As Hilton Diamond members, my husband and I obviously love the Hilton chain of hotels. We have also stayed at this location in the past and been very happy. This time, however, we were far less than happy. We were celebrating our birthdays and very much looking forward to finally getting away. We booked two nights in a deluxe King Suite with Can/US falls view. Asked for the highest floor possible (were only offered 29 of 30 in a very much not busy hotel). After dealing with the woman (with a bad attitude) who checked us in we went to our room. We were determined to not let that ruin our stay. We got to our room and found a room in desperate need of renovation...and remnants of what we assumed were decorations from a birthday party, still stuck on walls and ceiling. As I said, we are familiar with the Hilton chain, having stayed in many different locations in both the US and Canada. We have always been happy...until now. We also understand how rough the last two years have been on businesses everywhere and have personally been affected by the pandemic ourselves. But customer service and attention to detail should certainly not suffer...especially now! We still had a great time in Niagara...and ultimately came back with many good memories of our mini-vacation, but until this location decides to get their act together, we won't be back. And I don't see them holding on to their current 4-star rating. Do better Hilton Niagara!

Upon arrival we fell in love with the room. As we started unpacking we noticed the fridge did not work. We tried our best to fix it but maintenance came up and replaced it with the one from the room next door. Loved the amazing bathroom but disgusted with hair found in the tub. Icing on the cake we went to get in bed AND FOUND DRY BLOOD on duvet not a small amount. When we called to fix this they sent housekeeping who not only just dropped our new clean duvet on the floor outside the door but DID NOT TAKE AWAY THE BLOOD STAINED ONE. For paying almost 400$ for a night this was disgusting and unacceptable. The bed did not have any cover on the duvet and only flat unfitted sheets which felt very unsanitary and not comfortable at all. We called the front desk and let them know we would be leaving the bloody duvet outside the door. The next day it was still left on the floor. The elevators were extremely long waits as two were down as well as one escalator making getting around near impossible so we barely left our room. Nobody was socially distanced and with the longest check in line I’ve ever waited in basically standing on top of people each other. I cannot believe how gross this was for how much we paid. Well not be staying at this hotel as there are cheaper, cleaner and better options available.

It was my/our first time at the Hilton Niagara Falls. I came with my family (wife and 2-year-old son). (Thursday, March 31st, 2022). Our first interaction was with the staff at the parking lot, and they were amazing. They gave me a great parking spot due to the height of my Jeep. I loved that. The entrance to the hotel was spotless, and the check-in was very fast and efficient. The room had an amazing view of the falls. My son loved the view. The room itself was nice, but not what I expected for the price. We requested a room with a sofa bed for my son. Unfortunately, we didn't check the coach until my son was ready to go to sleep. The coach had disgusting stains marks under the seat cushions; they were noticeable when I removed the seat cushions in order to open the bed. The mattress was even worse. It seems that it was very old and in very bad condition and shape (check photos). When it was time to sleep, there was a bright light coming from the bottom of the door. The room door had a very noticeable gap. In short words, staff and hotel common areas and amenities were great, not impressed, and unhappy about the room.

We came here last weekend and had a pretty great time. Casino is super close, big perk! You don’t even have to go outside to get there. The staff were very nice and helpful and fast service. The gentleman who did the shuttle to the parking was so sweet and he gave us good recommendations for food when we told him we had a great breakfast in a place in town (Scoops! Don’t walk, run there). The room was very clean and spacious. We even had a nice hot tub to ourselves! We didn’t book for a falls view but still somehow got a bit of a view of the falls which was a nice surprise! Hoping they bring back room service soon as that was my only disappointment but to be fair I do understand wanting to keep their staff safe! And when we went to go ask for some more towels the staff was so lovely and sweet to us! They work so hard and I know the pandemic wasn’t easy on them. I just took away a star because parking was $90 for two days and the lot was a bit far. But we do understand the need to do a bit of a reset after the pandemic. Just was a bit pricey all said and done. For sure an easy safe bet though if you want a luxurious clean and comfy experience 🥰

