This place is great! I really enjoyed our stay here service was amazing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Richard (or was it Robert?) and he gave us lots of tips on our trip to Niagara Falls, including the valuable info of the free shuttle right out front. Also, we'd asked about the good places to eat and he gave us great recommendations. Our room was simple and clean. It had a table that could be used as a place to have a meal or a work station. Free wifi. Coffee. Separate bathroom with a great shower. What else do we need? The free breakfast was nice. A good variety. I'd stay here again.

Rooms were not great for the price paid. Not well lit, broken hair dryer, old sheets. Had to take a bath in cold water and no hot water coming after one person bath. Not at all maintained properly. Breakfast was pretty ordinary as well. The only good thing is it's within a 20 min drive from Niagara falls and staff was decent.

We stayed here from September 30 to October 3. We got a clogged washroom first. The receptionist said he can give us a plunger. We said we are not going to do it ourselves it's your washroom then he came and get it done. Next day( Sunday), we went to Niagara falls and when we came back, the room cleaning wasn't done. We asked the receptionist he mentioned that you have to tell in advance if you want to clean the room. The following day(Monday), there were not as many option in food as it is only provided on the weekdends. Well we have paid the same amount for each day then why different services. Anyway, we continued with our day and came back to unkept room again. We asked the receptionist (different guy) that he doesn't know about it. Very poor service and I am very disheartened to stay here. This hotel wasn't as cheap for the location.

My parents and I stayed here for under $100 per night for a road trip to the Niagara Falls. The hotel lobby was very clean, the staff (three different ones I interacted with) were friendly and diligent. The guy who check us in even helped with figure out the itinerary my parents and I could do for the falls. The lobby has a lot of helpful tourist attraction pamphlets. The room and the bathroom were cleaned (We felt like we stayed in a castle after staying at a Ramada in Albany, which was awful). Breakfast was decent with a choice of two cereals, yogurt, bread, bagels, apple and orange juice, among other things. If you are driving, the distance is not bad from here to the state park to see the falls, but if you don't have a car, it might be tricky. Despite the distance to the State Park, the are surrounding the hotel is quite busy in which you can find a variety of options for food and other stores.

Good value for price . Good location and parking space. Airconditioners need to be replaced . breakfast needs more ingredients like eggs

The room was clean but we stayed six days and we could barely get any housekeeping done due to Covid they said and barely got any sheets changed or more towels. The refrigerator that they had in the room was disgusting it didn’t even keep anything cold and the shower curtain was very thin and the water was going everywhere and mind you most hotels don’t have like bathmats so you have to like utilize a towel and yeah so they get soaked and if you don’t get housekeeping then it just gets worse. Just say we won’t be back it was nasty. And all I took was a video to show so I have no pictures.

I booked a 6 day stay using my Wyndham app on the day I checked in, I was able to check in early and my diamond status gave me a free room upgrade. Other motels gave me a hard time whenever I used upgrades or free nights. Robert, the manager, was beyond accomodating giving me both perks that I asked for. The room. Was huge and my boys were excited for the extra space. The hallways were clean and smelled fresh, the room had plenty of towels, the flowers, though fake, were a super cute touch in the bathroom, Shower was nice and hot, beds were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was always ready for me and the boys first thing at 6am for us to eat and run. Being that I work in customer service, it's a habbit for me to observe others in that field, Robert is amazing at his job and the desk guy at night (sorry I forgot your name if you read this) is pretty cool too. They definitely have what it takes to make people feel safe and welcome. We had such a great stay, we stayed for two more weeks. I will absolutely 100% book with them again and refer friends and family as well.

The room was fine for us with very comfortable queen beds. Bathroom was clean and had non-slip bathtub/shower. As other reviews mentioned, the continental breakfast was basic but was sufficient for our purposes. The location was close to the outlet mall and a 10 minute drive to the falls. I would book this place again.

The location is great. This is a budget-friendly hotel, staff is nice, and all you have to do is ask if you need anything. The complimentary breakfast has very limited options available such as cereals, breads, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea and orange juice. This hotel would be a good option for someone who mainly wants to do the sightseeing and just need a place to rest at night.

Very well maintained, clean rooms and good service. Check in was easy and the guy at reception was super friendly. Decent Breakfast is available from 7am. Good locality with multiple number of restaurants nearby. 13minutes drive to Niagara Falls state park. Already stayed here twice coz of the location and availability. Gets bit expensive over the weekends, $150 and above . Management should definitely concentrate on clearing the odd smell in the hallways.

