We had a delightful stay for three nights at The Butler House B&B. The house is immaculate, recently renovated with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. Jamie and Dan were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious each morning and they made sure to have refreshments and snacks available 24/7. The suggestions for restaurants in the area were very helpful. We highly recommend staying at The Butler House.

Jamie and Dan are simply the best hosts ever! The Butler House is a beautiful home, recently renovated. My wife and I were so happy with how quiet and peaceful things were at the house and how close we were to the falls. Lots to do during the day and very peaceful nights relaxing around the B&B. My wife and I were attending a family reunion in upper state NY and decided to take a few days to visit Niagara Falls. We did not plan ahead and simply selected Butler B&B via internet search a day before arrival. We noted all reviews were outstanding. We were so very pleased with our experience. Our host, Jamie, met us at the front door with a smile and welcoming words. The home was recently renovated and is simply beautiful. While showing us around the house, Jamie explained all necessary details regarding meals (and snacks!), access, parking, recommended restaurants. I recommend following Jamie’s recommendations for area restaurants. Very helpful info. Room was very nice and comfortable. We slept comfortably. As other reviewers had written, breakfast was generous and absolutely delicious. We appreciated how Jamie interacted with all the guests. She is a gracious host! Overall a high point on our Niagara Falls adventure!

Beautiful and immaculate B and B! The cleanliness and attention to detail are evident and appreciated. The owners Jaime and Dan couldn't be nicer and the breakfasts are amazing!!! We couldn't ask for a better location-walking distance to the gorgeous Falls. Can't imagine anywhere nicer to stay in Niagra Falls.

We had a great time staying at the Butler house in Niagara Falls! The location was ideal, just a few minute walk away from the Falls. The hosts were very friendly. I lived in Old Town Room although the room is not big, but it is warm, clean and nice! Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious every morning, with a different menu every day. We were also able to make use of the hosts' local knowledge to make the most of our stay. Highly recommended!

Jamie and Dan are the best hosts ever! Breakfast are delicious ! Bedroom are comfortable everything in the house is nice and retro. The Falls is just few minutes walk I can’t found anywhere better for a couple days visit. Everything just amazing. Highly recommend for stay and revisit! We love Butler House B&B!

Dan & Jamie showed the best hospitality!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You could hear the falls from the front porch in the morning while you enjoyed your coffee! We met interesting people staying there and breakfast was awesome!! Birds and flowers a plenty on the beautifully landscaped grounds! We will be going again!

We traveled back to the Niagara Falls area to visit family and found the Butler House to be just what we needed to enhance our experience. Dan and Jamie have done a great job renovating the house and were the perfect hosts. In addition to the great breakfasts, it was nice to come back to the house after a day of activities and enjoy the wine and treats they shared. The location was within walking distance of all the activities we wanted to do around the falls. Highly recommend checking it out for you next visit.

If you're looking for the best Bed & Breakfast in Niagara Falls, look no further! Dan and Jamie set the bar for a bed and breakfast after our stay. From the moment you walked in, you can tell every detail is thoughtfully considered. We stayed here with another couple for 3 nights and we all can't stop talking about it. The house is immaculate, and we always felt very comfortable. We stayed in the Regatta Room (with the sun porch) and had a very spacious room and bathroom. The parlor area is a really nice room to use to enjoy the company of our friends. Dan and Jamie went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were extremely hospitable and we loved getting their recommendations to restaurants, activities, shops, etc. And you can't forget about the breakfast! Each day we were treated with a sweet and savory dish that blew any restaurant out of the water. It was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed every aspect of it. We can't wait to come back and visit again!

My husband and I stayed at the Butler House over Memorial Day weekend; the price was very reasonable given the holiday weekend. The reservation and payment system was automated and easy to use. We stayed in the Regatta Room, which had its own sunporch; it was a nice room to hang out in after a long day at Niagara Falls. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bedding was really comfortable. The 2-course breakfasts were amazing and very filling. They made a special version of the gourmet breakfast to accommodate my dietary preferences, which I very much appreciated. Dan and Jamie were excellent hosts - very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Their attention to detail was impressive. We would definitely recommend staying the Butler House.

Absolutely astounding! By far way better than a hotel, far more eloquent than TOP hotels in the falls. If you are looking for a great beautiful clean safe place, this is it. The hosts are great people very friendly and are very helpful ! Would recommend 10/10

Dan and Jamie and their beautiful B&B are the perfect way to visit Niagara Falls! The home is wonderfully appointed and is ~2 blocks from the Niagara Gorge Rim Trail that takes you right to the parkway and falls. The hosts greeted us when we arrived, and gave us plenty of pro tips about our visit throughout our stay. Our room (The Falls Room) was comfortably furnished, updated but true to the era of the home. Little touches made the stay special, like the little "bowtie" blanket arrangement on our bed. An evening snack from a local bakery was provided each day, another sweet touch. The absolute crown jewel of the stay are the enormous, delicious breakfasts cooked for us each morning. Dan and Jamie joked that their goal was to make sure we didn't need lunch during our stay - and they succeeded! We can't wait to return. Thanks Dan & Jamie for a wonderful anniversary stay!

