We arrived around 1 pm. We had asked when we booked if it would be possible for an early check in, understanding that it's not a guarantee. When we went up to the desk to check in, we were happy to find out that our Room was ready. Our room was clean. As expected, they do not offer housekeeping during covid precautions until you check out, but they were very accommodating with our needs for extra towels, shampoo, garbage bags, toiletries and Kleenex. There was a small issue with the remote in the living room, but it was taken care of very quickly. The pool is open and you can book 1 hour slots at front desk. It clean and checked frequently for proper levels. The breakfast is grab and go, but we are satisfied as egg and cheese sandwiches were offered along with muffins, granola bar, fruit and juice. Brewed coffee is also offered. There are microwaves and fridges in every room, which makes it easy to warm up the breakfast sandwiches. Parking is very reasonable at 15 dollars a night and you are very close to Clifton Hill so waking is easy, and you don't have to pay for parking at Clifton hill as well. This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back again. Stay dates were August 24-27 2022

This is a very average hotel. While the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, it is not a hotel I would stay at again. First of all, this is not an infant-friendly hotel. While I place the blame on myself for not properly reading the fine print, this hotel does not offer playpens or infant cribs. I had just assumed that all hotels offer one or the other. We had to go to Walmart and buy a playpen. They also don’t have any high chairs in their breakfast area, which made it difficult to feed our almost-toddler. I thought this would be a family friendly hotel considering it’s close proximity to Clifton Hill. The room itself was okay, but you can tell it’s old and updated in the most basic of ways. The squeaky interior doors and barely-working locks and door handles need to be fixed! The bath facet also needs to be replaced. The room was moderately clean, and the beds are very firm, way too firm for someone who is used to a pillow-top mattress. The pool is good, but the hot tub is not working and currently unavailable. This would have been nice to know upon booking. I’m happy that this hotel offers a free breakfast, but it is very basic, and I wish they offered bagels. All in all, it’s a 2-3 star hotel with lots of room for improvement.

The receptionist is so nice and my daughter loves the complimentary cookies so much The room is so spacious with 2 TV , microwave and fridge. We also enjoyed thw complimentary breakfast. It's walking distance to all attraction. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back here very soon! No complain at all but merely high recommendation.

Booked this hotel for a mini vacation for my family. Had booked through a third-party website and had some issues at check-in that were resolved right away by Thelma. We were also given cookies upon check-in. I also appreciated the courtesy call made to our room shortly after check-in to make sure everything was okay. We booked a suite that had two queen beds and a sofa bed - I recommend upgrading to a suite if travelling with kids; it allowed for extra space for my baby’s playpen and has another TV in the living area. We stayed for two nights (Oct 18-20) and used the buffet breakfast each morning. They had just enough tables that you didn’t have to wait too long if you arrived at a busy time. Simple breakfast options available (eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal). The pool was good, but the water temperature was a little chilly. The gym is small, but will do if you’re just trying to fit in a quick workout. Good location located at the end of the street and a convenience store nearby. About a 10 minute walk to the falls, passing by some Clifton hill attractions on the way. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

We stayed a Sunday night a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. As a fan of Clifton Hill, the close walk to everywhere we wanted to see and do was very convenient. The room was excellent, clean and spacious and very nice view. The breakfast provided was a wonderful surprise. Above all, the staff was exceptional, very helpful and very friendly. Excellent service, really made us feel welcome. Already trying to plan a January visit for a few nights this time.

We stayed there for two days, staff is helpful. Hotel is clean and room is neat, we enjoyed staying for two nights and things were easier with the included breakfast. Parking is available and easy to park the car. Most important is the location, which is a walking distance to the Falls and the Casio. Overall, a good experience and will go and stay at the same hotel again.

