This hotel is more like a Comfort Inn than a Hampton Inn. Very expensive, small rooms, not particularly clean, all for the low, low, price of $350/night. It would be fine if it wasn't so ridiculously overpriced. Their breakfast is very good though but when you spend major bucks on a room, I expect more than just a good breakfast. BTW, if you do book a room here, the thermostat on the wall controls the temperature. Don't try to control the unit under the window directly like you do in every other hotel or you'll get an esoteric error code and it will take the front desk 3 hours to come up and explain how things work. Maybe it's just me but they could have stated that on the phone 3 hours earlier.

Very friendly and easy to make a reservation. There are no water bottles at this Hampton inn for Hilton honors members. The staff asked us about our room floor preferences. The beds are very comfy. Breakfast is just okay with average coffee. Sausage has seen better days.

My family and I stayed for 1 night at the Hampton Inn by Hilton Niagara Falls 501 Rainbow Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14303. My problem occurred shortly after being greeted. When my photo ID, driver’s license, was handed to the woman at the front desk she dropped it behind the computer. She starts struggling to find it and says she needs to contact maintenance in order for them to retrieve it. This occurred at ~ 5:00pm Saturday afternoon. I’m told that they will contact me once it is retrieved and help me complete my check in and up to my room. Couple hours pass and I have not been contacted at my phone or room phone so I go down to get an update on my drivers license retrieval. The woman at the front desks informs me that the maintenance man will be there first thing in the morning, 8am,and will retrieve my ID. Offers to provide me a late check out up but I decline explaining that what I need is for my license to be retrieved as soon as possible being I am the person driving my family during for this trip. Morning arrives and start making my way down at 9am. I am met by a young woman, explain my situation and I’m shortly informed that after cutting holes on the bottom of the desk they are still unsuccessful at retrieving my ID. I am told they have made holes, can’t even see my ID and can’t do anything else without tearing apart the desk which they will not do. I am only given the option of a reimbursement of my new ID. I ask to speak to a manager but am declined. I explain to the young lady I need to speak to someone who will solve my problem. Joel Smith, is put on the phone and was nothing but rude and arrogant. Not once did he apologize for what was going on, not once was I offered a refund for my troubles. It wasn’t until I asked to be refunded for my family’s stay that he agreed to it. Kept telling me he was not going to take apart a $15,000 desk just for my ID. That he was not going to keep repeating himself of not being able to do anything to get my ID. This was an unpleasant way to end our family trip.

We stayed at other Hampton Inns before this was by the worst. This one had an odd odor very musty. The carpet was not clean. The overall cleaning wasn't bad but the carpet was my problem. The carpet had hairs and dirt. It was really gross. One day the elevators did not work. Breakfast was sad. No pastries and runny eggs. The attendant was doing her job but overall it was not cleaned food drops everywhere. The guy who grabbed the garbage can left garbage water throughout dining area and did not bother to mop it up. Overall we were very displeased for the price we paid.

I've stayed at quite a few Hampton Inns, and this one was not maintained with the quality I'm used to. It seems like a busy location, though. Front desk staff was not friendly but efficient. Breakfast staff was very sweet, but no fruit, broken waffle iron - still being used, orange juice was orange water. Very convenient to Niagara Falls!

Beautiful rooms in this hotel. Stayed 2 nights, had a very clean room, great air conditioning and clean bed. Really good value in the off-season and good location for tourism. Can hit the anchor bar close by or can walk to Canada. RIGHT on the American side park of the falls. highly recommend this hotel Hotel is dog friendly but doesn't bother me at all. Love our 4 legged friends.

Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at in my travelling. The rooms were clean and the beds and pillows super comfortable, and the shower was hot and drained well. Even the breakfast, which was typical hotel breakfast, was better than average for a chain. Location wise it is also very neat all the main attractions and the border, so you can easily get to several places of interest. Price wise this is a great bang for your buck, and the free parking definitely saved us some money as well. Definitely worth coming here and saving some money versus another more expensive hotel nearby.

My family and I decided to visit Niagara falls for New years and I booked this property because it was pet friendly. I really wasn’t expecting much but to my surprise the hotel was actually very nice and clean. The only thing that dissapointed us was that on the day of the checkout at 10am, the house keeping entered our room without knocking and my husband had just come out of the shower. It was a very embarrassing moment for us and we really did not expect it. I hope you guys train your staff better going forward.

From a traveller, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s only a two minute drive from the Canada-US border. The rooms are always clean, receptionists are welcoming and friendly, heated salt-water pool, amazing breakfast with lots of options and 24/7 hot drinks.

My family and I stayed two nights in late January, 2022 and reserved three rooms. Our experience was very positive. The staff is helpful, friendly and quick to accommodate your needs. The free breakfast is spectacular and the dining area is spacious. Rooms are extremely quiet, clean and have window blinds that make it very dark. Also each room has an easy to use thermostat so that you can set your desired temperature. Thanks Hampton Inn, Niagara Falls, NY.

