The first important part is the receptionist who checked us in. Barbara was very professional, patient and helpful in taking time to ensure that we were checked in. Days Inn is conveniently located Victoria and Ferry St. It is in walking 🚶‍♂️ 🚶‍♀️ distance from most of the interesting places in Niagara. They serve continental breakfast🍌🥐☕🥛 uniquely packaged for each individual. They have staff cleaning and sanitizing the eating area each time a person leaves the eating area. The location is being renovated giving a fresh new look. Stop by on your next trip to Niagara Falls.

Everything about Days Inn was great from start to finish! The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful - special shout out to the lady who checked us in with the purple hair because she went above and beyond with her letting us know about local events in the area! We rented the heart hot tub room and it was lovely and so fun! Walking distance to everything on Clifton Hill and the falls! Highly recommend coming during the festival of lights.

A great location to all activities on and around Clifton Hill and the Falls! Our check in\out was effortless. Very smooth. Room was clean. Ample toiletries and towels for our use. Unfortunately, there are no mini fridges in rooms or mini microwaves to keep drinks and or leftovers chilled. Guests therefore have to congregate around one ice machine that is located off the lobby. One main elevator that gets to all floors is used by majority. Only through waiting for elevator were we told by another guest that there is a second one. None of us knew that! Long waits for elevator. Mentioning that in check in would certainly be appreciated.

Centrally located in downtown Niagara falls, room was comfy and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. I can't thank them enough for the help when my wife got ill. Will definitely book there again

It was a nice place to stay for an overnighter. Rooms were clean, seemed like there could have been more in the room. Tv didn't work right on second day. Hot tub and pool were nice as well. Sauna was SUPER hot. Location was good as well, walking distance to falls.

No pool Towels were supplied. Ask for Towels twice and still no Towels. Room was not cleaned very well and not spotless . ( dusty) Bathroom had limited supplies of soap. Shower stall had rusty color on the inside doors, one shower door was held on by tape. Seam of shower door and tape so water would not leak out. No water pressure in shower. The heater made a constant noise in room. Ice machine out of order on 1st floor and 3rd floor. Hallways dirty. Elevator was slow at all times. Some staff seemed unhappy with their jobs, and were miserable to wards patrons. To give credit to one maintenance staff and one breakfast lady for their pleasant demeanor Front desk should take some pointers from these two.

We stayed in this motel for one night during our vacation in Niagara. The position is excellent. Very close to the main observation decks and a few minutes away from the main activities that you can do in the Canadian side. The room was well equipped and super clean, but, most important, there was the chance to have a bath within the common indoor pool of the motel. There was also a very beautiful and warm jacuzzi. This was a big plus in my opinion. They called the breakfast as "continental". It was just slices of a cake and some bagels, with marmalade, coffee, juice and milk. Check in and check out were very fast, but the staff was not so kind. During check in the receptionist was not so collaborative in regards of leaving our baggages in a store room. And a smile never came out from her mouth. Very good experience anyway! We definitely will come back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the price was certainly reasonable, there were a few aspects that left a lot to be desired. Firstly, upon arriving at the reception, I couldn't help but notice the lack of friendliness from the staff. The receptionists seemed disinterested, with one in particular (lady with long fake eyelashes and short hair)engrossed in something on her desk for a good 10 minutes without acknowledging the queue of people waiting to check in. A simple smile or a brief acknowledgment would have made a significant difference. Moving on to the room, I encountered a plumbing issue in the bathroom. The pipe under the sink was leaking, and to my dismay, I noticed the beginning of mold on the floor. I promptly reported the issue, and credit where it's due, the maintenance guy arrived promptly. However, it was disheartening to learn that the hotel, in general, seemed to be in dire need of renovations. A loose pipe in the bathroom might be a quick fix, but the overall condition of the hotel raises concerns. Another disappointment was the absence of a mini-fridge in the room. In this day and age, it's become somewhat of an expectation, especially for travelers who might want to store snacks or beverages. To make matters worse, the ice machines were only available on the main floor, which inconvenienced guests on higher floors. In conclusion, while the price of the hotel is a definite pro, the unfriendly reception, maintenance issues, and lack of basic amenities like a mini-fridge make it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend. With some much-needed renovations and a focus on guest services, this hotel has the potential to significantly improve its overall appeal.

Love this hotel! We’ve had nothing but nice staff. The pool, hot tub & sauna were awesome. Everything was SUPER clean with comfortable beds. Great location. The continental breakfast was great! I would stay here again no doubt. Just wish there was a fridge in the room!

