Parking fee is 35.00 plus tax per day and is not included in the price of your room. If you have a view of the falls on the higher floors this hotel is worth the money. If not, go somewhere else. The rooms are very nice, clean, modern. The pool and other amenities are also above average. The Manager is very nice and will listen to suggestions or complaints you have.

I'm very familiar with the Marriott brand by now so I'm happy with the experience. Room view was great. The hotel is also directly accessible from the incline railway so getting the pass for that is highly recommended, because you're basically steps away from the actual falls. Service overall was pretty great, it was a busy weekend when I went so everything took a little longer. Room service and food options were decent but did leave a little more to be desired.

Stay away, worst experience ever! 1. The sliding bathroom door in our room was broken. After using the restroom, it got stuck and I was locked inside for 20 nerve-wracking minutes. I had to call my boyfriend for help, who called the front desk. It took maintenance 20 more minutes to arrive. By then, I had been locked in for almost an hour, causing me to miss my cruise. They fixed the door, but it was clear it was old and prone to issues. We requested a room change to avoid further problems. 2. Front desk service was extremely poor. When we reported the issues and requested a room change, a female staff member didn't apologize at all. She reluctantly and sarcastically said, 'Fine, we'll give you a different room, but it's the same room type.' 3. In the new room, the air conditioning vent continuously emitted a loud, dripping noise, similar to water dripping. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep, and even after turning off the air conditioning, the noise near the bed persisted. We endured this discomfort until 4 AM, unable to bear it any longer. We called the front desk, but since it was late at night, they only left a note for morning maintenance. Unfortunately, no one followed up on this request. 4. To make things worse, a male front desk staff told us we had complimentary breakfast from 6:30-11:00 AM. When we went to the restaurant in the morning, they said there was no record of free breakfast and wanted to charge us $30-40 CAD per person. I was frustrated and explained that the front desk had assured us of complimentary breakfast, but they couldn't find our room number. I gave up trying to communicate with a hotel that had lost my trust. I'm deeply disappointed and can only express my thoughts on Google Review. I have videos of the locked door and the noise issue. I won't be returning; this was the worst hotel experience. Stay away.

The room was clean and cozy. The view from its big windows straight towards Niagara Falls. You can watch the night light shows while resting. However, it would be more perfect if we got a high-level room, pretty sure the view should be a lot nicer. Overall it was a decent hotel to stay in!

Lets start with the view. Its spectacular if you have a falls view room. The overall public areas of the hotel are clean and the staff are courteous and polite. The rooms are newer but worn, and can use carpet/fabric shampooing, overall the room was nice with a great view. The elevators are horrific and take forever often waiting 3 to 4 passes to get on up to 20 mins. The room service was quick and delicious. Otherwise our stay was excellent and enjoyable.

We booked a 2 night stay on their high floor bi- level loft room with my family and it was all worth it. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. You will woke up with an amazing view of Niagara falls and sleep with the amazing lights of the falls at night. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended if your looking for a hotel to stay with your family

Wonderful experience at Marriott on the falls. We were able to check in early and were greeted in the main lobby with information about our stay. PARKING INFORMATION: When you arrive, you are required to go to the check in desk and collect a yellow card marker to place in your windshield. Parking is available in the exposed lot to the left of the main entrance. Charges for parking were $35/day. A little steep but you have the peace of mind that you won't be ticketed. The room was clean and the view was nothing short of spectacular. We checked into one of the rooms on the 30th floor with a view of both falls. What a view to fall asleep to and wake up to. Minor confusion with the breakfast service that was resolved promptly by the staff. All in all, a very pleasant experience! Will definitely come back in the coming years!

The room 3003 has an amazing view. The only thing is that be prepared to pay for the parking, and the breakfast🍳☕🍞 just cover 2 people, so you have to pay for the others guess that you have. We were 5 people 9 and 12 years old and 3 adults. There is not seniors discount. The room doesn't have a Microwave. But we really enjoy it❤.

