My
family
and
I
stayed
for
1
night
at
the
Hampton
Inn
by
Hilton
Niagara
Falls
501
Rainbow
Blvd,
Niagara
Falls,
NY
14303.
My
problem
occurred
shortly
after
being
greeted.
When
my
photo
ID,
driverâs
license,
was
handed
to
the
woman
at
the
front
desk
she
dropped
it
behind
the
computer.
She
starts
struggling
to
find
it
and
says
she
needs
to
contact
maintenance
in
order
for
them
to
retrieve
it.
This
occurred
at
~
5:00pm
Saturday
afternoon.
Iâm
told
that
they
will
contact
me
once
it
is
retrieved
and
help
me
complete
my
check
in
and
up
to
my
room.
Couple
hours
pass
and
I
have
not
been
contacted
at
my
phone
or
room
phone
so
I
go
down
to
get
an
update
on
my
drivers
license
retrieval.
The
woman
at
the
front
desks
informs
me
that
the
maintenance
man
will
be
there
first
thing
in
the
morning,
8am,and
will
retrieve
my
ID.
Offers
to
provide
me
a
late
check
out
up
but
I
decline
explaining
that
what
I
need
is
for
my
license
to
be
retrieved
as
soon
as
possible
being
I
am
the
person
driving
my
family
during
for
this
trip.
Morning
arrives
and
start
making
my
way
down
at
9am.
I
am
met
by
a
young
woman,
explain
my
situation
and
Iâm
shortly
informed
that
after
cutting
holes
on
the
bottom
of
the
desk
they
are
still
unsuccessful
at
retrieving
my
ID.
I
am
told
they
have
made
holes,
canât
even
see
my
ID
and
canât
do
anything
else
without
tearing
apart
the
desk
which
they
will
not
do.
I
am
only
given
the
option
of
a
reimbursement
of
my
new
ID.
I
ask
to
speak
to
a
manager
but
am
declined.
I
explain
to
the
young
lady
I
need
to
speak
to
someone
who
will
solve
my
problem.
Joel
Smith,
is
put
on
the
phone
and
was
nothing
but
rude
and
arrogant.
Not
once
did
he
apologize
for
what
was
going
on,
not
once
was
I
offered
a
refund
for
my
troubles.
It
wasnât
until
I
asked
to
be
refunded
for
my
familyâs
stay
that
he
agreed
to
it.
Kept
telling
me
he
was
not
going
to
take
apart
a
$15,000
desk
just
for
my
ID.
That
he
was
not
going
to
keep
repeating
himself
of
not
being
able
to
do
anything
to
get
my
ID.
This
was
an
unpleasant
way
to
end
our
family
trip.
