Excellent experience! Staff is professional and gracious - always friendly and willing to assist. Rooms were very clean, up to date, spacious and well laid out. Even the exterior and interior ambiance is warm, welcoming and comfortable. Casino itself was very modern but not overwhelming with obnoxious flashing lights or blaring sounds. The gaming areas are conveniently separated into specific gaming areas with an enclosed area for poker. All amenities are of high quality and provided amply. The numerous restaurants available cater to all tastes and budgets, serving genuine quality food and prices reasonable for such convenience. Room service is available and we found it to be timely, professional and food/drink quality and portion sizes on par with restaurant quality service and professionalism. Honestly, I would consider Seneca Niagara Resort near Diamond Quality accommodations... without the Diamond Level prices!!! Highly, highly recommend... We will most assuredly be returning soon!

The corner suite was a great choice. The room was big, however, the sheets on the bed had yellow stains on them. The jacuzzi was dirty. When we empty it, there was hair all over and dirt. Need to do a better job at cleaning. The food was not what we expected. The bar was great!. Overall we had a great time. We recommend this place and we will continue to come back.

My friends and I came here to gamble at the casino and it was quite a pleasurable experience. They IDโ€™d us (need to be 21 to enter). The casino machines were very self explanatory and easy to use. I really enjoyed how often the staff members were cleaning and disinfecting the machines once they were empty. I didnโ€™t have any issues cashing out any winnings or asking for change at the cashier end. There is currently no mask mandate here.

Lovely room. Great views. Good bathroom. Comfy bed. Fun and safe casino. Great location close to the Falls. Using Covid as an excuse not to empty your bin in your room, change linen, provide new toiletries or tea bags for 4 days. Disappointing for such a good hotel. Though they do deliver tea if requested.

Where do I start...... AMAZING STAY! AMAZING Service! If there is a question, spring for the suite! Corner suite with amazing views! Windows from ceiling to floor! If you know anything about the falls, then you know that no one can see the falls from the American side! Still amazing views! Clean hotel, new slot machines friendly service, great room service, jacuzzi in room.... I cannot wait to come back! I surprisingly had a bunch of fun playing the slots! Probably one of the best parts of our trip! I booked directly on their website and got a great package! Only confusing thing is the social club. You get complimentary $15 when your sign up but could not figure out how to use it. Other than that, great time, great food, great service, great vacation!

Nice casino. We easily walked to Niagara Falls Park from the casino parking lot. We had no trouble parking our RV at the casino and exploring the park area on foot. It was actually cool that the main area of this casino was smoke free and there was a separate room for smokers. We enjoyed all the slots and found most of our favorites here. The place was clean and so were the bathrooms. We did not win, but were happy to play for several hours for about $100. There were servers with drinks, but they did not stop to help us. I only saw 2 working the entire casino. Overall we enjoyed this casino, even though we did not win. We did not see any eating places inside the casino, but we really were not looking to eat as we ate on the street at a food truck!! It appears the neighborhood immediately next to the casino is going through a gentrification process, which is nice, because the area is considerably run down.

I can't speak highly enough of Seneca after our first visit. Even crossing the border from Canada was quick and the fact that Seneca is literally 2 minutes away from the border made things super easy for us. Free valet parking, easy check-in, spot-less and modern room that even had a mini fridge, we were very pleased. We made use of the pool and hot tub, the facilities were clean and there was lots of towels. Once ready, we started our evening in the gorgeous "Lounge 101" bar and had some excellent drinks- great recommendations from the bartenders. Then we headed out on the gaming floor and to our delight discovered there was free live entertainment too. We had a blast! Great selection of slots and we earned $30 in free play by signing up for their rewards program. We had such a great time we immediately booked again for in June. See ya soon!

Rooms are clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Main areas of Hotel were kept clean as was Casino. Even the smoking side was great, I hardly smelt smoke at all. Restaurants got busy, but food was great. No one I knew complained about any of their meals. We especially liked Bear Claw for Coffee! Katelyn greeted us with a warm smile every day, and the service was fast.

Great casino, entertainment and rooms. Location is easy to find, easy in and out. Plenty of free parking. The Bears Den can't be beat for seeing a band. Small venue 450 seats, great intimate seating, great acoustics. Stop in at the back bar, the bartender Ralph is great. Never missed a beat to get you a fresh beer. I would have given it a 5, but when you 1st walk in the front lobby you can smell the smoke from the smoking area casino. After you get past this area it smells fine.

