Does NOT recommend this location. Cheap hotel but the cost adds up when you factor in taxes, fees and parking per night. Location is great. Right near the main strip near the falls. Beds are decent. Hot tub is not very clean, so I would not recommend. Parking is 17$ PER NIGHT. This is ridiculous when there’s at least a dozen cheaper parking spots nearby. The parking “lot” isn’t even protected… any stranger could come and steal whatever they want, including your car, as there’s no security. For 17$ PER NIGHT I expect my car to be in a safe garage with a gate required for exiting. A hotel should ALWAYS have free parking for its patrons. Anyone who thinks otherwise is MONEY-HUNGRY.

Came here on an overnight trip with four friends and stayed in a suite. It was very spacious and clean! Walls are good for noise cancellation and we had a view overlooking the Ferris wheel and the Sheraton. Very close to Clifton hill (~5 minutes). Had a good nights sleep.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel that surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The service provided by the hotel staff was truly top-notch. They greeted me with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Every request, no matter how small, was promptly and attentively addressed. The staff members were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. The hotel's location was also convenient, offering easy access to popular attractions and transportation hubs. Whether I needed to explore the city or catch a flight, the hotel's proximity to key destinations was a definite plus. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this outstanding hotel to anyone seeking a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. The impeccable service, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional dining experiences made my visit unforgettable. I look forward to returning in the future and reliving the wonderful experience once again.

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The manager Ada is very professional and friendly as is the rest of the front desk, Doreen, Augusto, Yetta, Cassandra, Deena and everyone else. Super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping supervisor Barb was awesome made sure we had our room cleaned when we needed it. Krystyna was our main housekeeper she was very friendly and supplied us with everything we needed. I can’t praise the staff enough at this hotel all the staff say hello and will not hesitate to help you. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

Decent place and service. Wasn't worth a 100 bucks though. The rooms were OK, no bells and whistles. Breakfast should have been included for that price. It's closer to the shopping area though, but Canadian falls is about 20 minutes walk. Look for a better deal.

Really well located. We did everything walking, paying parking a the hotel was convenient. The room was big and comfortable. The coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave super helpful, we made breakfast in our room. Bed was nice, we slept very well the first night (a Thursday). On Friday many more guests arrived and it was really noisy. We had to call the front desk at two am to complain about people screaming and laughing just outside our door. But beside that we liked it, and would recommend. The pool was also good and clean. The kids enjoyed it.

I checked-in on 21th May, 2022 @ $428 (including tax, parking and security deposit) for ONE night and the security deposit was supposed to be refunded at check-out time. But the Front Desk staff didn’t refunded me the security deposit of $100. When I called them they said, it takes few days to refund. How long it takes? Why it’s not been refunded at check-out time? I have never experienced in any hotel or motel or inn is policy.

Good hotel and location. I gave it 4 stars because we had no place to park in their parking lot, after we came back from the city since it was full and we were able to see non hotel guests using it via the exit gate. They need to control it a bit more and make sure the hotel guests have their place to park because it is charged separately.

This hotel is in a very convenient part of Niagara Falls, right next to Clifton Hill. You can walk down the hill straight to the waterfront. The hotel itself had very lovely staff who tended to our every need. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and spacious. The Wi-Fi was also had a large bandwidth and functioned very well. My only complaint was that we were unable to manually turn off the air conditioning as the room became very cold at night. We made the mistake of not bringing some extra blankets, so make sure that you do.

My family and I had a great stay here. Rooms were clean and well kept. Location was great at the top of Clifton Hill. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous. My wife and daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool. Parking was great for $15 you could come and go as you please. The beds were comfortable. I woke up feeling revived. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel has a really great location to all the attractions. Price was good for what they offer. Room was very large but definitely in need of some painting. Hot water shut off in the middle of my shower which was unpleasant. $15 for breakfast buffet ( per person) which was basically what you get for free at other hotels was a bit much. Staff was very friendly and place was clean. Would stay here again.

The Positive: The location is just great. You're a few steps from the Clifton hill and the falls, which are the main attractions. The staff are friendly too and listen to your requests. The Negative: The room didn't have a view! It was literally less than a meter (3 ft.) away from a solid cement wall (room 218). So, we couldn't see anything from our window. The coffee was terrible. The beds were not comfy, made a lot of noise. Their checkout time is 11am! I mean for CAD 250 a night, you expect to have the minimums at the very least, but that wasn't the case here for us.

When we got to the hotel, it looked like it was recently painted because it was not shown in the photos. As soon as we got in, there was a weird smell like rauten eggs. I'm not sure what that smell actually was, but check-in was very smooth. Hallways and lobby were really getting dated and old. The room itself was clean, although it was also getting very dated. The washroom was also very old, and I found some long hair near the shower. Our window view was not so special, but it did not matter to me much. A/C was strong, and the smart TV was also ver nice. The hotel needs some renovations soon. Note that breakfast costs money at this hotel, so do not be expecting free breakfast. Same thing for parking. This hotel is fine only for shorter stays. The location is also pretty good, a 5-7 minute walk to the falls and a 2 minute walk to Clifton Hill where all the entertainment and activities are going on.

