DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is an absolute scam !! We booked a room with a balcony because we are smokers. We ended up with a room outside with no balcony but whatever we had outside access. The room smelled musty, the bathtub was black and absolutely disgusting and unusable, and the “complimentary breakfast” was barely a breakfast . We made sure the room was cleaned up though and left with no complaints as we are clean , respectable people. After we left they charged us an extra $250 for smoking in the room. We never ONCE smoked in the room as the whole reason we requested a balcony was for the purpose of smoking outdoors. Customer service has also been horrible as the manager has not called us back to resolve this issue and appears to be dodging us. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!

Absolutely terrible. Even if it were free, I would not stay here again. The only redeemable quality of this "Quality Inn" was the short walk to the Falls and various amenities. Free breakfast? You mean free toast and orange juice. Awesome. My bed squeaked so loud it would wake me up as I repositioned during the night, and it was also rock hard. Housekeeping started vacuuming outside my door at 8:30???? My door also didn't properly shut. My shower was just OK, no room to hold my shower things though. Everything had an odd smell. Alarms in different rooms kept going off at all hours of the night, both nights. I literally left there in a tears. Service staff were kind, so I'll give them that. DO NOT STAY HERE. JUST DON'T.

We stayed in this hotel last week on our trip to Niagara. We found fungus in the breakfast and we showed it to them too. However there was no proper response from them. Also, when we checked in to the room, the door was opened and room was smelly. We notified the front desk about it too but again ther were no proper response. When I gave a bad review on Choice hotel's website, then I received a sorry message in replay. Wont recommend this hotel. They are not serious on these issues. Both of our families had kids and had we not seen that, our kids could ended up eating those filthy food.

The rooms are seriously outdated and quite pricey on the weekends. Not worth it for the price we paid. As well, don’t let them put you on a sketchy motel side across the parking lot. The receptionist was very nice though and he made sure to switch us to the hotel side that has no carpet. So overall, kind staff but I wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed here for 1 night. We booked 2 rooms with king bed. Although, my first impression was not that good as we were allotted accommodation in exterior housing. Being an employee of choice the type of room assigned was not acceptable. However, thankfully mr Ahmed, the night auditor was kind enough to find us a room inside the hotel. It made enough difference. However, we had to pay little extra. Rest of it was good. The rooms were spacious although the common area might need some deep cleaning. Thanks for your effort Ahmed.

This hotel cancelled my reservation because they needed to give my RESERVED room to another party. I booked my reservation a month ago and this new party made the reservation after I did, not fair at all. I called to talk to them about it and they said they’re kicking every reservation out of the hotel for a month or two for a “government party”. I don’t care who the party is for, it’s not fair to cancel reservations to give to someone else after the fact. Now I’m forced to find another hotel and now I have to pay more than what I was going to pay for this hotel. Won’t be returning.

The only good things about this hotel is the front desk staff are friendly and there were not any bedbugs at the time of our stay. There were fruit flies swarming in the "breakfast" room and a bug climbing around the walls of the room. There was no house keeping staff, so trash was never taken out of our room, or the garbage cans that were overflowing in the parking area. The seat on the toilet was not the correct size, and was attached by one bolt, so in fairness to the hotel, it was kind of like a ride in the midway. Find a cardboard box to sleep in, it will be cleaner.

Careful...you pay and book one thing and they book something else....they double book here. Looks like jail. Was supposed to be relaxing room with nice tub. Hopefully I don't have to help 15 year old manager boy carry broken fridge and mop floors this time.

staff was nice but the room was not anywhere near worth it. the mini fridge and remote were missing and the tub was dirty upon arrival. they brought us a new remote and the fridge from across the hall fairly quickly tho. the next morning i went to the lobby and asked for fresh linens and towels and the tub to be cleaned since it was dirty when we got there as well as the pressure in the shower to be checked since it was very low. when we got back in the evening everything was exactly as we left it. they ended up giving me fresh linens & towels at the lobby as well as some shampoo to clean the tub myself with since any cleaning solutions were only accessible by housekeeping. the shower pressure was never fixed and it was so tiny and cramped even at 5'4" it was hard to reach everywhere in that tiny shower. location was good though just would not stay here again

If you value your health, do not stay here. The photos advertised are completely outdated!! There was wasps in my room and it was crawling with bugs. I did not think this was possible. Here’s the photo I had to show the front counter to get upgraded to a different room. And even their “best room”was rough! Duck tape on electrical wire, crumbs on the floor, cracked sink.. I can’t stress enough how bad it was.. just don’t

