Good location. Free parking. Rooms are not good. It was stinking. Carpet needs to be washed badly

Quick access to Niagara Falls and State Park makes this hotel an ideal base for ventures. Ideally, the outlet center is just around the corner. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. That some guests think they can visit the breakfast room in their pajamas is so not acceptable. I expect a minimum of decency, after all I also try to behave sensibly. Reasonable hotel with room for improvement.

The room was clean and the staff was FANTASTIC! My husband and I went up for the Bengals vs Bills game. Check in was easy and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. Breakfast is served from 7am-10am and check out is at 11am. We checked out on Monday at 10:05am and the lady behind the counter offered us breakfast and said she could go get it for us. We kindly declined. I will say the room is nothing special, they aren’t large but are perfect for sleeping and the bed was SOOOOO comfy. We are planning to go back up during the spring or fall and will definitely be staying here again.

Very close to the airport and very reasonably priced. Although a bit dated the entire hotel was spotless, so was our room. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It's definitely one of the cleanest, safe, and quiet hotels that I have ever stayed in. A hidden gem.

Our room smelled like cigarettes. We asked for another room and they told us the hotel was full, but at least thet came and sprayed the room so the cigarettes smell was less. The towels were stained, the bathtub floor was dirty and the seat for handy cap was also dirty. Location us in an area that looks bad and we could open our window to see graffitti on the next building. The staff were nice other than the bad room.

We booked this hotel because of the reviews. Wow were we wrong, this hotel is located in the states and there is no reason for it to be filthy, smelly and just plain disgusting. As we walked to the room the hallways were filthy and smelled musty. Once we enter the room we were hit with a strong urine smell and a mix of musty smell. The bathroom and bed was just not up to cleaning standards. The young lady at the front desk changed our room. The second room smelled okay but the bathroom was filthy, as if they had never cleaned it. It was to late in the evening and there was no more rooms . This hotel should train their housekeepers and or get rid of them because the lack of cleanliness is just not acceptable. I will be writing to corporate because the hotel does NOT meet US standards.

Everything was great. Our neighbours stayed there recently and recommended it to us. Price was really good and staff exceptionally friendly especially the woman on the desk last night who was extremely helpful helping us find a restaurant for dinner. We will be back and will recommend.

My husband and I had driven all night after a very hectic wedding day from North Carolina. After attempting to get a room at other hotels and being treated rudely by most the others, the people running this one was a true blessing. They accomadated us very quickly and shared in our joy of our new marriage.

The best Motel i have ever been to we have been using this place for over 5 years and they are such nice human beings! Clean place great service!

Warm fridge, no extra blankets and regular ones on bed are as thin as a sheet. Didn't have a breakfast like we were told. We had someone banging on our door and screaming in the middle of night. Very disappointing! No discount or comps for all the issues. Save your money and go elsewhere! The only good thing was it was 2min to the military road outlets

We had stayed here a few times over the last 2 years. This would have been a 4 star had it not been for our last stay. Elevator floor is not good. Paid $225 per night (not a peak time). Buffet has significantly declined since we started staying there, no coffee pot as advertised in the room and elevator broke, they only have one. My father is typically with us, thankful he wasn't as I have no idea what we would have done. The elevator is my main concern. They need to have a backup should an elderly individual not be able to do multiple flights of stairs. We booked our November trip for a different hotel, fingers crossed it will provide a better option going forward.

We only stayed one night but the rooms were very clean and cozy. The service was friendly and breakfast was included in our stay. Great deal for the price we paid 👍

Good place to just relax, sleep and shower if you are on a trip or vacation. Front desk and elevator need some much needed upkeep/maintenance which was kind of a turn off upon check in/first impression. But all on all, not too bad for the price...

The hotel was pretty clean. Definitely in need of a few renovations like the elevator and fitness room. The room was ok. It needed better lighting and fan system for the bathroom. Bedding and carpet could use a deeper clean and fabric softener. The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. Some staff members need more knowledge of the hotel and how things work. Breakfast was ok. It could use some more fresher food options. For the location and price, I would give it another try.

Nice hotel not too far from the Falls. Pretty good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was clean. No housekeeping services while you stay. Kind of pricey, but all the hotels in Niagara Falls in August are ridiculously high priced.

This is the best Motel( on par with Holiday inn hotel with 4+ ratings out of 5 ) we have ever stayed-in in USA. Room was very clean n nice & had all necessary things especially when we travelled with Toddlers and the staff were very professional n friendly and approachable. Breakfast is a plus ( pan cake, egg , cereals, fruits etc) Would surely return! This is 5 miles away from Niagara Falls state park which takes about 15 min, but this should not be a concern to stay here as in a day usually only once we do up and down and rest of the day we park the car near falls!

The stay was okay but if you're looking for a plush experience, look elsewhere. There were no visable bugs in the room, but there was a large, uncleaned, puke stain on the bed dustrunner. The elevator did not look safe at all, the tiles look like they are in the middle of construction, and everything was grimey, not wiped, etc. From this location, you're about 12-15minutes from the falls, which isn't a bad drive. Probably our biggest gripe is their breakfast. While booking online we chose to pay $10 each for the breakfast, however, on arrival we see that only free breakfast is offered. And the breakfast itself was a total joke. Unwashed apples, dry cereal, toast, old muffins and one flavor or yogurt. They didn't even offer cups for the juice, only mini dipping containers. Absolutely not worth $10, and the room it was held in was tiny with entirely too many people. We would not come back to this location.

