I honestly didn’t see anything that I like about that hotel. To begin with the receptionist was as rude as a pig. She does not know to talk friendly and mannerly with customers! She yells at anyone regardless of who’s around. The room!!! Omg it stinks, smells old, moldy and has cobwebs hanging on the ceiling. The bath tub is dirty, has hair in it and stains all over. The bed scratches your skin and leave bumps! We couldn’t even sleep in peace. The window has a huge crack on it. It scares you that anyone can break in. The ac keeps cutting off; you have to get up to put it on every now and then. There was hardly any space to dwell in the room. The sink was so small. One chair for 3 people to sit on. One big old line phone sitting on the table that’s not even working. The second entrance door has no lock which is very unsafe for the guests staying on the property. The maintenance guy is also very rude and has no etiquette. He burps very loud in-front of the guest and don’t even say excuse. To continue, when we asked for a refund the receptionist (owner’s wife) started to verbally abuse us then her husband but in and started too. My worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend that no body visits that hotel!!!!! You will regret it!!!!

Dont look like the picture. Bad smells. They said no smoking and the rooms has bad cigarette smells. No microwave, no coffee pots in rooms. no pool, listed a continental breakfast nope offered none not even coffee. No vending machines. They offer a fitness center, one treadmill in a tiny room. Walls were paper thin. We could hear everything from the other guests including the shower in the next room. Over. Highly do not recommend.

This is a decent motel. Room was in good shape. Bathroom was really small. Good thing that there was free breakfast. It was little noisy in the night as kids from adjacent rooms were playing. It was little noisy in the morning as we could hear shower drain noise from upstairs. If you want to save few bucks, you can stay here. Definitely looked better than other motels nearby. Friendly staff.

Location isn't great. We got there pretty late so had to ring a bell for someone to come check us in. Parking lot was completely full. I realized when going to check in that I had lost my driver's license. We had made the reservation on one of the sites on line (expedia/priceline). I had my expired license at home though so they did finally allow my son to email them pics of my old license so we could check in which I appreciated. The owner though kept feeling the need to give me advice about making sure I always had my ID with me, which obviously I would have if I wouldn't have just lost it! We had a really rough day prior to check in and since it was so late, we didn't get much sleep. Thankfully they did give us an extra hour to check out which was greatly appreciated. The room however...not good. The bathrooms were gross with obvious black mold growing. We were so exhausted that I refrained myself from checking the mattress seems for bugs which I normally would do. We didn't thankfully have any hitchhikers on the way home though so Im guessing it was ok. The mold though was a huge issue for me as one, its disgusting and two, I'm allergic. And it is so obvious that it realy bothers me why they didn't address it.

So this is a mixed review , we booked for 5 nights, arrived and got into the room and it was absolutely dirty. The mold and mildew smell was overwhelming for me and my son. We have asthma and allergies and was starting to flare up. Also there was hair still in the bathtub and floor of the bathroom. The vent in the bath was so caked of dust that it was hanging out. The filters of the ac unit looked like they hadn't been changed or cleaned in months. Caked with dust . Wall outlet by bed was hanging out. Now location not bad for the price if only it was clean. Now the service however was phenomenal. Spoke with the night guy and told him our problem he offered a new room or refund. We had him show us the other room unfortunately still dirty and packed with dust on the filters. So we ended up getting the refund. But he was more then accommodating

Horrible hotel❗️The cleaning is rly bad I found a Beer bottle in my Bathroom! The Room is stinky smelling rly bad! And the breakfast is Fake : the orange juice , apple juice, and the coffe was fake or expired🤢🤮 Never would go there should’ve read review before go🤦‍♂️ IF YOU ARE READING THIS R.N AND THINKING TO GO THERE…. Really satisfied with the stay. The rooms wer neat, good lighting and had basic necessities. We stayed with kids, had a pleasant one. Free breakfast was provided. Its closeby the Niagara falls start park was about 7 min drive by car. There was ample parking spaces and entry points easy to carry luggage frm parking lot.

This place was terrible! Highly do not suggest. When we went in to the room it smelled very mildewy. After further inspection we found mold in the air conditioner as well as around the top of the shower. Not only did we find mold in the shower we also found hair in there. Along the same lines there was a pizza box in the fridge, which proves that obviously nobody looked in there or cleaned it. Also found was an old phone that had been sitting on the desk. Overall the place was smelly, dingy and poorly lit. Not to mention the “fitness center” is just a treadmill. When we went to the front desk to ask for a refund due to the poor state of the room we were treated terribly by the lady at the front desk and she wouldn’t even give a partial refund. I suggest you look into the plenty of other hotels in the area.

Enjoyed our room. Nice easy access to Niagra Falls. Breakfast was the normal fair with a waffle option. Room was clean but a little dark. Had movie channels on the TV. The only staff I interacted with was the lady at the front desk. She was pleasant and helpful. Not a bad option on the cheaper side.

DON'T STAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY AND CLEANLINESS. Worst stay ever. Staff enters the room even if you explicitly say not to enter the room and have DND on the door. Even management bavks them up saying "it's alright they are helping by changing towels". While they messed up our clothes and had access to all the stuff left in the room. Room smelled extremely bad as soon as you turn on the AC, looks like it has not even been rented for a long time. Do yourself a favor and don't ever stay here.