I have never given a perfect rating to a hotel, and I have travelled a lot. I have simple expectations and your hotel and your team had them all and then some. We were so tired after our day, exploring that we decided to order dinner in, however, paper plates were not provided by the restaurant we ordered from. I popped down to the front desk and the lovely lady there had paper plates on hand to offer. I can’t tell you how much this simple gesture meant in the moment. It’s the little things that matter. our check in was swift and friendly, the key cards always worked, the location is close to the action on Clifton Hill, the room was clean and tidy and well supplied, including extra bedding for the pull out couch, the breakfast had a great variety and the breakfast staff were so friendly, considering how busy it was over family day weekend. They always had a smile on their face and were very efficient at replenishing shock and keeping the tables tidy. We used the exercise facility and the pool. The pool was a little murky in colour and needed a good shock but we still enjoyed it. The room shower was of good pressure and the water was always hot. The only thing that was missing was a changing facility in the pool area however, there were showers on deck. I loved being able to check out via text and left the key cards in my room. I will definitely be back. Kudos to all the staff…keep it up!

We had a great four nights stay in room 712. The room is spacious, very clean and well maintained, the king size bed is firm (like I like) and the jet-spa tub is very relaxing after a full day of walking and exploring in Niagara. The staff couldn't be any friendlier and welcoming. Although we didn't use the heated pool or exercise equipment, we found them both were very well maintained. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the included breakfast. We were satisfied with the varied items available for breakfast, but I would add some fresh fruits. Overall, this is a great hotel at a good location, within walking distance to all the attractions and the falls. I will recommend all my family and friends to stay here when visiting Niagara. Thanks to all the staff for the great work you do.

Very clean and well supplied room. Whirlpool tub and AC were working perfectly. Exceptional personnel, especially at the reception and breakfast areas that we interacted with. Pandemic limitations were the expected ones (breakfast to-go, no daily cleaning but front desk provided anything required). Good value car parking. Very good value overall.

I love this hotel it is close to everything you want to walk to it is located right across from the casino. There are many restaurants you can walk to without taking your car. The hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. We had a suite that was very spacious and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Very accommodating and very friendly. Kudos to all of the staff. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed in the 1bed suite - which is perfect for a family. They are actually super hard to find as not too many hotels have them. The hotel staff were fantastic incredibly accommodating, they really helped us travelling with younger children and them being flexible on this occasion with check ins made the world of difference for us. The rooms were very clean and tidy and spacious, The beds and linens were comfortable and clean They are still not serving a hot breakfast, I feel like if you’re going to offer breakfast included in your price it could definitely use sprucing up. It doesn’t have to be anything grand it could just be a little more selection they currently offer English muffins, toast, only vanilla flavoured flavoured yoghurt and Cheerios for breakfast and a cold English muffin egg sandwich. Even if they just offered maybe a little more fruit natural flavoured yoghurt options not just fake vanilla and maybe some muffins and croissants… doesn’t have to be anything extreme but a little more variety, though it is appreciated that they even do include a breakfast option, as most hotels don’t . The toasters were ancient so this did cause a backlog of people waiting to toast their products, perhaps even investing in some new toasters to get the breakfast line moving faster would be nice. The pool area was clean and tidy and the kids enjoyed the swim! Though their hot tub is closed right now. The only thing is the rooms are rather thin walled and you could hear all that was going on in the hallways - We were lucky that it was off-season so there weren’t too many people staying at the hotel but high season I imagine the slamming doors and the constant hallway chaos might get a little loud for people trying to rest. Having the 1 bed suite helped as there was a whole bedroom available with a heavy door which blocked out all the noise. It’s a no frills but still wonderful clean hotel - the staff were exceptional very clean very tidy, 100% would book again, their breakfast needs a little bit of help but overall great stay, great experience- would recommend 10/10

The staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. We had all the utilities needed. The room was clean and everything was working appropriately. The room could benefit of some wall art. We loved the location. Far from the noise, but close to main attractions by foot. We are also between attractions downtown and more local restaurants and stores if needed. A block away from main roads. Affordable parking also.