We had a great experience in this little hotel. It's located in the strip, near all restaurants and activities. Walking distance to the Clifton Hill and The Falls. The room was clean with a King bed. The breakfast was pretty decent, had fresh bagels, fruits, cereal, yogourt, coffee and juices. The only issue is the elevator... there's one elevator in the hotel ( 7 floors total ) and it's very very slow. Other than that no complains! Worth the money.

Everything is old. Furniture, lobby, dining area,... Etc Location is good. AC very loud. No fridge in the room although it is standard in all hotels in Niagara area. Parking is not included in the price. I ended up paying double advertised price. The breakfast quality is very low. The staff tried their best but the quality is out of their hands. One elevator, always busy. To go to your room you need to wait around 15 - 20 minutes for the elevator. Over all experience is very bad. Never again.

This hotel was way below standard of what a hotel should be. Never been updated. Looks like everything is from the 70’s. No shower. They expect you to stand in the middle of the room and take a bath in the jacuzzi . No mini fridge. I had to store my insulin in a bucket of ice. Also, extremely strong odor of burnt plastic. And of course you can’t open windows or even crack windows to air out the room. Never will I stay at a Days Inn again

Located near Clifton Hill and walking distance from Niagara Falls ON main attractions. Staff was accommodating in honoring request for connected rooms. Rooms were comfortable with minor blemishes and inconveniences. Breakfast included breads, bagels, muffins, fruits, juices etc. No egg or meat items. Staff kept up well with busy times with no waits. Staying on ground level is easier as it avoids long waits for the only and slow elevator. 24 hr coffee and iced water was a plus. Parking space in front of the hotel is limited. There is a large overflow parking lot across the back street.

The best aspect of this Days Inn is the people. Checked in around 8pm and due to an issue we weren’t able to get the King size bedroom we has booked. Staff were courteous, polite and offered us a comparable room. We were happy. Next morning we met Carrie, who is exceptional. She is alert, smart and most importantly understands the importance of a pleasant customer experience. She greeted us cheerfully and made sure that we were happy with our accommodation. She is a superstar. Thanks to Carrie and staff, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this well managed Days Inn location to anyone.

They upgraded my room to have a heart tub. Which made me so happy. They have been so sweet to me, upgrading me, getting my towels replaced, and extra items. When I ask of course. There is free coffee 24/7, which is great. The only con is no mini fridge in the rooms. Wish I could stay longer, though.

Customer service is OK, but rooms compared to hotels around and 1000% overpriced! Got a deal through Google for $70 per night (with fees and taxes), which was actually chip, but when I arrived here, they have charged me $20 for car parking and some other a expected fees, ended up paying about $120, should went to Hilton for the same money. Rooms are not 100% clean, some dirty spots are noticeable as soon as you walk in. Only 2 start for a good Customer service but everything else doesn't even get 1 star

Nice, clean and very neat, covid 19 has reduced some services..but still got my 5star

It was decent for the weekend much better then mold filled room at the hojo last time. There was a hole in mattress and it was springy but overall was okay. Have another weekend booked asked for a different roo. Hopefully it will be better. Wyndham needs a better policy for best rate though. I am still fighting to get my better rate that was submitted within 24hrs but they don't accept screen shots then they don't reply or see the price I been waiting since 22nd to do best price guarantee

on the website it did not state anywhere that you had to be 21 to book a room (i even called before hand). i booked a room online being 18 and i drove 3 hours to the hotel. we arrived and the staff told us we could not stay there. they were very rude towards us and didn’t help us with a refund or other locations to stay at other than a sketchy hotel. thankfully the Hilton accepted us in with no questions asked and being super polite.

  • 5/5 Ola R. 6 months ago on Google
We stayed there only couple of nights. Upgraded to heart tub room which was awesome 🤩. The hotel looks a bit dated- the decor looks like from 80s but in a good way (please don’t change that!). Rooms are very clean and spacious. Loved the extra towels available in our room. Tea and coffee facilities are on the ground floor and available 24hours. Breakfast could be improved ( very limited options). Receptionists were lovely. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Thank you!

