My husband booked us here for my birthday last weekend but was a little hesitant because of the reviews. Upon arrival we couldn’t really see the downside of the hotel. Yes it was smaller than most, and a little outdated, but other than that the view our hotel room had was amazing. The size of the room made it cozy and the beds were so comfy! We were able to watch the firework show from our room that they put on by the falls and it was in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. I hope other people consider staying here for the good prices they offer and the views they have and that the reviews don’t scare you away!

Hello. I'm checking in for Tower Hotel at Falls View today and I'm getting some CAD100 extra. Then I'm staying here for 300,000 won per night, but the staff is unfriendly and there's no breakfast, so it's frustrating to have an additional breakfast, and the only thing I'm going to see is the waterfall view, but does this make sense. It's the worst hotel ever, and I'll have to doubt the hotel in Booking. There's a lot of dust inside, and when you look at the front of the bed, you can see the road view better than the waterfall view. Don't come to the hotel. It's old, there's no breakfast, there's no auxiliary facility, so there's nothing is available in this hotel. It's the worst hotel, so I won't come back. I don't think I would have had a hard time coming down from downtown Toronto if I knew it was this bad.

The hotel is good. If you expect luxury you might see somewhere else. The room was good we had great view. Although the bathroom was nice but when you shower the water gets all over the bathroom and I had to dry it. The hair dryer was broken and was from 1980’s or something. The parking is very expensive. Overall 4 out of 10

I would highly recommend the tower hotel to any couple planning a trip to see Niagara Falls. The room was spotless, had a fantastic view, and was in such a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful and parking was easy and convenient. While the rooms are smaller compared to many hotels nowadays, it was the perfect size for us as we were out and about most of our trip. Plenty of room to store our bags and to get ready for the day. We are so glad we didn’t let the negative reviews deter us from staying here. I woke up every morning and sat at the window to enjoy the view and did the same when we came back at night. I’ve attached some photos taken from the room, I could not get enough of it.

The rooms for the area were very dirty. We had Bed bugs!!!! After we left and called the hotel to let them know and they told us the rooms have no signs. One of our two rooms smelt like cigarettes and was disgusting to the point we had to ask for another one. Tried to use the jets in the bath tub they didn’t work and that’s not all they had brown water come out!!!! I do not know there standards but wow what a let down they didn’t even offer anything when informed about the bed bugs either. The hallways have peeling paint all around awful

We booked the Tower King Room which had beautiful panoramic windows and an unmatched view of the falls. We’ve stayed in the Marriott next door in a Fallsview room but the Tower hotel has a much better view! You get what you pay for - there’s no restaurant in the hotel so you don’t even get tea or coffee (unless you’re willing to spend big bucks at the iHop in the same building) but if you’re looking for a room with the best view, then this is it. Only suggestion to the hotel would be to provide a microwave and tea/coffee maker in the rooms.

This hotel is one of those places you see and think "Wow, it would be cool to stay there." I'm here to tell you it isn't worth it. I'll start with the good. The bed is comfortable. Huge windows compliment the fantastic view. Even the city view room, which we had, was great. The location is convenient. The staff are very friendly. Everything was clean. There was never a problem getting to off-site parking as there was always a shuttle ready to go, and we never waited for one to get back to the hotel. Now for the not-so-good. This hotel is very dated. The rooms are TINY. Barely enough room for the bed and a chair. I'm actually surprised they squeezed a king sized bed in there. To say it lacked amenities would be an understatement. No room service. No coffee maker in the room In the bathroom the fixtures were coming off the wall and our toilet didn't work right. No complimentary anything in the lobby. We did get some coupons for breakfast at the IHOP in the hotel, but remember you are in the falls and it will be very expensive. We didn't hate our stay, but for the amount we paid for our room you can get much more at other hotels. For us, the novelty just isn't worth it.