Great service… and I mean it! Very friendly, best continental breakfast I’ve had in years. Our last night had a pile of hockey teams invade the hotel… the staff handled it like champs! It was quiet and loud of food at breakfast. Clean modern rooms. Well done team.

A close walk to the falls, the hotel service was friendly, professional and quick, with warm cookies waiting at check-in. The king room was clean, spacious, quiet with clean bedding. The hot shower was decent with small shampoo, conditioner and lotion. There were light snacks to buy at the reception. The breakfast was your standard self-serve with a variety of fruit, boiled eggs, make your own waffles and pastries. It's great if you need a light breakfast on the go. The interior looked refreshed and modern. The parking area needs some improvement but it was safe while I was there. I had a pleasant stay for the affordable rate!

Very nice, budget friendly, updated hotel. We stayed here as an extended family and our kids and we were pleasantly surprised at the spacious rooms, especially the suites. Perfect for families who need a separation from sleeping children. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly. Walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls. We will definitely stay here again!

The room was in great shape when we checked in. It was clean and everything was in order. We had enough towels and face clothes for the evening including the dip in the Jacuzzi. The mattress was firm which may be a swaying point for some. There was an in room AC unit that you were able to control (no remote). If you are a coffee in the morning person and there are more than one of you staying the room, make sure there is more than one coffee insert (not decaf) before the morning. I'm sure front desk would accommodate you np. The parking was good and was only 15 bucks plus tax at the time.

From start to finish, the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We were surprised at how much they upgraded from many years ago. For the price and location, the service was excellent. the rooms are standard but it served its purpose, everything was clean. The free welcome cookies were a nice touch and the free breakfast was decent but because there was a decent amount of options, we can't complain. we had a great stay and would return.

We just checked in an hour ago and surprisingly feeling very well. All the staff in the reception greeting us with smiling face. This is the first time I saw it in Toronto hotel. Even better than I check in in embassy suites hotel. This is not easy in a big city. And they asked me want to have high floor or low floor . Although even 6th floor cannot see any falls view. But still happy for the offering. thank you for the cookie and excellent service. And they called our room to see if everything alright here or not. Appreciated their action. $15 parking is reasonable and cheaper than others. And we saw a notices for fire alarm test today. It will be perfect if they inform me too to prevent I didn't see the notice and scary me. But everything still good. I just tried the shower, water is hot and strong enough.Recommend this hotel.

Amber at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Top shelf. The staff maintaining the breakfast area were also helpful. They were very attentive and seemed to be having fun which created a nice atmosphere. A short walk to Niagara falls and all the attractions. Great value for our little family we would definitely stay there again. Only disappointing thing for me was that the hot tub was not functioning and based on the way it was boarded up I don't think they plan on repairing it? All in all it was still a good experience. Special thanks to Amber for taking care of us.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson is a modest three-star hotel in dire need of an upgrade. While we appreciated the close proximity to main attractions and restaurants, we don’t foresee returning to this facility in the future. To start, the hotel’s complimentary breakfast operates as if climate change isn’t real. From utensils to plates and cups, everything is disposable plastic or paper. There aren’t any recycling bins in the cafeteria. The signage instructs patrons to throw away everything in garbage bins. The room also looked nothing like the photos on the hotel’s website. Despite the overall cleanliness, the empty white stucco walls felt cold and uninviting. Add the extra-hard mattresses (that seemed slightly sunken, if not worn out), it was difficult to get any restful sleep by the third night. Lastly, while the large pool on the main floor was a hit with the kids, the hot tub was out of order throughout our stay. The only other positive thing I can say about the hotel besides convenient location is the friendly staff. Hence, two stars.

My husband and I loved this hotel. Prices are extremely reasonable; parking is an extra $15 but it is on site and plenty of spots available. We got a king whirlpool suit and the tub did fit 2 people and was very clean. Very short walk to Clifton Hill and probably a 10-15 min walk to the falls. The welcome cookies were a fun surprise and the workers were very friendly.

