This
was
our
third
visit
to
Canada
and
River
Rapid
has
been
our
go
to
hotel
since
our
very
first
time,
they
have
clean
rooms
with
great
staff,
excellent
breakfast
and
free
parking;
all
that
in
a
very
reasonable
rate.
Unfortunately
this
time
around
we
experienced
very
rude
people
at
the
front
desk.
The
staff
member
at
the
front
desk
wasn’t
friendly
at
all
during
check
in
which
we
didn’t
pay
much
attention
to
until
later.
We
were
having
difficulty
operating
the
room
AC
and
tried
asking
for
help
through
phone.
He
was
very
curt
and
didn’t
seem
to
want
to
help.
We
are
not
high
maintenance,
and
spent
the
night
in
a
hot
room.
Next
morning
my
husband
had
a
work
call
and
asked
the
front
desk
we
could
check
out
at
12:30
instead
of
11:30,
the
lady
on
the
phone
was
exceptionally
rude
and
told
us
that
she
needs
the
room
for
next
guest
arrival
and
wants
it
empty
by
11:30.
Which
is
of
course
totally
understandable
but
the
tone
and
curt
attitude
wasn’t
really
necessary.
Last,
during
check
out
my
husband
asked
the
staff
member
at
the
desk
if
he
could
attend
the
work
call
in
their
lounge
and
his
response
was
“he
has
to
vacuum
the
room
and
can’t
accommodate
his
request
“
I
mean.
Okay.
1.
The
attitude
is
unnecessary.
The
front
desk
staff
is
in
dire
need
of
peoples
skills.
2.
What
would
he
have
done
if
someone
who
hadn’t
checked
out
wanted
to
wait
half
an
hour
in
the
lounge?
Since
the
call
was
immediately,
me
and
my
kids
are
waiting
in
the
car
as
I
write
this
review
and
my
husband
is
standing
outside
attending
it.

to
the
breakfast
lady,
she
is
exceptional.
