We just stayed at the embassy suites in Niagara Falls. We’ve always stayed at one the Hilton properties every visit to the falls. The hotel is beautiful and the check in was quick even tho it was a busy Saturday afternoon, we appreciated the efficiency of the check in staff and elevator attendants. We were there for a special anniversary and had a lovely dinner at the Keg. My husband and myself were very disappointed tho with the dust in the room. I have allergies to dust and was up most of the night. My husband doesn’t and he was awake blowing his nose and stuffed up as well all night and morning. In the morning I noticed the Kleenex box covers were full of dust, the microwave and coffee area was covered in dust too. I’m assuming the carpets are most likely as well. The room needs to be detailed. My husband was really disappointed, questioning if the rooms are then not even sanitized after this terrible pandemic. I realize the rooms were much more expensive because of the Memorial Day weekend in the US, but for this price plus 87 for parking our own car, and because of Covid I would expect the rooms to be very clean. We wanted to let them know since they may not be aware cleaning protocols are not being followed. I emailed them twice, with no response, no apology.

TERRIBLE HOTEL! I would say the worst hotel I've stayed at globally. So sad to see hotels with such low standards by one of our biggest national attractions. Do not waste money staying at this hotel. Everything was terrible from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Parking Price was $100 plus tax. Evening Reception: everything they say on their website is a lie. There was not a one light appetizer. Very limited drinks that tasted like garbage and cheap. The reception area was super filthy with bread crumbs all over the tables. The Suites: Drink glasses had lots of marks on them (check picture), dust on all furnitures were quiet noticeable, noisy fridge, noisy bathroom fan, dirty carpets, terrible and very uncomfortable pillows and mattress. There was no water bottles in the room, paying $300 a night you would expect at least water bottles in the room. Lobby: Very limited siting area, extremely busy elevators, wait time is half an hour average. Very busy. Staff: Mostly rude, with a very few nice ones. Breakfast: Lowest quality ingredients and lowest effort from the cooks to make it. Eggs tasted like trash, unsanitary juice dispensers, sausages was the cheapest kind, bacon and ham was so bad that you couldn't even chew on, fries smelled like burnt engine oil, only low grade oranges and apples. Coffee dispenser was finished and they didn't refill it. Big rip off and money grab. Overall experience was below 1 star. They would definitely get the lowest rating and sad to say they don't deserve a dime of my money. Not only mad because I wasted my money here but also mad because my weekend was wasted also.

Best view of horseshoe and Niagara falls! The location of the embassy suites is nothing but perfect. This hotel is on the exact position that it should be, giving you the best view in the world. If you want the best of the best, get a presidential suite at the middle of the hotel (25-35). The room I stayed in had a professional grade massage chair pointing toward horseshoe fall which was amazing. Unfortunately, the hotel is short of amenities you expect from a hotel charging you north of $1,000 a night. There's no breakfast on site, nor room service. Room bedding and other items are also not matching the price range. But I don't regret staying there because of the amazing view. Staff are very attentive and good.

Lovely and upscale rooms that are cleaned well and well kept. Client facing staff need some serious training as they're extremely disrespectful. Upon arrival, we pulled into their space to ask for directions to a nearby parking lot without exorbitant prices, to which a staff member named Norman responded in an incredibly condescending tone (without realizing we're guests), "You're at the **EMBASSY** so you're going to have to find parking elsewhere". It was just so dismissive. When we told him we were indeed guests and we didn't know who to ask directions from so we thought we'd pull into our hotel's foyer to inquire, his tone changed instantly and he pointed us in the correct direction. When checking in, the concierge staff asked us the most basic questions which is absolutely fine. When he tried to sell us a room upgrade and we shared that we weren't interested, he started behaving disrespectfully and barely made eye contact with us. When I tried to strike up a friendly conversation thinking maybe he's had a hard day and could use a friendly tone, he rolled his eyes at a colleague and walked away. I just couldn't believe how disrespectful some of the staff are here and I can almost guarantee that it's because my partner and I are young and persons of colour. I truly didn't feel like they thought we belonged at their hotel. We felt very disrespected and don't plan to stay here again, no matter how nice the view may be. To top this all off, it was supposed to be us celebrating our 1 month wedding anniversary.