Posting here because I submitted feedback directly and didn’t hear back. We were sadly disappointed in our recent stay for the following reasons: 1) Parking is too expensive for what it is - it’s $35/day to park in an outdoor, rundown lot a block away from the hotel. It was low season and the indoor lot was not close to full. We had two kids with us and it was inconvenient. 2) Pool was cold, hot tub was lukewarm - to the point where all the kids were in the hot tub and not swimming. Several of us asked the maintenance person to please turn up the temp. He took a temp check but I am nearly certain the sensor was not calibrated. About 15 people were attesting that the temperatures were abnormal. 3) No slide. One of the pools was closed, and pics on the website had a slide. Our kids were super excited for this, and then we showed up and there was no slide. We were not told about the closure before our visit. 4) Pool sign-up procedure - we had to sign up for certain times to use the pool and were told we would have the pool “just us”. When we got there, there were 3 other large families and we shared the small (cold) pool with them, while the maintenance people were running around. It was anything but relaxing. It’s ok to share of course, but we would have appreciated not being told we would have it to ourselves. 5) Door to bathroom was difficult to close - we had a sliding door to our bathroom (room 2056) that was very hard to shut. The adults had to help shut it every time (kids could not physically do it). 6) Soda can left in our room - empty sofa can in our bathroom upon arrival. 7) We asked the concierge for help and she said “can you just wait? I have a lot going on!” We understand things get busy, but we were just standing there waiting to ask a question, not interrupting. There were positive aspects of our stay - it is convenient that you offer 2-bedroom suites with nice views. Front desk women were nice and accommodating. We were all just excited to stay but our expectations were not met.

If you come here for a falls view, don’t expect anything like the pictures they post. We had a room with a falls view and yes, they are there, but not as close as you think. We were complimentary upgraded to a bigger room, which was very nice. But most annoying thing was that the water was yellow when we tried to fill up jacuzzi in our room. We were told to wait 20 min until it becomes clear, which is not what you want to do after a long day, eh? The room itself I found a little old fashioned but it was clean with comfy beds. And I think they could have upgraded their shampoo soap etc, for ones with more neutral smell, not only for men. Everything else was great, the pool was clean and had a nice view.

Stayed with the family and enjoyed the hotel. A room was made ready for us a bit ahead of the 3pm check-in time which was nice, although it was not the room we preselected and we were positioned directly next to the elevators. Location is excellent. So much to see and do within walking distance. If you have a falls-facing room, you'll be able to watch the nightly fireworks show as well. Check in and out we're very easy. The room was clean, but becoming a little dated (obvious repairs to the tub, some wallpaper peeling, fridge that was cool at best, etc). We also had a "ghost" dresser, where two drawers self-opened continuously. Parking was good but expensive. If you are open to off-site options, you will find options close by at much, much better rates. The room rate was also a bit pricey, but overall felt it was good value considering the location and the quality of the hotel itself. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. We booked the room with 2 Queen size beds and it’s perfect for 4 adults. It was busy when we checked in but it was quick. Downside for me was parking will cost you $20 per Night. Breakfast was good except the toaster will hold the line up. Come early otherwise you’ll have to wait in line. Pool was good but the hot tub jets were not at it’s operating peak. Overall good value and except parking but it’s comparable to everywhere you park.

