I will never stay here again. Positives first: it was relatively cheap, and our room had no major problems. Here's what I didn't like: - The "free breakfast" was worse than you would ever expect. Consider this a hotel that doesn't provide breakfast. - We wanted to drop off our bags before check in time, to experience Niagara in the morning/early afternoon. They could not hold our bags for us prior to check in, and didn't suggest any alternatives. So we had to bring our luggage around Niagara with us for a few hours. - The location kind of sucks. It's pretty far from the falls, and all uphill. On a hot day, even without much baggage, it wasn't fun to get there. There is a bus, but it's pretty infrequent and the closest stop is inconveniently located across two major streets. - We didn't intend to use it, but the pool looked so unpleasant. It's in the middle of the parking lot, right next to a major road. I guess if you want to chill out in exhaust fumes, it would be perfect. I'll reiterate that the hotel did some basics well - we slept fine and didn't spend as much as we would elsewhere. But just about everything else was disappointing and I recommend you stay somewhere else.

Don't ruin your trip by staying here. As many have stated its a bad location and they will not hold bags or allow early check in for starters. (Meaning be ready to lug your bags around until check in). The service was horribly slow. Took the front desk about 20 minutes per person to check us in and give us our key even though we had booked a couple months in advance and it should have been a quick easy process (as it is with every other hotel). Upon paying they charged us extra because they claim their website had the wrong prices? So our booking price was too cheap and they would have turned us away if we didn't pay the extra fee. The place was just really unpleasant in general other than the room. And the prices aren't even much lower than some alternatives. The only positive I can say is that the room was actually decent. The cleaning staff at least is doing something right.

I gave it two stars and even at that I am being generous. The hotel needs serious repairs. You hear EVERYTHING in the hallway! The room itself wasn't that bad. But I agree the fans are loud! I turned on the heating and a horrid smell came through. I felt sick after a point. I will never return to this location.

Affordable accommodations for staying in Niagara Falls. Fairly quick walk to the falls from the motel. Room is nice and clean. Room interior is fairly modern and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Friendly motel service. Walls are not sound insulating. There’s hot coffee in the reception, that although is bad, it is free. The coffee wasn’t available everyday though as it ran out and wasn’t refilled promptly. They offer free breakfast at the restaurant right across the parking lot, which was convenient, but the breakfast is not even worth the effort of getting because it’s so bad. It’s just comprised of cheap school lunch snacks.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Days Inn in Niagara Falls, and I must say it was an incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating stay. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. There was a long wait at the door, with no staff in sight to assist with the process. The manager seemed too preoccupied with their own conversation, completely disregarding the poor presence of leadership and the chaos that ensued. To make matters worse, despite having already paid for the entire stay in advance, I was overcharged on my credit card without any prior notification. It was only when I discovered the unauthorized charges myself that the hotel staff informed me about a supposed "system glitch" and assured me that I would get my money back in 10 business days. This lack of transparency and poor communication is completely unacceptable. Moreover, the hotel failed to mention anywhere that parking was not free, leading to an unexpected expense. Additionally, they advertised breakfast as included, it is not something they serve at a place grab and go how ever wait in line ,,from 10am to 10.25 to realised that's over at 10am . This resulted in a frustrating experience of waiting in line for breakfast, only to find out that I might lose the opportunity altogether if they were busy checking in other guests. It was a disorganized mess that left me hungry and disappointed. Moving on to the room itself, while it was passable, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The toilet bowl was dark and clearly not properly cleaned, which was a major turn-off. Adding insult to injury, there were not enough towels provided for a booking intended for four guests. It's astonishing that such basic necessities were overlooked. To top it all off, there were bugs crawling all over the tables and even worse, an air conditioner that appeared to be infested with flying insects. This level of neglect and lack of maintenance is simply unacceptable. I must emphasize that I rarely write reviews of this nature, but my experience at Days Inn in Niagara Falls was genuinely one of the most pathetic stays I have ever endured. The combination of poor customer service, hidden charges, lack of communication, cleanliness issues, and general disorganization made it an unforgettable and truly disappointing experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value comfort, cleanliness, and a smooth hotel experience.

