I just watched the show on Hotel Impossible and I want to say how proud I am in Joe. You stepped up and really showed that you care about the hotel. The owner was thankful for the improvements and also borrowed money to invest in more room upgrades. One of the best transformations yet. You all lost your way but now your on the good road. Keep your hotel clean, keep being so nice to your guests and they will continue to come. We will be stopping in on our way back from Mass to Florida during the holidays. We want to stay at your hotel and meet you both. Keep your chins up and continue to improve. God Bless you all.

I watched your hotel change from Turkey on TLC channel. Even though it was impossible to get there from here, I felt like I was there. Good luck.

The customer service staff need to work on their social skills. The housekeeping very friendly. The indoor pool hang out spot felt dirty. The indoor pool room too cold. The breakfast was basic but everything was dry muffins, bagels. The room was very clean. The wall paper on the wall near the ceiling was falling off and you can see water damage marks under it with the way the bubbles are. Location was good though.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants nearby. Room was clean but could use some updating as there was visible damage to one of the walls. Free breakfast was a plus and they had a decent selection of items to eat but the size of the serving area made it a bit easily crowded plus there was only 1 toaster and waffle iron which created a line in order to use those items. Parking was convenient and the staff were friendly. Overall not a bad experience.

Extremely clean hotel, super comfy bed. All recently renovated. Mixed experiences with staff. The guy who eventually checked me in was great, but at check out the guy at reception seemed very reluctant to call a taxi for me, even though I don't have a US phone. Maybe it was just too early in the morning.

Great place and price for a last minute reservation. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. The location is a little less than half a mile from the falls, so you could easily walk to all the attractions but if you chose not to there is also a shuttle that circulates regularly until about 1 a. M. Bobby had information for everything you can need from transportation to food in the area and things to do. My only suggestion would be to have a little bit of info in each individual room such as pool hours, restaurant hours, breakfast Etc. Overall a great value for the price and would definitely stay again.

I stopped to inspect this place for a future visit for a friend. The owner was very accomodating to show me a room. The room i saw looked very comfortable, on the small side however the fridge was a nice size for a traveller and cold. The place smelled clean though the hall was not vacumed and it was near dinner hour. Hall also had staff communicating between rooms in loud voices rather than by remotes or face to face. Continental breakfast, a bonus. I wanted to be fair as i had not stayed a night with 4 stars but would recommend for my friend to keep her week long reservation and hope others post their experiences about my 2 suggestions on the hall and staff noise. 3 stars would normally be my rating.

Okay hotel but not that good, front desk is not that friendly and their cost is high comparing to other better and closer hotel from the falls. Upstairs and downstairs are stairs only no elevator so you have to carry all your baggage. Also the parking area is very tight only can take few cars and you may not find spot when you come late. Also their shower us under my head and showlder I don't know they do it that way for kids or what.. Strange

It was ok. The rooms need a little improving. Small tv. One of the outlets didn't work to plug the coffee pot into. I wanted a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 2 fulls and a twin. A little to small for my family. The bathroom was very small. The toliet was way to close to the sink. The workers were nice. The breakfast was wiped out before 9 from all the volchers that were staying there.

The room was clean looking in from the door but,not! Only one sheet on king bed. Got another and in making the bed, lifted the mattress and the cover for the springs, was gone. The view, do not look. Phone not working, so you could not call desk, you had to go to the desk. Check out took forever, computer super slow. I would not recommend.

My wife and 3 kids stayed with me during this week while I was at work. This Inn even though is a little older is WONDERFUL. The people here are wonderful and cheerful. They love the kids and do not mind if the kids are noisy. The owner was always checking on things throughout the Inn. He stopped in at the pool to apologize that it wasn't heated as they had just replaced the heater. If you want to stay somewhere in Niagara Falls this would be the place. It is family oriented.

They charged us $120 for restaurant service that we never took. It was the worst. We booked to take off and in 15 days they did nothing. It was actually a robbery.