We were lucky enough to win a 2-night stay at this B&B and I'm so glad we did; we had the most wonderful stay-cation! Only 20 minutes from home, but it felt like we were so far away. The house was beautifully done, breakfast each morning was beyond outstanding and the owners made us feel so welcome! What a great find! Stayed three nights while my wife and I explored the Niagara area. The room was extremely comfortable and the front porch a retreat for morning coffee. The breakfast was outstanding! The hosts, Jamie and Daniel, were gracious and accommodating for early morning departures. All our tours provided door to door pick-up and drop-off.

A perfect experience! Our hosts, Dan and Jamie, have put great care and thought into making this the most beautiful, cozy and well-appointed bed and breakfast in Niagara Falls. Breakfast was exceptional—freshly prepared unique recipes each morning. The rooms were so lovely and we slept so well in their super comfortable beds. Coffee, tea, fruit and pastry from a local bakery were provided in the lounge room all day. The inn was located on the prettiest street in town and a very walkable distance to the Falls. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible stay at the Butler House! My boyfriend and I came up to Niagara as a quick weekend trip before the start of the hectic holiday season and we were highly impressed by the house, its proximity to the state park, and the amazing breakfast every day. We could not have picked a better place to stay than the Butler House on our anniversary trip to Niagara Falls! Dan and Jamie are wonderful people. The food was absolutely amazing and the property was so nice, clean and welcoming. This place is a true hidden gem in the Niagara Falls area.

A beautiful place to be spoiled and pampered. A peaceful setting with a relaxing front porch. Amazing breakfast prepared by Dan and yummy treats from a local bakery. They will accommodate you in every way. We met a wonderful couples passing through from Australia and Alabama. What a perfect place to getaway and truly relax while visiting Niagara Falls, NY. No wonder The Butler House has been featured on "The Price is Right".

The Butler House might be the best Bed and Breakfast we've ever stayed at. Dan and Jamie are the consummate hosts. They were especially accommodating of our late night arrival and early morning departure. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Dan and Jamie, and the other guests, offered great insights about local attractions ... and the breakfasts are out of this world! Bring your appetite and don't plan on eating again until dinner. Oh, speaking of dinner, be sure to check out their restaurant recommendations on their website - a great cross section of amazing places to eat. We stayed six nights and enjoyed every minute of it. This was truly a 5 star experience!

This Bed and Breakfast is one of the best in this area. It is located close to the Niagara Falls park. This older home is very well kept, owners are very friendly, rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. I will definitely repeat.

Stylish, cozy, comfortable, elegant, neat, friendly, exceptional quiet, nobly lofty teste of the owner .........cannot find other words to express my memory of stay in The Butler House BnB in Niagara Falls NY. A historical house with fine Art Deco interior gave us similar stay experience as we stay at Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton. Thanks to Jamine and Dan‘s hospitality to our 3 nights stays. You’re breakfast, tour suggestions and recommend fine dinning places are supreme! The Butler House definitely raises the bar of BnB standard! We surely will recommend our friends and family to stay in your place because your fabulous cousin and warm hospitality that is worth a special journey to visit, stay and experience!!! And, of course, you are on our list to revisit next season!

Stayed here in September 2022. Wow, what a lovely place to stay. Open house, great breakfast, afternoon delights with a lovely Verandah for guests to enjoy. The rooms are well appointed and very clean and comfortable. Great location, 15-20 minutes walk to the Rainbow Bridge and the Canadian border. Dan and Jamie are great hosts with help and information. I would definitely recommend this place,100%.

Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We were treated so incredibly well. Our flight was delayed overnight, so we missed a night and were late for breakfast the next morning. Dan and Jamie stayed and had breakfast, coffee and a tasty treat from a local bakery waiting for us when we arrived. Worth the stay on your next visit to the falls!

Dan and Jamie were fantastic hosts! They did an excellent job remodeling the place, and we enjoyed the amenities. The two course breakfast was delicious, and left us full until dinner giving us plenty of time to explore the local attractions. The Niagara Falls viewing platform is about a mile away from the B&B but the park entrance is nearby making it a pleasant walk. Definitely check this place out if you’re visiting the area. The Butler House is a fantastic B&B!!!!! The Innkeepers, Dan and Jamie, were so congenial and friendly and it felt like we had known them for years rather than just met them. Breakfast was outstanding (no need to eat lunch)! The room and bed were extremely comfortable. The house had so many cozy places to relax and enjoy the company of other guests or just relax by yourself. There were many extra amenities to make you feel right at home and the house was located very near many of the attractions of the area! The innkeepers and their home definitely rate a 10! You can feel the love that Jamie and Dan have for their home and their concern for their guests. We would love to come back again! Ron and Cheryl Ploucha

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Dan and Jamie were amazing hosts!! The house and rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves even with other guests in the house. Breakfast and the afternoon treats were delicious. The house is within walking distance to Niagra Falls state park and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and safe walking everywhere. We really enjoyed hiking the gorge trail, maid of the mist, and cave of the winds.

My wife and I just spent a 4 night vacation at The Butler House to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The Butler House is what you hope all of your Bed and Breakfast experiences will be like. We loved the property. The area felt very safe, the room was really comfortable, and I will truly miss the early morning coffee on the front porch swing. The owners are truly wonderful and we considered them friends from the very start. They put forth every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was really great! (most days we skipped lunch entirely) We also really appreciated the restaurant recommendation for our Anniversary dinner. Excellent! Even with the 9+ hour drive each way, we can see a return trip in the future, maybe once the Canadian side of the Falls opens up. :) Thank you Butler House!
