If I could put 0 i would- terrible customer service on arrival, I booked the room for my parents the reservation under my dad’s name and they would not let him check in. They had to sleep in a car while they found another place with rooms. I was still charge for both nights that were booked.

the customer service is too bad, I had the check-in at 11:00 AM, for which I arrived at that time with my family and when trying to talk to the person at the reception I only received bad words; I had to wait until 2:00 PM to receive the room. Upon entering the place, it smelled of cigarettes and marijuana, which was very uncomfortable for my family, and no way to file a complaint because the person at the reception was very rude.

This place does not even deserve one star . The rooms smell like urine and cigarettes and as well of the perfume of a ninety year old man . The Walls are paper thin with six holes in my room . The pillows are hard as rocks and the bedsheets are disgusting with stains . The place had bed bugs , but when we confronted the manager he did nothing but add an extra 30 dollars to our stay for no reason. This place is a disgrace to all motels

Easy, friendly, non obtrusive and decent price

Okay for a night if you need it. But the one down the street is a bit nicer for the same rate at least there were no bed bugs Rooms were falling apart from the inside Bathroom clean and okay Had to wait outside in the rain to talk to the front desk to find out to extend the stay for another night they wanted an upcharged rate... for what we were getting we gladly saved money and booked a night at a better motel down the street that at least looks better and not so bad but still not recommend This motel is one star for a reason!

This little motel was perfect for our trip! The room was clean, the queen beds were actually queen sized and comfortable, there was cable tv with very clean smelling linens on it! What more could you ask for! A mini fridge, microwave and mini coffeemaker all in the room as well. The owner was a very kind and accommodating man who obviously takes pride in his motel. There’s a lovely outdoor pool that my 7 year old absolutely loved too! Highly recommend!!

The worst place I've ever been to. Dirty and sticky night cabinet. Mold in the shower. The room was cheap, $80 per night, 2 queen size beds in a room. In room 116 one mattress was broken. Room 117 needs new shower tildes. It's worth $40 max. I'm glad that we've only stayed here one night.

Room wasn't serviced. Dirty towel in the bathroom no soap/shampoo in bathroom When approached Owner handed soap over and ignored our complaint and walked away when pressed. Do NOT stay here

Very very bad experience 😕 very bad smell in the rooms I booked the room but whole nite sleep in my car bcuz the smell was so yack.also when I told him to clean room he is very rude nd refuse to clean it .I think police have banned this motel...don't recommend

I booked a room 2 weeks in advance and when reached there..they said "Sorry ,the rooms are all booked"..i had the confirmation no. from the website too (ridiculous ) ..the old man talked to me in a rude way and was bluffing wid lame xcuses..i called 911 to settle the matter .ufff plz try another one ..if u dont want to screw ur trip! It was okay for the night but there were a lot of bugs in the room and the water knobs in the shower were backwards (hot is cold, cold is hot). Also under the bed was not clean with used toilet paper and earplugs.

This place is horrible. I reserved a non-smoking room that smelled like cigarettes and had burn holes in the sheets. The sheets didn't fit the bed and they were ripped and had stains, as well as the bed and pillowcases. The bathroom was infested with ants and the shower head was broken which I had to fix. The room was cold and the owners control the heat, we had to let in steam from the shower just to stay warm. There's a fridge and a microwave that works well and a flat screen TV with good channels. Wifi doesn't hold a stable connection.

Everything was on point. The place was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The internet was slow but everything else was good. Checking in was fast. The shower gel was smelling so good and their shampoo. It didn't seem like the cheap stuff.

I was happy with our stay, family of 4. We were in Niagara Falls to site see and enjoy finding things to do. This motel isn't luxury but it is clean, in close proximity to everywhere we wanted to go, and had a small pool for the kids to use when we returned for the day. Owners were friendly and helpful gave us a few extra pillows for the beds. If your on a budget this is a good choice, rooms are not luxury, but if you just want a bed, a TV and place to unwind after tour days activities it serves its purpose.

The rooms are small and cleanliness needs to be improved. The construction of the room is horrible. The room has a ugly old rug, old air condition, mini fridge, and microwave. The the wall had two holes that was plastered over. The tiles in the bathroom floor are not straight. The shower looks like they dont care because a ugly tube wall liner was placed over the wall and it is small. The futon has no padding. The wifi was a bit slow. The staff are very nice and the pool and gazebo are nice.

Very clean. New mattresses. Perfect pool though small and the hours were short. Enough outlets, surprising in a hotel this old, and the most adorable bathroom with a decent size shower. For a cheap place to stay in a tourist area, it was wonderful.