Front desk staff were wonderful as for our room. We had no coffee maker 1 sugar , our bathroom had 1 towel which had a wet dirty washcloth in it.., sorry but your housekeeping staff should be a little more on top of things.,,totally ..

This doesn't deserve a one star, but in order to review, I had to choose 1. We checked in late, which was no problem. The room heater was turned off. It was freezing. The room decor was dated. We turned the heat on, which worked fine. Roughly 2 hours later when we were going to go to sleep, I saw on the curtin a HUGE cockroach! It didn't stop there. There was a second one. When we reported it to the staff at the desk, he tried to say "are you sure its not a stink bug?". No sir, it's a roach! Didn't offer to give us another room, or apologize. We were not going to stay regardless. Terrible. As we were leaving, we saw a couple more in the hallway, one crawling up another guest room. Beware of you stay here.

This motel is a 5 minute drive from the falls, and we were a larger group so we got the 'family room', which has 2 queen beds and one twin bed. It also had lots of room for eating, it had a table, and extra space for the suitcases. The people at the front desk were extremely nice, accommodating, and helped us with whatever we needed. The pool outside was empty and my kids loved swimming in it! Its officially called a motel, but it has similarities to a hotel. We were very happy there!

Location is very convenient, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and only about 10 minutes from the falls Room was spacious and clean. John at the front was SO friendly and very accommodating. He made sure we had everything we needed, excellent customer service. I would say please give him a raise he definitely deserves it!!

The rooms were nice, big and cleaned. The service was great the guys in the front desk were so kind and helpful. They gave us a pass day for the bus. It’s to easy go to the Niagara Falls state park from the hotel. Good A/C. Breakfast was normal.

This hotel was in a great location for the outlet mall and other stores around it. Target and walmart nearby. Lots of restaurants around the area. Hotel was clean and our room looked updated. Breakfast was good bagels, toast, cereal and coffee, tea and juice. Employees were very friendly and nice.

thank you for a wonderful stay we were in town for a funeral. The general manager and staff were very upbeat and happy to assist their guests. I would recommend this hotel if your in the area. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was good I had cereal, cinnamon bagel, and delicious brownies with coffee and oj. We stayed 3 nights and would stay again when in the area.

Rooms were clean. Staff was absolutely amazing. Super helpful & kind. Breakfast was hectic and they were there helping and making sure food was stocked. Only complaint is the beds were really loud. (Just to sleep in) They were comfortable though. Overall very pleased with my stay.

This was where I stayed while visiting Niagara Falls. The place was very clean, the staff was very polite, the free breakfast consists of bagels, bread, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, orange juice, and apple juice! Very helpful to start my day!

This is our “go to” hotel for our trips to the Niagara Falls N.Y! Robert and the staff at this location, always go above and beyond to make our stay perfect! Can’t wait to get back down again soon!

Super 8 is more like Super Sucks. What a dump! The rooms are very old, dirty, and smelly. They do not air the rooms out in-between guests and no elevator. This roach hotel charges over $300 a night, for what??? No hairdryer in the room and water turns ice cold in the middle of the shower, thanks to an obvious inadequate water heater. We will never stay at this rotten place again. I can't understand the good reviews here. Perhaps those are from people used to sleeping outside.

The hotel was solid. Rooms were clean and well kempt. We did an impromptu trip to buffalo and we’re clueless, we were lucky to have met Robert who very patiently and proudly explained to us all of the main attractions in the area. We ended up doing most of them which were a blast. The hotel itself albeit being a budget hotel on paper gives you a great experience. If you read this, have a great life Robert and god bless. Highly recommend this place

A pretty cozy and neat place for a budget hotel. The staff seem like really nice people. Rooms were clean and basic breakfast is given. Although it was a bit annoying that the only microwave on the 2nd floor was in the middle of the hallway. The doors are kind of thin so it's easy to hear outside but it's mostly quiet anyway. There's a pool offered too albeit being a bit small.