Horrible Stay!!!!!!!! -We arrive at the hotel to be informed by valet that parking is $100 each night. -Arrived to FD to check in. I found out no more free breakfast & reception drinks. - I booked the room with falls view family suites. They assign me worst room view over looking roof and building. That’s not what I paid for. I paid $470 per night to get falls view. That’s totally unacceptable. I went down to FD 3 times trying to change my room, but they told me they have no rooms ready as they short house keeping staff. That’s not my problem. This is the management issue. They offered me to upgrade but I have to pay. They try to upgrade you despite top $470 paid here for a family suite with roof/building/equipment discussing view. What a joke!! - I usually stay at embassy as my family love it, but after what we experience we will never stay at this property again. it was extremely disappointing and the hospitality was some of the worse we had experienced. - I tried Marriott hotel next door their services much better and cheaper than embassy.

Great view of the Falls. Rooms are spacious and clean. Because COVID many services are unavailable, but good location. However, parking on site is $60/day which I find absolutely outrageous. They offer off-site parking for $35, and offer you a shuttle, which I find inconvenient. Just consider that or look around. Considering their rates and lack of amenities available maybe they should price their parking a bit more fairly.

When we arrived it was busy but they had a parking crew that allowed us to pull in for 30 minutes while we did the check in which was very quick. I have to give credit to Stefano as he was an excellent representative of the company and provided me with an option to upgrade which I was happy to take. He was quick to provide the features of the hotel and told me about the firework show tonight at 10:00. With employees like Stefano, the business will run itself. The parking option is this... They will valet park your vehicle for $100 or you have option two which is to go to a nearby parking lot where they provide a shuttle back and forth. Definitely do the shuttle as it is very quick and will save you the 70 bucks. It's worth it. My room was very clean and absolutely beautiful. The view is one that was on my bucket list and now I get to check off. The only sad part on my review is that I cannot make 10 stars for the location and just the five. The location is absolutely the best if you're going to Niagara falls.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and facing the Falls. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fact that there was no breakfast, due to Covid restrictions. I do hope they open the breakfast buffet again because it was amazing! Parking is quite expensive at the hotel, but one can easily find another place to park, at a cheaper rate. I want to thank Leanne Potter, the reservation supervisor. She was very helpful, replied to my emails right away and made the booking process run very smoothly. Thanks again!

We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. One of the major drawbacks was the parking situation. The parking area was located a considerable distance from the hotel, which was inconvenient for us as guests. Moreover, the parking fees were exorbitant, with off-site parking costing $43.75 per night and on-site parking at a staggering $87.50. If you opt for valet service, be prepared to shell out a whopping $125. What made matters worse was the lack of any information regarding parking on the hotel's website, leaving us ill-prepared for these high costs and inconveniences. Furthermore, the room itself left much to be desired. The bathroom was incredibly small, making it uncomfortable for three people to use. Moreover, we were disappointed to find that the cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet our expectations. This lack of cleanliness greatly impacted our overall impression of the hotel. Considering all these factors, we cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. The parking difficulties, combined with the high fees and lack of transparency, created unnecessary stress during our stay. Additionally, the small and unclean bathroom further dampened our experience. We hope that the management takes these concerns into consideration and works towards improving these aspects for future guests. Please note that this review is based on our personal experience, and others' experiences may vary. It's always a good idea to consider multiple reviews and conduct thorough research before making a decision about accommodation.

So my son and myself show up to the hotel in Niagara falls. The front desk manager tells us our room isn't ready, but there was a cancellation and he can upgrade us for the inconvenience. It's a $600 room but he'll give it to us for$100. Awesome right? No. He charged us an additional $100 for the room. It was on a lower floor but we didn't care. They told us it was a better view. It wasn't. Be careful what you think they say as to what they REALLY are saying. The room was nice and the service was excellent. Too bad Because we'll never go back. Now we stay in our regular hotel, the Hilton across from Fallsview Casino.