Antonio at the front desk provided us unbelievable service, even though the building is older, I would rather come back here over many other places I've stayed in Niagara just to be taken care of by Antonio and the rest of the staff. 5 star service, excellent hotel 👍

We had a wonderful stay at the tower hotel. My husband surprised me for our anniversary and took me there. He accidentally booked the wrong room and when the concierge found out they upgraded us so we had an amazing view of the falls. The rooms have a funky angle as well as a full length window that is the whole length of the wall that is awesome!

Had a lovely stay at the tower hotel. The rate was reasonable and the view of the river and part of the falls was great. We would have liked to know the parking details ahead of time to know what to expect, however, we parked at the Ritz motel up the street for less than the fee the tower hotel was charging. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Less then impressed. I booked this hotel for a Monday - Wednesday stay ( thinking it would be less busy and a more relaxing way to see the falls) unfortunate this hotel was the ultimate disappointment. I waited over 40 minutes for a shuttle on the Tuesday morning. The lot is not terribly far but with the snow and cold weather it made for a trek. NONE of the outlets in our room worked except the one that the TV was plugged into … so that was highly annoying. The large windows in our room were drafty and whistled in the high winds. The quality of the room is not visible at all. Spend a little extra money and go somewhere nicer … although the views are very nice the comfort of the hotel is non existent.

Service, location, and views were great. I highly recommend booking a room with a view of the falls - it may be pricey, but it is worth the cost for the views you get to enjoy while resting on your bed. It is also located at a very convenient location with countless tourist attractions and restaurants surrounding it.

We picked this place for the location and view. Parking all though not on site at the Tower it is still easy. Pull up, check in drive down the street and park. Then the shuttle (which is super prompt) picks you up and takes you back to the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We even were greated in the morning by the housekeepers. Rooms are clean and the views over the falls are to die for. We got to experience the view at various times. Easy to get down to the falls. There is a walk way beside the hotel to the rail that brings you down to falls level. Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains were great. Would go back.

Love, love, love! This place gets 5 stars just for the view! Get a penthouse falls view room if you want a stunning view. To me it wouldn’t be worth it unless I had a falls view and that was what we booked. You won’t regret it! You can see the nightly fireworks perfectly as well. This entire staff is amazing! It’s in a perfect location for walking to the falls. The room could use a few touch ups to be honest, but we knew what we were getting. We read the reviews. We were beyond pleased. Don’t expect a 5 star room but expect a 5 star view. The room was small, but perfect for what we were looking for.

The room was clean, pleasant, and free of noise. The service provided was satisfactory. However, the parking fee of $35 per night was expensive, and the parking area was quite far away, requiring the use of a shuttle bus. Cheaper parking options were available in the vicinity of the hotel. The shower knob needed some maintenance work. Overall, my experience was positive.

This is my first time saying in this hotel. We went there with out 2 month old daughter on her first trip. Receptionists ( front desk manager) are very good. Very good customer service. View was awesome. Only problem is they don’t have microwave and coffee corner. Otherwise very good.

Prepare your stuff in advance since the check-in can be chaotic with the very limited parking space. The next day the guy at the door was a bit more invested in his job and not just looking at his cellphone so it was better... Great view from the beautiful falls from the rooms when you pay extra. No coffee in the rooms, nor microwave, so you have to go to the restaurants. You have to pay extra for parking. With all the extras, I Wonder if nearby hotels don't end up to be cheaper.

The manager Felicia is absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The view from the room was stunning. The restaurants inside the hotel are delicious. Highly recommend the baked Brie. Location is perfect, walking distance to the casino and to the falls themselves. I would absolutely recommend a couples getaway here.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Do not go to this hotel! The main lady in the office was extremely sweet however the man in the lobby was rude and snobby. He has no customer service at all. The hotel is not worth the price either, it's outdated, small and dirty. I was given 2 options for rooms, either a room with a jacuzzi or a falls view. I chose the jacuzzi and when I went to take a bath, the keys were not working. The elevator stopped working (we're on the 28th floor), there was hair from other people on the toilet paper, bathtub, sink, floor. My hair is red and the hair I found is long and black. We found pubic hair on the toilet paper. There was no necessities in the bathroom (no toothpaste, soap, shampoo). I'm sure the housekeeping does not clean properly because there was used tissues swept under the bed and hidden in random places. That's not sanitary especially during covid time. The sheets are cheap and are rough/itchy. The pillows feel so cheap as if they were from Walmart. Better off staying at Best Western, Comfort Inn or any other hotel. Also, the parking is 35 bucks but it came out to 43 bucks with tax and it is located in the other building and you have to walk back and forth between buildings. Also parking by yourself is another 2 blocks down. Never wasting my 150 dollars here again.

