    It was a horrible experience. Rooms smelled bad, customer service was rude. Pool was small and over crowded with no privacy it is in the lobby. NO WIFI for The whole weekend. Did not listen or take our complaints seriously. Rooms has no fridge or microwave so if you plan on staying for a few nights you can not keep food in the room or heat anything yo eat. They had mattresses in the lobby. Not worth the money extremely disappointing. Do not stay here if you can find another place. Other people that stay all had complaints as well and the attendants at front desk did not address their complaints and directed them to a phone number to call.

    Worst hotel experience in my life. We arrived an hour after check in and our room still wasn't ready yet. 20 mins of waiting, and our room is ready. We get there and it looked so run down. Stains on the carpet, strands of hair in the tub and on the shower walls. No cold water from the sink. The toilet barely worked. The bed was the absolute worst of it all. I felt like I was sleeping on plywood! I'd never recommend this hotel, even to someone that I dislike.

    The hotel is well located, properly maintained and clean. Some details show signs of wear but do not hinder its use. The service is ok but not outstanding. We stayed two nights and the room was not cleaned during our stay. The wifi was not working the first day, and when it was fixed it was kind of slow, but worked. We printed some tickets we bought online successfully. We stayed with our two dogs and there was no problem with them, the room we received went directly into the parking lot which was great for walking them. The room was nice, and the beds comfortable. The sink was outside the bathroom which was interesting as it was a first for us, not that it bothered us. It was overall a good stay, we would consider staying here again, but there were a few details to consider to make it a perfect stay.

    Room was better than anticipated (read reviews prior), everything was clean, there were no musty smells, pool although small was functional and area was well-kept. Games were working in the corner arcade (added bonus for us as the weather wasn't very appealing). The 2 staffs I encountered were welcoming and professional. We had a great over night stay.

    A nice hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms were nice. Beds are comfy. Some things are a little outdated (Carpet, shower). The rooms do not smell (another review said they do). Not exactly sure what people are complaining about. Everyone in the area charges for parking so that was not unexpected. Overall a good deal and comfortable stay.

    The rooms were dirty. The staff were not well kempt. No They gave a key for a room that had occupants in it to a distraught guy as we were waiting to be served. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready even though we booked well ahead of time. Check in was at 4. We arrived at 6 and still had to wait. The carpets were crumpled and gross, the sheets had stains on them and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. All the views are not special in any way. They do have cable, their vending machines work and their staff is friendly. We got free parking.

    We splurged for the king sized bed and spa bath for our room which was great. The front desk was really great giving us extra towels as well. My only compliant is that there wasn’t any room service or turn down service (probably due to COVID) and the pressure for the toilet was really long and we had to flush three or four times. For the $300we spent I’m sure you could find a better hotel. But this one is definitely a three star for me

    Had a Ok stay here during covid-19, I appreciated the use of the pool, they were very accommodating with the times, beds were comfy and clean, cleanliness of room was standard. Strange thing was, I left my expensive chocolates in the room when I checked out, I called later from home to tell them what happened and to get them to put the bag aside, they told me they were not accounted for? I did not accept that and I am disappointed they didn't have a better response, also paying an extra $15 dollars for parking is unessasary and only ice machine and vending machine is on the main floor and there was no fridge or microwave in the rooms.

    The staff we dealt with were fast efficient and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It wasn't fancy but it wasn't dumpy. The wifi was free and I had good signal, it wasn't fast but for the short time I used it it was reliable. My only complaint was the fan in the bathroom was excessively noisy. We did have to pay for parking which was annoying but not unexpected. We would stay here again.

    My family and I went for the weekend after purchasing a groupon. For the price we paid it was a decent little hotel. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Very quiet at night so was able to get a good sleep. The TVs didn't have many channels especially for children but we made do with what was on. Pool was an alright size, fairly cold though. Great location close to some restaurants and the Outlet mall and about a 5 min drive to Clifton Hill. Would go back again.

    There was 6 of us total with 3 rooms. Absolutely no problems except for the fact that in my room (411) our AC didn’t work at all. It wasn’t a problem because the room wasn’t warm at all. Very easy check in/ check out. Staff were very friendly. Overall very impressed for how much we paid. All 6 of us would stay there again.

    After seeing reviews, we went with extremely low expectations. Not sure if something has changed since the low ratings but for us I could not complain. Friendly staff, seen multiple cleaning staff working too. Room was warm and clean. Definitely a bit older but I have stayed in worse and paid more. We got a Groupon deal and got coupons for 3 restaurants which equals the value of the room. Anything to lessen the hit of Niagara pricing is a bonus. Great overnight stay.