Typical overpriced Niagara hotel. View was nice but the room was tiny for the $350 we paid. Bathroom was small and dirty - soap bar left there from previous guest. Front desk staff were friendly and the valet was also polite and helpful - parking prices were again outrageous. We knew what to expect when coming to Niagara Falls but this hotel just simply wasn’t worth it. At least they have lots of fast elevators.

I stayed with my family over a long weekend. I heard a lot of great things about this hotel. So, my expectations were really from all the great things I heard. Being the closest hotel from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, I heard that they offer few things to the guests such as vouchers for transportation. This time we were not offered any such thing. The price you pay for this hotel is simply for the view which was excellent. No other hotel can beat the view this Hilton has to offer. Various food options around the hotel as well as inside the hotel. Great parking facility within the hotel property and outside of hotel property which they provide free hotel shuttle for convenience. Overall the experience was good.

Had a great stay here! Customer service staff checked in on us before and during the trip to ensure we were satisfied. Room was the Presidential Suite on the 20th floor, which was perfect for seeing the complete panorama of the falls—plus there was a high-end massage chair! Elevators took time, as others have noted. And, we parked at the casino maybe half a block away…10 dollars per exit on weekdays. The gym is currently closed, which I wish I’d been informed of…but, you have a 42-floor staircase if you need to get a good workout in. I’d definitely recommend this hotel based on the views and overall quality feel.

Great Stay but the breakfast was not for free as advertised... Liked: 1) The room is clean and comfortable. The coffee quality is good. They provided extra bed sheet and pillows. 2) Most of the staff were friendly and professional. 3) Good location. You need to walk 20 min to reach to Niagara fall though. Disliked · 1) Although the breakfast was mentioned as a free in our booking, the hotel did not provide it as booked. I contacted booking.com and they said that free breakfast Ad was provided to Booking.com by the hotel itself. The night shift manager denied that and he said that their website mentioned no breakfast. The hotel gave us coupons but they are useless since you have to pay $60 for each $20 coupon (ihoop coupons). 2) Night shift manager was not that friendly. 3) Internet is not for free. You have to pay $9-$15 for each connected device not for the entire room.

The reviews were mixed--so we hesitated about staying there. But, we chose this hotel because of its closeness to the falls. That turned out a wise decision. I understand why some people wrote negative reviews, but I do not think those people properly judged the value for money that they got from Embassy suites. Yes---the elevators take some time to come, the breakfast, snack, and pool are busy, and parking charge is crazy, but their nightly rate is very reasonable. We paid a little more than $200/night for a Fallsview room with view of both USA and Canadian falls and I think that view was worth $500/night. It rained during one day of our trip and we just sat by the window and enjoyed the view. Add to that the great location. And the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. So I did not mind the crowd in pool, breakfast etc---because they were bonus! We parked at a nearby motel for $20/night to save money. I realized the value for money we got at Embassy when I stayed in downtown Chicago a week later---the Chicago hotel room was about $300/night and had pool, but no free breakfast/snack and the view was of a few surrounding buildings. Overall, I would say that the Embassy suites, while not perfect, provided great value for our money and we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

I’ve never written a hotel review before but I felt the need to review this hotel because my experience was so awful. I paid thousands of dollars to stay at this hotel for 4 nights. As soon as I walked in our room, there was an overwhelming wet musty old smell throughout. The amount of dust on everything was shocking! The A/C didn’t work properly. There was no maid or cleaning service at all for four days. The carpet was sticky. The “free” breakfast was a nightmare with people bumping in to you everywhere, no tables to sit, terrible food, unpleasant staff and you have to clean your own table. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Please take my advice and spend your money elsewhere!

