It was so challenging to find a good hotel that accommodates everything I was looking for. Luckily, this hotel was almost perfect for my family and I. Although, they’re still renovating we still enjoyed our stay. When you get there, you are able to park your car for 15 minutes at the front to check-in first and to bring all your belongings to your room. Parking was a 3-5 minute walk and I believe you’re able to park 2 vehicles. Our view was able to capture the entertainment going on and even the fireworks that happens every day at 10:00 (it lasts for 5 minutes). Our room was clean and there were 5 of us so we were even able to use the pull out bed that was hiding in the sofa!! We really appreciated our stay and I would definitely come back once again after they’ve finished renovating. 9/10!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vittoria Hotel with my family, and I couldn't be happier with our experience! The room size was perfect for our needs, providing ample space for everyone to relax and feel at home. Cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and the Vittoria Hotel exceeded our expectations in this regard. Our room was spotless, showcasing the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure our comfort and well-being. The recent renovations at the Vittoria Hotel were evident in every aspect of our stay. The facility had a fresh and modern feel, adding a touch of elegance to our visit. The staff at the Vittoria Hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional, providing friendly and prompt service. We felt well taken care of throughout our time there, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One aspect that truly impressed us was the free paved parking lot. It may seem like a small detail, but having a well-maintained parking area made our arrival and departure hassle-free. It was a convenient and secure place to park our vehicle, giving us peace of mind during our stay. In conclusion, our family stay at the Vittoria Hotel was truly memorable.

We received a few emails regarding on the hotel renovation before we checked in. First we were concerned, after we checked in the hotel, we knew we found the right place. The renovation did not bother our stay at all. It’s just the closure of the pool and gym which we wouldn’t use. The room size and set up are well designed and practical. South facing room giving us a bonus to have a Falls view. Location is convenient. We parked at the free off site parking lot and walked to Clifton’s Hill and the Falls.

This is a great hotel very close to all of the action and activities in Niagara Falls. Rooms were clean and spacious. There were cool rain shower heads and our room had 2 windows, which was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Beds were pretty hard, but they are currently completing a major construction project so I wonder if they aren't going to replace the mattresses once that is completed. I would definitely stay here again.

I heard this was being renovated and was interested to see what this place was like. Never been. Well, we will definitely be coming back. Check in was smooth, friendly and quick. Because of construction, parking was off site and free if you don't mind walking about 3 minutes. Elevators are pretty quick. The rooms are amazing. Calming colours, clean, spacious like really spacious, and bright. I normally don't sleep well at hotels as I'm very particular with mattresses. thankfully, these were firm mattresses with great pillows and i slept very well. I even slept in a little which is unheard of. Very close to Clifton hill, 2 to 3 minute walk if that. We will definitely be returning here and will recommend it!

Room was perfect for a family of five. The hotel is located on a very busy street but our room was on the top floor on the back side of the hotel, so no noise complaints here. Parking was included but bot on the premises, about two blocks north. No need to take the car anyway, you can just walk everywhere or take the wego bus. Pool and restaurant were closed for renovations.

Good hotel but parts of it are under construction. Location is great and within walking distance to the Falls View Casino. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, and the price is decent compared to other hotels in the area. Free parking for the hotel is close by. Have stayed here multiple times. Would recommend.

I've been to Niagara Falls 6 times and this was my favourite hotel to date. Exceptional location and terrific value for the price. The room was spacious, with a queen bed, a sofa bed, and a large mini fridge. The bathroom was also roomy but only included a walk-in shower (note if you are a fan of tubs). I totally lucked out with the room assigned to me as it was on the 9th floor facing Clifton Hill and the Falls. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Several on-site amenities were closed due to renos; I was fine with that but it should be noted in case you are hoping to use the pool, fitness room, or restaurant in summer 2023. My only complaint was that the exterior windows needed a good washing.

Great location, 5 min walking distance to the Falls, restaurants and most attractions. Fairly new rooms (#812) but would need some deep cleaning in the shower tub as molds are starting to appear on the caulking. Also their parking was under renovation (as of June 1, 2023) which will make you walk 2 blocks to their temporary parking, not ideal under 30deg heat or when going back late at nights. Overall great hotel for the price.