The WORST Marriott property ever! Filthy rooms, rude staff, non-existent general manager - absolutely pathetic experience!! Day 1 - due to our flight delays, we checked in at 5am and ended up taking a red-eye. The front desk staff was quick to get us to our room. We had booked a 2 bedroom family suite and an additional room for our family of 11. We got in the room, noticed that coffee cups weren’t stocked, missing towels, missing amenities (we had requested a microwave), no water, and most importantly dirty rooms with spilled coffee stains on the window, and dirty bathtub. The food from the previous guests was still rotting in the mini fridge. Naturally we called many times to speak with a manager and experienced further disappointment. Manager 1 - Carlos - he was more interested in arguing with us about how WE did not read the room description and how he was doing us a FAVOR by comping the cost of the microwave. Extremely rude and disappointing. We asked to get the room cleaned, he said housekeepers start at 8am so we have to wait. Manager 2 - Anastasia - She seemed to be the only person who actually took the time to hear us out about our experience and gave us breakfast vouchers to make our experience better. I asked for the GM and she politely asked me to first work with her. Sadly, she too failed to communicate internally and our experience was still poor. Manager 3 - at the time of the check out, we asked for Manager 2 but only Michelle was available. Her lack of empathy and compassion was evident. She did comp few charges from our family suite which I appreciated but there was 0 effort made to make things right. Housekeeping - this was a HUGE miss. I mean look at the pictures and tell me if anyone would pay to live/bathe in a place like this? Poor service - they never stocked coffee cups for our room. After calling and asking them, they failed to send people to the room with our requests. Milestone breakfast - they call it VIP breakfast but it was worst than anything we have ever experienced. Extremely RUDE restaurant staff, and the lady who served us kept asking for a TIP!! So wrong!! I will be taking this up with Marriott Corporate as well. There needs to be a stronger audit of this place of some sort.

Niagara Falls Marriott is an amazing place to stay if you want to see the fireworks, but sadly the last couple years we did not get to see the fireworks, then this year, we got to see a few of them. The rooms are really nice, they have a fridge, a cabinet, and 3 really comfortable beds. Just one thing, when I came this year we had 2401(room number) and when we looked out side the ledge was bloking our view so don't go to some of the rooms on floor 24.

The view from our room was excellent. The room was very nice, large and clean. The Milestones restaurant had a wonderful view and excellent food. The only negative thing was on the day of check out, only one elevator wasn't working and there were no signs in any of the hallways letting us know. We waited over ten minutes for an elevator. People were riding the elevator up just so they could ride down to the lobby. We finally forced our way on the crowded elevator. I would have given 5 stars if they had signs up explaining the unfortunate situation and helped us in some manner to get out of the hotel.

Overall, my family and I had an good experience here. The parking lot is across the street at the other Marriott. However, they do allow you to unload and load at the lobby entrance. The parking lot is a short walk across if you opt for self park. I like that you can get the bus passed from the lobby, therefore, once we parked we didn't have to worry about finding another spot. The we go bus is easy to use and pretty much take you anywhere you want to go. We stayed in a Falls view room, amazing view. The hotel has a viewing seating area in the room already set up. Morton's was good but didn't expect all the additional taxes, resorts fees they charge on top of your bill. They're not transparent about that, I had to ask . My check was very confusing, I'm not completely sure that I wasn't overcharged which is weird for a restaurant visit. We also ordered room service for breakfast. It was ok probably would have been better if I was hot. Food arrived cold not warm. The syrup they sent was so cold must have came right out the refrigerator not warmed making the cold pancakes worst.

We stayed in Marriott on the Falls over the weekend to celebrate my birthday! We booked a falls view room with a wine package included. The wine package got us a free bottle of wine delivered to our room, $20 towards dinner at the in-house restaurant (Milestones) & 2 free wine tastings at 2 different local wineries. For the price we paid, we felt the room & package were more than worth it. We got booked into a room on the 10th floor, which gave us stunning views of the falls & we loved seeing them lit up at night & had a great view of the fireworks! Yes, we did notice it looked like a few things could have used an upgrade & the elevators were slow. But neither of those things bothered us. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was great & in a prime location! Our only complaint was our free bottle of wine didn't get sent to the room until after 9pm & we had to call the desk numerous times to even get it at all. I would have preferred to have it earlier since we were going to be getting up early the next morning. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay & would recommend to anyone!

Been staying here for work conferences a few times and it is a nice hotel at reasonable prices for being on the falls. Rooms are clean and spacious, and it's not expensive to upgrade to Fallsview Rooms. There is not much on site parking, but there is an overflow across the street. There is also a Milestones and Starbucks within the hotel. Sometimes there is a short wait for the elevators but not unexpected for this size of hotel. I would recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing! After a dreadful night at another hotel in Niagara, we booked a room at the last minute. When we called about early checkin the front desk staff offered to call as soon as a room was available. Then they actually upgraded us to a two king bed on the top floor to give us lots of room for three people and our dog. Customer service was stellar. Room is beautiful and spacious. Even our pup was welcomed warmly. Such a relief to stretch out and relax in this awesome space.

