Great location. Easy to find. Friendly staff. No breakfast.. Microwaves and mini fridge was ok. Microwave was burnt inside. The problem was the toilet was loose. It moved when you sat down.

Nice people running this place, gave some tips on the falls. Queen beds were comfortable. It's an ok place, probably won't stay here again. Our room was clean, but the place is dated. Electrical outlets weren't working - and as a result, the fridge and TV were not working. Building is very close to the road, so you get traffic noise. One of the beds is very close to the AC unit, but in order to keep the room cool enough, the person sleeping next to the unit has cold air blowing on them all night.

For the money this place is okay. We were so tired. Very comfortable mattress. Recommended.

The most affordable we could find. Everything worked in the room, although there was some slight odor that could be detected only at the beginning. No breakfast. No EV charging but within 0.9 miles is free but broken (still working) charging station at Chili's restaurant.

Bathroom was very small. Perfect location. Good and friendly staff with good information where all to visit and information on good restaurants to eat.

I booked two rooms for one night's stay. The staff was very friendly, they gave useful tips on visiting falls. The rooms were clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

The rooms are pretty great compared to a lot of other motels out there. Their bathroom utility is super up-to-date compared to other motels as well. The beds are comfortable and the staff are extremely nice and helpful!

Great hotel!! Me and my wife stayed for 1 night. The owner was super friendly, and gave us a lot of tips to experience niagara. The room was clean, sheets were clean. No funky smell. Definitely recommend, and will stay there again!!

The motel was acceptable for the price, very low standard. Overall clean but heavily outdated. The host and staff were nice and helpful. It was close to Niagra Falls State Park, so location was a big plus!

Owner was very nice, family friendly. Lots of stores nearby. Nice prices. One of the wall outlet was loose, didn't hold one of lamp's plug tight. Clean, quiet. I recommend it.

It's actually not a bad place for the price. Remember, you do get what you paid for. The place is very quiet and you will be able to get a nice sleep. No breakfast. Check out like all others at 11:00 am If you are on a budget, and are in the area this is the place. It's rooms are very clean. So are the bathroom. Plenty of parking. I hope this helps

Wasn't bad for a quick last minute stay.. The people that own the place seem really nice and helpful. The room was clean and they put the key cards in a plastic packing to give you. Also during the week it was pretty quite at night which is always good.

Room is very clean and Amenities are also good with Hair Dryer, iron and ironing board, Microwave and Refrigerator too. All these are in addition to what we typically find in a Motel. My stay was very pleasant and calm. Very satisfied with the way we are received and given the early check-in option. Owner and his team even helped with a location map and travel book. They detailed on good places to see in Niagara and best places to park. No disturbance at all in single King room(room 107) I took. Only minor issue I noticed is my neighbor smoking all day but it is not an issue as I felt it only when I open my door.

Like everyone said, the room was nice and clean. However, the service is horrible; they’re very rude when/if you have questions about the amenities and penalties they’ve posted. Otherwise, they’re very nice when they took my money.

I really loved their customer service. Also, it was a quiet and safe place to stay there. I recommend you guys to book this hotel and spend your fun time.

Dont know about others complaining, this is a decent motel with very clean rooms. The rooms are very spacious and owners/front desk staff are very informative and knowledgeable about the area. Gave us the directions and do's and don'ts. Obviously this is Memorial day weekend and prices were on little higher side, but comparing with other hotels/motels in area it was worth staying here and spending that money. Room has small fridge and microwave which was a plus for my kids to have their breakfast in morning. Initially i had booked for 1 night and going to extend 1 more night. Very convenient location from State park and restaurants. will definitely recommend my friends to stay here whenever they are visiting Niagara Falls.
