I booked a reservation and when I showed up everything went fine until we went to go to sleep and found out bed littered in dirt. When I went to the front desk to get someone to change the bedding they demanded that I did the work for them (I came to a hotel not to apply for a new job, it was to vacation away from work), he then told me he would give me another room after a 15 minute fight and then demanded another additional deposit fee which made no sense. While in dealing with this matter another person had to come in to report feeces on the wall in their room and blood on their pillow. I had also seen cockroaches in the room when gathering our belongings. I am beyond disgusted with the room, building, services, employee, cleanliness. There is a Hotel across the road that I am in now and it is clean, friendly service, and they can afford cleaners. I have also seen no signs of any bugs anywhere. I will be following up on this incident with health standards act, better business bureau about this place being put on track to hotel standards or to be shut down for poor management and the lack to uphold the health standards act which has been set out by officials. I will also be contacting a lawyer as this put a very stressful turn in our vacation that should have never happened. Avoid this place. I give this place an ultimate -50/5 star rating, shut this place down until you can hire employees that want to actually do their job. I recommend everyone share their experiences here so that others can read the reviews and avoid this place!

I give this motel zero stars. I stayed there for 2 nights while my son had a basketball tournament in Niagara Falls. Customer service was awful. Bed sheets had stains on them. They did not provide sufficient amount of towels, we had to call for more. We are a family of 4 and we’re provided only 2 towels…. On our second night, there was no parking available but they require prepayment for parking. I went inside the lobby abs complained. The worker instructed me to park in an unsafe, non-parking spot. I argued that this was wrong and eventually gave up and parked there as instructed. He reassured me that my vehicle will be in sight of 3 different camera in case something does happen. The next morning I woke up to damage to my car. The motel is avoiding me and putting their hands up in the air that it is not their responsibility even though they instructed me to park there. I am now stuck paying $500 deductible to fix my vehicle….. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL IT IS NOT WORTH THE GOOD VALUE. Better off paying more a night somewhere else where you will be taken care of

I booked a family suite with 3 queen beds which were dirty and not well maintained or cleaned. I could see dusts in the corners of the rooms and black fungus in the shower curtain. There was a dirty used napkin in the drawer and usded plastic bags in 3 drawers and stopped opening them as I was sick of it. Carpet floors were dirty as well and stained. I will NOT come back here by any chance. When I called the desk and complained about the dirty room, all they said was sorry, but all rooms were fully booked and there's nothing they could do 😡 I was scared to get bed bugs during the stay. The patio was good (Actually the best part) and the location was accessible (17min walk to the falls) Whenever I changed the temperature of the a/c, it smelled plastic/ wire burning seriously and scared my kids.

The room was nice and bed was super comfy. The room had AC, TV, good WiFi, microwave and fridge. Welcome room had coffee and drinks vending machine. The bed was cleaned and had new sheets. I read many comments that there were hairs in washroom that wasn't cleaned, which is actually true. I too saw many strands of hair everywhere in washroom even in hair dryer so I didn't use the dryer. If you're just looking to stay overnight and don't mind too much then this is a good place for you.

When i first entered the room, i realized it was very spacious, which i would count as a pro to staying here. But when i took a closer inspection, i noticed lots of stains. not only on the carpet but on the bed frames, couches, chairs and sheets as well. The walls and ceiling need repairs, and furniture need to be changed. Air conditioner was not working well either. After about 5 minutes of the air conditioner being on, it will turn back off. In the washroom, the water pressure of the shower is high and harsh, it hurts. I would say that this place hasn’t been cleaned in a long time as i found a piece of hard dried meat under the kitchen table. The door lock was also broken. I would rather sleep in the car than stay a night here. This is room 127.