The pros: We had a great view overlooking the falls on the 28th floor. Beds were very comfortable and cozy. Restaurant was also very nice. The cons: our heater, toilet, and shower all broke during our two night stay. The cost to park and the resort fee are also a bit extreme in my opinion.

The stay was awesome made our vacation 10 times better! The view was amazing, we were on the 31st floor which was awesome. They did not do housekeeping due to Covid however if you needed anything they were fast with there service. Not close to Clifton hill however the we go is right in front of the hotel which is convenient. I will definitely be staying here again as well as recommending this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights in a 2 Queen bed Superior Fallsview room. Service was great. We had arrived a little earlier than planned but they let us check in early. Had an issue in the room but Front Desk took care of it and all the staff members we interacted with were lovely. Any requests made were met promptly. View in our room was amazing. Only con is that the coffee maker in our room did not work but it was alright because we didn't use it anyways. Everything was quite expensive but if you do your research, there won't be any surprises. Paid $35 before taxes for parking a night. Room service has a $5.00 delivery charge. If you do the breakfast buffet, be sure to arrive early!

The room was spacious, but despite the spaciousness, the bathroom was very small. They didn’t do a great job vacuuming before we arrived and there was a huge spiderweb along with many egg sacs on the underside of the chair in the corner. We called housekeeping the first day to remove or vacuum them, but nobody came, even though they said they would. Someone came to remove them the second day when we called. The lady was nice, but we noticed she didn’t even remove any of the egg sacs. At least the sheets and towels seemed clean. The pool and hot tub are okay, but it’s not the nicest facility. The Starbucks in the lobby is hardly ever open. A huge annoyance about this hotel is that they only have three elevators in a building that has 20+ floors. The wait for the elevator was usually over 20 minutes. The lines for check-in were also very slow and long. Not to mention, they rip you off for overnight parking. Not the worst hotel, but definitely not worthy of a 4-star label. We will not be staying here again.

Attended a conference in the hotel. Amenities were good. Bed was comfortable. There is a Milestones in the hotel so that was convenient. Also a small Starbucks in the lobby which was nice, as hotel coffee is not known to be fantastic. Parking was challenging. I found a spot upon arrival on a Tuesday night and didn't move my car until leaving 2 days later, as others had a hard time finding parking. Overall a nice hotel. 4 elevators and over 30 floors, so we still had a long wait and slow ride at times, but it's too be expected.

Great hotel with great views of the falls. Book a falls view room. Convenient to most areas but it is the furthest hotel from the popular areas. Suggest a visit to Niagara on the Lake, great little town only 30 min away. Only negative I can say is that the TV channel selection sucks! No great channels, no free movie channels and no detailed guide to figure out what’s on.

Great location for your New Years Niagara Falls visit. Wego bus stop right in front makes visiting near by attractions a breeze and may cheaper than paying for parking at each destination. We had selected a room with a view to the falls and that was the perfect choice because it gave us a front row view of both of the water falls, fireworks and the light show from the comfort of our room. Rooms are spacious but aren’t super clean (walls had dust and carpets aren’t clean). We had a double queen bedroom and one of the beds leaned sideways, called front desk and notified our house keepers but no one came to fix it until our last night so that doesn’t earn them 5 stars :(

  • 5/5 Matt J. 4 months ago on Google
Such a beautiful room and a comfortable bed. It made the time away from my family a little more comfortable. The sound insulation from other rooms made for a pleasurable experience. The view of the falls was spectacular as it was floor to ceiling glass. I would happily stay at this hotel again.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate my mothers birthday for the weekend and I was overall very impressed with our stay. We were able to upgrade to a higher floor room, which had a spectacular view of the falls! Also, since it was my moms birthday they surprised her with wine in the room. The service was great, and it was great knowing that there was a bus stop right outside the hotel. We were able to go around the area and see many sites. We did drive to the hotel, and parked the car outside in their open lot. It felt pretty safe and we had no issues at all.