This hotel is in the perfect location . It includes free parking which is a plus and it is under renovation so some amenities were not included for us ( pool, restaurant, etc.). Most of the staff was very attentive and room has enough space to even fit 6 people ( we were a family of 4). We liked that the sink was separate from the bathtub and the toilet so 2 people can get ready more or less simultaneously. The sheets are not the best and pillows are not comfortable. The worst were the towels... very used up, not fluffy, very small ... i think this is a perfect hotel location and serves its purpose and most likely will be even better post renovations

Positives --Hotel had a reasonable rate and excellent location! Walking distance to local atrractions and great views of the falls. They were very accommodating to our super late night check in. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Most of the front desk workers were super helpful and kind with tips on local attractions. Housekeeping staff was all very friendly!! Things needing improvement--towels were ridiculously tiny (even my 8 year old complained) no fitted sheets on bed cause chaos each night, and more hooks/shelves needed in bathroom area.

Awesome service from check in to check out! Clean room, clean location in general. The free parking was a bonus!! Since this hotel is right on the strip, it’s super nice and close to everything. Walkable to all attractions and casinos. The hotel is modern in design. The room was nice, I do wish they had blackout curtains, but we did without. The waterfall shower head in the shower was my favourite part!! Affordable, and I’d highly recommend this location.

Sandra was a great host. There is construction on the exterior of the building but that had very little impact to our stay. The room we had offered a great view of the falls. The temporary parking is a block down the road (literally a couple minutes walk). It is free at this time for guests which is extremely awesome compared to what is charged for parking at other hotels. The room was clean and the location was right in the center of all the restaurants and sights. Also… fireworks are at 10pm every night over the falls. We had a view of this too. Can’t ask for much more. Good value.

Stayed while they were renovating so the pool and restaurant were closed but it was still a nice stay. It was really quiet and the halls smelled nice but the actual room smelled strongly like smoke. We stayed on the 8th floor in the family room and there was plenty of for 5 of us. We had a nice view of the falls and the location was amazing right in downtown close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go for all our meals and to see the falls. Everything was nice in clean but the smell in the room is what brought it down a star.

It was our first get away at Niagara for us as a couple and omg we LOVED THE WHOLE STAY!!!! The room, location and ambiance everything was PERFECT, everything is on a walking distance, we honestly just walked around and did our activities while our car was parked there at the hotel. 11/10

Very good location right next to the main street. Short walk to the Falls, and I do recommend walking there as a nice path along the water was set up just for it. The Hotel staff was friendly and the room and shower had good sizes. It was clean enough - some surfaces like the bathroom door would have required more attention, but overall we were satisfied. This is a 3 stars hotel so do not expect luxury beddings and towels. We chose this hotel because it was the only one with good reviews on Hotel.com and we are happy with our decision.

Whenever I come to Niagara, I always stay at Vittoria Hotel & Suites. Its right on the Strip (Location, Location!) , Clean and Pleasant rooms, Reasonably priced Rates/Parking and the Staff are AWESOME!!! My only quibble is as a Makeup Artist, I wish they would change their lighting to Brighter and more Cool tone White lights, Especially in the bathroom. Its kinda dark. Big Thank You to my fellow Virgo brother Bogdan such a sweetheart and made checking-in a breeze! and to the Manager Sandra... you guys were Amazing!

This hotel is really at the center (in front of Speedway) and a few minutes walk to the falls. Parking is like 5minute walk from the hotel .They were having construction when we visited (we did not know beforehand) but its fine. We were told that they stop working at around 3pm. I started hearing it again at 9am, so if youre planning to sleep in the day. Book a different hotel until construction ends. Overall service is good staff is nice

We just stayed over this past weekend while attending a hockey tournament. This is our second visit at this hotel, the first time we went was wonderful. The staff could care less to have a conversation with you. The cleaning lady was nicer than the front desk attendants. Not a thanks, how was your stay, welcome etc. The construction is discouraging, causing the parking to be a 5 minute walk down the road which for those with kids or luggage back and forth is annoying. There should be a shuttle service offered. No restaurant open, pool etc. Really not much to do. The room was updated and clean and really that’s the main thing.