STAFF & LOCATION ARE GREAT! Room & Parking, not so much. And please remember, that is none of the staffs fault. ROOM 208 (along with many other rooms on the 2nd floor) had a strong chemical smell. So strong that the entire 2nd floor had guests opening their doors and blasting the AC/Fans. By the 2nd night, it was smelling better. AC was not loud & bathroom was fine. ***NO FRIDGE or MICROWAVE Communal Fridge can only be accessed by staff (very limited space; 1st come, 1st served) Pay for parking. Limited spots attached to the hotel. More parking in the back, across the street (longer walk, but not so bad)

  • 3/5 David G. 9 months ago on Google
The hotel is in real need of a face lift. The AC is pretty loud in the rooms. We had a hot tub which was nice, but the humidity is making the whole room feel gross. They should have doors between the hottub room and the bed room and am actual suction fan to ventilate it. The hotel was clean, there was "breakfast" but I recommended going to Denny's next door.

  • 3/5 Craig F. 11 months ago on Google
Good standard room and hotel. Great breakfast hours. Pool and hot tub good. Slowest elevators on the planet though. Would help to have ice available on more than just the first floor. Kind of a pain with no fridges in the room to have to trek so much up and down for ice.

Really enjoyed our stay here. It's clean, staff are friendly, nice pool, decent breakfast, and the location is perfect within just a 5 minute walk from Clifton Hill. We will definitely return on our next trip back to Niagara Falls.

The value and location were great! We could walk to the falls in about 15 minutes (helpful due to lack and expense of parking). The staff is top notch! (Kudos to the young lady who attends the free breakfast room!) The one and only down side for us was that our room had no refrigerator (maybe removed out of caution regarding Covid). Otherwise we had a perfect stay!

Very good hotel, located near Clifton hill. Very friendly staff and good breakfast +coffee to start the day. Walkable distance to fall and attractions. Few things to be noted while travelling with small ones room was not having microwave and refrigerator, however having rooms in hot travel destinations this is not a complaint. Parking is not free, I was not aware while I booked from Expedia.. however it’s not that bad to pay and park at this location.

It's fine. Bathrooms are a little small. Room was nice and clean. Beds are firm. Elevators take a while so use the stairs if possible. Staff is accommodating. Breakfast is simple and nice. Best part of this place is the lady Justine, she was super nice.

Amenities were MIA Location is great and the room was clean but convenience doesn't reside here. No microwave or refrigerator. Ice machine is only on main floor....I reached 10000 steps between going up and down getting ice and buying food since I couldn't save my leftovers...ugh

We stayed 1 night in a non-smoking room with 2 queen bed. Room was good and cleaned. But there was no oven or fridge in the room, you have to go to breakfast corner to use the oven. The lift was too slow. You need to bring your toothbrush/paste as hotel wont provide that either. Breakfast was included but it was very basic, which includes bread, bagels, apple, banana, orange, milk, different cereals, yogurt, littke donut and a plain cake. Coffee is there all the time. You have to pay separately for your car parking. Overall its a great location and easily accessible to different shops/foods restaurant’s.

I booked the room with hot tub and it was an amazing room. Only downside is the hot tub needed cleaning. Residue was left in all its sides, which was kinda disgusting. I had to clean it myself before use with a face cloth and it turned out very dirty at the end. The shower door also needs to be fixed. It was literally falling apart. Other than that the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location is also perfect, a 5 minute walk from Clifton Hill and all the attractions and a 6-7 minute walk to the falls.

We stayed here for a weekend trip and overall we were fairly satisfied with our stay. Starting with the good: the staff is friendly; the breakfast is decent (bagels, cereal, etc.); the room was very clean and spacious; and the distance to Clifton Hill was really good and everything was within a 5-10min walk. Now for the bad: you have to pay to park, and the main lot is tiny, and most guests have to park in a separate lot behind the hotel and across the street; the bed was VERY firm, and not in a good way; and you'll have to ask for more towels because they only put two in the room.

  • 3/5 Alison M. 2 years ago on Google
I'll start by saying this Hotel is older although the location is excellent. The room I staying in was pretty nice and spacious. The bed was a quite hard but I was told it's new and that's why. Bring your own pillow. They really need better pillows. The staff here are really good they helped so much. The breakfast was in a bag to go. Juice box, fruit, granola bar, small croissant. The pool was only for those with a vacinne passport and the hot tub was closed. 😎

We enjoyed our time here. Helpful through Check in and check out. All staff friendly. We enjoyed the coffee and tea station available and the breakfast was very good with different options available. Hotel and Room was clean; beds comfortable. Close to main street attractions and shops and 20 minute walk to table rock centre.

Hotel is very basic but just fine for 1 night stay. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy.. pillows not good. Very good service. Staff friendly and helpful. Phone call to room just after check in to make sure all was good. Front desk clerk even remembered my name when I came back to lobby and again asked how everything was. Close to attractions. Would stay there again.

