If I could give a zero star to leave the review, I won't hesitate to do that. My parents each played more than 6 hours at the Casino on June 30th and we stayed and parked at Skyline on that day. July 1st morning we left the hotel and parked at this Casino Parking. My parents played another 6 hours in the morning and afternoon, but when we left, they checked the membership card and told us we even did not earn a free parking. Due to July 1st is the holiday, we were told to pay $50 parking fee. My parents earned more than $20 and $30 each on their membership card from the money they played in, that explained how much they spent there. I asked the employee how much played in the game could earn a free parking and she answered that they have a different member system, not making it cleared how much you spent could entitle a free parking. What a joke! We know Casino should have favoured odds to exist as an entertaining business for every players and we support Ontario business after the pandemic. Losing a few hundreds is the cost of game and give you the chances to win. This is completely fine and we accept this. That is why we come here. However when the business starts making parking fee as their new stream of income, I don't know how much odds are left for we players on their machines. I saw here are also other players left similar reviews so I am not the first one and only one experienced this. I will never come back to support this business!

The entire complex is a great place to visit whether it be for the day, the weekend or longer. They have really made it very convenient, once you pull in and park, there's no real reason to go back to your car. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy some good eats, drinks and to watch a game at. There are also two theaters which get some really great acts. If you want to go for a walk, the falls are close by. Even closer is the tourist area with the ferris wheel, go kart, haunted houses, more restaurants and so much more. The hotel rooms are great, with comfortable beds and great showers, the best of all it's right there. Of course the casino is amazing, with plenty of games and slots to try your luck at, just remember to gamble responsibly.

The better of the 2 casinos in Niagara, great views of the falls from the level 2 bar. It gets much busier than the older casino and offers higher end tables but no Live poker at this location. They sometimes have bands and the circle bar can get a decent crowd on the weekends. Again this isnโ€™t Vegas but itโ€™s a nice clean and safe place to gamble and enjoy a drink. They also have shops in the hallways that are great, the Gelato is really good.

This place is awesome for a short visit or a longer stay. Once you park, you don't need to go back to your car because there are so many things to do. You've got lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy good food and drinks, and you can even watch games. There are two theaters with really cool shows. If you want a walk, the waterfalls are close, and there's a fun area with a ferris wheel, go-karts, haunted houses, and more right nearby. The hotel rooms are comfy with great beds and showers, and they're super close. And the casino is really fun with lots of games and slots โ€“ just remember to play responsibly! Highly recommend for a great time.

Actual Fallsview Hotel is relatively modern and well kept, daily room service without requesting is great. They have some wonderful suites that face the American Falls or Canadian Side. If you want to see fireworks nightly over the weekends pick the American side, the view is quite nice. The indoor pool is pretty small, albeit shallow and warm. Direct casino access, ample parking (free if your players card is at the appropriate tier), location wise it's very convenient. I give them 8.5/10!

The floor I was on had spectacular views of the falls. The room was a bit smaller then I'm used to especially for the top level floors. Plus no jucussi suits that i knew of which was a minus for the company. Overall, clean, quaint and satisfying. Have already recommended to friends to enjoy themselves. There is no breakfast and no dinner discounts from this hotel so keep that In mind. ๐Ÿ‘

This is a wonderful facility. I loved it. I had fun. It is a very nice place I had a blast. The staff is very nice and very helpful. They will go out of their way to help you no matter where are you are in this building. It is great if you want to go. Just hang out for a couple hours with your spouse or a few friends. It is very clean. Very classy. I very impressed with this for my first time going here. I highly recommend this facility and if you need any help there's always someone there to help you no matter what situation you need it for

Well the place is gorgeous! The events and theatre's are so much fun and give you an up close and personal kind of experience. If it's busy when you are in the casino for obvious reasons hard to get a drink ...especially if you are on slot machines. The employees are always so nice and helpful in every department from bathroom attendant to the maintenance people! Even better when you win but never a dull moment!

The rooms are clean and semi modern. Comfy beds, in room AC was struggling at night after a 34c afternoon. Could not get two double queen rooms with an adjoining door due to room layout. Would of had to book 3 rooms for it. Casino was a good time between 11-1pm, entrance and bar lines moved quick and there was no lines for any games on a Saturday night. Some restaurants under the same roof were still open at 2am (fast food). Check in/out was quick, lots of parking on site. 16th floor view of the falls was decent.

Didnโ€™t actually stay in the resort, just played some slots. Started with $20 and hit a nice jackpot. Really great selection of games, the table games were really popular. They had a ton of giveaways going on so it was a lot of excitement. Great experience

Iโ€™ve been to this location many many times, and the resort is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean. I will say that they no longer offer water in the fridge unless you have a suite, so be prepared for that. The Casino is always amazing and the staff from security to the servers are very friendly and accommodating. Youโ€™ll have a good time here.