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now and it is absolutely my favourite. The rooms are always so spacious, and inviting. Everything is so clean. The staff seemingly go above and beyond and are so inviting and friendly. My daughter was in love with the pool and the whirlpool tub we had. Gorgeous view of the falls with breakfast and our room. Just love everything about this hotel minus how fast the elevators are and how it can be quite a bit of a wait sometimes. Makes ya slow down for a moment and that’s alright, lol

We loved it, we decided to go for it and book the panoramic Fallsview suite and it was worth every penny. It was perfect, we would never get tired of looking at the amazing view. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after a long day of walking around. Very good location, pricey but very easy parking in the hotel garage. We had a wonderful trip and hope to come back someday!

Great Hotel... We stayed at the falls view room... Room n view were great.. But with such a high price tab, they could give atleast 1 complimentary water bottle! And the complimentary coffee basket's sugar packet was ripped n kept! No stir sticks! The elevator waiting was a process... Staff are courteous, including the parking guidance staff...

Booked a Canadian and US Fallsview, they gave me a Canadian river view with a Canadian falls view if you really look out the window at an angle, bathroom handle was broken had to call someone to fix it. They told me the deposit would take 3 days to be returned. I called back after 3 days they told me 3-5, I called after 5 days they told me 3-10 business days, my deposit was never returned even through I left the room exactly how I received it. Guest services does not pick up the phone or go to voicemail it just keeps ringing and never gets through. The whole experience at this hotel is completely not what I expected. The pool is not open at the moment which is understandable but the free breakfast is also cancelled and parking is $70 on-site.

All the staff I interacted with were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the falls. The hotel is conveniently located near the Incline railway for easy access to the main attractions. The food and drinks were all great. I opted for the self parking lot which is just a few blocks away, but they have a complimentary shuttle that picked me up right away and I was able to get on a shuttle in the morning right away as well without issue. I would definitely stay here if I’m ever back in the area

I’ve been a loyal Hilton customer for a long time as a diamond member. However, this property definitely lowers the standard of the brand. I booked a room with fall view beforehand and asked at check-in time at the front desk if there’s even better option. He turned around after few minutes with a whopping $50 extra. I simply told that I could just check in on my phone with a $30 upgrade with even better view than they offered to me in person. At this point, it’s pretty clear that they just treat customers as idiots. They don’t value your loyalty status at all. The lack of basic honesty here just made me question about the value of Hilton brand.

We stayed this past weekend. Enjoyed every minute! Room rate was better this time of year and everything seemed open. Views are amazing. Some "first world problems" like free breakfast line was long and sometimes long wait time for elevators, but otherwise a stunning stay. Bed was super comfy. We did offsite parking for $35. A free shuttle runs 22 hrs a day, it was timely with very friendly drivers. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed on 10th floor with upper Niagara river view. Room very comfortable and quiet with nice beds. Breakfast was very filling. Afternoon drinks and snack was a nice treat before dinner. Stayed during week so quieter. Paid only $15 dollars for parking at casino about 5 to 10 minute walk away. Only pay when you leave. Everyone at hotel friendly and helpful.

Good hotel. Breakfast needs to be more organized. Waited half an hour after placing an order for an omelet and when I finally got it and sat down to eat it, it was not what I had asked for. The staff should smile more and at least pretend that they are happy.

Worst hotel experience for what you pay and what you expect! The room is average… but the big disaster was the included breakfast! If you are a normal tourist who goes to breakfast at 8:30 am then get ready for a rude awakening. Wait about 10 mins for your elevator, and then find yourself in a jumble circus of the hungry masses with lines snaking more than the longest line you’ve ever waited for in any airport ever. 45 minutes later you are hungry and furious. In their maddened state, people are furiously shoveling food on their plates. I saw angry teenagers with 20 sausages in their plates, seniors with 5 apples and 6 oranges. I cannot imagine how much food was wasted. And then after you are done, you take your own trays and throw everything yourself. I’m lucky we got away without having to wash our own dishes. I would never come here again. Sure, it’s Xmas and it’s a busy time, but if you don’t have the infrastructure to feed people that are paying good money for it then what are they paying for? Did I mention that the food is slightly below average after all that wait? Then we came up after our so called breakfast and decided to have a shower. Surely with the splendor is the biggest waterfall in the world living in a country with so much natural water this would be a good experience? Think again. It needed the precision of a neurosurgeon to adjust the nozzle to get warm water. My wife left the shower running for me as we didn’t dare turn it off just to have to try and reach that temperature again (and it wasn’t all that warm either) the people working in the hotel probably deserve more than whatever they make to have to stay positive working under such terrible conditions. I’m shocked and dismayed!