Stayed recently for two nights at this hotel in the north part of the Falls area near the Ambassador Bridge entrance/exit. About a 5 minute walk from Bird Kingdom which was excellent. Hotel bathrooms are beginning to show their age and showers need updating from one piece plastic to tile. Water pressure from an older shower head was a little low. We were on upper floor. Had Jacuzzi style tub but didn't use it. Toilets are the standard height and should be upgraded to higher heights. Fridge does not have a freezer portion and is small so we could not keep our pizza box in it very well. Bed seemed to be clean but not sure if there was sand or something near pillows area or soap crumbs?? Elevator in hotel stopped wherever anyone called for it whether you were going up or down so be prepared for that. People coming and going to rooms from elevators need to keep their voices down, it does carry into rooms. Make sure the A/C fan is on high to block hallway noises. The TVs in the rooms were quite small by today's standards - maybe 29"? Good channel selection though. And there was a channel guide provided which you don't always see these days. Maybe need some paid movie channels? There was a breakfast provided consisting of reconstituted eggs, some kind of "sausage", hard boiled eggs, and various cereals and breads. Wish there was some whole wheat options for breads.. There were green bananas one day and Delicious apples on second day. Likely because of hangover of COVID rules but there could be more tables as it was quite busy, even for June. Had to wait for tables each day. Breakfast ran from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. which was nice to spread it out. Parents do need to control their young children from running around tables and running back and forth to food areas. Teach them not to touch or cough on things!!! There is a dent sized pool which did not seem to be used much even though it was hot outside. The water was cool to tepid. Pool area needs lots more ventilation as it was quite stuffy in there. Towels were kindly provided in pool area. Another ice machine needed on upper floors 6 or 7 please. The parking lot needs to be repaved. Parking cost $15.00/night which was a surprise since we were told on phone when booking that it was free. Funny thing was there were at least 3-4 parking lots right next door charging $5.00/day or night and other lots close by were $10.00/day. Staff was quite friendly and helpful and thanks to Brendon for the restaurant recommendation to Antica. Front desk staff on checkout was efficient and also quite friendly. Very well done. Location of hotel is quite close to the Clifton Hill district. No vies of any Falls as the Waterpark is directly in the way. There are so many restaurants and activities well within walking distance. Clifton Hill is about 8 minute walk. A walk to the American Falls takes about 20-25 minutes and double that to Horseshoe Falls. We walked down for the evening fireworks display which was nice and right at 10:00 p.m. Only issue is the Parks Police had to close off a large portion of walkway to set off fireworks safely causing people to walk quite a long way around the area. Getting so used to no smoking everywhere that anyone smoking always bothers me as you walk along there. Overall it was a decent hotel that needs a little work in upgrades to make it a great hotel. Certainly in a good location for road access and access to most things in Clifton Hill area. Wish there not so many extra little costs imposed because of Niagara Falls entertainment fees here and there. Adds about $10-15.00 to each night's stay. Would I return, certainly.

June 21 2023 Country Inn & Suites by Radison Niagara Falls ON I will like to thank Brandon at the reception. Nice, friendly, we laugh a bit. My grandmother had to call the hotel so he can check in us as she use her point and it was under her name. Good staff, good selection of food for breakfast and no rush at 10h30 when its closing time. We had a WOW room. If $$$ allowes us, we will come back as its walking distance from all the things we did and the Great Canadian Midway.

Best hotel for visiting Clifton Hill attractions with kids. The deluxe room has a separate door so you and your husband are not drinking wine on the bathroom floor post bedtime. There is a lovely heated pool and very nice breakfast included. The parking was only 15 dollars and we walked to the skywheel in about 5 minutes. We will stay here every time we visit Niagara! The kids absolutely love it.

Stayed here for a night and it was fantastic!! Spacious rooms, everything was laid out perfectly. I was on the main floor so the breakfast area was right there, and everything else was accessible. Impressed with the service (they offer contactless checkout via text!) It was really amazing, highly recommend this place and will be coming back again to stay!!