The first impression when you walk into the hotel is that it's a nice and big hotel. The next thing that meets you is a long line to the front desk for checking, i guess this is to be expected with the amount of rooms they have, but it’s still not what you want to see when you have been traveling for a while. Entering the room it was spacious and nice looking with a smart layout and huge windows with a decent view. We upgraded to a “Two Queen Room, Whirlpool Tub with US Fallsview” room mainly for the view and the bathtub. As I always do i checked the closets and drawers in the room right at we are first getting comfortable, in one of the drawers i found 2 bags of dirty clothes, this was to say the least pretty uncomfortable, when heading out to eat after this I informed the reception of my findings and requested they remove it, coming back to the room late in the evening there was signs of housekeeping having been in the room, but the dirty clothes was still there. I can understand the housekeeping coming in and being afraid of taking our stuff even though i had explained where the unwanted dirty clothes were, what i can’t excuse was that there was not left a note, nor tried to send me a message about how they wanted to handle this. Just staying one night and being tired we decided to leave the matter, and take a bath before bed. This is where the next disappointment came, the bathtub was clearly worn to the point where the outer layer had started flaking and in some places were gone. This was first of all very uninviting, but flaking like this makes spots that are hard to clean and ideal for bacteria to grow, so we ended up skipping the bath and going straight to bed. The beds were nice and comfortable, but rest was quickly interrupted when the minibar started making loud noises and vibrating the whole cabinet it was in when the compressor kicked in. Luckily the compressor didn't run for long, so it was manageable. The thing that didn't disappear was the heat in the room, we were on the same floor as the pool and the whole floor seemed warmer than the rest of the hotel, this would have been totally fine had the AC not been turned of for the winter, i do not understand why they would do this, but we were offered a fan as an substitution, but in my mind that is no valid substitution. I like it cold when I sleep, and would have had it several degrees colder than the room was, but it was not so hot that sleeping was too difficult. In the morning the wakeup call was kids running and talking in the hallway, this is when we discovered that there was absolutely no seal around the door and both sound and light heavily leaked through around the whole door! Given the price we were paying and the standard we were expecting from a known brand like the Hilton we were extremely disappointed. Not being able to use part of what we upgraded for and paid extra for is in my mind unacceptable. We might have just gotten a bad room, but if you have to gamble on getting a good or bad room I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was super happy with our time here. Enjoyed only 1 night stay but everything was a breeze, parking was easy and the tunnels are amazing with the chilly weather. Great place to stay, clean room with a jacuzzi & great price! Got the room with the “city view” and it was gorgeous! View of the falls and the casino lights! Coming here again for sure.. not one complaint. (The reviews almost had me booking another hotel but I’m so glad we stayed here- so take these reviews with a grain of salt, when you go to Niagara expect to spend money)

My husband had surprised me with a weekend away…in a romantic suite overlooking the falls. Wry nice view of the fireworks each night. The room needs to be cleaned. Vent in the bathroom was blocked with dust. The tiles around the shower were cracked so after a shower we needed to soak up the water with all towels (which we figured) would be replaced when they cleaned the room while we were gone. Nope all wet towels still on the floor. Housekeeping was good to come up with clean ones late when we called. And we were advised housekeeping only cleans every third day. We were then woken up at 3:30 am with a loud banging noise. After waking up and realizing it is coming from somewhere in the room we called maintenance. (They were quick to come up). It was discovered that the air conditioner was broken and we would need to be moved to another room. We were given a basic room. When we checked out we were charged the same price for all nights for both rooms and no discount for any inconvenience we had encountered. Hotel needs work on cleaning inside and out. But the staff were good.

I expected a lot more from a Hilton hotel, especially considering I was paying 300$ a night. I had booked my stay for 4 nights at the Hilton Niagara Falls in October for my honeymoon. Due to COVID we weren't able to go overseas and so we decided on a staycation. I informed the hotel at the time of my booking that we would be there on our honeymoon, we were told we would get sparkling wine on our first night, such a sweet gesture I thought. It didn't happen. I also informed the hotel upon booking that I am very allergic to feathers- guess what? Feather duvet and pillows awaited me. I had to call to get new bedding. Then- the icing on the cake really, once the smell of Lysol air-freshener wore off the room smelled like mildew. A guest who stayed in our room prior must have spilled something on the right side of the bed because there was a gross sticky smelly spot of soiled carpet right near our bed. For a hotel which claims that cleanliness and customer service are it's pillars we didn't receive either. When we went to the front desk to explain these troubles not a single soul seemed to care, we then proceeded to cancel our other two nights. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not if you have any kind of expectation for service or cleanliness. Four stars in the lobby perhaps, but certainly not in the rooms. What a shame.

Update: I raised my rating to 4 stars after Hilton quickly and efficiently addressed my concerns based on the review below. Earlier review: This hotel left much to be desired in terms of accommodation and customer service. We were sold on a deluxe 2-bedroom suite, which, upon arrival, was misleadingly small. The first bedroom was essentially the living room with a bed, and the second was more of an oversized hallway than a proper room - devoid of windows or views, more reminiscent of a cramped motel than a luxury hotel. The customer service response to our dissatisfaction was questionable. When we proposed switching to two separate rooms, we were initially informed the hotel was fully booked. Strangely, the manager, Anthony, later suggested a questionable solution where we could pay for two additional rooms while retaining our original suite, also contradicting their earlier claim. Service issues continued into the next morning when a mistake was made with our breakfast order. We were short one meal, and the solution offered was a 30-minute wait for the additional dish. Additionally, our late checkout request was disrespected as the cleaning staff entered our room without warning, even with a "do not disturb" sign in place and our protests being ignored. Lastly, navigating the hotel during busy hours was cumbersome due to inefficient elevator service. The long wait times (up to 20 minutes) were a significant inconvenience during check-in and check-out periods.