This hotel is 100% not worth 279$ plus 25 for parking a night!!! The bed are hard and not on proper bed frame, the sheets where not even clean had hair on them the blanket had blood stains, the room stunk of mold, the pool was so flipoing cold you couldn't swim you think paying that much for a room it would be heated, the breakfast was like muffins and stale bagels, you pay for parking yet can't find a parking spot! The 4th floor smells like cat urien .. The vending machine if a machine you can get tide or bounce sheet, let's not forget the elovoter stopped with my wife and I in it for 3 mins when it finally started working went to the room to call the front to tell them.and the phone didn't even work! The staff that was on after 7 pm where nit friendly at all !!! I will absolutely never. Go back to.this place again! Your rooms are not worth. More theb50$ a night!

Me and my husband stayed in the hotel from the 18th- 20th. The room was clean and overall staff was friendly and helpful. The morning that we checked out of the hotel, our car was robbed, we got ALL of my documents stolen, both our US Passports, my husbands US military uniforms, perfumes and belongings stolen from inside our vehicle which was parked in the hotel parking lot. We had to make a police report in order for us to be able to travel back to the US because I didn’t had no identification left on me.

If I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 I would. This place was definitely not the best place to stay, the room smells musty and and is not cleaned properly at all. Under the beds there was piles of dust food and crumbs. Under the covers there was crumbs as well. And worst of all bugs. When we stayed here we have killed at least 11 silver beetles crawling on the ground. This was absolutely disgusting 🤮 Won’t be coming back here.

Nice, spacious, clean rooms in the main building with refrigerators and no microwave . Im not sure how the rooms are in their building across the parking lot but my husband heard a lady complaining about her room being dirty . Paid a total of $388 /2 days over the weekend which to me was only worth it because of the convenient location. Parking is $20/day with no guarantee that you'll even get a spot according to the employee since any and everyone can pay to park there even if not staying at the hotel . But overall good experience and super close walk to the falls 👍🏽

Staff were very nice. But the rooms were awful. The first room they gave us smelled like sweat. The second room they gave us wasn't even better. Beds were awful.

Have stayed at this hotel 4 times now. Very welcoming staff & environment. Chris is a wonderful staff member who truly ensures your stay is a good one. She is always polite and willing to accommodate if have any issues. Doesn't have that typical old hotel smell. Rooms are fairly sized with roku smart TV. Lots of attractions & restaurants within a short walking distance. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent room at a decent price. Thank you again for always providing an acceptable stay!

Worst experience , overpriced $600 per night,it's totally ripe off. The dirtiest hotel ever in Niagara falls and rude staffs.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room looked like there was an attempted renovation at some point, but it was lipstick on a pig. Chipped tub, peeling wallpaper. Filthy under the bed. Had a horrible musty smell that would make us cringe every time we opened the door. Room was not visited by housekeeping the entire time we were there. Ending up with a large pile of damp towels when it came time to check out. The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet. Toilet seat in lobby bathroom was not even attached. Sheets would not stay on the aged mattress causing waking up on exposed mattress. Pool was heavily on chemicals. Deck outside was dangerous. Nails poking up, no stairs. Someone put milk crates to use as steps. Deck was also right next to dumpsters. Area around dumpsters was littered with lots of old trash that smelled. This made sitting on the deck feel hazardous. Hallway felt too narrow. Great location. I felt overcharged. I get it was a busy weekend but definitely not worth over the $200 we were charged. Too bad upfront payment was expected at booking. Definitely would have left. There was nothing Quality about this Inn.

From all the hotels i’ve stayed in between Canada and the u.s this hotel was by far the worst. Our room (303, 3rd floor) was disgusting and everything in it was broken. as soon as we walked in we were greeted by a janky closet with only one door, a bathroom door knob that didn't lock/was also broken, the curtains were not having it and the whole rod was broken and hanging half way down the wall, tv signal was so bad that only 2 channels worked, and the horrendous wifi connection was so bad we just gave up trying to use it. They advertise having a vending machine but its just laundry soap, they don’t even have laundry machines so why bother? They have an ice machine but no buckets in the rooms for it. The sludgy pool was brown and smelt awful. After seeing how the hotel was we didn't bother trying the free breakfast, i don’t even want to know how that would’ve been. Only 2 people at the front desk were nice and professional, i feel bad that they work in such an awful place. Also forgot to mention that if you stay at this hotel you unwillingly pick up the title as “housekeeping” as you have to clean your own room once you check in, housekeeping was terrible and lazy, make sure to take pictures/videos of the room when you arrive/leave because they’ll try to keep the $100 deposit and say it’s because you either smoked in it or trashed the room. We thankfully have evidence of how it was when we got there vs how we left it and so far only got half the deposit back.

