Valet was there, leaving hard to find Desk. Came in Late, due to Customs. But they seated us at the Italian Resturant. Service was Excellent. Food was superb. Staff was tipped, but need to be Thanked again. We hit the floor for some slot play... But never saw a win, or bell ding. Two of us lost around 1500. 3-4 hrs. Played floor and high roller. Very few pts gained.

Games are dirty they stick and if you don't realize it it will take yor money.

When they had Cyber Monday sales I paid for two nights for almost half price if not less than and then with my promotions of December and January two free nights each week plus $50 food card that can be used at any of the stores and retail shops I managed to stay there from December 5th all the way till December 9th and I enjoyed myself very much just relaxing although I didn't win any money in the casino I was really there just to relax and it was worth it.

Casino's aren't my thing, so I jus went inside to say I had been and to try my luck, before heading to the airport to return home. Needless to say I had none!!! Although, from what I was told by my Fam, who had gone there the night before, that's when I should have gone, apparently they all were winners!!! I quickly exited left before they took me down the rabbit hole of thinking my next spin was going to pay off!!! The atmosphere and vibe of the casino was nice and the drinks were flowing fast...no looking or waiting long periods for a refill...best part for me 😜

So..My husband and I arrived and were starving after a six + hrs drive. The evening buffet they have for $35 per person, omg.. So not worth it at all. Thought we were in for a real treat! I really hate to even say this, but I can't lie. All of the food was disgusting. Stale, deeply greasy and you couldn't help wonder how long or old it was for the most part. The Casino, OH Heck.. We will keep our FOXWOODS! I highly doubt most people even come close to breaking even. And no excitement around in the place. The outside area some restaurants, stores and state park was awesome. Oh yeah, BTW Both of our stomachs were sick the next morning if you catch my drift and no, we don't even drink.

Nothing like I remembered. No buffet, very few people in the casino.

Was a great time enjoyed the pool, restaurants were good don't know why anyone would stay on the Canadian side

We had a nice stay at Seneca Gaming Niagara Falls. The room was beautiful, clean & comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating, & we look forward to another visit in the fall.

Hell I won a couple hundred yesterday...gotta love it when that happens..possibly would have put one star if I hadnt...lol just kidding! Always love this place!

It's clean . And a great place to have a meal or just a bite to eat.. The atmosphere is just amazing the employees are very friendly And helpful. The only complaint we have was that the buffet is too expensive for a person that has had weight loss surgery and can only eat a 3rd of what they're paying for Or for the elderly such as myself I sure don't eat that much food so that's what the biggest complaint the rooms are clean I used to get comp. Rooms..... but I haven't been able to go lately a lot but it still was nice to get them......

Buffet was open again.... However lunch offerings were lacking. Hotel was great. Won a bunch first day, gave most of it back the next. Get the Mac'n cheese at three sisters. Great location.. just down the street and through the park to the falls. Well staffed. Only 5 miles from the outlet mall.

I am very torn when it comes to this place. I was there the day it opened and has seen it go through many changes. The rooms are fantastic as well as the food. My last visit with my son for spring break was amazing. We had a beautiful corner suite and used the pool. When I go to gamble here's the problem. I play black jack. There is never enough tables open. The table minimum is too high and service to get a drink is horrible. When it first opened I could take $200-$500 play and drink for a great amount of time and enjoy myself now its $500 in 5 minutes didn't even get a drink n I'm out the door. I get it they are not in business to give money away but most people are coming for an experience and not even getting that for their money

Casino, hotel, and good food. My family and I go for dinner at the buffet all the time great fresh food, and my boyfriend and I love staying at the hotel for birthdays and special occasions, and the casino itself is fun to try your luck. If you are looking for somewhere to stay or just a night out, it's a great time

They have a pretty good gaming selection so hardly anybody hit on the slot machines though was there for 3 days and never saw anyone hit big. Also they need to do something about people begging out front for money and lingering out the front doors

One of the greatest and most powerful waterfalls in the world We came from the American side and crossed to canada with are car in took 3 minutes and all we needed was a passport (toll was 6.5 USD) The cannian side is prettier than the US ine and has more stors and restaurants

Alexis is an absolutely an amazing hostess. Accommodating in all needs and has become a great friend. Was hoping you put in a new gift shop back were old promotions were. I like to shop and really enjoyed that one . Stay 2 nights and need to shop in between playing. The other 2 are ok. Not enough choices. Western door is fantastic as are cathy and rachael. Ask for them every time.

Like the casino except for some of those waitresses have some funky attitudes

Had a wonderful 2 day holiday at the Seneca. It's been 3 years since I went the last time. Love this casino, the restaurants and the workers. Hopefully they won't take all my money next time.

Prices are ridiculous. 39 dollars for a buffet. 20 dollars for valet. Craps tables at 20 dollar minimum. This ain't Vegas people, it's Buffalo. Take a good hard look at your management team. My guess is your bleeding money

Some slot machines are dead. Others pay vary little. The buffet is now open and is very nice, food is good and the new room is top notch.

Had a great time, got a free air fryer and it was my birthday. Didn't win but still nice

The slots are my favorite so I pretty much stick to those.I also enjoy staying there which I have many times as my work would always have their Christmas parties there.

Large, yet separate smoking area. Still have no help, buffet only open Thursday to Sunday. Lots of slots choices but sick of Chinese slots.

Very nice casino.Fair as casinos go. I have won more here than others. The hotel is very nice. Large comfortable rooms and very clean. Good restaurants and great buffet is now back.

Machines are too tight. Rarely do you see or hear bells for jackpot winners unless you are a high roller. It use to be fun here but not anymore. You have to spin 20 or 30 times to get one cherry. I know they are in the money making business but they don't give you any little money wins so you can continue playing. They just take, take. I just don't go like I would like to. Home slots for me 🙁🙁