We decided to stay at the Hilton on July 2-4. We paid 400 a night per room. It’s understandable they are busy. The room we we got was really small. Could barely walk around. Went to speak with manager (Anthony) I was told for $180 more I can get bigger room. I told them we already paying 400 a night! He kept insisting we pay the extra. So we did we had no choice. The room we got was dirty. Had blood stains in the couch. It smelled funky (was non smoking). The tap did not work and we could not get any hot water. We tried to call front desk but no answer. Paying $500 a night after the “upgrade” and we got room with blood stains and taps that don’t work with no hot water…will never stay here again.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff appeared annoyed as soon as we were greeted for check in. Didn’t spend any more than 3 minutes in the room because of how filthy it was (moldy smell of cigarette smoke, hair in sink, carpet full of dirt and crumbs, dust everywhere). When we told staff about the conditions of the room and the fact it would not be a standard to stay in, we were met with annoyance and belittling comments. We were given a new room that was supposedly in “a cleaner tower,” which makes me question why the cleanliness standard of the first tower was disregarded… the second room smelled of mold again and chlorine from the pool. Just unlivable conditions if you value your health. Staff continued to deal with us (as well as several other customers nearby) as though they were inconvenienced to be there. They consistently told us dissonant information (price per night, refunding a room/charging a room, cleanliness standards, etc) despite us having emails from the hotel with the actual information. Staff need to be trained and hotel needs a high powdered disinfectant. We left immediately.

Absolutely loved it here. We picked the hotel on a whim, and drove up. Got an excellent room with views of both falls, with almost no wait. The staff was helpful and friendly, very quick. The room was spotless and exactly as described, king bed, hot tub, and the view... The view was incredible! We ordered room service minutes before the kitchen closed, with no complaints and cheerful voices. Delivery was quick and friendly and the food was great. Breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant was wonderful, again the view was stunning. It's not cheap, I'm sure we could have gotten better prices if we had looked around, but I doubt we could have gotten a better experience.

Upon arrival check in was quick. Arrived to our room located in the South Tower. Room smelt nice and clean but was cold. Easy fix with adjusting the thermostat and closing the window which was found open. Whirlpool tub had plenty of hot water and was well enjoyed. Attempted to order room service (as no indoor eating options due to covid),the added delivery charge and gratuities made it very expensive and decided found other dining options. Bed was comfortable for the most part. Downfall was the loud music coming from a room near by that kept us up half the night.

The service was first class, the rooms were clean and tidy, the location was walking distance to everything, and the view was amazing. We had the perfect room to watch the fireworks. The casino was accessible without having to walk outside too and the restaurants inside the hotel are worth 5 stars. I actually want to mention the driver for the shuttle bus to the parking lots. We had lost a bag that day, and he kept it safe until we came back for it which was around 6 hours later.

We arrived around 3:30 and the parking lot was full. We checked in and got to our 29 degree room. We tried to call the front desk and the phone doesn't work. We said the room is 39 degrees, their response, "yeah, we only have heat now". We said the thermostat is set to 17 so why is the heat even on? Unbelievable. Not worth the crazy money we paid.

For 300$ a night our room was small and view of falls was distorted by a view of a huge parking lot and roof tops. There was mold in the ceiling and inside the vent cover! I complained and they upgraded our room, but then I had to go up and move all our items from the old room into the new room. They gave a 100$ credit which ended up being $50 after parking fees. The breakfast was not great either!! It’s also not conveniently located if you have a child with you. The one tv in the room didn’t work. No signal. The vending machines were half full to empty and the drinks in the vending machine were not cold. Not impressed at all. Will NOT stay there again.