We were there for a night. Free breakfast was a plus with decent selection. They gave us crib for the baby which was nice and clean. Room was big with everything we needed. Hotel is clean and in good neighborhood.

It was a nice experience for the money. Very nice gentleman that checked us in. Beds are nice and cozy, and the breakfast is mediocre, but good to grab a quick bite and head back on the road! Clean room, and I recommend staying!

Just wanted to give a big thumbs-up to the Microtel by Wyndham for making our Niagara Falls trip fantastic! From the moment we pulled up, it was smooth sailing. Check-in was quick and easy, no delays or hassles – we were in our room and ready to explore in no time! And the staff? What a delightful bunch! Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, had smiles ready and were genuinely helpful.

Worst hotel.Dirty sheets .unclean rooms .charges an extra 200.00 SECURITY deposit to check in after paying PRICELINE IN FULL. Agreed to refund my credit card for Second night after first night late checkin. Lied about refunding 2nd night.Spoke to WOMEN manager in morning.TOLD HER ABOUT DNA ON SHEETS.SAID SHE WOULD REFUND NO PROBLEM!!Never happened despite reciept when I checked out..I am now seeking judicial intervention to get my MONEY back from This Seedy Shady hotel in a Lousy crime ridden area.DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE PRICELINE .THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK.THEY RECOMMENDED THIS SEEDY HOTEL .

Great hotel, rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Kevin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location for a weekend of shopping.

To start with the halls carpets were clean. The room was clean. the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. A great place to stay. My wife and I would gladly stay there again.

WONDERFUL STAFF! My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and our stay was absolutely perfect. As soon as Vibhu heard we were on our honeymoon she gave us a beautiful suite, in addition to that she and the Microtel staff went out of their way to bring us flowers, a card, & cake! We were blown away with their hospitality it is truly a welcoming atmosphere. Both my husband and I have worked in the customer service industry; we can say with confidence that this hotel is like no other. This was hands down our best lodging experience! The suite was beautiful and most importantly very clean. There was also a little bit of everything at breakfast!

Just stayed here 2 nights in September for my anniversary. Very nice stay. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Staff members were very friendly. Nice price and close to the falls. Will stay here again.

I had a really pleasant stay in the hotel. The receptionist and another madam was so kind and helpful. Room was superbly clean. A definite recommended place to stay.

This is an exceptionally clean, recently refurbished hotel. Large by Microtel standards. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is now open so you can have a hot breakfast before going to see the falls! The walls are soundproof, they have a fitness area and a nicely appointed work area. The room is spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. The bathroom was spotless and again, recently redone with nice details. Highly recommend. As

My family and I went there the weekend of the 15th of January 2022. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews. However the hotel was clean. And the service we received from the lady at the front desk was great. The rooms were clean. Smelled clean. We had 3 rooms and there was no issue with any of the rooms. The price was right and we are glad we stayed there. Would recommend them. I hope they keep up the great service and cleanliness that we experienced.

It was a not a not experience I had with my stay at Microtel, good thing was they served breakfast part of the room price. AC was not at its best during the night, we had to get up from bed every our to increase the cool and go back to bed. Other than that, it was an ok stay for us.

Another fantastic Microtel. Great staff, very helpful. 2 queen bed room we got was so clean and comfy. This was the first time I stayed in a Microtel that did not have coffee or tea options in the room.

I stayed here on NYE with my wife and son. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too firm for me. This place is less than 5 minutes from the outlets and 10 minutes from the falls. The price was great. I definitely recommend this place fir someone trying to visit the falls on the cheap.

Be aware of BED BUGS. Bed linens were not cleaned and washed, we found hair and blood stains. Had to move out after few hours when saw Bed bugs. Showed it to the reception. Never going back again. March 19,2022

The staff were friendly and so willing to do everything they could to make you feel comfortable. Our stay was quite, it's what you want after a long drive, a good night's rest.

The location was great, as well as the service! I really like the layout of room and customize furniture. TV works great. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Tea and Coffee available whole day. Water fountain available. I definitely going again.

Clean rooms and public areas. Fresh coffee always available. Bathtub is fiberglas and needs cleaning as noted in picture. Also shower curtain is turning red and should be sanitized Very friendly staff. Breakfast has a good selection

The sheets and pillows had stains on them so I tried cleaning them with water and they came out so easily. It’s clear they didn’t clean, if they did, they didn’t do it well. I stayed for three nights and on the last night, there was a roach in the bathroom. The breakfast was just like every other hotel, nothing special. The cinnamon rolls tasted old and they weren’t soft one bit. The place is next to a swamp. I will definitely NOT be coming back to this horrendous, terrible, unsanitary, disgusting place. Woman working front desk was rude, tried to say that our confirmation number for booking was fake, couldn't find our reservation, tried to say we hadn't paid until we showed her the bank charge, and she tried to keep my husband's ID and card. Floors in our room were very sticky, bed wasn't even made, stains on sheets and pillows. There was a strong odor in the the halls and elevator, and the breakfast was terrible- soggy eggs, nearly expired yogurt, juice machine empty. Long haired man was very smelly and did not use gloves when putting out breakfast foods. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

This is 4.6 miles from the Falls. Across the street is an authentic Italian restaurant: Buzzy’s. Excellent place to eat. For your Value this is the Best Place to stay. Don’t be discouraged or believe anything negative about this Place.

The hotel looked like the picture advertised online. The place was neat inside and welcoming. I would have liked to have an iron in the room but my stay was for one night so I made it work. The front desk service was professional. The hotel is in a convenient location.