Great rooms. Very high-end with full luxury. Wonderful and accommodating staff. On the downside, the casino is 24 hours but the restaurants close at a certain hour that leaves patrons without a food option. Not even a vending machine. In addition, I'm sure that it's not a big deal to accommodate patrons who smoke, but, smokers also put money in the slots, and purchase tickets for events.

Loved it!!!!The location was perfect. I could see the fireworks from my room along with a view of the falls. Perfect for a long weekend getaway for couples or a small family. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and we received towels and other toiletries in a very timely manner. Room service was great (food and service). Will definitely return next summer.

I took my daughter out to dinner today on Father's day. This was the worst food I ever ate. I ate a salad to get full and my daughter ate desert. For what we paid for, I will go somewhere else to eat from now on. There were several people complaining about the food and we heard them say they will never go again. I really would like to get a full refund. We left because it was getting crowded. Please contact me with any questions Thank you

Had a nice comfortable stay here. Liked that there was no smoking anywhere the last time we were there.? Covid related, not sure. Machines tighter than they had been I found. Overall, always enjoy our time spent there. Easy to get to just over the Rainbow Bridge. Will stay again!

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous with dine-in restaurants. As of 06/10/22 the buffet is not open. The casino is pretty big with lots of slot options. I gave it a 4 star because I had issue with the bedding on my bed. Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful with great views and itโ€™s very clean.

Pros: clean, mini fridge in room, right next to ice room, nice view, close to Niagara Falls, nice staff Cons: no microwave in room or apparently anywhere on property (which I think is BS), expensive, elevators took forever, lame cable TV with no opportunity to hook Netflix up We had a very nice stay for our honeymoon. We stayed for three nights, and we stayed in a king size bed suite with a jacuzzi that ended up costing around $840. If I could change anything I probably would have made the decision to stay at a hotel where you would get complimentary breakfast, microwave in room, and less people trying to use the elevators. The resort is very pricey with the restaurants, but I will say the in room dining is pretty good food. We loved using the jacuzzi. We liked the bathroom, and everything was clean. Sucked the room service didnโ€™t clean everyday, and when I called I was noticed of that they only clean every three days so I asked if they could take trash and they offered to get us more towels which was okay. We brought our own food to reheat which basically went to waste because there was no microwave. Staff was very pleasant. The location is great because itโ€™s very close to everything related to Niagara Falls. Iโ€™d recommend if youโ€™re looking to be extra and stay somewhere kind of fancy, book here, but If youโ€™re looking for a great place with better options, look elsewhere.

Doubt I would stay here again if I had to pay full price. It is fine if you get a discount. Rooms are nice and clean. Views on the river side show the river and the Canadian skyline, but you can't see the falls like you can from the Canadian hotels. Sorry drive to the New York state parks where you can see the falls, go on maid of the mist, or walk across the rainbow bridge to Canada. Biggest complaint would be the casino and the restaurants in the casino. On weekdays most restaurants are closed by seven and none are open past nine. Their are no free beverage stations in the casino like you can find in Detroit and Ohio casinos. The employees all seem to hate their jobs and you will be lucky to get a smile or a hello from anyone. If you are into blackjack, I saw one $15 table and several $25 tables. They were rarely full, I wonder if they offered $10 blackjack if they could drum up more interest at the tables. All the roulette I saw was $25 min, unless you want to play the video roulette. I paid $99 per night for a river facing room on a weekday, off-season special. I doubt I would pay much more than that to stay here.

The rooms are inexpensive in the off season, but you will pay for it in other ways. First of all, the surrounding neighborhood is not good. Donโ€™t expect to walk anywhere from the hotel. We checked in on their app and were told we would receive a text with room information. Nothing. An hour later we check at the desk and they say โ€œwe still donโ€™t have a room for youโ€. We had reservations so a little frustrating after a long drive, but we sat on the floor with the rest of the people waiting. Two more hours and most people have cleared out so we check again. The woman at the desk was rude. No apologies. Basically threw the keys at my husband and called for the next person. One of the keys to the room didnโ€™t work. The shower in our room was barely worked. Just a trickle. A couple of the towels were visibly dirty. We kept encountering other guests who were having issues. Broken bathtubs. Keys that donโ€™t work.