Stayed here for a night this past week and couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Scott was very helpful in getting us checked in and answering all of our questions. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was a bonus. The only complaint I possibly had was the fact that the bathroom towels were small, lol. Overall, great hotel. Will visit the next time we head to Niagara!

This hotel is perfect if you’re looking to stay close to Clifton Hill, but still enjoy a staying in a quieter area. All the staff are SUPER friendly and are ready to assist you with anything at all. We got one of the rooms with a jacuzzi tub in it which was a nice treat after a day walking around everywhere. Overall, this hotel is a GREAT value if you’re looking for a friendly place to stay that’s just close enough to all the Clifton hill entertainment. It’s a little bit of a walk to the Fallsview Casino area, but doable!

Stayed here 0n June 29 2023, Rooms are clean and check in was convenient. I chose it for its reasonable price , parking and convenience to the Falls. Parking is $17+taxes per night. The Falls are a short walking distance, very easy walk even for a 70 year old!

First of all they have the smallest TV ever in living room and bigger one in bedroom. The bed is so hard like sleeping on plywood. The pull out couch is literally a piece of foam so u can feel every bar of the bed. The lights r hanging out of the lamps. If u don't know the channels up here then good luck trying to find food ones. It's the most basic cable I've ever seen in hotel. They put us in room beside ice machine so ur always vibrating. Never again. Not worth the money.

It's clean and comfortable. The service was satisfactory and friendly. The bathroom was super clean. The pool was satisfactory. Parking was an extra charge but very reasonably priced compared to public lots and metered parking and it was also really convenient. We could hear the loud music from surrounding businesses when the air conditioning was off, but turning it back on drowned out the noise. I would recommend it to a family looking for a place to stay that's close to Clifton Hill activities and the falls.

Great budget friendly hotel. Suite rooms are very generously sized. Jacuzzi tubs very large. Service was great. Parking available on site for $17/night. Rooms are slightly dated but clean and comfortable. Only real complaint is the location the hotel is situated. Rough area of Niagara Falls immediately surrounds the hotel. Easy walking to distance to Clifton Hills & Niagara Casino.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. I forgot a couple things in the room and the staff helped arrange a courier to have them sent back to me. We loved our room, it was very spacious and felt clean. The SMART TV was awesome but I wish the previous guest didn't lock Netflix down with their account. I still used it but I guess I messed with their algorithm! Parking was easy, there were always spots available. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, so we can't comment on the food. There was too much chlorine used in the pool, it made the water cloudy, but otherwise we enjoyed the pool! The location can't be beat, we loved being so close to Clifton Hill.

Don't worry if this hotel looked old from outside as you arrived. Very clean inside. No smells. The clerks at the front desk were kind. They gave a phone call and asked if we were good so far after minutes we checked in our room. Breakfast is available for a fee.

Recently stayed for one night for a family wedding. Our experience with the front desk staff was awesome. From calling to add a room with Tina, she was wonderful, and then checking in with Scott, who was extremely personable and very efficient. Can't say enough about them. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great experience from start to finish. Thank you.

Scott and the staff here are amazing! So helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are great. The location is perfect and we are always greeted with a smile. We stay here often and continue to choose this spot. Thank you Scott for always making our stay here so great!

Was there for 2 nights with my family. Would recommend to all my friends. Service was great! Friendly staff! Clean rooms! Loved the in wall dove soaps!( I'll know not to bring along shampoo the next time we come! )Walking distance to falls. Can't wait to be back! Thanks to you all! It was a pleasurable stay. If it was up to me I would rate it 5 star!

Worst hotel stay ever! When checking into our room we noticed the heater cover on the floor. We called the front desk, who sent up a very friendly but not helpful maintenance man. The maintenance man sent up his supervisor as he wanted to ensure the room was safe for my service dog and infant. When the supervisor came up he was rude and acted like it wasn’t a problem. His solution was to scotch tape it. I went to my car to grab a few items and when coming back into the hotel the maintenance supervisor, maintenance man and staff at the front desk were talking about my family/ concerns in a very derogatory manner (obviously not realizing I was standing right there). When I returned to the room I went to plug in my cell phone by the bed and noticed the electrical socket was protruding from the wall. Due to the manor in which our previous concerns were handled, I didn’t feel as though I could report this. The hotel also has a no smoking policy which isn’t enforced. The guests in the room next to us were constantly smoking pot to the point the hallway and our room were stunk out. We travel to Niagara every November for Colour the World Orange and have stayed in this hotel before. However due to this experience I will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone. Overall we felt our room was not safe and our concerns were not taken seriously but instead we were the topic of a rude conversation by the staff right at the front desk.

Room was very quiet and overall cozy. The breakfast is very continental with no warm/cooked items. They allow you to park until 2pm on the day of your checkout so you can get up and do lots of activities without needing to find new parking. Parking is reasonable at 12 dollars a Night. Only one elevator though which experienced longer wait times during the busy hours.