Stayed from Friday-Monday, incredible views. If you're coming to Niagara Falls you need a hotel with a view from your room. The staff was also incredible as they made us feel welcome and gave great recommendations looking for our best-interest. The only fall point was that the rooms and amenities we're dated. Whirlpool had visible repairs to it, lacked pressure, and was not entirely clean with hairs floating. The walls had visible repairs on it. Elevators seemed to be working extra hard and at busy hours can be a bit of a wait. Otherwise, location is perfect and convenient. Will be back to the area, as to whether I'll stay at the same hotel is another question!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and my overall experience was a mix of positives and negatives. Despite informing them in advance about our early arrival, the room was not ready as promised. The receptionist mentioned it would be ready by 4-5 pm, but we ended up waiting until 7 pm, which was quite inconvenient. To add to the frustration, the lady at the reception during check-in was not only rude but also required us to wait again and verify details already handled earlier in the day. This further prolonged the check-in process. On a positive note, the saving grace was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the room. The scenic beauty enhanced our trip experience. Additionally, I must acknowledge that once we accessed our room, it was impeccably clean. In summary, while the delayed check-in and unpleasantries at the reception were disappointing, the stunning view and cleanliness of the room salvaged the overall stay. It's my hope that the hotel addresses these issues for a more seamless experience in the future.

Wow what an excellent stay at the Marriott on the Falls. The Fallsview hotel sits in front of Marriott on the Falls - so it can be a bit confusing - but once you understand which location you are supposed to be at- you are in for a great stay 😉 Upon arrival I was upgraded and the elevators were efficient. In the daytime however they can be very busy - and apparently one stopped on others in my group, but eventually turned back on and continued :/ I will say the bathroom door was not our favorite - as it shuts sorts of awkwardly with a gaping hole and does not lock if that is needed. The bathroom is pretty seperate from the beds so it still offers privacy - just FYI to those traveling with friends or family. Parking is on the side of the hotel or across the street on quite busy days. I never tried to walk from this hotel so I'm unsure if there is a good way to reach the falls from here. Overall an excellent option and highly recommended.

I am so disgusted with this hotel. I cancelled online early on because we were not going to get a passport in time. The day of the arrival, they charged my credit card $1,100.00 to stay at their hotel. This time I called and they indicated that I didn't have proof that I canceled online and it was too late because it was the day of the check in. So, I told them to cancel it that day moving forward since I had reservations for multiple days and they confirmed on the phone that it was cancelled. Next thing I know they sent me an email asking me how my check in experience was. I didn't check in so I called again. They said I had no proof that I cancelled over the phone and I would have to call tomorrow instead; however, I would be charged full price for BOTH days since I couldn't cancel until the following day. I would NOT recommend this hotel! They will do whatever it takes to scam you full amount of money, regardless of whether or not you actually stay there.

Love this hotel! What an amazing view we had of Niagara Falls. Be sure to get a room facing that direction. The pic was taken from the window in our room. Very nice spotless clean room, loved the bathroom & shower too. They have an exit in the lobby out the back that connects you to an above the road access to cross over to the Falls.

We stayed at this property during a long weekend visit and it was a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff was extremely helpful, especially when we had to extend our stay due to bad weather. Uber's were extremely easy to get and it was central to anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!

Hotel overall was nice. Can't rate 5 star. The pool was nice, but water was quite warm, 80F+? The room itself was fine, maybe recent remodel? No microwave. The A/C could not keep up and our room peaked at 76F, cooled down late evening. Elevator waits seemed unusually long. The view was unbeatable. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and always try to remember to leave a review. This is only the third hotel I’ve ever rated 5 stars in the 100+ different places I’ve stayed at. The staff, the rooms, the location, food, and over ambience. Aside from the pillows being a little flat, this place met the mark in every way. I stayed on a high floor with a falls view, and it was truly breathtaking. Some of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at this place. Now, you’re certainly going to run up a bill here, but I absolutely got my money’s worth, and then some. If I come back to Niagara Falls, I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for a great experience!

Rooms were spacious. Cleanliness was maintained well. Service was good. Location is amazing. We had a great view of the Niagara Falls at night. The lighting on the falls and fireworks was clearly visible. It is recommended that problem use this view to soak in the great falls.

The Breakfast Buffet was good and the Valet only took like 5 minutes for us to get our car. View of the fall was great. It’s near the falls too. Two of the elevators didn’t work when we first got there, I believe their fixed it now. Whirlpool was good, saw one small ball of hair though. Room 1721 had one ceiling light out but they quickly put a new lamp in, so thank you. Room 1921 bathroom door hinge screw a little loose, they need to tighten it with a screwdriver. Both rooms hard to find, near the service elevator in the back, they should do what most hotels do which is have a metal directory on the walls which show the room numbers with arrows. Overall it was a good hotel, but they should make it clear where the rooms are by the service elevator in the back.

