I stayed here over the Easter weekend, I can’t complain. The room was cheap for the area and nice and close to Clifton hill. Nothing exceptional about my experience but you get what you pay for. The room was clean and dimly lit. The beds were comfortable. Over all a good place to stay when you’re not spending too much of your time in the room. On a side note the bathtub was extremely slippery, as I went to get in the tub I fell really badly. Hitting my head and becoming perpendicular with the tub. I was very disgruntled. I mean there’s nobody to blame for this, but please be careful. As the events that transpired in that tub cannot be undone.

This is the most disgusting hotel ever! We walked into a room that wasn't clean. The carpets are gross and outdated. Furniture badly stained and out dated. The towels were not folded nicely in the bathroom. The tub wasn't clean and the tiles have dirt between them. We didn't even shower during our stay! The pillows are small and ridiculous. The bed wasn't made properly. Bedding was wrinkled and untidy. The mattress makes noise and the headboard hits the wall. Just by sitting on the bed. It has a cheap motel feel. Don't let the pictures online fool you or the lobby. The lights in the room are dim. It will make your skin crawl. Spend some extra cash and go somewhere real nice

If you're looking for a place to sleep and shower with no bells and whistles, this hotel will have you covered. The room was clean but definitely not up to date. We had a Jacuzzi tub, which did not get used so I cannot review, and a basic, mediocre shower head. Beds were not terribly uncomfortable but certainly not what I would call plush or high end. The sink for the bathroom was outside the toilet area which we found a bit strange. The amenities were basic: shampoo, conditioner and one bar of soap, coffee maker and two packs of coffee. A mini fridge and microwave were also available. I did notice that when (what I assume were nearby) guests used their shower or possibly toilet, you could hear it in our walls. The walk to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls isn't terrible but by far not the closest you can be. Overall, if you don't mind some walking and plan on not spending more than just sleeping time in the hotel room, it's not a bad deal.

As soon as we arrived there was such a strong smell of smoke coming from the rooms. The whole hotel is basically under construction, tried to nap but woken by the sound of hammering from upstairs and woken in the morning by hammering AGAIN. The hotel was just generally very dated and unclean. The plug in the bathroom doesn’t stay open creating a bath whilst you’re trying to shower. There were long hairs on the ‘clean’ towels. I guess you get what you pay for. If you are not spending much time in the hotel, I suggest you go here. Otherwise, don’t waste your money.

The staff was lovely no complaints there. Also if you want to just park your car and walk everywhere it is in a great location and it's fairly affordable for the falls. The room is basic nothing fancy, the carpet was actually very worn out and did not seem clean, but it could have been due to age, there where stains on the bathroom wall wallpaper that was slightly coming off, and the tubs tap was loose. Don't use the coffee maker basically it makes warm murky water. One the big PLUS side, the bed was super comfortable, your get a mini fridge and a microwave so that is awesome and the view because of the area is nice no matter where you are inside. The parking was a decent cost for the location which is a big plus. Our main issue during our stay wasn't the hotel but a guest who was screaming bloody murder non stop till almost 2am to the point it got violent and we had to call the front desk twice and thankful, they where ejected from the hotel. We honestly felt so bad for the young man who girlfriend was going crazy, he kept begging her to stop and I hope he is alright. But the fallowing morning another guest child decided banging at our door non stop at 7am was a good way to start the day...so it was it a restful stay but it was not the hotel fault and we still made the best of it. Honestly it is a good hotel, just a bit dated and the noise carries but you will have a comfortable bed, kind staff and be close to everything on the Hill and Ferry St and you can walk to both casinos if that your thing.

My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. For starters the hotel was not clean. The cleaning lady didn’t even bother to clean our room. We found blood on one of the bed sheets, and the sofa bed keeps falling in when you try to sleep on it. The bed sheets were also ripped. Although the staff was nice, they appeared to be lazy. I’d recommend the staff be more serious and look after their hotel properly.

Good location. No TV remote but maintenance got us 1 right away. AMAZING water pressure and lots of HOT water. Never got to use the pool as it was closed due to chemical imbalance. We don't seem to have good luck with pools in hotels in the falls. I might stay there again.

We stayed 2 nights and weren’t very impressed. It’s a good walking distance from all the attractions. The beds were comfy but that’s about it. The wifi was horrible, I ended up using my own data when in our room. Our jacuzzi was dirty so we didn’t use it, there was some garbage from the guests before us that wasn’t cleaned up. We didn’t even shower at the hotel because it was dirty. Parking is $16 a night. There’s $100 deposit fee that they don’t tell you about (or at least I wasn’t told)so I was a little shocked when I saw 2 charges. There was also about $50 in extra frees and taxes that weren’t mentioned when we booked the reservation. Overall I would not stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was clean but outdated and was either too cold or to hot. Toilet seat was broken and I think its safe to say it's been like that for awhile. Staff was great, friendly. Restaurant was the worst, they advertise a menu but its a buffet and charge you a fortune, Denny's right down the street was much better. Despite the ad that says free parking it's not. Location is great, within walking distance to everything.

I liked the recently renovated rooms, very nice and clean bathroom. Location is great and close to most of the attractions. One drawback is that the corridors and the restaurant are still under construction but Im sure they will be done on my next visit to Niagara Highly recommended

I did not stay here. However I went here in search of Ice and soda as my hotel at the quality inn across the street had broken ice and vending machines. I went up a couple of floors looking for the vending and everything looked nice. Come to find out the soda was in the lobby and paid for at the front desk. The front desk attendants were very friendly and attentive. The ice machine on the first floor works and the pool was open. Judging from what I saw from this hotel I would definitely stay there. I am a choice rewards member and was staying on points or I probably would have ended up staying there. Highly recommend on my perspective.