A few weeks ago I stumbled upon this hotel while looking for a last minute weekend getaway to Niagara Falls. The check-in experience fairly smooth and processed without any surprises. We were assigned to the ground floor, however the view wasn’t the greatest as it showed what looks like an abandoned parking garage next to the hotel. The room was pretty standardized and a mini fridge which I found as a bonus. we were also told that breakfast will be served from 7-10 am but there was no designated eating area or a cafe, instead it was served on tables by the reception area. If your looking for an affordable hotel with all the essentials and wish to splurge on other things during your trip, then you may want to check this place out.

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE* To even start off when we first got there the staff was not welcoming whatsoever, no nice greeting also adding additional charges. online it was $143 for 2 nights but when we got there it came to $204 which is insane. Another family was also having trouble with one of the staff and was being very very rude. My friends and i were kicked out at 8am after only getting 3 hours of sleep and i was still intoxicated while they kicked us out and i had to drive almost 2 hours home and they had no remorse if we got into a car accident or if anything happened. The hotel smelt horrible almost like a moldy smell, the toilets wouldn’t flush, the ice machine was broken all weekend and no one there to fix it. The staff there is horrible and very rude and not considerate of anything and some of them deserve to lose there jobs after the way they treated my friends and i, ( my friends and i are all early 20s ) if we were in our 30s/40s they definitely wouldn’t have taken the power trip they had on us. Never waste your time or money here.

Pretty basic budget hotel. 20 minute walk to Niagara Falls viewing areas. Bit of a con calling it "Falls view". All we could see from our room was a derelict concrete car park. Room was big with 2 x double beds. Tea & coffee making facilities in our room. They do a bagged breakfast to take on your day trips. No hot food available on site. Outdoor pool was closed due to the time of year. Car parking on site is 31 dollars a night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the toilet which still wasn't resolved when we left. Would stay again but remember you get what you pay for.

If there's less than 1 star I would definitely put it. This is by far the worst hotel I've ever been too. We stayed 5 nights, Let's start by the arrival, the costumer service is zero, the manager there is super rude and arrogant. I booked a room for 2 adults and my 3 kids, and I asked for the extra bed for my daughter, it took 4 days of complaining constantly for them to bring the bed. Room is super dirty and smelly, nevermind the hallways and the stairs. TV doesn't work. They mentioned on the booking breakfast is included when we arrived they told us breakfast is between 7 and 10, we went down next morning they said oh we don't serve breakfast, I told them u said u serve breakfast between 7 and 10 but of course all they do is lying. We asked for towels the next day and to clean our room and to change the shampoo bottle coz it was empty , it took them 3 days also to get us towels and change the shampoo and of course after I told them so many times for towels coz me and my kids were using the same towel. On the 4th day when we saw the cleaning ladies my husband told them on the towels , the shampoo and to clean the room she told us our room in not on her list she called her supervisor which is the rude arrogant manager and my husband flipped out on him until he agreed to clean our room, the cleaning lady told us they only clean the rooms every 3 or 4 days. Mentioning they charge u to park ur car in their parking lot $30 a day which it wasn't mentioned on the booking. We paid $1500 for the most horrible experience. We would've went somewhere else if it wasbt 4th of july week and everything is booked . Most of the people were complaining when they were checking out about their horrible experience. DON'T STEP IN THAT HOTEL GO PUT UR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. ALL THEY'RE GOOD AT IS LYING AND STEALING YOUR MONEY.

I've been trying to figure out whether to write this or leave it, but it's left such a bad taste that yes I have to. My family and I as well as a friend and her family decided to plan a little getaway to the falls. My friend booked the stay under her name but my name is Janet Martin. Started off with a huge wait to check in at the hotel, I get it was busy but it was beyond crazy. My daughter (9 years) old had to use the washroom and so I took her downstairs to the washroom and came back up as we ere next in line, she came up visibly shaking and crying as people were watching her and yelling at her to hurry up. SHE IS 9. I went down to see what had happened and my daughter froze when she saw the women who were watching her. SICKENING!! I know you don't control people but that is not all. I witnessed a man not sure maybe the owner or manager wearing a black polo shirt helping at the one computer, I guess there were issues, being overly friendly with a customer, joking about seeing cuff marks on her wrists and knowing her room number, I have worked in the customer service field and that is very inappropriate. Thirdly after I finally got to the counter to check in the young girl asked me to come outside and my husband and daughter came with me. She directed that we were to go the Hilton no reason, when I asked she again just said go to the Hilton, ( the only good thing) If you are going upgrade/bump people at least explain something considering the Hilton said it happens often, there was another lady who I remember seeing at check in at Days Inn and she was not impressed either. I am appalled about this experience and will not return to this hotel I have told co workers, family and put it on my social media. There was many people at check in time that were not happy. For a tourist attraction such as Niagara Falls you may want to make check in more seamless and make customers feel safe and secure not disgusted and ready to leave.

