If you are a family on a budget and you want to save money this is the place. Its only a few minutes from Niagara Falls with lots of restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores all around and the mall just up the street. It’s a family owned business. They were very friendly and professional. The building it’s self is older, they do have flowers and it is clean but it could use some repairs on the stucco outside of the building but this does not effect your stay. We stayed on a Saturday night and I only see other families with young kids here. I never smelled any cigarette or pot smoke in the area. As fare as the room goes the first thing I did was look for bug and how clean it was. I checked the walls, corners, pulled the sheets to check the mattresses. I did not find and bugs. The bedding had 3 pillows for each bed, it was clean no stains or holes with good quality sheets and a great blanket. The kind you want to take home. It was on the firm side but I slept great. The bathroom was mostly clean (toilet, shower, the important stuff) but could have used some extra attention in some areas such as the tray that holds the new soap and the area behind the faucet. The microwave and refrigerator all worked properly and were clean. The table tops and chair were clean. The rooms did not have a old smell and it did not smell like cigarettes. The AC worked so great that my kids turned it off. It had a 32” TV with cable. The pool was up and running and in great condition. They also had a covered area next to the pool to have a cook out or picnic. The pictures is exactly what our room (29) looked like. If we had more time I would have stayed a extra day and I will definitely stay here again. They also give passes to ride the trolley for a day to and from Niagara Falls that way you don’t have to pay $20-30 for parking. Once you get there everything is in walking distance and it drops you off right by the visitor Center.

You've to stand outside and complete the check in formalities from a window because apparently it is a safe option due to covid. I had booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room. It was doused with room freshener to overcome the stink of the smoke. Smelled like a smoker's car with cheap car air freshener on a sunny day. There were cigarette burn holes on one of the blankets. The bathroom fixtures were falling apart. Not worth the cheap rate. Free parking and around 10 mins from the Niagara Falls state park is the only plus.

They have their sign covered up out front with prices labeled like $49 for a room. They doubled the price when we were there just bc they can. Room 27 was nasty. Stains on the bedsheets, microwave was distugusting, garbage on the floor, and it smelled awful! I used my own blanket I brought with me on my trip bc of how gross. Beside the bed on the left there was blood on the wall as well.. Update: I spoke to them on the phone and they are denying all allegations. Very rude customer service- went as far as calling me a liar. Why would I lie about a dirty microwave? Lol. I would have spoke to them sooner, but we got in late and the next day the door was closed to the office. We had to leave for our planned day.

NO HOUSEKEEPER. Avoid this hotel. Disgusting. Checked out within 15 minutes of unloading. Pillow stunk, so lysoled it. When I flipped it over, there were two hairs on the pillow cover. Not mine. Asked management to please change all our bedding, and was told, out loud, he doesn't have a housekeeper. NO HOUSEKEEPER, run.

The rooms had cigarette smell which wasn’t going away, all our clothes smelled of cigarette, overall a very poor place to stay for someone traveling from long distance. The beds were not comfortable and he blankets had holes. Not worth for the price they charged us. I would not recommend this place to Anyone. 🤬😡

I had a very nice stay here. The rooms were cleaned every day, along with new towels being brought in. The pool was also properly cleaned and a peaceful way to end our day.

It was an average stay but was great for the price we paid. The staff were very nice too. The location is also convenient as many facilities (such as restaurants and food stores) were close to the Inn.

I dont understand why these guys getting bad reviews. Family run business. We stayed here for over a week as waiting for my travellers covid test in last few days had to keep extending my stay. We always had clean towels given to us, ice at office when we needed it and free trolley passes and pool n bbq was nice bonus. Even though we dont smoke they aired out room ahead time put nice incense on b4 we got there no smell of smoke at all n my hubby had no issues with his breathing. This is not 4 star place look elsewhere if thats what you want. We had no concerns while staying here. Green trolley stops out front both sides road. Grocery store,laundromat,lots restaurants, fashion outlet, target n beer store 2 blocks. Perfect location we will be back. Thank-you guys for great stay hope to see you next year. This place is pretty run down and we had a awful smell in our room when we walked in. The beds creeped us out so we went out of our way to buy new sheets and blankets. Very small and not worth the price at all $260 this place is worth $80-90 a night simple. They hike up the prices because there by the falls. It was 13 minutes away from the falls but now I know and we dont plan on visiting the budget inn ever again.

This was a great place to stay. The room was very clean, newly renovated and we had no issues whatsoever. The grounds and pool area were also clean. The staff was SUPER friendly as well! They let us check in early and they don’t touch your room to clean it until you check out, which I personally liked. If you ask for any extra towels they don’t hesitate to bring you more. It’s minutes from the falls and for the price you pay for a room I think it exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately they didn’t serve breakfast due to COVID but it’s right along the strip with a bunch of restaurants so it wasn’t inconvenient. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel may be classified with 2 stars and the interior room a bit tired, but it was very clean and well maintained The grounds are well kept and tidy. Mira was friendly and helpful. They have an E-charger we used. We would stay there again.

BED BUGS in the room. Had horrible night stay. Shown bug and bug bites pictures to motel in-charge in the morning.

Excellent staff and well maintained rooms! They have onsite Thai restaurant which was delicious and an EV charging station which was very convenient! I would highly recommend this place for budget travelers!

Great option for budget travelers! Staff and service was great, the building looks run down on the outside but the rooms were nice and clean.

This motel was basic and simple, good enough for our one night stay. Disappointing though that only one sachet of coffee was provided so we had to share that between two of us! Comfortable enough and fairly quiet considering a lot of traffic passes by. We received a Friendly welcome.
