Yes, you will see bugs and yes, it's not clean but the worst of all is the customer service. My aunts stayed at this place and they said it was the most horrendous experience ever. The price my aunts paid should have included the complimentary breakfast, HOWEVER, the motel didn't provide a breakfast but rather yelled at my aunts that they shouldn't expect breakfast for the price they paid. They started harassing my aunts and yelling at them to leave, simply for asking if they could get some breakfast. Considering that my aunts has accent, it's difficult not to think their behaviour was discriminative. When they asked how she could treat her customers like this, she started mocking my aunts. Please do not stay here unless you want to pay to get mistreated and ridiculed.

Staff took a $100 bond, i advised I needed to check out early the next morning. He said he would meet me at 5.30am. He did not, he did not answer the door bell or phone calls. I have emailed numberous times to ask for my bpond back with no reply.

The rooms were old but also clean and repaired. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in their establishment and there is a homelike feel. Other patrons will not be as easily influenced, but my 9yo thought it was the most luxurious experience every. He marveled at the shower and the quality of the soaps. He waxed poetic over the bed linens, pillows and “perfect” mattresses. He never got a better sleep in his life. Honestly, we adults never got a better night’s sleep either. The beds were super comfortable and every nap turned into an hours long experience.

PLEASE DONT BOOK ROOM HERE!!! First of all the rooms are very shabby and tiny. Also the carpet were so unclean that we didn't even feel like letting our skin touch it. The service was not good as well. Second of all, they have no etiquettes to talk with customers. The owner was taunting us on our nationality. She looked down on us and said so harsh things to us under the namesake of being friendly.

A common theme was bugs, especially bedbugs. Yeah we were not having that. We slept in the car that night. We didn't even want to take a shower there. There was black mold on the curtain and the sides of the shower floor. I'm surprised this place is even in service. You've been warned to visit this place.

Deserves no stars. BED BUGS! BED BUGS! BED BUGS! Paid for a two night stay, and checked out the room before staying in it. Only to find BED BUGS! We packed up and decided to go to another hotel. Never got a refund. We never even stayed in this room. It was so disgusting. Parking lot was way too small getting in and out of. Also the room was too small. Can't get in the door with a night stand pretty much holding the door closed. Over all the worst hotel we stayed in. Please spend the extra couple bucks for a better hotel. Also they don't even run this like a normal hotel. Hope you don't have any problems during the night because then you're screwed until the next day whenever they decide to open the office. Shut it down! Health department has been called.

We stayed at this hotel last week. Pros: The owners are nice. Location was good. AC worked great. Room was clean. Cons: Room was tiny. Bed was old and sunken down in the middle. Bathroom was very very old. Horrible: we got bed bugs from this place. Neutral: Decor was very outdated. Parking was OK. I paid less the next night at Courtyard by Marriott in Toronto. My stay was very over priced for a very below standard hotel.

Hotel is very clean and cozy. Loved the wall feature. Enough plugging everywhere which is really good thing. We booked for one queen and one twin bed through booking.com but ended up with one single and one twin bed instead. That was a disappointment. Space is very small compared to any other motels. It's very compact. We just came for a day with less luggage so was fine for us. Large mirror, small fridge, A/C, TV and a microwave available in the room. Bathroom and room floors were very clean compared to other motels. Careful with bathroom window though, it's clear and without screen which taking bath. We just covered it with floor towel so works out fine. They have shower caps which I almost never find in any motels so I have to carry one with me all the time. The room is non smoking and had a nice smell which is another best part. The owner was very kind, welcoming and sweet person. He is very helpful and patient. The motel is just 7 min drive from Niagara fall. I loved the stay. Everything was great. I felt like living in one of those forest cabins ;-). Am sure u will love it too.

Never ever think of going to this place in your life. All furnitures are broken and damaged. They even don't give your deposit back.

I was the only guest and I was charged 20 Dlls for parking for my semi tractor (Bobtail, no trailer). Also had to leave a 100 Dlls deposit.

Horrible customer service during checkout. We were 6 people, reserved for 6 people, had only 4 towels in the room. Asked for 2 each extra, and they said we had 9-10 people in the room. When I asked show me. Then she just lied that she counted 8 people. And then she is like oh I counted some people twice. No apologies no nothing. Horrible behavior.

I would not recommend this place. It was old and shabby. The bed was sunk in the middle and saw a couple of bedbugs. The bathroom had mold on the shower curtain. The television barely worked. The lady at the desk demanded a $100 cash deposit. I was lucky to get it back. Never again. The New York health department needs to know about this place.

The place is old, rooms are small, however everything is clean and the host is very helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay. The decor is older and the smell matches the room but it was a clean place to stay with everything you need. TV ac/heat coffee maker mini fridge extra blankets.

So the place was cute at first. The check in was very personal and we thought it was kind of neat. We sat in his office like you would when you go to dealership to discuss your lease options. He had me fill out a card, pay a deposit and gave me a key. It was a small room, but you shouldn't expect much from a room that was less then $70. We thought it was cute. It wasn't until we came back from a concert after midnight when the nightmare began. We were in bed after a night of drinking watching Netflix and suddenly my girl says as calmly as she could. "there's a bug crawling on the duvet" we quickly got out of bed. Now to clarify, it was a friend who got us this room. I don't think he even checked reviews. Not bad for the money, we got 2 rooms for 2 nights 4 people it was under 300 bucks. We did have a slight problem there was a bees nest in the bathroom I had to kill 8 bees before we could use it..

I called him literally more than 100 times in these 3 months but never sent my money back. Unfortunately, I don’t have any proof to claim it because I paid by cash. He is completely a liar. Never ever go to this motel.

Perfect quiet nights sleep! We made our reservation through a booking site and didn’t know we had to be there by 10pm latest for check in and luckily the owner (I believe) was so wonderful and nice, he told us to call him when we got to the parking lot and he would gladly come get us even at 11pm! So kind and friendly. We appreciate the stay.

Quaint little place. It was perfect for us as we only spend time there sleeping and then off to the next adventure each new day. Price was reasonable compared to surrounding places and it's only a 6 minute drive to the falls. Give it a check out

Secluded place, especially room 4. Cleanliness of room is visually okay but smelly. Bathrooms need to be improved. Hot water is not hot enough. No Wifi signals to room 4. Given password does not work from anywhere. Owner claims that all our 6 phones and laptops had a problem. Owner seems to be paranoid about maintenance of the room while leaving. We felt suspicious as well. No one was available when we had issue with hot water in the middle of night

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Malik is really welcoming and takes care of all the customers. The hotel is near to downtown and the falls. The rooms are clean with all amenities provided including Wi-Fi and breakfast. Would recommend this if you're looking for a cheap option with all the necessities included.

Rooms here are very small and quite dated. Ours was pretty musty as well. No bed bugs though!. The $100 deposit is odd and adds several minutes to the check-in process.. It took a couple of calls to finally get it back 5 days later. This is probably the cheapest place listed here in the Niagara Falls area. Do yourself a favor and pay $5 more per night for a decent room.