They have a hidden parking fee at this hotel that is not disclosed in your initial reservation. This is not an honest way of conducting business. I did not appreciate this tactic and will not stay with them again under these circumstances. I’ve been informed that not all hotels in Niagara Falls have an additional charge to park if you are staying at their facility.

First off staff was great but we were charged $30/day for parking. There is no fridge in the room but they will let you have one for $15/day! No microwave in the room but there is a public one to use in the lobby (not very convenient and gross) It's outdated and no elevator if you have trouble with stairs. There also is no restaurant on site ( given expired coupons for the restaurant next door) If you are expecting nothing other than a bed, this is your place. Room was atleast clean and bed was comfortable.

So I come to this hotel rather often the 1 star is because the lady working when I checked in lied to me i checked in on Thursday she put me in a room full of mold I took pictures attached below I came to front desk and asked to be moved to a different room she then moved me to a different room she then said she would wave the parking for 1 night for the inconvenience I then asked her if I needed something for my car she said no it's winter and they don't have someone checking the cars so I'd be fine for the first night Friday I was getting ready to check out for 5am and I notice an additional fee of 62.98 I asked the male at front desk what is the charge for her told me 2 nights of parking I told him what happened when I checked in he said it not his problem so I got charged 2 nights of parking when 1 night was waved and who would pay 30 dollars to park on site when u can pay 5 dollar to park across the street. Just be mindful of the charges to your credit card

The one thing I can't stand is when I get long black hair on me (definitely not mine, I have short brown/gray). Had one at the pool, had one in our room. The edges of the pool need a good scrub. Niagara Falls is such a tourist place I feel they could improve/upgrade some and represent Canada a lot better. The hotel just acceptable in my opinion.

You get what you pay for here. The rooms are clean with proper heating and tv and towels. There’s no hot water kettle or refrigerator in the room but that’s ok. You can still make it work. The staff are very nice and cooperative. Loved our 5 days stay here. Would come back again and refer to anyone who would wanna stay at a decent clean place with this price.

This hotel was one of the worst we have stayed. Not clean, not modern. Advertised for free breakfast but was a brown packed bag with a juice box and granola bar. Came with kids who were excited to use the advertised pool but it was not operational and disgusting, not even filled or maintained. The Managers complained to us that our kids were too noisy before 8pm were worried they would scratch the walls in a building that isnt even clean or maintained. Smells in the rooms, leaky faucets etc. Do not stay here! Attached are photos of the pool and the breakfast bag!

I really wanted my expectations for this 3 star to be proven wrong, but unfortunately they weren't. The rooms are fine - clean and tidy. Our bathroom was very clean. The location is somewhat close to the falls. There is some disrepair in this old building. Some heater knobs are broken. Our deadlock was totally broken in half and didn't properly lock. I tried boiling water in the coffee machine in our suite, but it was so dirty the hot water had coffee grounds in it. I requested a different machine or for this one to be cleaned (front desk was very accommodating) and the handyman picked it up to clean it, but it was still dirty inside when he brought it back. Thankfully there's free hot water and coffee at the front desk 24/7, but to my disappointment the coffee at the front ALSO had bits in it. I'm guessing they don't properly clean any of the machines. Overall it's fine, we got a deal on the stay so you get what you pay for. I wouldn't stay here again though.

We booked this hotel because it was close to the venue- or so we thought. We got there and they told us they were renovating and had over booked. The had moved us to a different hotel. The Oaks over looking the falls. The hotel is nice the view is great. BUT the "Breakfast" leaves a lot to be desired. plus parking is not very good.

I was really impressed with my stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price paid vs the room received was also excellent. The rooms were recently renovated and spacious. I was here for a conference and while my colleagues were over at their hotel spending, I was at this snazzy place saving! I definitely would recommend and stay again. Breakfast came in a lunch bag which I actually liked. It was perfect for someone like me who likes to just to hop in the car and go explore.

