Oh boy where do I start. I was so looking forward to staying at this accommodation after reading the past reviews. So here it goes. This home is like renting a room in someone's home that needs a major face lift. As you enter you can smell the dampness there seems to be a lingering bad smell, as we pass by the kitchen that i dare use it's like going back to 20 yrs. ago and the curtains on the kitchen window prob washed 20 yrs ago. So, we enter the room. And when we see the furniture and bathroom, we wanted to leave immediately. Let me explain. The queen bed had the cover still with stains on it, the pillows so unsensitized. the towels left wait for this. One body THIN towel kids size no joke one hand towel and a nasty wet step out shower matt. We drove 5 hours from the Catskills after staying in an amazing accommodation to this dive of a place. We were like hell no let's leave. I can see why it is not on AB@B it would never quality nor should it be offered elsewhere. I bumped into the house lady, and I asked her what on earth is going on with this place she nudged her shoulders and kind of gave me that look. Here she was coming to clean 2 rooms and she reeked of cigarettes. Unless you like to stay in dirty digs this is the place for you. BUT I am sorry absolutely not for us. THE owner needs to refurnish these rooms, the bed was so soft and when we pulled the sheets off to see the mattress was like forever old. Our car was more comfortable. PLEASE do not waste your money on this property. I HAD NO WHERE TO REPLY TO THE OWNERS COMMENT THAT BASICLY SAYS IT ALL. I only booked this accommodation for 2 nights not three and unfortunately we where in penalty in cancelling and if we did would not of gotten a refund so his reply is so unprofessional when he should at least offer a refund at this time. I stand by my experience of his property that he recently purchased back in 2020 and he seriously needs to renovate this entire run down home and take care of the dampness posable hidden mold and take the review as something to take serious and not be rude on his negative reply.

We enjoyed our stay although it was a short 2 days. The location to us was great to the falls (a tad over a mile) which was the purpose of our visit. Our room, which was #2 right off of the kitchen, had a private bath with double sinks! TV in room as well as in main living room. There is an outside sitting area in back and front porch sitting! Off street parking! Nice decor, homey, if you will. No breakfast was served due to remaining Covid restrictions, otherwise a definite 5 rating! However one is free to cook their own breakfast as supplies are on hand to do so, if one chooses. Would stay again!β™₯️

Owner was super nice. Location is literally less than 2 miles from Niagra Park and was very convenient. Accommodations were cute, clean, and comfortable. Although because of Covid restrictions they were unable to prepare you a cooked meal themselves, they thoughtfully made sure the fridge was stocked with breakfast items that were delicious options. We had a wonderful time would definitely stay here again!

This little B&B was perfect! Clean and beautifully furnished with super comfy beds and nice linens. A huge step up from a hotel. The house overall was lovely and kitchen was spotless and very useful. We didn't get a chance to meet Jordan due to our packed travel schedule but he was very accommodating and a great host by phone and email. Highly recommend if you're looking to stay somewhere close to Niagara at a reasonable price!

Such a good experience here. Plush bedding and wonderful sleep. Good location for the Niagara experience. They even helped me store my small trailer in the designated garage and I had nice parking for car on street. Go and enjoy a nice B&B experience. No breakfast was served during our visit (covid restriction) though we were able to use the functional shared kitchen.

Clean cozy cute place!! We really liked this place. Only 10 mimutes from the Niagara falls visiter center. Free parking: open-air and roof garage(for 2 cars). No breakfast due to covid but we were allowed to use the kitchen, so no problem!! We were supposed to be informed beforehand about how to check-in and enter the house/room, but we didn't receive any instruction, which caused a little hasstle. Anyway, I highly recommend this Inn!!

Honestly we were blown away. Jordon was so hospitable and greeted us at the door. Helped us get settled in to our room. Gave us recommendations on where to go for dinner and other fun things to check out in the area. We ate at Brickyard BBQ and was blown away. We are visiting from Cleveland and will definitely be back to stay here. The house was completely cozy and clean. The bed wa out of this world comfortable. Jordon even had all the amenities that we would need to make our stay comfortable. His and hers shower gels and shampoos. Very thoughtful. This was our first time experiencing a B&B and all I can say was it was as romantic as the hallmark movies. Thanks again! Definitely rate this place 10 out of 10!!

Well TBH I wasn't expecting to be in bed at 11pm on my birthday πŸŽŠπŸŽ‰ because noise wasn't permitted after 10pm, so if you are looking to really have fun and lol at the amazing time you had at the Niagara Falls Park 🏞️ upon returning to your room on vacation, then you may want to rethink where you book your room at, cause this wouldn't be the place. However housekeeper Jackie was awesome in welcoming my sister and I and was very helpful. Raymond chill on the shh 🀫🀫🀫. Otherwise it was a Great Time πŸ™πŸΎπŸ’™πŸ’―

The first thing we noticed when entering our room was a horrible food smell. We wanted to open the window to get some fresh air in but it’s against the rules (along with eating in the room)! The smell was awful and the room was both stuffy and chilly. We asked for a space heater but the guy said he doesn’t have one but would turn on the heat in the house which was nice of him. We were only staying one night and it was already evening time when we got there so we figured we’d just deal with it. The bed was way too soft and so uncomfortable and was supposed to be a queen but I’m fairly certain was a full. The bathroom was very clean and had been recently renovated. However the shower head/water pressure was terrible. There is no breakfast at this Bed & BREAKFAST. There were some granola bars, apples, and bananas and you could make your own coffee but no half-n-half or creamer or anything. The website and email we received made it sound like there would at least be food there you could cook for yourself but there was not.

Sure, β€œBed” but NOT A BREAKFAST. Guests may even eat the food you store in the fridge (as happened to us) β€” probably from how hungry they are from the lack of breakfast offerings! Misleading name and it seems current owner is surfing good ratings from previous owner’s era. Bed and room perfectly acceptable, sinking spring mattress however; at least room had a separate bathroom that was well cared for.

Jordan was an outstanding host for my husband, parents and I! Our Niagara Falls trip would NOT be the same without his recommendations, and their super comfy beds! He suggested some local gems that made our trip above and beyond what it would have been without them! It truly was a wonderful stay at the Little Italy! Cheers, Jordan, to your next adventure!

The host was very friendly and the instructions upon arrival were very detailed and helpful. We had the opportunity to visit Niagara Falls but just passing through for one night, so I wanted something more affordable, and this was a great option! There was an issue with being charged twice for the room, but the host fixed the issue right away. The living room area, kitchen, and bedroom were very clean. The only area that could've used a little more attention to detail would be the bathroom. Nothing major, but I'm pretty picky about that personally. Having said that, if I was in the area, I would definitely stay here again! Good location, close to all the attractions for tourists, friendly host, great experience.

Our stay was pretty quick. The house rules are a bit extreme like they dont want you to take any food to any of the bedrooms, quiet times, kitchen time only available throughout some hrs of the day, no opening the windows, you are not allowed to to control the heat on your own room Definitely not a β€œBed & Breakfast” place. Only granola bars and maybe a fruit. Self serve coffee, there wasn’t that much coffee per say besides empty containers with maybe half of scoop of instant coffee. Pros: Small, cozy little place. Clean bathrooms and free parking. Cons:bed super uncomfortable, lots of sounds from it. You definitely hear everyone snoring through the night.
