Staff was great and accommodating.

    Your staff was super friendly when checking in. This stay was very nice. And well worth the money. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Your breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel. Constantly being restocked with fresh food. The staff kept it cleaned and made sure nothing was ever needed. They did a excellent job. This place should be proud of the staff that's there. They all did a wonderful job. I hope you treat them well!

    GREAT STAY! Thank you to Johanna and all of her team. Everyone was friendly and professional. We're not tourists and not there to see the sites. We were there for two funerals. The hotel is spotless, front desk is welcoming, breakfast delicious, pool relaxing and maintenance quick when needed. Most importantly our room was clean and comfortable in every way. I am in NF yearly at least once a year and sometimes twice. I've been staying here since it opened and would never stay anywhere else. Thank you Hampton Inn NF/NF Blvd for a great stay!

    The staff was really unprofessional they we’re swearing, there was linen all over the hallways trash in the elevator landings staff were on their phones speaking very loudly. The floors were sticky, Front desk didn’t even greet me and they had there air pods in on the phone talking loud. i’ve been to this hotel before and it wasn’t like this and this is a very poor staff if you ask me. There was no pool towels my kids slipped the pool inside was slimy. My door wouldn’t open i had to go back up and down to the desk to get it open. i almost got stuck in the elevator. When i checked in my room was missing wash clothes and cups for Coffee. Me and my husband will from now on he picking a different location. I wish there was an option for negative stars. Maybe it needs a renovation.

    Clean hotel with great staff! The breakfast was very good/filling as well. I made a noise complaint around 1AM. Unlike most hotels, this one actually resolved my issue! The floor above me was quieter within minutes. The only reason I gave the rooms a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because I didn’t find the beds/pillows to be very comfortable. The rooms were very clean though!

    The overall stay was pleasant and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful . The carpet was dirty and the safe was not working and neither could we shut our room door from outside.

    Comfortable beds, clean rooms, kind staff, good hot breakfast with lots of options including eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate. Indoor swimming pool, nice sized rooms. Quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

    14 minutes drive from the falls... place was clean, absolutely no help employees are limited do their own local duties/ and won't do anything extra for you. If you are lost, you will stay lost. The pool was COLD 🥶. The hotel is a simple place, nothing beautiful, just normal. Breakfast is not good, but they had some fruits that helped.

    My family and I stayed in here for a night. What a terrible experience. Starting with the front desk person, these days they aren't quiet friendly, customer oriented. They just pretend that we all stay for free in their own house and respond lethargically. Hotel invited us with a bad smell and the lobby was dirty. Room allocated had wet towels folded amd kept. Bed wasn't clean, trashcans were dirty, bathroom floors was dirty.