I use to love staying at the Hilton and I always recommended my friends to stay there. The location is great. I stayed there this weekend with my husband and two other people. Our room was spacious and nice. The issue I had was the room was not serviced prior to our stay other than the towels being replaced and the beds being maid, they did not clean our room. There were pee stains on the toilet seat, and the shower gel was completely empty, I actually had to jump out of the shower to grab soap. There were no extra pillows in the closet as I was told given I had the pull out couch for the extra guest. No extra blanket either. I called down for pillows which took over 40 minutes to get and I had to call twice for it. As we came back from an event and wanted to get to sleep. There was a loud mechanical sound every 20 min or so all night which woke me up a few times. So much for a good nights rest. The water is 5$ a bottle which I think is insane. Especially when you’re spending a certain amount already on the room. The parking! $100 valet and $75 self parking over night! This is just crazy we are your guests be a little more responsible for parking I’m not saying free but come on. Unfortunately I don’t think I will be staying here again there are so many cute little places to stay at in Niagara that actually will offer a bottle of water to their guests and make you feel welcome don’t waste your money here.

The room was amazing.. kinda haunted. The dresser drawer would open on its own, as well as the night stand. We were able to see the American falls from our window and were able to experience the fireworks at 10:00, every night we were there. Loved it. Didn't like to have to use the shuttle but the guys there were great, very friendly. The location was good, enjoyed the area and the restaurants. Thank you. It was a birthday gift from my sister.

I was very disappointed, we got the king suite and spent over $800 for 2 nights. When we arrived, they told us there was no parking available on site, the parking lot we had to go to was pretty far away although there was a spare Hilton lot that was closer and basically empty. It was freezing outside and we had to wait for a shuttle and load/offload all of our things then of course its customary to tip the shuttle driver. If we had known this was going to be the case we would have prepared for it. They should be letting guests know this beforehand. They also charged us $100 for parking. The location of the hotel is great and the view was wonderful but when we got in to our room, I immediately noticed black mould in the bathroom which I assume is pretty normal but still gross. I went to start the jacuzzi and one of the little jet covers fell off and out popped a TON of black hair and nasty pieces of calcium or some sort of build up, I almost threw up. Overall, the location and view are great but the services are the worst I've ever experienced. Will be staying at the Marriott next time, although it is cheaper my experience there was MUCH better.

This was our first time at this hotel. Although the room was aesthetically pleasing to begin with, there was no shower gel, no shampoo, and no conditioner in the pumps. We spent almost $300 for one night (not even 24 hours). Sometimes the cheaper hotels have better services such as free wifi, breakfast included and available toiletries. Also, when it’s busy the elevators take a long time. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator. Next time will probably go to a neighbouring hotel and do better research.

Good location. Great views. Nice renovation in the lobby area. That’s about it. Parking is a scam. You can park across the street at the casino for 50% of the cost they charge here. Front desk will scare you into believing your car won’t be protected and how they take no responsibility. It’s just a sales tactic. Don’t believe it. If you are sensitive to heat and prefer cool climate avoid getting a room in the mid or south tower. The thermostat is inoperable and is regulated by the building in general. When we got to our room the temperature was 28 degree Celsius. Unimaginable how anyone can be comfortable and relax in such a hot climate. After arguing with front desk they put us up in the north tower where it was a lot better, but the drawback is that the rooms are outdated and run down. But the views are spectacular and that’s all that you are really paying for staying here. Friendly tip beware about the scam packages Hilton sends to your email. We got a Fallsview package with “breakfast for 2” but really it was a meal voucher for continental breakfast. Still ended up paying an additional 35 dollars out of pocket after the service charges and tip. Not really complaining here but wish Hilton was more clear on what “breakfast for 2” really entails. Front desk said it was common sense but I don’t really appreciate being talked down like that. You messed up, you own it, not the other way around. Also some advice on hydration, bring your own water. The room has 2 water bottles filled with tap water that they charge 7.99 for. Everything closes after 10 and you will get stranded with no water. We had to go through 12 floors to find a working vending machine. All in all we will be looking elsewhere for our next stay in NF.

The ceiling in our washroom started leaking . Water is pouring down at 830 am. in our washroom from the floor above. Called the front desk, and they were able to stop the water. No one came to clean up the mess in our unit. No extra towels were given to us, and some of our stuff got wet. We waited 30+ minutes to get in the elevator going down to the lobby. Waited so long for the elevator that it was time to check out, so we did it online. Front desk told us they couldn't give us any complimentary or reduced priceing on our hotel cause we checked out. Basically, he said he didn't care. Not a great experience with Hilton👎

Excellent experience! I recently stayed at Hotel and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped gym, which added to the overall experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I felt safe and secure in the area, and there were plenty of great dining options within walking distance. The value for money was fantastic, considering the high-quality service and amenities provided. I highly recommend Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thumbs up

Great location, and of course a beautiful hotel located at the center of all the action in Niagara Falls. I was here on New Year’s eve 2023. The biggest fail of a large hotel and I was surprised, was the lack of elevator lift attendant. The north tower elevators, two of them were down and only 4 working. With all the traffic it would take 20 plus minutes for an elevator to come to the main lobby. By the time I got on one over 70 people lined up to use an elevator. On most nights an attendant wouldn’t be required but on a busy night like new years, a large hotel establishment as this know better and have operators there to control the elevators.