After a long drive from New York City, when I got there I was very tired and I couldn’t wait to check in and to relax in my king room with jacuzzi(114)! Inside by the front desk I found a nice guy(probably the owner/manager) that helped me to check in 1,5 hours before than I supposed to! I was delighted to find that my room was exactly like in the description on the booking and everything was clean and ready for us! The breakfast was ready in time simple & fresh !! OVERALL I’VE HAD A GREAT MEMORY AT THIS PLACE AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!!! YOU CANNOT FIND SOMETHING SIMILAR IN THE AREA SPEAKING ABOUT QUALITY/PRICE!!

Amazing clean room and free parking available but staff is close to non existent. By nonexistent i mean you won’t see them really, but they are very nice and hospitable whenever you do need any help. Housekeeping services not provided unless asked. Free breakfast is available in limited quantities so be quick in getting your food

Good location. I can't rate the service because I never saw an employee. They offered a room with 3 beds, so that worked well for our family. The breakfast was nothing great. I struggled to find anything appetizing.

Worst experience ever! The phone didn't work, tv got maybe 3-4 channels and hair everywhere on the towels and sink. I tried to address with the owners and they said it wasn't their problem and laughed. The male owner came to our room to attempt to fix the tv and said we had to change the channels manually. Rude, rude, rude! Not professional at all! And WILL NOT GO BACK!!

Look out for other options, plenty of hotels in the area with reasonable prices.breakfast here sucks no eggs no meat only vegetarian, also front entrance closed after 10pm. Place operating at its own convenience

the beds were very good. bathroom was a little tight and dated. but it worked. the woman at the reception is very friendly and responsive. don't know why some people complained about it. good spread of breakfast items.

The place was good, beds were nice, staff was quick and courteous. We arrived early and wanted to check in early and without any thought they said yes to it.

I spent one night here in September 2023. Yes, the rooms are rather dark, there's only one light in the bedroom. A huge spa tub was also in the room, but it appeared clean (I didn't use it). The room appeared clean overall, the bed was comfortable, the check in was on par for any of the Hindu owned motels I've been to: courteous but not effusive, and there were no bed bugs. I got a discounted rate in an online booking site, so it was reasonable for me. It's an easy drive to the border, to the falls, and downtown.

Got a good rate on the room. Room was very dark. Bedside lamp and USB plug didn't work. Noisy from other rooms. Shower had mold (see attached photo). Will not be going back there.

The room was clean. The lady at the hotel is so nice. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls. So you need Uber or public transport (but it is not very often)

The rooms were exceptionally tidy and clean, offering great value for the price paid. The only drawback was the light breakfast, but the overall experience was fantastic.

The staff was very nice but did not want to address issues with my room while I was there (they said they would look in the morning). The phone was broken and the electrical outlets were to loose to hold my plug in devices. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. The room was muggy and smelled heavily of mildew. The hotel is in a beautiful location across from a beautiful park on the water and right of the highway. Only a few minutes from Niagara Falls Park but far enough away from the hustle. Breakfast spread cool.

Great hotel/ Motel. Due to net issue near falls accidentally room was double booked and I did not chose protection or fully refund option! Hotel attendant was so supportive and help to fix the issue with Expedia! They can deny and hold the money for the mistake! Breakfast was awesome and more option than lot of other motel/ hotels in Niagara Falls and vicinity! Room was clean and fresh!

Good for less pricey motel. Good customer service, but room was TOO dark , very small window faced a wall and the mildew in the shower and mildewy smell in the bathroom made me go else where. If that was together, I would've stayed. Free breakfast (packaged muffins, apples, yogurt) and nice manager.

It was very unprofessional and very bad service. Their customer care worst and the staff treating their guests was unacceptable. They were being really rude. Never expected such from the staff. Do not recommend staying here.

Great family owned property, understanding team, and friendly. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms are furnished well and clean. About 8minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park.

Amazing stay experience! They have amazing room with two Queens plus single bed (total of 5 can sleep), breakfast and shortest commute to the Niagara Falls state park. Overall amazing price and stay experience!

Jacuzzi tub in the room (king suite) is awesome, though only half the jets work. It’s fairly clean, no breakfast or coffee & not the greatest neighborhood. Got a great deal so we are satisfied, but Deff could be better. Bathroom is so small you have to open the door as far as it goes, squeeze in and shut the door to use the sink

Room had a horrible smell. Noticed mold on the bottom of the plug for the hot tub. The refrigerator was dirty, was not cleaned, probably for months. Shower is in one room and toilet in another. Shower drain looked like it had food or dry salsa to it. Does not clean under trash in the bathroom in the corner. The shampoo that the hotel gives you looked used.

It was an OK place but we felt either too cold or too warm here! Difficult to set the temperature. And the bathroom is old style!

We stayed here for a night on our trip to Niagara Falls. The motel is decent and we dint have any issues.

The good: Close to Niagara Falls, free parking included, friendly staff, clean sheets and towels, no bed bugs :) The bad: Stained bed covers, moldy window curtains, moldy shower, dirty carpet, dirty fridge, unreasonably expensive for what it is ($149, $170 a night with all fees). Won’t come back.

My experience at this Motel was not that amazing but not that bad. But I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone or stay at this motel again. There was stains on the bed sheets and the floors. The motel didn't seem to be clean in a long time. There were crumbs and other things on the floors. The bathroom and the closet didn't seem to be cleaned for a long time. When I arrived to check into this motel the tables were not clean there were crumbs all over and flys. Customer service was horrible and there is no free breakfast which was said on the website. The only good thing about this motel was that it is close to the niagara falls and some other tourist places and there are no bed bugs. But the thing that this motel needs to improve of this being clean and also keeping the guest rooms more clean and better customer service.

Good place but could do much better. It was clean and neighbourhood was quiet. but not much to do around and not many place to eat.