Reception was super friendly especially Cris who was very accommodating after check out with our bags. Rooms are clean which is the main check point for hotels. Pool was OK but water was murky. Breakfast also OK no bacon and eggs looked very machine processed

Nice place for family staying, but the parking place is insecure, some one stole the 3 nuts of my vehicles front tire. Hotel said they do not have any security camera there, and they are not responsible for any damage and loss. Hence, they provided police number to complain about it, but we were about to leave so didn't do any complain, just went to a mechanic shop and fixed it.

Perfect location at half the price. We had 8 rooms with family during December. The hotel was completely full but service was excellent. Rooms were clean and updated. Breakfast was a bit chaotic during the holidays but again staff were great. Good job to the owners and team. So close to all the attractions. This isn't a 5 star property, but it's affordable, close to all the fun stuff, safe and family friendly. Good job all. Especially to those who were away from family to make our stay enjoyable.

A great location, a few minutes walk to the falls or to restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean hotel, lobby, pool and gym area. Coffee/tea throughout the day. Our room had 2 queens beds and a sitting area. The sofa bed area and the bed area can be used as two rooms as there was a door to separate them and there were 2 tvs, and 2 closets. A microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker were available within the room. Nice view of the town from the window. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location, just 5-min walk to see Niagara Falls. 2 Queens came with a nice living room suite, more than ample! A bit over on the end od the busy strip, so more peace & quiet. Comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast & a smaller gym with enough cardio. Modern-looking lobby as photo shows. The GM, Ian also was quite welcoming as well. They even called a taxi and let us store luggage earlier after we checked out.

Very nice experience of staying here. We actually extended our stay based on the comfort and the process was so quickly and hassle-free. Extremely helpful management and staff. Would recommend this place for sure if you are looking to stay close to the centre.

The staff went above and beyond for my family's needs. When we asked for something it was to our door within minutes. The place was very clean and quiet. The location is close to Clifton hill and the casino. The pool was clean and beautiful. We felt safe walking within the halls at all hours of the day or night. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE and look forward to seeing you all next year.

I can't stress enough how much we liked the stay there! The lobby was chic, the room was spacious and cosy, the beds and pillows comfortable. The location was great and convenient to walk to some key attractions. But most of all we loved the staff! So kind, accommodating and always extremely quick to help! Congratulations to the management and the team! You rock!

I got a good deal. Nice customer service. Hotel is clean and nice. Not a fancy place but you can have good night sleep and go out for all fun. The best part is the location location location. It is walking distance to Clifton Hill attractions and activities. Parking and breakfast are free too. So you save money parking because you do not have to park near Clifton or Niagara falls you just walk. All restaurants close by.

The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The front desk staff Ian and Alex were amazing and very helpful. My stay here was very comfortable. The breakfast options were very limited, possibly because of the short staffing due to COVID. It is walking distance from major attractions in Niagara, would definitely visit again.

Staff is not fully trained. Manager don't care about guest. Trying to charge me $50 extra additional coz I request for another night to stay. One of reception staff said price will remain same will not change after 2 hrs another receptionist said you have to pay $50 additional if you need that room and parking $15 on the top.Means total $65. Doesn't make any sense.we were already paying &107.When I check with other hotels around that area they have free parking no cost. I recommend before book this hotel do your research. In this hotel they have no microwave in the room and a little tiny fridge which is useless.

Stayed here a few times. Rates are great, hotel is very clean and has an awesome pool. Close to most Niagara Falls popular attractions like Clifton Hills, the falls itself. Lots of close by restaurants. Seems to be our go to place to stay in Niagara now. Family likes it so why change it.