The service and the location are both decent - but that is where the advantages of Wyndham Fallsview end. Here's what was wrong with our stay: (1) there was dust and dirt accumulation in the corners of the bathroom, (2) there was a placard in the bath requesting we reuse towels to save water, but no rack upon which to place the damp towels (we opted to use the clothes hangers), (3) the bedroom floors were passable, but the window was just filthy, (4) the bed pillows had no pillowcases - only zippered, anti-dust slip covers, (5) there is no sound insulation (so we heard an arguing couple just down the hall quite distinctly), (6) although there is a breakfast advertised, there was none offered, (7) a staff member turned our AC all the way down first day, leaving our room colder than a meat-locker that night when we returned: we raised the temperature to a more reasonable level, at which point the AC stopped working entirely; it magically resumed working normally the day we left; (8) no coffee for the room - only in the lobby. Oh - I almost forgot: after my first shower on the evening we arrived, I found a very long, black hair on the bathmat: that level of special charm was... really unnecessary. Go for the splurge and spend a bit more for a better hotel, even one WITHOUT a view: you'll be glad you did.

Downfall of our vacation was 100% the place we stayed We asked for towels twice never got them, asked to be shown how to use the tv because it wouldn’t work- it never happened, we stayed there for 4 nights and not once got a room attended to. We had ants in the room and saw and earwig. There was always garbage in the halls. Took and hour to check in. It’s also called Fallsview and doesn’t have a Fallsview. Honestly felt bad for the staff they seemed extremely overwork. people were running up and down the halls at 11 at night making weird noise and the walls were super thin. Wouldn’t call this a hotel more like a motel if that

This basic motel is VERY unrated. If you are looking for a good deal, great location and a clean basic room, this is the place. We have stayed at ALL the large hotels in Niagara which range from 250 to 500 plus a night. A few of the larger ones are lovely but very expensive and additional charges such as 30.00 a night for parking are not mentioned in the rate. There are so many things to do in Niagara so we do not need a big fancy room anymore( usually our tradition until we found this deal) as we are always out and about. This is a one minute walk to all the best restaurants (Copacabana, Ruth Chris, Watermark etc) and the Casino. The room is very basic but the bed was very comfy with soft sheets and good quality pillows. I would recommend this motel based on price and location. This is for the Stanley Avenue location.

Worst rooms Worst service Also did not get proper response Mentioned including breakfast, at the hotel they told breakfast will not be provided. Mentioned queen beds but seems like twin beds, hot water not available. In room phone service was not working. Room heater and TV was not working. Force to pay extra to park in hotel parking. Overall avoid to visit this place at all, you will find more better options nearby at same or lower rate.

Amazing customer service. My friends and I stayed on Friday night ( December 29th). The manager working that night was just amazing and so was the front desk staff and the maintenance. Thank you for making our stay great! Highly recommend.

Bad location and they will not hold bags or allow early check in for starters. (Meaning be ready to lug your bags around until check in). Unfortunately the front desk staff was unwelcoming, rude, impatient with guests and they were slow, it Took the front desk almost 20 minutes per person to check each guest in and I booked in advance. Upon paying they charged us extra because they claim their website had the wrong prices? So our booking price was too cheap and they would have turned us away if we didn't pay the extra fee. The place was just really unpleasant in general other than the room. And the prices aren't even much lower than some alternatives. The only positive I can say is that the room was actually decent…there’s no carpet so wear your slippers at least . I would NEVER RECOMMEND ANDDDDD YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING ALMOST FORTY DOLLARS A NIGHT….. Liba and her team RUINED it for me. I believe I had a hard time with her because I am African American and that is intolerable for me so beware if you are African American or a person of color because she seemed awfully nice to the people that weren’t black. Even worse I arrived on New Year’s Eve and she was slow, rude, horrible, and are FAR BELOW a typical hotel industry hospitality standard for a guest service agent. I would only change this review if they made it right by giving me a free night’s stay in the future but….they’ve definitely got a ten star rating for ruining someone’s Niagara Falls experience. I wish I had chosen a classier hotel. But I guess you get what you pay for EVEN IF YOU PAID IN ADVANCE ….

Cons Check-in was extremely slow, took about 30 minutes before we got the key card for our rooms. Not including the wait in line. The floors were very sticky and we could only wear shoes inside our rooms. The continental breakfast were stale school snacks.. Pros We got the family room (2 rooms joined by a door between), cozy, nice sized rooms. Great location. Fees were a bit pricy but expected for Niagara.