The location makes this place a serious competitor for accommodation in the Falls area. That's about all it has going for it. We had a delayed flight in TO and got in quite late - 24 hour check-in is also a bonus. Unfortunately, when we arrived the parking lot was crammed full of cars. I don't know if they were all guests or not but many cars were parked illegally and blocking others making the parking lot very difficult to navigate. On check-in I was charged $10 for overnight parking and the guy did not check whether I would be able to park or not. There were no available spots. Given our late check-in, the fact that I was travelling with my infant child I was blindly charged for parking and now having to find parking around the block, this was a serious nuisance. The room size was substantial, the bed was very large, there is a fridge and a microwave but no counter space or kitchenette. Furnishings are what you would expect for a 2 star hotel. Our room was close to a door that exited the building and was very noisy. We could hear people loudly coming and going all night. Whenever the room above us turned on their sink or flushed their toilet we also heard that quite loudly too. The room would be perfect for a group of young people travelling for a party weekend, given it's size and proximity. For a young family - I don't recommend it. The inconvenience or parking, noisy rooms and lack of utility makes it a poor choice. If coming again, I will definitely be forking out the money to stay somewhere else.

I have no issue with cleanliness. The room was clean, the heater worked, the bathroom was cleaned and stocked. The fridge didn't work. But that wasn't a big deal. My issue was the 3 inch piece of metal sticking out of the bed frame the gouged my leg. It was under the bed ruffle. So it wasn't even as if it could be seen. I mentioned it to the staff upon check out ( the injury happened as we were gathering stuff to leave) and it was a pretty unconcerned response from staff. I was told no one had mentioned it before and they'd let maintainance know. That was it. Wish I had known in advance I should.be wearing leg guards while in the room.

Yes the 2 person jet tub is a selling point. But it's not worth it. When I first arrived I immediately noticed how lazy the renovations were done. The trim around the tub wasn't even on, and cracked tiles on the floor. You get 2 towels for your stay and there are no robes. Not even complementary water... You have to buy it. When leaving I looked under the bed to see that it has not been cleaned in months maybe even years. Bottom line is, it's not worth your money!

Pathetic rooms, Stinking rooms, blankets and beds feels like there are bugs in it, Broken amenities, doors and what not! It had everything which a decent room should not. The only plus is the location which is walking distance to falls which also i could have managed to be in the car rather than being in such stinky rooms. Not to mention paid extra 15 bucks for almost empty parking!

Staff were polite BUT... We rented a jacuzzi spa bath suite, informed the bath was newly installed... the room hadn't been cleaned after renovations. Dirty floors and dust all over the ledges of the tub... the sharpie marker note for the mirror installation was still on the mirror. Ice machine is in the back of the office, staff monitor and dispense. Room is not sound proof, single pane glass and you can hear everything from the above level suite and the birds outside at first light. Curtains are not blackout. Broken hair dryer. Heating and cooling unit only blew cold air. Very disappointing for over $100 when I could stay at a accurately 3 star rated hotel for the same price. This m/hotel is 2 star max The black spa tub was very nice and is the reason we booked... but it certainly is out of place in that room. Not even one piece of art on the walls either 😑 The outside grounds are well kept and very well lit, parking is $10 not free like some websites suggest

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Falls Lodge & Suites and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Here's why: Impeccable Service: The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and friendliness were truly impressive.Clean and Comfortable Rooms: My room was not only spotlessly clean but also incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided a restful night's sleep, and the attention to detail in room cleanliness was evident. Central Location: The hotel's location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently situated near major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch experience. I can't wait to return for another visit.