Great location as this hotel is right at the Incline which takes you directly to the falls. The room was nice and clean, and when we requested a crib and extra quilts we were helped immediately. The elevator was a killer though. If you’re staying her then plan for 15-20 minute waits for elevators each time you need to go up to your room or down

We stayed here for one night in June. The views were amazing, this was why we picked this hotel. The suite was large and clean, just like expected. We ordered room service and loved it, both food and service were excellent and I appreciated the vegan options. However, the one thing that left me very disappointed was the breakfast. There were no vegan options, so I left eating some potatoes and bread that I can only hope were vegan. When I asked if there were any plant-based milk options, I was told they had 2% milk?? It's not difficult to put a carton of oat milk in the coffee area, but even just a small accommodation like that would have been highly appreciated. The same with putting labels like "vegetarian" or "vegan" next to the food items. I really expected more - even the steak restaurants in the area have vegan options!

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have asthma or allergies. It was very difficult to find a hotel without carpeting in the area. My 2 year old have asthma so we decided to shed extra$$$ for a nice hotel, at least it would be clean. It not! There is always a plume of dust flying around and everything covered in dust. The room was not cleaned the next morning and no one bothered asking us. Oh and they Do Not service rooms if you have not booked at least 4 nights minimum. Sometimes the elevator line was way down to the toy shop in lobby. Front desk doesn’t know how to smile and seemed grim out. The only nice thing was the made to order omelets which does have an hour wait sometimes times. Among all things including parking fees, raggedy third blanket and high nightly rates it was the dust that made it worst triggering all the allergies and breathing issues.

Could not get a room that didn’t smell like smoke. We were placed in three different rooms and had to eventually settle due to customer service. Poor customer service across the board with different situations. Elevator service is slow if staying on floors 10-18. Pool area is nice and spacious. Views to the falls are gorgeous! (But definitely an added walk if walking across border etc.) Parking is an issue. The park and ride is off of Dunn, which isn’t advertised anywhere, but the cheapest alternative. Once we found this, it was easy and worth the savings! Would not recommend.

UNBELIEVABLE AMAZING EXPERIENCE! First off the woman who checked me in, extremely lovely all around person. I cannot for the life of me remember her name, I do know she is Muslim, was the friendliest and most helpful check in lady, hopefully you can get her I’m sure she will try her best to help you get a great room! She deserves a raise, maybe the hotel will remind me her name….Secondly, the rooms are fantastic, check out the attached photo I took, just awesome, and I even had a massage chair in my room to watch that view from. They have great amenities and a fantastic location, yes do expect some upgrade fees and crazy prices for parking but if you come with the right attitude and expect to pay for the experience you will not be let down and you will really enjoy yourself. It’s all in your mindset. Finally I left some stuff in the room and the hotel housekeeping was kind enough to turn in it in and I picked it up the next week. They were great!

Upon our groups arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful valets. They explained the off site parking while some in our group checked in. We got checked in, parked and shuttled back very quickly. All the staff we encountered were very organized and offered many great tips for our stay. The room our group shared on the 33rd floor was very nice and clean. The view of the falls was breathtaking and watching the fireworks from the comfort of the room was awesome! We highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate staying here again.