I visit Niagara Falls often and I usually stay at other hotels such as Embassy or Wyndham Fallsview as they are near the Fall and casino. I decided to give this Hilton location a try as I have great experiences with Hilton in other cities and I've heard great things about their family pools. Well, the pools were indeed great but everything else about this hotel made me regret booking here. 1) Room temperature - I stayed at the Mid Tower and as I was picking up the key, the front desk staff advised me that since the heating system is centralized, if it gets too hot, I should turn off the thermostat. This is the first time I've been "warned" by a hotel about their heating system, and that the solution was to turn it off. Well, they weren't wrong, the room was indeed overheated and even after turning the thermostat off, it still felt humid. My family was sleeping in sweat. I asked the front desk if there's a solution or a stationary fan I could borrow. Unfortunately, fans are not available in this location and the only solution to the humidity is to open the window vent to let cool air in. I didn't think that would be a good idea to leave the heat off and let the cold air in throughout the night, while we are in sweat. Ended up just sleeping through the humidity. 2) Front Desk Services - When I booked via the Hilton website, there was a promotion for breakfast to be included with the booking. I completed the booking via Hilton but only to find out at check in that the promo code was not applied. I explained the situation, even showed them the promo link I went with. Their response is that "sorry it is not on your reservation, nothing I can do about it." After I checked in, I contacted the customer service online but unfortunately, they cannot do anything about it since I already checked in, they cannot modify the booking. They recommended me to speak with the front desk. Well, of course I received the same response from the front desk. I am not sure if it is the level of staff experience of this location or a very strict protocol when it comes to customer service. I can expect this type of service from a low-end hotel, but never from a prestigious brand such as Hilton. Clearly there was an issue with the online booking system and they could've simply offer a complimentary breakfast as a courtesy gesture. They did not even bother to further investigate, simply saying it is not on the booking, too bad. Aside from these two issues, the location is convenient as there are two sky bridges that takes you to the Fallsview Casino (shared with Wyndham Fallsview). The OLG Stage is also connected to the hotel, convenient to those that are attending for a concert / performance. However, based on my experience, I'll need to strongly reconsider before booking with this Hilton hotel again. Embassy and Wyndham may be a better choice for this location.

Very impressive lobby yet the rooms are outdated. The shocking issue for me was the bed. I booked a king size bed (2.00x2.20m) and got a queen size bed. Spoke to the supervisor, Anthony , that “explained” to me after travelling in so many hotels that I can remember and hold a Honors status with Hilton, that the king size bed is as per EU standards. Walk down to the Sheraton or embassy hotel and this explanation is invalid Ofcourse. Heating didn’t work as well. Pictures attached

Was a horrible experience, checked in at 6pm. Our room wasn't ready, we had to carry our own luggage, parking was offsite, staff didn't give directions. We had to Google it, took a hr to get into room. Then our room was also 30 degrees. We called down. They gave us a desk fan. South tower does not have air-conditioning. But when you book online it does. Plus we where told it room had air at check in. We didn't sleep. Got up we could not bare another night in the sauna. We checked out. Sadly we didn't get to stay for a few days enjoy Niagara falls. Staff was nice , but short staffed. We also had other people checking out same reason. To hot, in room. Only relief was the hallway. I will never return. APPARENTLY NORTH TOWER HAS AIR CONDITIONING. DON'T BOOK SOUTH TOWER. NEVER UPDATED.

We had a great experience here. Rooms are great we had some views of the falls & casino. The infinity pool was amazing and surprisingly not as full as I anticipated. A must try is the restaurant on 33rd floor service and food was great. The canada falls are a short walk away and there are dinning options walking distance from the hotel😃 Be aware most dinning options do close around 9 or 10 pm.