  • 5/5 Manu G. 10 months ago on Google
I stayed here for a night. I requested them for a room closer to the elevator, they gave me the room on the ground floor which was amazing. I found the bedsheet with some red stains, asked them to change it. They did it right away. Location is great. Very close to the best restaurant “chef of India” if you’re interested in having Indian cuisine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was good. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay. While the property itself was pretty standard and nothing too fancy, it was a great value for the price and the location was incredibly convenient for my needs. When I arrived at 1 am after a delayed bus, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman at the front desk. He took my information with a smile and even offered me recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. I really appreciated his hospitality, especially given how late it was when I arrived. Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. Whether I needed directions or had questions about the hotel amenities, someone was always available to assist me. It was really nice to feel like I had a support system while I was away from home. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay. While it may not be the most luxurious property out there, the service and hospitality from the staff really made my stay memorable. Thank you to the gentleman who checked me in and to the entire hotel team for their kindness and hospitality. Greetings form México!

Stayed from Sunday-Tuesday. Staff were nice and the rooms were clean. Best part is you can sign in to watch Netflix or Disney+ on your personal account. Parking is fairly priced and so is the deposit considering the location of the hotel. Breakfast is provided but you do pay into which is fine. Will definitely be returning! Parking was $15 Deposit is $100

location location location.. close to casino. Good quality and variety of restaurants and night life/clubs, music and dancing in under 5 min walk Clean rooms.... Great price ... Friendly helpful service!!! I am going to give a shout out for the service! The people behind the check in desk are very efficient and personable. Remembering details such as your room number or your vehicle without asking, making updates to your account fast. Has a pool, fitness room , good variety for buffet breakfast and great coffee/espresso menu. Making my weekend vacation fun and relaxing!! Thanks guys!

Check in was very easy and the staff was extremely nice. The room was bigger than I expected and it was very clean, nothing to complain about and it was very well maintained. Their free breakfast buffet was a really nice add-on and there was a lot of options so children can eat there as well. Close to Clifton Hill and the Falls. Overall a very nice standard hotel in Niagara and is the best Days Inn hotel here.

Booked one night in the King room for a great price, arrived to a lovely very spacious room. All staff were super friendly and helpful. We got hit with the snow storm and decided to stay an additional night. The front desk was very accommodating and managed to book us the exact same room for a great price. Hotel breakfast buffet was so good that we did it both days. $27 included for 2 adults, very filling with great selection. Everything was super clean, quiet, and would stay here again with no hesitation. Not to mention, only a minute up the street to Clifton hill and city center.

Pros: great location in Clifton hill, clean and quiet room, friendly staff, nice television. Wifi seemed adequate for streaming. Cons: HORRIBLE mattress. Like the worst I’ve slept on in any hotel or motel in Niagara. Really outdated bathroom. No breakfast included. Parking more expensive than other hotels/inns right around. No balcony or windows that open. Pool is for maintenance but looks just fine. Coffee maker but not creamer or sugar. Overall not a terrible experience but other places offer better value, likely won’t stay again.

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now. It is our hotel of choice because it checks all boxes for a great vacation get away. We will come back here again and again and again. It is perfectly located, priced right, clean, efficient and friendly staff. We simply have not had any concern during any stay.

  • 5/5 Kim D. 1 year ago on Google
Really liked are stay here! The room were lovely. The people at the front desk were great! Had a breakfast available in the morning which you had to pay. It was a little expensive but convenient. Overall the location was fantastic could walk to all of the attractions! Rooms very updated and clean!

So I stayed here for 3 days! The location was PERFECT! You can walk to Niagara Falls and other sites! Room was very clean! Here's my issue, I think you should at least have room service/cleaning for people that are staying longer than 2 days. 3 days w/3 people in a room without being clean is not cool. Lastly, no continental breakfast, only breakfast available was a buffet you have to buy! So that means no housekeeping and not even a cup of coffee and a bagel. If you don't care about those to 2 things, then it's a nice place to stay.

This hotel was in a great location. Walking distance from center and the horseshoe falls. It was a very reasonable priced. Good value for what we got. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. The room was clean and basic and very quiet. Breakfast was offered at a price and looked amazing. There was no safe in the room and no complimentary water bottles. All in all it was what we needed good location, clean, comfortable and quiet at night.

  • 4/5 Gil E. 1 year ago on Google
Very clean room and great location to Clifton Hill. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great value for breakfast buffet. Room did not have any water bottles which is an important room item.

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room with two queens and a pull out and it was very spacious with 5 of us. Room had a fridge and microwave. Location was great, 2 minute walk to Clifton hill. Pool was great (no hot tub). We will definitely stay here again

I liked my stay in the hotel, a great location walking distance to Clifton hill actions and the falls. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Quick check-in and Check out. The room is large, clean, and comfortable, a little kitchenette with a coffee machine, mini-fridge and microwave, the internet is free and fast. I Haven't tried the swimming pool or the Jim yet but I will. In General, good value for money.