Horrible experience. $243 for one night and I would have rather slept in the car. We walked in and the heat was cranked to 90 with a nasty smell. The housekeepers didn't touch the room. I spent 30/40 minutes cleaning the Jacuzzi tub I looked at the bed and the sheets were from the last people with hair all over them, housekeeping was no longer there so they were going to switch us rooms but I had just spent my own time cleaning the tub so i figured all the rooms were the same, I just asked for sheets to change myself and one of the sheets they gave me had unknown stains all over them 🤮🤮. The floors had dirt and hair all over them, white stains on the peeling pleather sofa. When I plugged my hair straightener in the light went out. When I went to the front to check out they didn't even act surprised. Would Not recommend. Room 122 btw

It was quite good for the price. Bed was comfy, very spacious. It’s good if you plan to just come and sleep/ shower. So be sure to have a lot of activities planned. Wifi was a good speed no complaints. Came with a fridge, and microwave in room. There’s a coffee/tea maker in the reception area and an ice machine somewhere as well not sure where as I didn’t use it. Bathroom water pressure was a bit low.

WE recently stayed at Falls lodge and suites in Niagara Falls for a weekend getaway. The location is pretty excellent as it is right in the heart of all the action in Niagara Falls. We were able to walk everywhere including to the falls, attractions, and the Falls Avenue shopping district with lots of lower price restaurants and stores. The main tourist location can be pretty expensive. The room we stayed in was a two queen bed room on the first floor. It was more than spacious enough for the two of us. However, I should note that parking at the lodge was $15 per night, which is surprising for a motel. The area around the lodge seemed a little sketchy at times. I saw some questionable characters hanging around. The staff at the front desk seemed pretty indifferent to guests and their needs. When we had questions, they they helped out. For the price I think Falls lodge and suites is a decent value compared to some of the other hotels in the area if you can overlook the old looking rooms, parking fees and lackluster customer service. But that's a small complaint for the low price. Overall I would still recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls looking for affordable lodging. Just go in with realistic expectations about accommodations, parking, and service. The location sort of makes up for those shortcomings.

Unfriendly staff. None of them were wearing masks. Not sure if they are aware of that bylaw. Pretty bold of them, 3-4 staff members behind the desk and not one had a mask on. Will never come back.

When we arrived to the hotel and got our keys, we went to our unit number (137). The door was already wide open. When we decided to leave and tour the area, the door does not shut whatsoever. You do not need a key to get in and out and the manager told us that they will fix it. We returned several hours later, and the door was not fixed. When we asked why it wasn’t fixed, we were told we should have just got a refund and go somewhere else. Absolutely poor security and poor customer service. Especially the male at the front desk! I wouldn’t recommend this place whatsoever.

Decent room, good location (walk to falls in 15 mins). We needed a last minute accommodation to spend the night and the front desk lady was super nice and booked us without any issues. Room was very decent, spacious and clean. No complaints there. Parking was not a problem at all, but we visited during October, not sure if it's a problem during the busy summer. The front staff ladies are super nice. Be aware though, this is a two star hotel, don't expect luxury or a brand new building... For the price it definitely ranks as a 5 star experience within the 2-star hotel range.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location of it being right beside the strip in Niagara. Room was absolutely disgusting dried gum on the washroom counter dirty toilets and hair all over the washrooms. Our room was definitely not clean and when we asked why it was so dirty they some how tried to blame us and the continued to say we were trying to scam them when we complained about the room after checking in 5 minutes witching getting there we asked for another room and they gave us yet another dirty room and said it wasn’t their fault wouldn’t do anything about it didn’t give us a discount and when we asked if they could atleast comp our 20$ parking since we were willing to work with a messy room and they proceeded to say we were tying to scam them and they didn’t feel comfortable. Unreal experience have never had such rude receptionist and accused of trying to scam the hotel when we just wanted to be accommodated. Do not recommend at all. EDIT/reply: both your rooms were definitely not cleaned, you had stated that you guys had nothing to do with cleaning the rooms which makes no sense to me since you pay for the cleanings. We were not trying to scam you at all we brought 3 cars and you said nothing about your policy until we asked for something in return for being offered 2 gross rooms. We would have been satisfied with one comp parking how is asking for a comp parking pass when we payed 60$ to park 3 vehicles your lot was over half empty plus paying for the room? A scam would mean we made money or got a free room which we clearly never asked for. Also forgot to mention the room was so cold at night and no thermostats all 4 of us slept in hoodies and pants which is obscured absolutely unreal reply as well still trying to say we were scamming. Do not stay here spend the extra 10$ to get a real room that’s clean and not some rude receptionist who accuses you of scamming what a joke. Here’s your pictures.