It's a nice place. Room was nice. Pool and hot tubs were nice. To eat there is very overpriced at every location. Buffet for dinner $30 per person. Breakfast buffet was $17 per person and it looked exactly like what other hotels offer complimentary. Players card has done nothing for us.

Me and my parents went for the buffet only. The prices are creeping up, just like everywhere else. 29.99, plus a new resort fee of, I think three dollars. All the food was of high quality. I could easily eat there seven nights a week.

Pretty big. Most of the table games were closed. I couldn't play roulette. The slots seemed to pay out less compared to other casinos. They have free drinks of you are gambling but nobody to offer them. Not horrible. Not the best. Worth going to kill some time.

We had such a wonderful time on an anniversary trip. We stayed in the corner suite with the spa bath, and honestly it was the most beautiful room I've ever stayed in. Watched the sunset from the floor to ceiling windows. The restaurants on site are great in quality and price, and the casino was so fun, even for people who don't gamble regularly. All the staff, from front desk to housekeeping were genuinely cheerful and kind. Definitely a new favorite.

Sent a weekend at Seneca with family. Itโ€™s a beautiful hotel, stunning artwork, contemporary architecture. Casino entrances are in the lobby and are 24 hours I believe. Definitely a lot of people in and out at all hours. The front desk attendant needs some extra training on customer service, that experience alone might be why I wouldnโ€™t stay there again. That first impression was not inviting, welcoming or friendly. We stayed on the 21st floor which allowed for a really nice view. The hotel has 2 bottles of water in the room with a tag on it that says if you drink it you have to pay $2 which is absolutely ridiculous!!!! To use the pool you have to use your room key and there are hours for adults only since it is a small indoor pool. There is a bear claw cafe in the hotel that serves pretty decent breakfast sandwiches. The 3 sisters restaurant in the front has basic buffet food. Parking is free in front of the hotel but may be difficult since people visiting the casino park there as well.

Our room was lovely. Staff were eager to accommodate, night or day. The view of the falls from our room was lovely to wake up to. Our room was large and bed was comfortable. We asked for extra pillows and they arrived within five minutes. There are several restaurants right inside the hotel, so if you wanted, you could have an entire vacation here and never leave.

We stayed in 2601 corner king jacuzzi sweet. The room was dirty, the floor by the table hadn't been vacuumed, the windows had writing from the last people who had noticed it was dirty. Aside from the poor housekeeping, it was extraordinary. The views were amazing.

Disappointed! We drove from Boston and reached there at around 11 on a Saturday night hoping to grab a late dinner and spend time in the casino as recommended by the hotel we were staying at. Unfortunately, all of their dining options were done and closed for the day. Maybe COVID is to blame but one would think a 24 hr casino will have some sort of dining options open as well. Oh well, we left there in search of food and that's why a 2 star. Hopefully will get a chance to enjoy all it has to offer in the future and a revised rating as well.

This is a nice casino. When you walk in the door you are met with cigarette smoke, but that is from the smoking section of the casino. The main casino is non-smoking. It has a few nice bars inside. I was impressed with how clean everything is kept. The people who work here are friendly. Overall it is a good experience.

I went to give them my money and instead I won repeatedly. I'm poor now with this economy. I went in with $100, left with $2000. Never did get asked for a drink or anything. Other than security nobody even acknowledged me. But I got their money. Very clean and open place. Machines are weird. They aren't grouped. You have to hunt for machines. Accidentally sat down at a quarter machine that turned out to be a $1 machine with a $5 max bet. (I was playing 2). Overall, it was a fun time and great place. Be careful on the walkway in. Almost face planted on loose uneven patio stones.