From the moment we walked in to the time we left it was a great stay. The Front Desk girls were friendly, kind and very helpful. Even though our room was next to the elevator, we could not hear anything. The room was spotless (being a germophobe This is a huge deal). The only thing was the breakfast, don't go in there looking for much (only apples for fruit, hard boiled eggs , a couple types of cereal and a few toastable items), choices are limited for dietary restrictions. I wasn't there for the breakfast so willing to look past that. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

My Wife and I have been staying at the country inn and suites for over 6 years now, great location as you are close to Clifton hills, rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. However, every time we stay here there is always a booking issue which usually is resolved except for our recent stay this weekend. I usually book this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday so we can enjoy all niagara has to offer, this year I also decided to get a separate room for my mother in-law so she could have a weekend away to unwind (and watch our daughter while we have a night to ourselves). I specifically noted on the booking to have an adjacent room separated by a door so we could go back and forth as she is partially blind and I wanted to make sure we accommodated her as much as possible. I called the hotel 2 days prior to our arrival to confirm that this was not going to be an issue, which I was reassured of; of course when we arrived, and looked at our rooms, there was no door separating the rooms. Moreover, one of the fridges in the room was not working, it didn't cool anything down. I spoke with the staff at the time, all they had to say was there were no other rooms available and that there was nothing they could do. No solution, more just a shoulder shrug and a hope that I would just walk away and accept my current circumstance. The attitude I received was as if I had no choice but to stay as they knew if i cancelled and booked somewhere else they were confident that they would book up my rooms right away and I would be left to pay more at a different hotel. I am very disappointed, considering I am loyal to this hotel every year I come to Niagara.

Our stay was very good. That whirlpool was amazing! Nice views from our sixth floor window. Good location. The breakfast room was quite crowded the first day, but the staff was working very hard and doing their best to keep up. And there was the option of taking breakfast to the room. Some of the other occupants were very noisy and boisterous in the middle of the night for a little while the second night we were there, making it hard for me to sleep. They had been having fun, so I can understand, but perhaps a reminder to keep things a little quiet in the halls at night would have been helpful. And the fitness room wasn't great. Other than that, all was wonderful. I felt that the hotel was quite nice, and the staff was wonderful.

The hotel was nice an clean. Good walking distance to Clifton Hill. Room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel every spring and it's like the mattress had a curve in it. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car. Based on the bed comfort alone I likely would not stay here again for the price.

We are a hockey team and had an excellent time. The staff were laid back and helpful. The meeting room was extremely inexpensive and allowed us to congregate together all weekend without bothering other guests. The hotel is also a short walk to all major tourist attractions (i.e. water park, rides, the falls, etc.). We will definitely come again next year!

What a fantastic stay we had. I don't care what any other review says, this was a fantastic freaking hotel and SO CLOSE to everything. We were thoroughly impressed. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi tub and highly recommend to any and all couples or soloers. The breakfast we got included was a basic hotel breakfast, but I was very impressed they had hard boiled eggs (cooked perfectly I may add). All the staff people were so nice. They have a huge indoor pool that's open till 930pm, which is very late compared to other hotels I've been too. They also have washer and dryers on location which I thought was great since we got SOAKED in the rain. They offer complimentary cookies I guess, but you have to ask I think (we didn't get any, but we saw someone ask about them and they recieved some, so I guess we should've asked). They offer a map of niagra and many many brochures of things to do near them. They are within walking distance to everything. The rooms were very clean and very nice. Looks like the carpet got redone recently (or just well taken care of) and the staff do a great job at sanitizing/cleaning. Highly recommend you saving your money for those big fancy fall views hotel and book here like we did. You need nothing more than this hotel has to offer, at a fraction of the price for those other ones.

Great experience at Country Inn & Suites. Staff at reception and cleaning were all quite friendly and having SMS-accessible amenities and checkout are quite convenient. Rooms are a bit dated, but have a pleasant nostalgic feel. My partner and I stayed in a room with a whirlpool tub and the experience was quite nice. Breakfast is basic but of a good quality: scrambled and boiled eggs, sausage, bread, muffins, toast, waffles, and many drink options. Overall would stay again, great value for price. Close enough to walk over to a convenience store, attractions, restaurants, and others by the Falls.