The view of the room was beautiful but the room itself was not cleaned properly and dirty. Upon arriving, we found a dirty towel in our bathtub (picture attached). We also found long black hair on the washroom floor. I let the front desk know and he apologized and told me to throw it in the hallway. I did but no one took it until the next morning. The TV was also not working properly... the sound kept going off and volume would not increase at all. We absolutely loved the bed and pillow, it was very comfortable.

Room is nice enough but could use some refreshing. Paint on the cupboards was chipped and the bathroom, while clean, could use updating. The bed was comfortable and the carpeting looked new. The refrigerator is old and not very cold. Our tv didn’t work, but we were only there for one night so we didn’t bother with . Front desk staff and the parking attendant were exceptional. It was nice having ihop in the hotel for breakfast before driving home. Parking is a few blocks away, but it is a secured lot and there was a shuttle to get there. All in all, our stay was pleasant and we would stay again, the price is definitely right.

Our room wound up having an incredible view which was really nice. It was spotless and clean, but we had some issues with the electricity in the room. Loved the location of the hotel. Service was alright - nothing to note, really.

Our stay at the Tower Hotel could not have been better. This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff at check in were incredibly nice & professional, they informed us of every amenities & things to do around the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated along with nice furniture, our room had a Falls view & it was absolutely breathtaking. This hotel has parking offsite with a cost by day & they have a shuttle that picks you up from the hotel & brings you right back, all you have to do is let the Valet know that you need the shuttle & it arrives immediately!) you can use the shuttle as many times as you want/need during your stay. The entire building was sparkling clean, from the entrance to the hotel, to the lobby, to the hallway to your room and of course your room cleaner than ever. The cost for our stay was extremely reasonable. My wife & I were over the moon satisfied with our stay at the Tower Hotel. We've already agreed to coming back & stay at the Tower for our next trip to Niagara. To the hotel employees who checked us in for our stay from June 9th to the 11th; thank you so much, you surpassed our expectations & definitely made this trip 1000% better. We really enjoyed ourselves, I personally do not think we could have been accommodated better.

The staff was nice enough. The location is great, and if you pay the premium, the falls view is great. I took a city view on 29 and it was neat. The elevators, hallways, and room were old, unmaintained, and disgusting. The room right next to mine (I saw inside while the maid was cleaning) had a full renovation and new bathroom...whereas My room was old, Small, dingey , clogged bathroom sink and a toilet which really didn't flush until the 3rd try and almost overflowing. Old bed which caved in the middle. There's no onsite parking. Their parking option costs 35$ and involves taking a van shuttle to your car which is blocks and blocks away from the tower. No thanks. It's a hotel in the perfect location but a big roll of the dice..for the same 173 tax in, you'll do better at the comfort inn or other motor inn

I needed an affordable escape to just get away and relax from everyday crazy life, and this was the perfect place! All the wonderful staff at this hotel took care of me and then some, by offering ways to enhance my stay and also providing fantastic budget-friendly restaurants and relaxation activities around the area. I found my new escape hotel for when I just need a life break! Thank you again to all the awesome staff who made my stay exactly what I needed!

I am currently staying in the Fallsview room which is very nice . Rod is very unprofessional. I nicely asked him for a fork and he was very rude to me . He clearly does not enjoy being at the front desk and should change his career is he does not enjoy helping other people .

Beautiful view! Because of covid we couldn't sit at the restaurant for brunch. But they could help by putting a table and 2 chairs in the bedroom.