We did like the idea of this hotel, but execution of the idea was a little shaky. First issue is; as soon as you walk into the lobby you are hit with the smell of cigarettes from the indoor smoking area directly left off of the lobby. And it permeates the hallways even into the upper hallways (we were on floor 18). The building and the aesthetic are beautiful, but we couldn't get past the smell, it's awful. Next was the sink in our room, which I know they cannot predict a problem, but the sink wouldn't drain at all, then the pipe under the sink started leaking water through a hole in the pipe. I called immediately when it happened in the morning, and to their credit a maintenance man was sent right up. He said he didn't have the part and would have a plumber in immediately. Well, no one came, so I called when we returned that evening, it was still not fixed. Front desk said the wrong room number was written down and did offer to send someone up, but it was already almost 9pm and we had been gone all day. They did come the next day to fix it. The view rooms will not disappoint for view, everything was quiet and made for a restful sleep, beds were comfortable, and the curtains definitely kept the room dark. Also, just a heads up; you will have a hold on your credit card when you check-in, but you absolutely will NOT get all of it back. They will take it as charges for "Seneca Nation" Charges $15 per night, and $5 per night resort fee. Seems like these are charges we as customers should be charged up front within the room charges straight away when the reservation is made, as most places do. Personally, we have no intention of staying there ever again based on the constant smell of cigarette smoke alone, the view was great, but there are other places in the area without the smell and with an equal or better view.

As a casino goes it was a nice place. No place to get complimentary drinks like other casinos have and not many people walking around asking if you would like a drink but those that do can get you drinks. Very little staff to be seen and only the security person at the entrance said hi. One of the hospitality staff was friendly. Good variety of games so gambling was fun.

Excellent room and location. The facility was Incredibly clean and the workers were very helpful and personable. We stayed as a group of six, in two rooms (four adults and two children). We absolutely loved our stay. The bathrooms are huge and grand. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the falls view was excellent ๐Ÿ‘Œ. Highly recommend staying at this location, which was only a short walk to the falls!

Since Joy the Executive Director of the hotel doesnโ€™t care about a google review here is mine! Terrible experience from the moment i walked in, check in was at 4PM i arrived at 1:30PM to check in, the room was not ready no big deal i knew i was early, so i come back at 5:30PM the room still wasnโ€™t ready & was told to come back at 6PM, im sorry i check in 4 hours ago & check in was at 4PM why am i waiting over 5+ hour for my room? as soon as i asked for a manager my room was all of a sudden ready? They had a cart of food that sat on the floor by the elevators from the moment i arrived to the moment i check out, disgusting. Who wants to see a cart of left over food/garbage every time they go to the elevator? Fast forward to check out where they over charged me for my room when my initial reservation was $100 dollars less. Not only did they over charge me they DOUBLE charged my card.. $500 dollars worth of charges for a $150 dollar stay, when i call to dispute the problem Iโ€™m told there is no double charge when my bank account clearly has the money removed. An hour & a half of my time wasted on the phone trying to get this resolved & no compensation for the headache & time i have wasted. They lost a long time PAYING customer! I will never stay at the Seneca Niagara Falls Resort & Casino. & you shouldnโ€™t either avoid a headache !!!!

The room is nice, however when we asked for a blanket they said they didn't have any more. When I asked what the occupancy was, they said they were very vacant and had no problem giving us another room. What's the issue with giving us another blanket then?

Unfortunately, our stay was short, so our experience was limited. Our room was nice and big with lots of space and the bathroom was just as nice. The casino was clean and not to busy being a Tuesday night. The room rate we got was a gift...perfect for a night on short notice.

Booked for new years and what a disappointment. Not only were there only couple of gaming tables open, slots rarely gave out. Service at the restaurants were awful! We went to Koi, only to have three tables that arrived after us to be served and leave before we even received our meal. I had to ask the manager for a refill for my drink because our server was MIA. When I asked on the ETA for our food, we were told that the kitchen fell behind and lost our ticket. Mind you the restaurant was not busy. The three sisters buffet was a huge disappointment and grossly over priced. We tried the other buffet and while it had more options, food was mediocre at best. You simply do not get the quality you pay for. The casino smells of smoke despite having its own closed off section. We never received room service the time we were there. We called for extra pillows and it took 30 minutes for them to arrive. The casino is small and not one I would go back to with intent to get away. Pro-valet staff were very nice. And overall it was clean throughout.

Super happy with the room - loved the floor to ceiling windows. Unfortunately we didn't get a room facing the falls but totally okay with the view. Bathroom was luxurious and the products offered (shampoo, soaps, etc.) were very nice. Everything was clean and I appreciate a room that has areas for luggage. Check in/out was super fast and easy. The place was clean and I didn't smell cigarette smoke at any time throughout our stay and I report this as that was something I heard/read about and quite frankly would have been an issue. Staff in the casino were super friendly and helpful. We wanted to make use of the pool and hot tub after a long day and were sad to hear it closes at ten and apparently you have to pay to use the hot tub. It is unfortunate that such a beautiful hotel is in the middle of such sadness. I would not recommend going for a walk about at sundown in the neighbourhood. Wanted to go to Macy's & JC Penny and found them both in the Boulevard Mall about 20 minute drive from the hotel --- they were basically the only stores in said mall. I'm not sure where the lovely shops and malls are ... but they weren't visible on the drive in/out. I didn't hear any bells or sirens with BIG WIN going on and fully expected to leave money behind. Would have been nice to have seen some happy winners to cheer the place up a little.