Everything was amazing! Warm greeting from staff from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast lady that replenished everything without even asking was awesome! Overall great atmosphere. oh and me and my family enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Would definitely be staying here again. I've already recommended my family and friends here already!! (psst close to everything)

Excellent! Have been to this hotel a few years back and it was in really bad shape. But a few months ago, I heard it had been through a full renovation and the feedback was excellent. Well, we went back for Victoria weekend and I was expecting to see some improvements but to my surprise the room looked very nice, new, and clean! Only a couple of things that should be look into is there’s no fridge in the room and the pool can use a deep cleaning. We went late in the afternoon and probably was busy during the day… Perfectly understandable! Kudos to the front desk and breakfast employees. All very pleasant and helpful! There’s a lady that I didn’t get her name… She looks just like Katherine Helmond “Mona” from Who is the boss”… She’s veeery nice and helpful! Wonderful lady! I had the opportunity to deal with the manager Sean and unfortunately, he doesn’t compare to the employees…This gentleman is rude and not helpful at all… His ego is bigger than the building! He should be gone before he damages the great reputation the employees are working very hard to maintain and the newly renovated hotel! I’ll definitely recommend Days inn by the falls!

I hope people read this before booking. The king room with jacuzzi does not have a refrigerator or shower, unless you want to stand in the middle of the room in the jacuzzi and use the hand held nozzle with no privacy and full carpet surrounding the tub as well. Odd. Maybe that's the reason the room has a horrible musky smell that can not be ignored. We immediately asked for a full refund and left to go to another hotel where there was an option to shower and breathe the air in the room. The customer service though was great, it wasn't their fault the rooms were so horrible but they agreed to give a refund with zero issues, that I appreciated very much.

Nice location. Easy to found when get in the border. Nice pool, whirlpool and Sauna. Nice attention. Need to improve in the breakfast. Also need to put small fridge in the rooms.

  • 5/5 Brent 1 year ago on Google
We had the King room with the Jacuzzi tub and handheld shower, but it was no problem! The hotel is older no doubt, but made up by the cleanliness, friendly staff, price and convience of being able to walk to the falls, and downtown in 15 minutes. The breakfast was outstanding with a good selection. Shout out to the very nice woman who oversees the breakfast, she was very friendly and helpful! There is limited parking next to the hotel but there are additional lots behind the building...parking is 12 bucks. We would stay again in a minute and indeed had a wonderful stay!

(Here now) The front desk and housekeeping staff are all just absolutely fabulous. So unbelievably helpful and friendly! Barb has to be hands down the most helpful, friendly, funny, polite and pleasant human being on the planet!!!! Room was pretty clean, except the carpet could use a shampoo…my feet turned the water black anytime I got in the shower after walking around the room barefoot. Otherwise, no visible dirt/hair/mold anywhere. Room smelled clean (if you travel a lot on a budget, you know why that’s awesome). The shower curtain is too long so it attacks you while you shower, the shower head was stuck on one setting and pressure was meh. Location is PERFECTION. Walking distance to EVERYTHING…even the falls if you’re up for a 15-20 minute walk. The giant Ferris wheel, Ripley’s, tons of restaurants, mini golf, speedway, souvenir shops, and more are minutes by foot. Parking was hit or miss in the hotel lot, but overflow parking always has a spot and it only across the street. I wish the cute guy across the hall stayed for more than just one night, even if his friends did slam doors repeatedly at 2 am. Did I mention Barb??? I mean, Days Inn, that woman needs a raise and a bouquet of roses…oh, breakfast is super basic (cereal, instant oatmeal, bananas, apples, oranges, bagels, toast, mini donuts, poppy lemon loaf, banana bread type thing, coffee, juices, vanilla yogurt…no eggs or bacon or waffle maker) but still good. The pool (indoor) looks nice, can’t wait to try out the hot tub, I’m not a sauna person but there’s one in the pool area for people who enjoy sweating. And Barb is awesome….

Breakfast is at minimal quality, but you can get hot water, cold water, or coffee at all times. Every time you need to wait for the elevator for a long time. The suite door doesn't open unless you kick it open. I hurt my knee while trying to open it. Location is good but that's it. Check in took 20 minutes even though everything was paid long in advance, and even with us confirming arrival time twice. Most of the tv channels are choppy/static. Neighbours are very quiet so that's a big bonus.