I will be not be returning to this location. The cleanliness of this hotel is by far the worst I have ever encountered. There is dust everywhere and the drapes are the most disgusting I’ve ever seen. The walls have stains on them and the sheets on the bed, when dusted - spring our a huge amount of dust. When I mentioned the drapes to the front desk, they didn’t seem to be too troubled by it, and apologized for it, and continued to check me out. I couldn’t wait to get our of there faster. The washrooms are not bad, plenty of towels and products to use - however as we were extremely put off by the cleanliness of the room, we didn’t use any of it.

We went to see the Billy idol concert. Stayed in the " spa suite" This hotel is perfectly located close olg stage and casino. Lots of restaurants. so close to the falls, we could see the spray. Breakfast was good.. tiny area and kinda over crowed in this little spot. But things were fresh and hot.. super bonus!

The hot water in the shower wasn’t working and they wouldn’t fix it until the next morning. Needless to say we didn’t take a shower and there was only one towel for two person occupancy. The tub and shower needs work. It was dirty. On a positive note, the room was decent

I booked directly with hotel's website and it ended up more expensive than other booking companies. I paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds, very small for sleeping with kids. Also, the room was dirty, looked like they were doing some work to air conditioner but never finished (see pics). I told the front desk but nobody showed up, it was a big hassard for my kids. Breakfast is still some bags with a few snacks. The pool is ok but very deep for small kids.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay there as we did on our previous visit. The room was very clean. We were given a king bed rather than the 2 doubles that we booked for which pleased us. Lots of clean towels readily available and the old school style running streams of hot water are fantastic. Free coffee and breakfast snacks are a nice bonus. Price is also very good even when you add paid parking at 118$ I'd definitely recommend this 3 star hotel to anyone that I know.

  • 4/5 Shawn H. 1 year ago on Google
I'm going to give it 4 stars but i can see why others did not enjoy. I had an Amex deal to stay here so it was very inexpensive. I wasn't going to use the pool, we were checking in much later than 4pm, and when we checked in nobody was in line so we were dealt with quickly. The room was clean and decent. For my purpose it was a fully reasonable stay.

Our stay was pretty disappointing. The bathtub was disgusting, our toilet wouldn’t flush and the service was horrible. For your free “breakfast”, you’re sent the the restaurant next door. We thought that maybe they had a little continental breakfast buffet but instead we were greeted by a wrinkled brown paper bag with a small bottle of orange juice, a fruit cup a muffin and a nut & fruit granola bar. As far as the pros, the location was good and the bed weren’t uncomfortable.

For the time that we actually spent at the hotel, which was mainly just to sleep, the service was very poor. Checking in was a nightmare and the staff seemed very undertrained. Leaving this morning was also horrible as when we got to our car in the parking lot, we noticed that my tires were flat from someone slashing my tires. When we went in to tell the front desk, we asked if they had an air pump which they asked their maintenance guy and he said to give him a minute. While we were waiting the lady asked where my car was because I asked if there were any cameras so we could see who did it…. We went out to the parking lot and was informed that there wasn’t any cameras where we parked and they only have them at the front of the parking lot…. What’s the point of having surveillance if the main part of the parking lot where majority of the cars park is not in camera view???? Anyways, we probably waited 45 minutes for the maintenance guy to come out and this was after we stood in the front lobby and had to remind the girl what we were waiting for ….. The maintenance guy tried his best after finally coming to help but he couldn’t do much as they don’t have anything to help with this issue… the only thing that was good about this place was the room was clean but the sinks were also clogged so could barely wash your hands! Do not recommend staying here

Hotel was clean and in a good location. However there was zero hot water in the morning and the shower was freezing. No milk or cream for the coffee in the lobby, just whitener (yuck). Hallways are also very loud.

-reception staff inexperienced. Did not even tell me which entrance to get to my room, did not tell me where to get breakfast. They don't greet you or won't smile. -gave me keycards which did not work at entrances or room. -no soundproof walls, can hear everything that goes on next door and in the hallway. -not enough parking spots. -reception area is boring and dingy. -in room toilet took forever to fill up when flushed. -water barely hot in the bathtub. -smokers by entrances just blocking the way, blowing smoke on me and my kids. -some of the rooms are being used for low income housing, so you will see sketchy characters around the property, in the hallway etc..
