I highly suggest for everyone to stay away from this property! If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. You are better off sleeping in your car for the night, instead of staying at this accommodation. My daughter and I stayed for one night. Upon arrival, the front desk man was a little bit aggressive in his tone. He gave us the key for room 104. The room had a bad odour. Also, the towels were not clean, thankfully we brought our own. The next morning we wake up, and we assumed we had mosquito bites. There were a lot of bumps over our body, but as you know mosquito bites don't stay on your body for too long. We realizes we got BED BUGS! It definitely is Bed Bugs because the sheets itself were not clean. I don't even know how this place is still operating. And also another thing I noticed, is never once did my daughter and I see cleaning staff. On the Military Road strip there are many other hotels, but one thing we saw was housecleaning staff with their cart, not at Red Carpet though.

Made reservations threw a app and when we arrived the place was filthy and I told the lady owner we would not be staying in her rooms. The next day I find my account charged more than the amount if I had stayed. I never got any keys or did I give permission to charge my card and made it clear we're leaving without renting a room. . Then she was contacted by the motel app and lied to them stating she never charged me for the room. As I then went to the motel to talk to the owner she 1st sends her young son to say she's not there. As I told the boy I just heard her in the back room she comes to front and said she's not returning the money to leave. I asked her then was it habitl to lie on the phone to a service trying to send her business and then faulty charges are illegally done to innocent people. She told me exact words.. (I GOT PAID FOR IT). I HOPE SHE GOES TO JAIL. NOW I WILL NEED TO WAIT TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND ALSO LOSE TIME I COULD HAVE SPENT WITH MY FAMILY DUE TO BEING SHORTER ON MONEY.

OMG this is the most wretched motel it’s a true roach motel!! I had to spray everything down, then scrub the tub, loose faucets & shower head. Headboard from the 50’s along with the paint job. The electrical outlets have surround plates that don’t fit the WiFi cord hanging from the ceiling outside. But The lobby is your first clue!! It was $299/night you get what you pay for.

The owners are scammers and hackers. They rent rooms to harass the customers. The cable is not real it’s the peacock app which they control what you see. They his cameras in the bathroom to video tape. They also give out your information on their country to make money and steal identities off credit cards and do not pay taxes. They pretend to be nice but are not.Spend thousands and don’t give out toilet paper as if it’s a gift.Unsanitary beds never shampoo them just wash sheets.Using fake Covid not to provide breakfast. And they stole the property and using routers to access people phone and allow others also.My personal experience here is a nightmare of cyber hacking and invasion of privacy

Had to stay a night but I couldn’t even stay here for an hour, my bf and I got bitten by fleas, I killed what looked like a bed bug, and they had unusual stains on their sheets. Refused to refund me or even look at the room, insisting they clean their rooms ‘daily’ though the room says otherwise. Waste of time and money, better off sleeping in your car.

The place where all your dreams will come to die, a perfect tv kill hotel, horrible rooms dirty dusty and soiled, hair dust and blood on bedding, there is a scam going on with orbitz and other online places where this hotel and many more have inflated rates, 300 per night!! But if you use an incognito mode browser and go straight to their web page is only $60 per night, beware and be careful, pictures lie!!

HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS! The entire place was dirty, and the bed was not clean at all. The head board on the bed had dirty bandages sticking to it and all of the bed sheets had brown stains and hair on them. The pillow sheets have blood on them and they smelled disgusting! Thank God we brought air mattresses so we slept on those, which is pretty sad considering that you paid for a room which should have a clean bed which you should be able to sleep on. There are bugs in the shower and the towels were dirty and had not been washed. Even the chairs were dirty and had dust and dead bugs on them. In the end I guess you do get what you pay for but this place was not at all worth saving a couple bucks for.

Advertised as having breakfast. There was hardly none. Also the rooms have bed bugs. They are very hard to get rid of even with professional help. We stayed there thinking we were saving money but in the long run it costs us a lot. We still have bed bugs and its been 3 years. Would not recommend your cheap place.

We stayed for one night and checked in at 2am, which was no problem. After ringing the bell, someone came promptly to check us in. We paid just over $50 for one night. The carpet was sticky, moist, and visibly dirty. The top blanket was visibly dirty. The AC worked well. As previously mentioned, the “continental breakfast” included bananas and coffee. I recommend the owner just throws out the bananas and stops advertising the continental breakfast. We checked out a little before 11am. There was no one at the desk, but there was a basket to leave your room key in. As I was leaving, I overheard the owner talking with a repair man. They were discussing a clogged toilet that had condoms flushed down it. That exchange basically sums up the stay.

The manager is really a nice person but hated the room. They were not clean but have the amenities you could use.

Upon entering the room I was hot with a wave of musty moldy smell. There is a whole in the floor of the closet, a half eaten brownie behind the door, the toilet paper roll was empty but there was a new one on the toilet (how hard is it to change that?!) The only positive thing I have to say is, there are no bed bugs or roaches. Definitely not staying here again

This place is disgusting, pulling into the parking lot.....you can see part of the motel falling apart (bricks coming away from the wall), some rooms have small windows, I asked an employee to show me a room and was hit with a smelly mildly smell upon entering the room. I felt like my health and safety would be at risk staying there. I told them I didn't feel safe or comfortable staying there and told them I'd be taking my reservation else where as they didnt seem to care about my concerns about the place. They wouldn't do anything to assist or make me feel comfortable, not even offering part of my payment back as I had prebooked online. I don't think this place should be in business until they do a major renovation.

No coffee, no breakfast as advertised, bathroom has been renovated but drains in tub and sink are slow to drain. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious.

Hair all over beds, couldn't clean when asked to replace sheets. When we changed our minds and asked for a refund, they refused and insisted on keeping half, in the end we lost 50 dollars. Dated ceilings are rusty, bathroom was the only half decent thing

I would appreciate my refund being I didn't stay the second night due to what I had to endure in the room the first night. Also the lies between Expedia and your front office is ridiculous.
