The place was nice and convenient to the streets, a nearby 711, and there was plenty of parking when we arrived during our stay in December 12018. There is a 24 hr reception desk, who provided us with with extra toiletries needed, and new room cards whenever one of ours stopped worked. The receptionist we met at check-in even offered us a room with a microwave and fridge, free of cost which was an upgrade to our current booking. Sweet! The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, and there was daily, if not often housekeeping services when we weren't at our room. There's a money washer/dryer in the same room as the Food/Drink vending machines on the first floor, as well as coupons and info books about Niagara by the reception desk. Free coffee and tea too. With all these amenities and customer service availability, I would recommend this Motel 6 location!

I liked everything about this hotel except that the bedsheets looked a little dirty and shabby. The bathroom was good, the air conditioning and everything else was good for a night’s cheap stay. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and nice. My only complaint is that the bedsheets could have been cleaner and whiter. I mean we get what we pay for, I get it. Also, they do not provide any breakfast and coffee isn’t provided after 11am which is too bad because I wanted to make myself a coffee to only be told that it was closed. Apart from that, it’s at a very student friendly price. However if Motel 6 tries a bit more in providing clean sheets and clean pillows I think they’ll be one of the best hotels that travelers can come across.

No longer exists but infuriatingly you can still buy rooms for it. And my reservation went to the different hotel chain (??) What the puck ever.

The staff was very nice. The room was smaller than expected but nice and clean. A great value for the money. This is a place to go if you're on a budget but still want a clean and comfy place to stay for a few days. You won't get all the bells and whistles as the more expensive resorts. It accomplished what you need: a decent place for lodging. Free coffee & hot water from 6am - 10am. Our room actually had a fridge & microwave as well. We were able to take our pet for no extra charge. They were very good about that as well. Excellent! It's also close to shopping in Niagara falls, NY, which has grocery stores and department stores. About a 15-20 minutes drive too downtown Niagara falls and the rainbow bridge. They also have public transportation nearby.

Room was comfortable, clean and up to date furnishing and fixtures. Bed was in the top 5 most comfortable I've slept in. The shower curtain wasn't long enough for the walk in shower, it was about 2-3 inches too short, so water splashed all over the floor. A iron and ironing board would have been nice to have.

Staff is rude, room was not set up, no toilet paper in the bathroom, they charge you extra for everything including if you want a fridge in your room. The floors are wood so you feel every bit of dirt so happy we travel with our slippers. Bed feels rock hard. Definitely not worth paying almost $100 for a nightand would not recommend not will we ever stay here again.

The room was nice and clean. However the first day of housekeeping when we came back to our room the towels were piled on the sink not hung, we didn't have any extra soap, and we weren't left any clean cups. Very disappointing! However the next day everything was as it should be. Also the sink in the bathroom drain very slowly. I did inform the front desk upon leaving.

Very clean and nice modern/minimalist updates. Dog-friendly with wood-look flooring and walking area. Minor inconveniences: doggy pick up bags were not stocked and we fortunately had paper towels on us. Hair dryer would be nice. I know it's no frills but it's such a minor thing to provide and a pain to travel to with. Customer service was excellent! Cheerful, responsive when we had a minor issue with the sink, and the motel was maintained well. I would stay again when in town.

The staff was rude, rooms were dirty, all the sheets and towels were stained and gross had to go buy our own. Doesn’t look like our room was ever cleaned. Dog pee in the elevator. There was two of us in the room as it said on reservation and they would only give us enough towels for one. The shower was also gross looked like there was mold in the towel rack they had. The bed wasn’t even a queen size it was way smaller and they bed was not comfortable at all. Had to buy our own pillows too because the ones they had were paper thin and stained up as well. There was bugs in the halls and hair all over our room even in the bath tub.

Maybe it was July 4 weekend, but the price we paid seemed on the high side for a Motel 6. The neighborhood is crummy, but safe enough and reasonably quiet. The lobby is a little shabby, but the guy behind the counter was efficient and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfy. Everything worked as it should, but the towels were thin. Lack of carpet made it feel like an upscale dorm room or private room in a hostel. Really, not bad. If the price were 30% cheaper, it would match expectations. An easy 15 minute drive to the falls.

Staff member was very nice and helpful. Rooms are bright, modern, and clean. However, room is somewhat small and you have to pay extra if you want a fridge /microwave. That being said, it is still a good value at $85 a night incl. tax.

Room was clean and odor free, on the small side for a room this price. Hardwood floors are a nice change from usual carpet. Only complaint is for the nightly price the only bathroom amenity is a single small bar of soap and for breakfast just coffee. Just a basic room, wouldn't oppose to staying again

The hotel was pretty clean with great accessibility to the downtown. The front desk was pretty helpful in giving us directions. However, basic things like shampoo/microwave was not provided. The room was clean but seem to be a little old. Like the bathroom fittings were worn out (loose) and the furniture specially the bed was a little squeaky.

For the budget traveller it's a decent pick; don't expect to be awed. Staff were helpful and it's relatively close to downtown - 15 minute Uber ride away. So perfectly accessible. Rooms were neat and clean. And decent meal options and stores around. On the other hand, the room phone wasn't working, thermostat needed tweaking to get it to start. The staff, after multiple check-ins from us, still failed to follow-up and let us know of a credit card being declined and cancelled our room. Ended up with us having to wait around a couple of hours for them to find a fix. And I've never been a fan of their beds - had the water bed feel to them. If it weren't for the lack of follow up on the credit card issue - I'd give it a 4.