This is not my favorite casino! I'm glad they got rid of the smoking, but they also got rid of the beverage machines! You also can not put anything smaller than a five dollar bill in the machines. They have a good buffet, but they upped the price $20 from $29 to $49 on New Years Eve!

  • 2/5 Tara V. 3 months ago on Google New
We stayed there this weekend, we froze all night, no heat in our room, everywhere you go it smells like cigarettes, they need more cocktail servers, an hour went by and no cocktail server at back tables! No shower pressure! The lobby looked beautiful, but the cigarette smell ruins the entire vibe! Restaurants need to be opened longer for a casino! Hot tub was the best part! They need microwaves in the rooms, crazy that they donโ€™t !!

We loved this hotel. The Three Sisters restaurant was the best. The casino was surprisingly smoke-free, which was awesome for us. The only downside is the hotel elevators. If they put you in a room close to the elevator shaft, you hear the sound of the elevator going up and down all night. It sounds like roller coasters. Overall, it was a great stay and experience. I will visit again.

Well, I haven't stayed in one of the rooms at this hotel. I can tell that the amenities like the dining services and all the casino services are wonderful. I particularly enjoy the smoking room where you can play slots. They have the aces bar which is a full service bar that you can play poker video games at and I also really enjoyed the full plate buffet

After reading many reviews before going there, I was prepared to deal with rude employees. I found it to be quite the opposite. The vast majority of employees were delightful to deal with. We were able to check in 3 hours early without problem. I found the food choices to be plentiful and reasonably priced considering it's a 4 star resort. Location was great, my wife and I made many forays on foot to the falls and walked across the Rainbow Bridge into Canada without issue. We had a lot of fun in the casino, plenty of games available that we like to play. It was a great 4 night vacation.

Visited on a bus trip. All of the staff were very friendly and provided great service. The Casino floor was nice and they had live music by the bar. I also appreciated the Native American event that was held there as well. The architecture of the building was also very cool to see in person. And the walkability was great as well.

A big disappointment. Went during the week to celebrate our anniversary. Italian restaurant was closed for dinner. Three sisters, waited 30 minutes and then told the chef quit and an additional 45 minutes. Tried next morning for reservation at the Italian restaurant and told they were booked. We did eat the buffet and it was good. But, they werenโ€™t even open the night before. Rooms could be cleaner, all of the mirrors had not been cleaned with towel smudges on them. This place used to be good.

Really enjoyed my stay. The rooms we're nice and spacious. Came with a refrigerator and all the other amenities with the exception of a microwave which I understand because they want you to either use the room service or come down and eat a hot meal at the restaurants. There were other places that seemed cheaper (until you add in luxury/ amenity tax and parking) and still connected to the casino but if you use the room packages on their website (I used Stay & Play) you get a way better deal with it being all inclusive.

My husband and I have just left the resort we loved it. We got to enjoy all it had to offer. I'm glad we chose this spot to enjoy our Honeymoon. We will definitely will returning when we are back up that way. The only thing I was confused with was the room wasn't being cleaned at while we were there, I'm not sure if that's how they do things or not but overall a great place to stay.

The resort/casino are very nice! A few restaurants to eat at if not wanting to leave the vascinity. Always nice to have a smoking and non-smoking casino area, but the smoking area always makes the lobby smell a little of smoke. The real highlight is the room, which is very well maintained with a large bathroom and shower! The king room was extremely comfortable and well laid out. The bed was cozy and the air system was easy to adjust while still being very quiet! I greatly appreciate that! FREE parking is nice, because so many locations charge to park even if staying on the premises. Lastly, the staff are professional but not necessarily pleasant. I think they probably deal with a lot of drunk gamblers and so I understand a bit. I recommend this casino for couples looking to get a cheaper room to tour the falls!!