This hotel is seriously in need of a bit of love. Holes in walls, peeling wall paper, just to name a few. The room is large and clean but in our three-day stay, they did not clean it once. We had to constantly go down to the reception to get towels. The bathroom was large but the vanity cannot hold even a small cosmetic pouch and I don’t understand why you would put the only towel holder just above the toilet itself with all the room available. Breakfast options are quite limited. They also charge an additional $20 per night for the parking not included in the room price. I would have expected a lot more for the price they charged. If you are OK with a hotel a bit run down just to sleep in at night, I guess this is OK.

Unfortunately, the only quality in this Inn is location. I’ve been to many different hotels/motels, both high end and cheap cr@p, but this one beats all so far. Rooms are terrible, very minimal nowhere to put belongings, not like pictures they have, building is falling apart, water barely drains from the sink, corridors are out of horror movies, parking is small and expensive. Very sad. Overpriced for what it is. Pictures don’t do this place justice. At least some workers were nice.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Worst hotel booking experience. They tricked you to book with "Niagra falls" but pay attention its in NY not Canada side. The full address is not well displayed if you are booking from a phone view. Pay attention guys. Im still struggling to get my hard earn money back. I called right away to cancel but the booking site and the hotel started a blame game. I did not stay there because i couldnt cross to NY side and they refused to refund my money and cancel.

To start of with the room was filled with flies and had old furniture. Pillows seemed like they’ve been there since the hotel opened. Parking is extra on the top of room price which makes no sense if I’m staying there and paying for room. Breakfast was the major point for me where everything was just left there to us with fully green molded breads, Cold milk in jug for coffee and nobody was there to attend or check the quality of food.

I booked this hotel by mistake - thinking it was the other QI in Niagra Falls. It's location is a good 20 minute walk from any view of the falls. The walk is all downhill going and all uphill returning. Not pleasant for someone with knee issues. The hotel charges $20 per night for parking in its crowed lot. Something which is fairly normal for the area but in my opinion not justifiable. The hotel itself is very crowded with only one entrance and one elevator for it's extended main building. There are fire exits all along but these are only for emergencies. The hallways in this hotel look terrible with all the wall patches. The room themselves are very old but are good sized, clean and the furnishings and bed are better than you would expect from everything else. Breakfast was fairly meager affair where some of it ran out long before it closed. Also the breakfast room was much much too small (and thus too hot) for the large number of their guests. Overall, I would look elsewhere...

My boyfriend and I recently stayed here for two nights. The staff were extremally nice and helpful. Our room was clean and stocked up nicely for us. Free breakfast was good! We will definitely come back here for any future Niagara falls trips!!

If I could put 10 stars i would!! The entire stay for me and my boyfriend was exceptional!!! They greeted us as soon as we walked in, to allowing us to check in early (it was 1pm) even though our room was not ready, they gave us the room next to it, and that room was amazing and beautiful!! Bed was super cozy, the bathroom was beautiful!! The location was perfect!! Literally a 5-10min walk to everything. They had breakfast in brown bags, which hey, in the middle of a pandemic is actually pretty smart, and it gave us enough to tie us over until later on in the day Only thing I hated about the whole thing, was having to come back home!! Once again 10 out of 5 stars!! Will definitely be back next year (when we get holidays again lol)

Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Specially I want to mention Om and Laadi names , Both was helpful and know how to serve customer. You can not expect room comfort like 5 star in these hotels, you get what you pay for ,on that note I can say we had nice stay in our 2 night stay.