I was there with my family last week for the first time. It was only for one night, but it was a night well spent. We checked in, and being a Diamond Member, I'm always humbled at the services we receive wherever we stay. This time was no different as we were offered an upgrade (for a fee) to a room with a spectacular view. We had an amazing view of the falls, as well as the bonus fireworks show at night. The staff from the valet to front desk were solid people. I manage a hotel as well, and I found the services to be excellent. The room was clean and appreciated the space as well as the amenities. It was only for one night, but we will surely be back...upgrade or not as the staff made all the difference. Mahalo!!

The rooms are incredibly big you can't hear anything inside the hotel. The actual room itself is extremely clean and well kept when expecting guests. The best part is the beds and view you can see the falls while eating laying down or anything they're right there to see. Personally opening the window and being able to hear the falls while sleeping is something else nobody else has. The staff are very quick and know everything and helped checking in and with any questions. Best hotel in the area.

The staff are friendly and efficient. They’re really trying their best to offer any help they could with little to no support from the management. Being a honours member we received an email stating free breakfast twice but all we got was a bunch of $20 off vouchers at nearby restaurants. That’s too much for $408 a night hotel. Totally deceiving & unacceptable. Be upfront with costumers and definitely avoiding this scam hotel next time. Heard Marriott is great suggested by friends and he’ll should have thought about it. Stay away from this hotel.

We LOVED our suite! We decided to upgrade upon check in and it was well worth the extra cost! We had a full view of the Bridal Falls and the Horseshoe falls- including the light display at night and fireworks at 10pm! We traveled with 2 younger children and it was a memory I hope that lasts years to come! The gentleman at the service desk and valet were phenomenal and very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! Included in our stay were WeGo bus passes (very helpful!) and coupons for nearby restaurant- we ended not using the restaurant vouchers since we found some pretty cool local places to try instead.

Quick check-in, Matt at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Covid protocols are in place throughout the hotel. Beautiful 2 room suite with king size bed was super comfy, nice sitting area and a whirlpool for two. Amazing view of the Canadian Falls we were on the 41st floor and watched the lights show each night from our room. Highly recommended!

Good service , friendly staff, very clean rooms with great falls views I’ve added two pictures of the view from 32nd floor. One thing which I don’t like was the parking charges $70 for one night. I’m not sure how does this work in Niagara but i felt it was little too much for parking. But overall a great experience.

Standards have dropped dramatically since their remodel. Views used to be amazing and now, unless you agree to their expensive upgrade, are just mediocre for a hotel right on the falls. Elavators are confusing. As most reviews suggest, $70 for parking is straight up gouging but they don't seem to care about that. They weren't up front about a lot of things. Pool was closed (for no reason), but I wasn't informed of that up front. Dining credits much less than they used to be and with lots of fine print as to how you can use them. No breakfast included like they used to. Covid can't be blamed for everything. I used to come every year for the past 20 years but won't waste anymore money here when there are so many other nice hotels close by to choose from. Disappointing for a Hilton chain.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room was fabulous and the shower was amazing, so was the view, the room was spotless, and a great layout, loved it, would stay there again. Very pleased with that and we had fun at Yuk Yuks, we purchased the tickets with our hotel package. What was disappointing is that none of the dinning coupons I got were usable. There was some excuse at each restaurant for why we didn't qualify for the coupon and there was nothing on the coupon indicating these restrictions. That was disappointing. Also the parking was VERY expensive and this service used to be free, I was not expecting to pay $70 to park on top of my stay, it seemed outrageous.

Our personal experience at this hotel was lovely. Check in was quick and friendly. The room and bathroom were modern, spacious and spotless. The bed was so comfortable and the partial falls view was such a treat for our toddler. We appreciated having a bedroom door for when our little one went to bed early. Yes, parking is expensive but we expected that and easily found a lot 1 block away for $20. Thanks for a great stay!

Brilliant. Fantastic view over the falls. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Parking levels were colour coded, I would have preferred numbers. The only reason for this is that my son who was driving is partly colour blind. Great location we thoroughly enjoyed.