I was just observing all the people spending and not winning. I don't gamble but it's nice to look at all the machines, one arm bandit, as they were known as in the past. The building is so beautiful and the fountain is spectacular. They have a great lineup of upcoming events listed in the lobby and it would be a good destination for a romantic evening with your partner. All told it's a good place to spend an evening as long as you limit you gambling expense

Personally, I have never gambled here. My grandfather, aunts, uncles and my father used to come here often to gamble. They gambled so much that they earned free hotel stays. As a result, we stayed here a few times for fun. The views from the room are amazing. Of course, the last time I stayed at the hotel was in 2009. Doesn't look like the views have changed. Not sure about the free hotel rooms for gambling lots of money.

Fallsview Casino is very clean, both in the entertainment area and in the hotel. Everything seems to be very well organized. The Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. Location is very well appointed for eateries inside and outside the casino. Fine dining is available in the Casino, as well as casual, "snackey" foods. Good discount shopping is available in the the casino stores. I have been in various casinos in US and Canada. I found Fallsview Casino floor very nice and spacious with new slot machines, the hotel very comfortable. Needless to say, it is such a treat to be at Fallsview Casino. Good luck and enjoy yourselves.

The casino has changed alot since COVID, all the table games are minimum $25 with most of them being $50, the old player advantage card has been replaced with the new Momentum which is not pleasing at all. We played all night and still had to pay for parking which was a hefty $35. Complimentary parking is provided at 400 status points and we had only earned 8 points that night after playing for 3 hours which means that you will have to visit numerous times until you qualify for those perks. With the Grand Buffet still closed there is not alot to look forward to now.

This Casino brings so many memories! It has not changed a bit. Maybe new machines. But as per usual, the casino took all the money. It was expected and I definitely had fun with my little casino budget hahaha For beginning of Feb and early Thursday it was unexpectedly busy. Clean, attentive, nice. Always great to be able to have a complementary drink at the bar- bonus!

Firstly, thank you to 1000 of my viewers for considering my, as usual, genuine advice on every possible thing. This place, specifically to me, is V disappointing. They give you complimentary rooms so you can come to play, and believe me, the games are all pre-set, so no one wins. I had a complimentary stay for the entire month, and when I wanted to extend my stay after staying for 4 days, the call center guys told me that I could only stay for 6 days in a month. This was very disappointing. To me, I would never vote for this hotel as it only craves to get back to casinos where no one wins. You either lose money or quality time. Please consider this advice. Thank you

I won $200 at a penny slot machine. They have a lot of fun new games. There is a rewards card you can sign up for to earn points which you may redeem for different things. I would recommend it if you want to go and have a fun night of gambling.

Great Casino! Especially the Sports lounge area where there is every game you could imagine to watch being played with comfy chairs and seat service, visited here while relaxing from the rink during a hockey road trip and was not dissapointed! Would recommend to all those interested in a great casino experience for new and veteran gamblers alike

Beautiful property in Niagra Falls, Canada. The Italian restaurant was excellent. The Casino was mostly friendly to non-gamblers, modern and high tech, you name it. The views of the falls are incredible with the lights shining at night. The property is beautifully lit at night and some attractions are walking distance. It is also a well maintained property.

I am only reviewing the casino here as I did not stay in the hotel portion. The casino was an awesome experience! There are so many different games to play and lots of different tables. Friday night was definitely quieter than Saturday night, although that could have been a factor of the weather, too. I like how there was $15, $25, $50, and $100 tables to offer some variety, and they even had that on Saturday night as well. 3 things I'd love to see change at that casino. Number 1, the bar stays open till at least 3 am instead of 2am. This is a 24/7 casino, so 1:30pm last call is unacceptable. Number 2, open up a few tables of let it ride and finally Number 3, bring back buster black jack! Otherwise, great experience! Where else can you go in Canada where there are copious amounts of alcohol, beautiful women, and tonnes of gambling :) Enjoy!

I've been coming to fallsview casino for many years now with friends and family and I have to say that each time I am impressed by the great machines there to offer and the great quality machines that they have to offer as a gambler myself. I enjoy also the many many bars and other drink abilities that I am having to get and the staff overall are pretty good depending on the day. I also do have to say that when it comes to getting winds and gain success as any casino is it is very much up in the air but whenever I go to this very casino I always come out on top and as I prefer this casino over any other casino in the area personally.

Was here on New Years Day 2024. Great assortment of slot machines from one cent and up. Not too many people were here at noon today. There is a nice cafeteria on the floor; good but expensive food. The Gallery Restaurant is closed. Crazy parking in nearby lots outside with a starting price of $15, then it dips down to $10 at about 4 pm. The lot we parked in was derelict condition, and despite what the car jockey said, there was no machine on the premises that spit out a parking slip.

Good casino, good selection of slots and table games. However the security on entry was extremely rude and was yelling at us upon entry. We all had valid forms of but was denied for no reason. We have reasons to believe this was racially motivated. Went in later from a different entrance, the gentleman was very kind. Enjoyed our time here, donโ€™t know if we will return due to the initial confrontation with the security guard.

Outrageous parking fees! I followed all signs to the self parking garage from Fallsview Blvd. Arrived at the parking gate expecting to see rates posted like any garage and take a ticket but the gate just opened. After leaving 2 hours later the woman at the exit said that will be $60! Apparently they place the parking fee sign which is about 8โ€ all the way at the main entrance, 100 yards from the actual parking entrance expecting you to see this sign amongst all the other things one must safely look for while driving. Absolute joke, find another casino.

