As others have stated - this is clearly not being used properly. It seems its private owners are severely neglecting the property. When we arrived the lift was broken (our room was on the 5th floor), no food items whatsoever in the hotel (even though the website stated otherwise), all our tour group’s keycards didnt work so took us 1hr to get into the room. All information by the few staff that was there was incorrect, invalid and rude. Overall i dont think this even qualifies as a hotel, let alone a 2-star. If you’re thinking of using this - simply don’t!

Staff is nice, but had some issues since a change of ownership. Lost our reservations, not just once, but twice. But then they did make it right. Location to the falls is about all this place has going for it. An easy 15 minute walk. The hotel is old and very run down. I heard from a hotel employee that the new owner is only keeping it open through tourist season and is going to knock it down and build a new hotel on the site. New owner is putting $0 into current hotel upkeep and it shows. One star for nice and friendly staff, one for location. Would not stay here again.

Very nice Inn with friendly staff and cooperative. Tey have allowed us to park the vehicle till 5PM on the checkout day. all the attractions are very near and walkable from the hotel. Nice place and cool staying with Niagara Inn. I will recomend this hotel and will look forward to stay in the same in my next visit

We have come through a tour company & chose to pay extra just for the location. It looks very gloomy the moment you enter. That’s when I decided to go in with zero expectations. Every one else has commented enough on the quality & service of this Inn. We are just grateful that we got a place to sleep & shower. But never again!

Except for location, everything is exceptionally bad.. Rooms are dirty, not maintained, smelly and leaking. No room service. Staff are just ok. Totally avoid this place. Location is fantastic that's about it.

This place clearly is not even open anymore. The sign says that it's closed for the season and has said that for over 2 years according to Google Maps. Place looks run down from the outside parking lot and a for sale sign sits next to the road.

It all looked good at first. The Price was reasonable. Lobby was clean. Then we got to the room. Two of the lamps went out at the same time and the phone didn't work. Floor of room had not been vaccumed. Bathroom wasn't very clean, someone's hair was in the tub. The pool was supposed to be heated, they claimed it was brokenFront desk was told about the problems right after we checked in and again the next day. Two nights wondering if we should leave or stay. No one seemed concerned about the room. Hope they fix the lights before someone else rents the room. There are other, nicer places to stay but we tried to keep to a budget.

One star simply for the helpful and friendly staff and convenient location. The sheets were stained, the pool was dirty, and when the elevator moved the floor shook. The bathtub was grimy and the windows are dirty the carpets are sticky and there are no actual blankets on the beds, which were extremely uncomfortable.

I would have given zero star if I could. Joined a budget tour to the Fall in 2019 and got thrown into this dump. Room was like it had never been renovated since 70s. Carpet was wet and sheet was smelly.

If you're over 5 ft 8 the shower will be a challenge. The bed wasn't comfortable, it was very broken in. The carpet felt soggy and damp. The bathroom sink was partially clogged and drained very slow. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and welcoming.

5* for location.. hardly 3 mins from the fall by walking.. room and interior very old, need upgrades.. we were there only for a night so not very sure for room service.. Room was equiped with tv, fridge, microwave, iron and locker which was pretty good to see compare to the interior. Overall happy with the stay..

One should shut down this place, the bathroom was clogged, pipes running through the room, elevator seams haunted/ broken, smell of weed around the hotel, bad experience #badexperience.

Very outdated, dirty and lots of spiders in our window! Safe was broke, along with door on room. Bed very uncomfortable and no real blanket, only had a sheet on it. Walk to Canada was closer from here than walk to the falls. Staff was very friendly.

This by far is the worst hotel I have ever stepped into. What use to be the Howard Johnson, simply changed names but gives no better quality, service, cleanliness, nothing. I had the worse experience and then trying to recoup my funds, has been a nightmare. I would only say to someone stay here, if your alternative is a tent outdoors, and you don't like camping.