I stayed there for 2nights. The reason for 2stars The room was not cleaned properly there were used ear buds. There was no remote for the TV and the staff couldn’t find one, even though they tried a lot. There were no charging point next to the bed The breakfast place was crowded always and not enough seating for the guest Maybe they can workout some time slots for the guest in different floors But the staffs were very friendly and good service they were doing their best

The room was clean and no critters seen. The staff is super friendly. But this place is very dated. The beds are too firm, pillows too soft. Woke up with back and neck aches. AC made squeeling noise after a couple hours of being on so we had to turn it off before we tried to sleep. the water pressure good in shower but notice about 3 strands of hair stuck to shower wall. It wasn't rinsed down properly. Continental breakfast was good and I did feel safe there. It's good for the price you pay.

It started with Harmon, who took our reservation and was very professional and helpful. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted by a man named Robert who is the general manager. He sat down with us for about 45 minutes and explain every place to go restaurant ago and even sent us to a amazing candy shop. I’ve never been to a hotel where the workers are so courteous and kind. The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the entire hotel was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff is amazing. Thank you Robert for all the time you spent with us and even pouring my orange juice in the morning for me.

When we got there the pool was green and cloudy. We went to watched the fireworks last night. When we came back we went to plug in our phones my husband bent down and noticed something moving on the bed. It was a bed bug. We packed up went to the front desk and let them know. They said they did not have bed bugs even after we showed them a picture. We were told to call in the morning about getting a refund on our stay since we left at midnight. I called this morning I was told to email the Pic and went I did the email said that it was not receiving new emails. All I wanted was a refund on my room. We drove 5 hours home because we were not staying in a room with bed bugs.

Priceline chose this hotel for me based on me wanting one with a pool and breakfast.... I would not choose this hotel for those features... The pool was sadly outdoors so it was closed still... And the breakfast was a very weak excuse for breakfast but there is food... Staff was friendly and really couldn't have asked for nicer people so if you want to be surrounded by nice people this is a great hotel... But the 2 star rating is for the cleaning staff. Apparently they aren't having their work checked by management and are only partially cleaning... Had to go on search for a missing shirt and learned they do not clean under the beds at all, shower curtains need replacing because they aren't being washed.

We did a "park and stay" deal, leaving our car before flying south, then staying the night we returned. There was supposed to be a shuttle, the front desk gave us a ticket, but did not inform us that the service wasn't starting until the following week. We found this out by enquiring at the hotel next door, where we were supposed to catch the bus. Our car was left in a large, unlit, mostly deserted parking lot at the back of the hotel. Not particularly comforting but turned out no issues. The rooms were ok, a bit musty and faint smoke smell, pillows were small and flat. We asked for additional pillows and they had to steal from an adjacent room. Breakfast was very utilitarian; only fruit was very green bananas, white bread, bagels and cereal was only choices. Lots of hotels in the area, while this place was ok, others may be a better idea.

ROBERT!!! This was the nicest most helpful person I've had the pleasure of dealing with. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, and breakfast was an added plus. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Room placement was a big issue. Single bed room put on lower floor under a family. A very loud family. I wish an employee could have gone in our room to actually hear what we experienced. Walls are very thin, and can hear neighbors conversations very clearly. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, I would not recommend.

A nice place to stay for a night or two for families. Rooms were well maintained and good in size. Everything worked well in the room. Dedicated staff. Not a fancy hotel but a well connected and has a good parking space. Be early for the breakfast to skip the crowd.

One word: ROBERT! Not only does he go out of his way to make sure your bed is clean and neat, he is very insightful and sets a new standard for customer service. He is very inviting and kind. Truly the face of hospitality in my opinion. He knows how to do just about everything and keeps a smile on his face while he does it. Thank you for making our stay nice (and filled with chocolate!) Sincerely, Room 107, 108, & 109😋

The toilet wouldn’t flush at all. I had to use the ice bucket to dump water down it to force it to flush every time. Also, our key card never worked. I has to prop the door open when I went to go get that god awful free breakfast so I wouldn’t get locked out. EVERY PERSON I RAN INTO IN THE HOTEL WERE EXPERIENCING THE SAME ISSUES SO I KNOW IT WASNT JUST ME. Worst $70 I’ve ever spent for one night at a hotel. Btw, the receipt I was given says $58.98. Then I was charged a separate charge of an extra $10 and it was apparently for the reservation? Never again.

Great location: close to restaurants and attractions. Outdoor pool is small but kids loved it. No elevator for 3 floor hotel. Rooms were ample and beds comfortable. Clean. Continental breakfast sparse but food and drinks good. Staff goes above and beyond. We wanted a budget hotel and we were very happy with these accomodations. It might not be for everyone but it was comfortable for us with a 3 night stay.