We enjoyed our stay in our Fallsview room on the 14th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. Dinner was very nice in the on site restaurant. My only complaint is the outrageous parking fee of $39 that guests and Marriott rewards members are charged nightly. There are already enough taxes and fees added to the basic room rate. Maybe I did not look on the website closely enough when I booked the room but I did not see that fee when my total came up.

Booked a 3 night stay for our honeymoon and we didn't want to leave! Room was clean and spacious, bed and furniture was comfy, and the view of the falls was spectacular! Starbucks in the lobby was a nice bonus for when we wanted something better than in-room coffee. Heated pool and gym were very nice and seemed to be quiet before the early afternoon check-ins. Only downside was the hot tub jets/bubbles was out of order, but nothing I would worry about.

Excellent service and beautiful views of the falls. The reception desk was very accommodating and friendly which is why we decided to stay and extra night. Also the gym facilities have everything you need for a quick workout.

The room was very nice and had a beautiful view of the falls. However, we did not receive any room cleaning or service while the rest of our floor did. We had to call and ask for a few things to be cleaned/ taken care of, such as a refill for our conditioner bottle, clean bath towels, and the trash to be taken out (We would've taken the trash out ourselves, but there wasn't a bag in the bin so we could not.) Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back sometime in the future.

Please understand, staying here costs an arm and a leg. It is not cheap. However depending on what you are doing, it can be extremely convenient. The rooms are great. Also, keep in mind you pay them for parking as well, but that ties in to the convenience (and might save you money). Let's face it, even dives around her will cost you way too much. It’s sad but this is a location worth the money... IF... it provides you with convenience and a central location to what you are doing. I can't complain but for one thing, on the weekend, the hotel is so busy you can get stuck waiting for elevator after elevator before you can go down with your things and check out. It's a huge time waster but not the end of the world, so just be aware.

Convenient location for someone who likes to walk. Great rooms , I stayed on 20 floor facing city . Windows we’re clean comparable to Hilton . Comfy beds , complimentary wifi , water , coffee & tea. Starbucks on the main floor charges $5 for smallest coffee . We arrived earlier and were given a room without waiting which I’m thankful . Pool is clean. It was my daughter birthday but hotel didn’t send even a card… Overall lovely experience.

Everything is perfect. We got updated of our rooms. We booked two rooms. One for my family, one for my parents. There was a door inside the room to connect both bedrooms. My daughter was so excited to pass through the door and visit her grandparents. And the view of the falls was amazing. Especially in the night, when we turned off the lights and lie in the beds. We felt like we were in the heaven. I definitely will rebook in the future. I will also recommend my friends.

We didn’t have a great experience this time. First when we were booking the guy told me he can’t tell me the room number but he said it will be higher floor which what we want it. Then we did the payment he told me total price. When we were checking out the lady charge me 150 dollars more then what I been told. I told her and explain to her she was Arguing with me then she said they made a mistake and charge us extra for extra adult. Room was dirty windows are lots of finger prints you can’t even see anything. Beds had stains that my 10 years old didn’t wana sleep. We asked for the toddler bed it arrived at 1.30 am. After I called couple times. It’s not worth the money. Don’t go.

The hotel is clean and the room is very clean and tidy nicely but there are a lot of negatives. No one asks me about vaccination. Bathroom sink is closed and needs repair. The air conditioner is noisy and old. There are noise and screams in the coordinator between the rooms even after 12 midnight. While I was going out for breakfast at 9 am, the lock on the room door stopped working, meaning that I could not close the door. I spoke to the reception and housekeeping 3 times and the door was not fixed. The tea and coffee heater is bad , old and does not work well 4 elevators for many people even the notes posted by the hotel that only three people use the elevator but no body following the instructions.

  • 2/5 Sophie R. 2 years ago on Google
If you want a hotel that is NOT covid proof, there you go, you have found it. WAY to many people, there was no organization at all. It's ridiculous, there is like 4 elevators for way too many floors. People did not care to be squeezed. Also, if you are there to have a good night sleep, forget it. People are screaming in the hallway. We do not recomand and will not return. The staff was nice and the room was clean though, have to mention.