The location is great, but besides that our experience was not that great. The rooms are old and the beds make sounds whenever you move. Our neighbors kept us up for hours at a time and not even earplugs could help. The receptionists weren’t rude or anything, just really unenthusiastic like they didn’t want to be there and seemed bothered when I asked for a new key after ours didn’t work. Overall, I felt the price of the room was not justified given the quality of our stay.

Stayed here 2 nights with some friends we had an amazing experience the main reason is because of the price it was so affordable!has good beds shower was working hot water and powerful, room AC worked great. The room comes with fridge and freezer and microwave. It’s just a few minute walk from the falls and other attractions. Thank you Falls Lodge & Suites for the experience highly recommend Note:there is a 20CAD fee a night for parking

The room was spacious and the location of the motel is very close to the falls. Other than that, I don't have anything more positive comments to make about this place. The room, cable and bathroom is in need of some serious upgrade. The water pressure from the shower was so slow and low, it barely felt as if I was bathing, the toilet bowl rocks back and forth when sitting on it and the blanket kept sliding off of the bed. My husband and I kept waking up all throughout the night to recover the blanket from off the ground. The wall A.C so very loud, we just kept it unplugged for the 3 nights that we were there. The guest across from us were rowdy and disruptive, all throughout the night they carried on with conversations, laughter and socializing in the hallway and outside on the steps, that could be heard from a mile away. The price was somewhat reasonable, but they also charge for parking and the hold an additional $200 security deposit. I personally wouldn't spend my money there again.

  • 1/5 Taylor-May P. 11 months ago on Google
Honestly on the site it looked very well, but it was deceiving. For the price of the room it should’ve included free parking. They charge you $15 for parking and try to fill the lot as much as they can even if that means to block other cars in. I’d honestly pay a few extra dollars to stay at an actual hotel to get parking included, free water, and a clean place. Not worth it unfortunately. Others reviews show they don’t take accountability for anything and they post the same response. Hence why I didn’t bother to try and get my money back. Was hoping this plus was a hidden gem…

  • 1/5 Michelle F. 4 months ago on Google
Would not recommend. They do not return your deposit. They say they will apply it back on your card but do not . You call and they say there is no record of you staying there. Never again my bank are looking into it.

I would definitely stay here again, the staff is absolutely wonderful. The rooms were great. It wasn’t that long of a walk to the falls , but most of all, they were just very very kind.

For the price you pay it’s a great little place. Rooms were clean and if you’re looking for a quick stop somewhere where you don’t need it to be fancy or extravagant, this is a good choice. Still fairly close to entertainment aswell.

  • 4/5 iQra H. 1 year ago on Google
Not bad, the rooms are clean, there's courtesy coffee in the lobby. Parking is $15 dollar not included. You have to ask the remote of the TV when you check in cuz they don't give you, we need to come out at -4 snowing to pick it (not fun). Rooms are small but clean, and the heater works good. Staff is regular not rude not kind, just doing their job. Overall it was a good experience.

    1. Clean and comfy room. And price is affordable on weekdays. Pay 💰$15 for 🅿️ parking. 2. And walking distance to the falls. Great location with business around. 3. Good and free coffee at the front desk.

I stayed for one night, rooms are spacious and clean, ample parking spot but it will be charged $10. Walkable distance from the Center Checkout at 12PM, $20 extra until 1PM and extra $40 until 3PM

This place was alright. It’s only 10-15 mins walk to Clifton hill and the falls. It’s a good spot and affordable if you just need a place to sleep for 1 night. Everything else was good, A/C was working good. The front desk was lenient with checking in/out. The only issue was the wifi was really slow and the parking lot was tight so if you want to stay here I would recommend coming early to claim a parking spot.