  • 1/5 Ben and Heather A. 8 months ago on Google
If there were Zero stars I would start there. We stayed for one night. The room they put us in was despicable. The laminate flooring had multiple holes in, the type that would cut any bare feet. Electrical cords were hanging out into the room The TV was small and on a small coffee table size table. The bathroom vanity counter top was cracked, and underneath the vanity were crazy holes into the wall. The bed was old and felt like it. I complained to the front staff who moved me into another room, (I had them take pictures of the damage so I wouldn't be charged) the other room was better, but the bed was old as well, and felt like it (perhaps a coil spring mattress - we could feel the springs easily) The toilet had the wrong size seat on it - too small. We went to the pool but the room temperature was blistering. Both doors exiting the Pool room were chained closed. The deck outside the pool area was rotting, and the stairs had been removed. Overall, this may have been a reasonable place twenty years ago. BUT NOW there seems to be neglect everywhere. I'll never go again, nor will I recommend it. Plus, to park in the hotel parking lot it'll cost twenty dollars plus tax. I've never stayed in such a decrepit hotel.

Staff was friendly and kind. Walls are paper thin can hear other peoples conversations. Room had drain flies in bathroom sink. I killed them all lol lighting was horrible in room. Most of the lightbulbs appeared burned out. Outlet for th4 coffee machine didn't work. Addressed these issues with staff at checkout it was only one night and property was sold out for that room type. I wanted the jetted tub which my room had so I knew there wasn't another room like that for me. Breakfast was OK. But the crossiants had to be tossed as they were all moldy. Overheard another guest mention that to staff. Entrance to my room was in a different building and there was board covering a portion of the window on the door. Inside there is a sticker that says for safety reasons to keep the door shut. Makes me believe something bad may have happened in the past. Pool was rather small. But good. I honestly don't know if I'd stay there again. The bed was very good to sleep in.

I booked in November for July, a King bed no smoking. We got a room in the motel next door, queen bed, smelling like smoke. We refused the room and are still dealing with a total of $788 in charges they put on the credit card. The pool is out of order. If this is a 3 star the Crown Plaza should be 5 star, no comparison! I called the customer service and after finally getting a person, was put on hold while they reviewed the file, and then disconnected while on hold. I received a copy and paste answer to this review.

Stringent Booking policy. No vouchers or accommodation for clients in case of sickness and the complete charge was deducted. Better to stay with bigger chains. They lost my business and my friends and family business for future for sure as during covid time and with kids you can get in to sickness and may have to change plans.

Me and my sister had booked this hotel sept 3rd for her birthday, had to wait in a line to check in when we got to our room somebody was already staying there and we walked in on them which is a huge safety and privacy issue. Had to wait in line for 35 min to get another room I’m extremely disappointed in the customer service. Some sort of refund would be nice for the MAJOR inconvenience on top of that the beds are loud there was no conditioner and there was a blood stain on the duvet. I don’t recommend staying here

  • 1/5 Tristine P. 1 year ago on Google
We recently stayed here and had a very poor experience. The room was very dirty, the smake alarm was missing, the fuse panel in our room was open as the cover was missing, the furniture was stained and had cigarette burns, the shower head fell off when my partner tried to shower and there were hair pins on the bedside table which were there when we arrived. I would not stay here again and would definetly not recommend this accomodation to others.

  • 4/5 Jeremy C. 1 year ago on Google
We had a lower level room - beds were too soft and the showers were so loud. I've stayed here before in the upper units connected to the main building... The quality is much better. I do plan on staying there again, but will request the upper floors instead of the street level ones.

I am seeing a lot of nasty reviews here which blows my mind. The room I stayed in was reasonably priced, very clean and I found the bed to be comfy. The rooms are dated, but you don't go to Niagara Falls to hang out in a hotel room. It's a very convenient location, just a short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill. However, the reason for the 5 star review is the staff on the Front Desk. They were all so friendly and helpful, and made the check in and check out seamless. We will be back!

  • 3/5 Michelle K. 2 years ago on Google
Hotel wasn't super clean, had stains on the walls and sheet. The parking is $15 a night which isn't bad but there is $5-10 parking just a few minute walk away. My biggest complaint is the beds are horrible, extremely hard and you can feel the springs. The staff we're very polite and professional and over all was a decent experience just think they could make some improvements. It's only a 10 minute walk from Clifton Hill and it's much cheaper than other accomodations in town.

We went for a hockey tournament and I found month old chicken fingers under the furniture in my room. The bathroom had yellow mold growing in the shower. In the room of my manager, the mattresses were nothing more than springs and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls. On the Saturday night an employee walked into my room after a few of my players and started screaming about complaints from other guests. The boys were just checking in with the coaches as they had just returned from Clifton Hill. Overall, a terrible stay, I would never recommend it to anyone else.