Great hotel that has even better staff. Very friendly at every turn with well kept rooms that were clean. After departing I left some clothing behind by accident, but after reaching out the Manager Joel was incredibly accommodating in getting my items shipped to me without delay! Could not ask for better service. 10/10

This is our second time staying here for girls shopping weekend. We chose this place the first time for cleanliness and location. This trip did not disappoint. The room was very clean, the beds are comfortable but the most important thing I would say was the staff. Everyone we had contact with was so nice and helpful. Especially the lady at the front desk and I wish I knew her first name. I really felt like they cared about our stay. You don’t get that kind of service often anymore. Thank you for making our stay special ❤️💕❤️

Well - a little torn writing this review. This hotel was not up to Hilton standards, BUT - the location was perfect. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go to aside from the Aquarium. The staff was Disney quality. Bri was amazing and went above and beyond. Breakfast was included and was a nice feature, but, the room was so so small everyone was running into each other. We ended up just taking breakfast to our rooms to eat, which was fine with us! The cleanliness of the room was not good. There was hair in the shower and folded in the towels. The pool area had hair all around the pool and clumps of hair was in the water. Needless to say while we booked the hotel to swim, we didn’t swim much. Again, the staff was amazing. Everyone we interacted with.

Room rate with taxes was about $270 per night. Bad service considering the price. No house keeping once checked in. Safe box not working even after two requests. I had to do my own trash, get new toilet paper and new soap. The front desk just dropped new towels and claimed it was a refresh service. Had to make few requests and still no house keeping. Oh they also allow dogs, so beware of howling at night 😜

Comfy bed. Big TV. Nice staff. 10 min walk from the center. New parking lot. Hotel itself seemed worn out. Weak breakfast. And not even close to anything sustainable considering all the plastic disposable tableware. I'm not camping for god's sake.

Staff was awesome. The Hotel was located to where we were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and very filling. I would not only stay there again without hesitation, I would also recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the Falls, Casino or the Town itself.

Very clean. Room was spacious and comfortable. Rose at the front desk is an absolute pleasure! She made myself and my other guest feel so welcomed! The hotel is within walking distance to everything.

I had a great experience at the hotel. Amazing Sarah was very friendly and helpful. People like her makes me wanna come back here again and again. The rooms were amazing and they were clean and comfortable. The hotel is located at à walking distance to the Niagara state park and the rainbow bridge. Makes everything super convenient. Thank you so much Sarah 💓❤️

Weird room. Bathroom seems way too large and there is no real night stand by the beds. The room seems like the space isn't used correctly at all. Thermostat didn't work when we arrived but was fixed. Digital key card failed even after it was redone still didn't work. Room was clean and access was nice. Staff was amazing!

We always stay in a Hampton Inn when we travel. This location is clean, fairly up to date. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the kitchen staff not so much. However, the walking distance to Niagara Falls is a huge plus. **I do not recommend walking after dark. ** If you visit during the off season, there are many attractions and restaurants in the area that are closed.

Room was clean and modern. USB charging at the bed didn't work. The location was alright. A bit far walk from the falls but not too bad. Free parking was a plus. Breakfast was terrible. They ran out of all the food by about 9am. They blamed it on their suppliers. Not really an excuse to not have enough food available for your guests. If you know in advance you may have a supplier issue maybe send someone to the grocery store to get some essentials at least to have. Also would be nice to tell people when they check in that they don't have enough breakfast food so people can make arrangements instead of just not having any available.

Good rooms and okay service as no things were delivered to room. Everything was needed to be picked from front desk. Breakfast had limited items but not bad. Stayed for 2 nights didn’t face any issues. One big problem which I faced was on day of checkout. I am a gold member of Hampton inn which gives perk of late checkout till 12 pm. We left room for a bit at 11.30 am and then they locked us out without informing us with all our luggage still in room. It was very rude and unprofessional. This could have been handled better.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff. Location is solid, but not the closest. Roughly a one mile walk to cave of the winds and 7/10ths to maid of the mist. Biggest negative or positive, depending on your perspective, this is a pet friendly hotel. Those with allergies might need to reconsider. Lots of pets on-site during our recent stay. Overall, had a good stay.

Great location—walking distance from the Falls! Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were very kind and attentive. They even kept the pool open 30 extra minutes at night for my group of people!

3 stars means this hotel is OK. It's not great and it's far from bad. It's basically pizza in the food analogy, never bad but rarely amazing. This is one of the nicer and more updated hotels in the area. Short walk to the falls and Canada. Free parking. Free breakfast with the typical food of Hampton. Hot water carafes often taste like old coffee but that is also typical for the chain. Weird beeping at night, maybe from the smoke detector or the fridge. Blackout shades are superb but the window is long overdue for a washing from the outside. TLDR, probably the best hotel in the area.

Overall this was perfect for our needs. Due to weather, we weren’t walking to the falls but this was close enough to the park that we would have enjoyed the paths on a nicer day. I booked online and used the digital key feature, so my only interaction with staff was when I requested extra towels and pillows on my way up to the room after taking the kids to the pool. The person on staff was friendly and quick to retrieve the needed items. Our room was clean, breakfast was pretty standard- make your own waffles are always a hit for our kids. If you’re using the gym, I’m not sure if the A/C on the wall doesn’t work or if I couldn’t find the controller for it. Not a big deal, but worth a heads up. Would definitely stay here again, decent price for a clean place to sleep with free breakfast and parking.

Overall being Hilton rewards member this was not my best stay. Breakfast was not anything near what was expected. Served Jimmy Dean style sandwich for breakfast and no fresh fruit offered at all.. unthawed Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich is horrible to reserve them next day. 2nd day just eggs and no meat choice at all. Overall room was clean and staff everywhere else was great.

The location was the only downside to out stay. But the staff and accommodations more than made up for it. Free breakfast, Free parking. We were able to park ther in the morning long before our check in time, so we were able to walk around and check out the falls.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, breakfast was good, and the free coffee at the front desk as a nice perk! I would definitely stay here again!