  • 1/5 Felicia G. 1 year ago on Google
Please be aware when checking into this motel. I’m almost positive they have a massive amount of bedbugs. They need to be reported. These results pls ARE NOT CLEAN. The bedsheets were dirty with stains there was no cover or sheet on top of the duvet The carpet was not only dirty but extremely stained if you don’t care about cleanliness and hygiene and bugs then this is a place for you. Do not bring your family here people.

OMG, how can anyone write a good review, they have to be part of the lying staff. Blood on mattress and pretty sure sheets were soiled with someone not making to bathroom. Staff indifferent and not even willing to give their names let alone there help. Worst hotel ever. don't ruin a day by staying!

Horrible, I stayed there last week for four nights, long balcony, noisy with kids running from end to end first night, next night was people sitting out all night talking, drinking and so on,people are smoking all day and all night on balcony, room was not thoroughly cleaned, bed sheets had holes and stains, towels stains, rain fell on Thursday and the ceiling came down on me on the bed, I was so exhausted and tired from lack of sleep that I couldn't wait to check out, they said it's not their fault the ceiling caved,I have lots of pics and videos, I know they're going to respond to my review but I'm just started with them, lots more to come, I only asked for a refund for that one night the ceiling caved and they refused so we are not done. Family run business, they done respect guests hard earned money,I won't advise anyone to go there,

upon bringing a bed bug infestation to attention to this hotel/motel attention, the staff have completely denied my complaints completely ignoring them. my family checked out 10 or 11 days ago and have been getting eaten alive ever since. this is the only place we have visited in the last year or more due to covid and live in a single household home, the bed bugs came from this hotel, and they aren't going to do anything about it. go at your own risk.

The room itself was okay - it was spacious and comfortable. However, there needs to be a thorough deep cleaning done (behind walls, bathroom, carpet). We saw many dead bugs in the room and had to clean it off the floor/ windows. There was a strong odour in the room - my family and I had to go to Walmart and purchase air fresheners to rid the stench. Also it was a bit inconvenient to keep coming downstairs to the front desk for hot water - maybe have a coffee maker in rooms.

BED BUGS. Staff was friendly and helpful. This place is really a motel not a hotel. The room looked clean overall, was very outdated but it looked clean. However after laying in the bed for a while we started to itch so we left. We checked out two hours after we checked in. I paid $220 and didnt even complain, i just left thinking that I was leaving based on my preference and that there wasn’t actually an issue. A few days later my partner and I noticed that we had bites all over us. They were in rows of three and that was the only place that both of us had stayed at that entire week together considering we do NOT live together. Bed bug bites do NOT show up the same day like mosquito bites, they develop several days later. They definitely have bedbugs and need an exterminator. Do not sleep at this place. Bedbug bites are extremely itchy And the itch is 10x worse than a mosquito bite and lasts at-least 2 weeks. This place 100% has them. In response to the owner, i said we were itchy and left based on our own preference and didnt feel The need to complain. Then a few days LATER we developed the bites from your hotel. I stayed in September and booked through Expedia. Lovely on the outside. Not so much inside the room. Pros: friendly staff, good price for location, only $10 to park, very well lit, lots of security cameras, great location, clean surfaces, clean sheets, clean floors, mini fridge and microwave. Cons: needs deep cleaning, walls and doors need cleaning and repainting. No coffee maker, no TV guide. The tub needs replacing. The freezer in the fridge needs defrosting. Would I stay again? Probably not.

The price is perfect, our room was great! It's a very safe place with lots of secure entrances. The jaccuzi tub room is better than any hot tub because it doesn't have the bromine smell, and you get to have it all to yourself! The parking lot is never touched, and it's so close to the Falls tourist area with being directly inside, so it's very quiet. We will definitely be back!