Generally a pretty nice casino. The Grand Buffet section is closed and is replaced by a Sports section instead, so donโ€™t come here if you were attracted by it. Nevertheless, thereโ€™s a nice and clean shopping centre with some restaurants around. Nice place for a short visit even if you donโ€™t intend to play at the casino

Love this place, the staff are absolutely warm & amazing. Erin is our favorite person to deal with! The place is always clean. The only thing i would have to say negative is that the fridges don't work great, but check back filters there is a lot of dust built up on them. And would love if they changed there shower heads to handheld. Love staying here! The cleaning staff are great!

Stayed here for a conference. Rooms were average and in need of an update. TV was average, electrical plugs barely held an item plugged into them. Shampoo and soap were of terrible quality. Restaurant choices were great. The views were awesome - especially of the fireworks show.

I won 480 bucks on penny slots when I came for the buffet. So the buffet was great . My mom had a room that looked amazing. And I won, so 5 star review. Lol. Donโ€™t ask me when I lose.

The casino itself has really gotten ridiculous. Buffet prices are now outrageous. Games rarely payout, even a little bit. Looks like the Covid greed has taken over yet another place. Apparently new owners/management? Word of advice. Not sure who you are catering too, but even your regulars (who spend a hell of a lot of money at your venue on a regular basis), are not happy with the changes. Don't be surprised when business fails...

It was great! Pit Boss & Dealer were very nice. Sorry to see the Grand Buffet wasn't open until 4pm on Saturday... but I understand due to covid. It's right beside the Falls so location is excellent.

The Fallsview Casino Resort was a fun time for my first time there. Fun to walk around and see all the games to play. Definitely recommend you go there at least once even if you arenโ€™t a gambler. Play smart and enjoy a time out.

My friends and I really enjoy going to the Fallsview Casino Resort. It is definitely a fun place to be. My favourite places are the Infinity Bar and the slot machines. I love all the noise of the machines. It makes the experience exciting. The washrooms in the casino are always clean. At times, there are lineups but they go quickly. I am an official momentum member (I guess itโ€™s like the old PAC card except itโ€™s a bit harder to get free parking). When Iโ€™m done at the casino, I enjoy going through all the shops in the area. I havenโ€™t been to the casino restaurants since before Covid so I canโ€™t comment on the food.

Checked in today Oct. 7 and there was an issue with the room. Joy at the front desk quickly resolved the issue and made sure we have a comfortable stay. Great customer satisfaction! Would recommend this hotel!

I attended this casino on a Tuesday to enjoy a less crowded experience. In terms of Casino games, you can find Slots, Poker, Crabs, Blackjack, Roulette. What's nice, is that this casino provides dealers to play physical games rather then other casinos that rely on Virtual. The staff members where friendly, helpful and quick when it came to addressing any concerns or needs. The building is located right downtown by the falls which allows you to enjoy nightlife, and quickly hop to other strips and bars when you're done betting.

  • 5/5 Dina B. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean and a nice hotel. John, Melissa and the team at the front desk are super nice. Pool is indoor and nothing fancy like no slides but not crowded. Hot fresh towels in abundance waiting for you. The fallsview from the rooms are spectacular ask for floors 12 and up. I love the new diner food and they just renovated the diner and upgraded the menu, same old crew so it was nice to see everyone back to normal...same diner but a good different... must try is the Diner's famous breakfast 10/10 Sharing few pics

I don't have much experience with casinos... In fact this was my first one, but my short visit was enjoyable! The architecture is beautiful, and the whole place is so entertaining with its lights and sounds. I enjoyed the experience and spent exactly 20 dollars playing in the cheaper coin machines with my partner :)) sure, we didn't really win much, and the drinks are super expensive (a bottle beer goes for $7 and $9 for draft), but that's expected from a casino so no surprises. Clean bathrooms and follows COVID regulations.

We are really enjoying our mini vacation at this casino. They have embraced the vaccination verification requirements. The pre screening works quite well through your mobile device. We chose to go in September to avoid high numbers of other guests which makes machines more available. Many machines have been blocked off to create safe distance between players. Overall the two of us have been enjoying our time here.

  • 5/5 Ailene O. 2 years ago on Google
Actually first time there. Went on a Monday during the day so it wasn't very busy. Vaccine proof required and again because it was Monday this process went very quickly. I would imagine during peak times they would have more employees working to accommodate the increase.

  • 5/5 Carmen P. 2 years ago on Google
We had a great time, and nice to see they are following the mandate of asking for the vaccine passport, and all the covi19 protocols. Keep up the good work ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

One of the Best casinos in Ontario. Not very crowded, very friendly staff. Covid protocols are religiously followed. Lots of slots and dealer options. Of you want to beat the crowd, go during the weekdays.

The food credits are good. I used to get free slot play but not too much anymore. The machines are extremely tight. Money guzzling. As long as you don't play the slots too much, it should be a decent time. Pretty place to walk and good food, but mediocre slots. I've stayed at the hotel in the past and the hotels have been nice.