Room was 80° No matter what temperature or setting we set the thermostat to. Was told by the front desk that there is a central heating system and the a/c was not currently working. Would be nice to have been notified of this before I booked the room as I would not have stayed here. Room and view were nice, but I was not happy with the lack of temperature control

First and foremost the staff here is great. We came here for a wedding and the service was top notch. The food catered to us...incredible. Truly loved being apart of the Hilton experience for the first time. I'm sure this isn't the best place to come on a budget...but once in a while it's well worth it. Thank you to ALL the staff for making this an unforgettable day.

Reserved a room with no view. The price was reasonable considering their name value and location. The American falls view point is just 5-7 min walking distance, so I was satisfied with the location. The check in time was so busy, but the hotel processed very quickly. The self parking area was in 5 mins walking distance. The room looked a little old, and the bath tub didn’t drain very well. However, the general condition was good enough. One more complaint was that there was some residual tape on the room ceiling, maybe previous guest used for their event.

Stayed here Friday night with friends—overall it was a good stay! Location is great, not far from the falls and lots of shops/food places around the area. They do offer valet—it’s a bit expensive, $75/day. Arrived right around check-in time so the lobby was packed. Room was okay—clean and comfy. It’s more on the smaller side for a 2 queens bedroom and the bathroom was fairly small too. We had the usually amenities: safe and fridge! The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so we had to go on another floor to get ice. Downstairs there is a Starbucks and a restaurant/bar.

Thumbs up

Awesome view - we opted for the premium view of both falls in a master suite. Bed was super comfy and view was amazing. Stars deducted because our AC didn’t work the first day. They sent a tech up while we were out and they only left a note (I already gave promission for maintenance to enter) so we had to call again and wait. Unnecessary annoyance. They also didn’t explain much at check in, like that the pool required reservations. Didn’t even give a nap of the property/amenities. We figured it out, but I feel like that should be provided info in such a classy place. Over all, we enjoyed our trip and would stay again.

Gorgeous hotel interior that makes you feel fancy and at an affordable price. We got a high floor (29) with an incredible view of both the U.S. and Canada falls; it was PERFECT! We got to see the fireworks at 10pm each night and to celebrate PRIDE, the falls are lit up with the rainbow colors. Our family of 3 gives it a 5⭐️ review.

Utter disaster. The room had a dirty towel hanging on the back of the door when we arrived. There was trash in front of the door. The thermostat was broken, the room was at 30 degrees Celsius. We had to crack the window to cool it down. They offered a fan to help! The frame above the toilet had stains on it. The toilet didn’t flush properly. In the morning after my shower I found the first towel with large dark stains on it, the second towel had yellow stains on it, thank God the third towel was white. Parking turned out to be $50. Never again. You guys could not have screwed this up any more if you tried.

Over all disappointing. The hotel seemed dysfunctional and dark. No energy. Elevators had line ups and they had staff packing people in. Elevators were all slow and had much longer than normal lag times stopping and opening doors at each floor. They are now gouging for everything ($12 if you want them to bring you some glasses or cutlery to your room-even offered to pick them up but no), fees on everything, overpricing to make back their losses…but what’s worse is they’ve forgotten how to service! So they want to charge high and service low. Not a good combination. The room we stayed at needs a major renovation. Self parking rates are ridiculous. The entire parking and in and out flow for cars does not work. Sadly, we have been coming here since this hotel was built and it’s been a steady decline. This is the last time we will book here.

Had a great stay here. Rooms were fresh and clean. Super bright with the wall of windows. Did have a view of a wee bit of the falls but could not see any fireworks. This is the south tower room 1200. Hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby and a great lunge/ bar called Spyce. Hilton is centrally located and really a very easy walk to everything including the casino! Would stay here again.

We are Hilton Diamond members, we travel often and Hilton is our preferred hotel. We checked in Saturday and checked out Tuesday (today). Upon arrival we had excellent service from the moment we walked in. It was a rather busy time, but there were quite a few staff manning the desk. Everything was clearly explained, ie., what the hotel offered, their policies and where things were. We were also allowed a late check out, which was a tremendous help. Or falls view room provided a breathtaking view of both the American and the Horseshoe falls. The housekeeper graciously kept us stocked with essentials like tissues, toilet paper and even coffee, for that morning first cup or two before getting to the restaurant for breakfast. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously and appreciate all the kindness of every single staff member!