Parking is off-site, you can pay about $10 daily more for valet or walk roughly 1/4 mile and park yourself. We didn't get the breakfast package, but did the buffet, which because of the area is expensive; but nice selection though the bangers are a bit different than American sausage so be ready for a different consistency and flavor. The location is perfect and a nice view of the falls. Night time was great with the moon.

Older property could use some refreshing, parking situation is ridiculous and extremely overpriced. Just remember when visiting Niagara Falls don’t expect the grandeur and tranquility that you would find at parks like Yellowstone and Yosemite. The falls are spectacular but the area is a tourist trap the lodging options reflect this. Overpriced for what you get. I am sure there are better options in the area do your home work before you book here I have booked 5 day cruises that where all inclusive for what 4 nights and parking set me back at this place.

Arriving to The Tower Hotel there is a small driveway for you to temporarily park while you check in. Staff was very nice and answered any questions we had. We were then given directions on how to get to their self parking lot which they share with the Embassy Suites next door. It's a 3 block drive but a shuttle is then called to pick you up to get you back to the hotel. They are very on top of it and we waited less than a minute every time. At the time we went it was 35 + tax per night to park in the lot. We stayed on the 28th floor which included big windows with a view. We got lucky and had a half city and half American Falls view. Both views were breathtaking, especially to wake up to. It's a small room but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, we slept great. Bathroom also has a view. Shower head was great with many stream options. Tub was huge with a jet stream option. Unfortunately, ours did not work but the tub is extremely spacious and comfortable to sit in. Our only 2 cons were 1. The room didn't look as clean as we would've liked but it wasn't disgusting either. The carpets could definitely use an update or deep clean 2. There was something going on with the thermostat. We set it at the lowest setting possible and the room wouldn't go below 74 degrees which with the warmth and humidity of Niagara can be uncomfortable. When I did bring this issue up at checkout, the staff was gracious in receiving this concern and they comped a night of parking for the inconvenience, which we were appreciative of. Overall, it was a great stay and we were pleasantly surprised considering the ratings we saw for them. The Tower Hotel is not a bad choice and very convenient with pricing and location

To start off the staff are amazing! Bonnie at the front desk was so friendly!! As for the room, no words or pictures can describe how beautiful it is! I highly recommend asking for room #2701! I will come back every year!! Breakfast at the ihop broke my wallet but was def delicious! I got engaged here last night so it was a dream come true!! Thanks for the memories!

Location is convenient for restaurants. The Sky Steakhouse is excellent. I received a discount card for the restaurant which, according to my mental arithmetic, covered the tax for my meal. It's a hike to the Falls, especially back again. Room is nice. Service is excellent. Parking during daylight is challenging. Parking during nighttime is a nightmare. Supposedly they'll have valet parking in the future. Be sure to ask because the price to park is not offset sufficiently for the amount of aggravation.

from my penthouse hotel room i had a beautiful view over looking the 3 falls during the daytime also at night when they light up the falls and we were perfectly positioned to see all the fireworks every night, just a few minutes walk and we are down at the CANADIAN Horseshoe falls, hotel has Parking off site in a guarded lighted parking lot - free shuttle bus back & forth as much as you need or want,,found a great place for breakfast reasonably priced called the FLYING SAUCER RESTAURANT and it's a FLYING SAUCER,, Service & food 110 % before 5pm BUT After 5pm the Server's and food from the kitchen start to slack

The room was clean with a fantastic view of the fall, though the room booked was a "no view" one. Bathroom was spacious, bright and sparkling clean. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly, one of them even offered bottled water at no charge because there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Pros: great view of horseshoe fall, bright and clean room, spacious bathroom, mini fridge, friendly and welcoming lobby staff, easy check-in and check-out Cons: toilet with low flushing power (gets the job done but takes a bit longer), small and old closet, lack of kettle and coffee maker (not a problem if you don't need hot water) I would highly recommend this hotel at a rate lower than CA$100