Great location, good price, staff was friendly. However the bathroom light didn't work, the toilet would run sometimes and not flush at all other times. Bed was not comfortable.

Friendly and reliable staff, good location, and worth the money that you will pay for. My family did enjoy the stay as it is close to a lot of attractions. The walk to the Niagara Falls is around 20-30min walk but everything on its way is entertaining enough.

The hotel was great: the location was its best, the room was clean, the pool was warm and the staffs were friendly. I would give it a 4.5 stars but there is no half star because there is a fee for microwave and parking beside the hotel yet there is a free parking 2minutes away but no secure guarantee.

I stayed here in April, 2023 with my wife and adult son. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, I almost can't say enough about them. The hotel was undergoing some major renovations, but the noise, and mess was well managed, and any inconvenience was minor. While the location could hardly have been any better. I gave them 5 stars overall but only 4 on the room, with the only reason being that the shower door didn't quite seal when closed, so we always had a puddle when we stepped out. The staff was generous with extra towels though so we managed just fine. I would recommend the Vittoria to anybody I know.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Directly in front of the Go Karts and next to Mama Mias. Undergoing renovations and temp parking lot kind of inconveniently located however I am excited to see what is to come of this hotel. We stayed in a 2 queen suite with sofa bed. Ample room with fridge and microwave. Clean and sufficient. Towels could use replacement as they were definitely over used. Air conditioner is in the window and a bit loud and temperamental. My daughter lost her mobile and we asked front desk if anyone turned it in as her room key was in the phone cover and they just simply said no and didn't extend any help. However another staff member, possibly housekeeper (had a spray bottle on her), overheard our conversation and made efforts to find the Niagara Parks lost and found number and gave us some advice. Even took down our phone number and room number and was very supportive in our stressful situation. We called the number the next day and security had our phone. To the lady, you are a blessing. Thank you so so so very much!!!!

They were renovating when we stayed and so the facility's were all closed however that just meant we got to explore more of the falls area. Didn't hear any of the construction work as we were in room 1007 which seemed to be in the middle of both works. Top floor room allowed us to have a good view of the area and a beautiful sunrise. Staff member who checked us in was lovely.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. After booking we were informed of renovations taking place, and a number of hotel services would be unavailable (restaurant, pool etc.), but given the location of the hotel there's no shortage of other great restaurants a stones throw away. We had an issue with our first room as it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, but after a short call with the front desk they moved us to another room within 15 minutes and apologised profusely. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. Room was solid. Just what you'd expect from any Best Western, Holiday Inn or other big chain hotel. Water pressure was great too. Drawbacks were that there were too few pillows in the room for us, but they brought us more on request. Also, the bathroom towels were very small, made drying off after a shower logistically challenging. Overall, would definitely stay again - but might bring our own towels.

Pretty great hotel for the price. Next to Clifton Hill and close to most of the attractions around Niagara Falls. It’s clean, though walls seems to be semi isolated as I was able to hear the neighbours…other then that parking is a descent price, you may have it for free is you are willing to drive 5 minutes. Though for the price, it may be worth it to park next to the hotel. I recommend this place if you don’t want to pay a fortune for hotels.

  • 4/5 Christina K. 2 years ago on Google
Rooms were clean, relatively comfortable (bed was too firm for our liking) and nicely decorated. This hotel is close to the action of Clifton Hill and almost everything is in a short walking distance. The only reason that I deducted a star is that on arrival, we checked out the pool and it was a bit dingy and didn’t look clean, so we didn’t use it.

  • 4/5 Jesse S. 1 year ago on Google
We stayed here in mid June 2022. Price was very reasonable. Probably main reason the price was so good was they have construction project in place at the hotel. The indoor pool was closed (we had our two young granddaughters with us and wanted to utilize this). Other than that, no complaints about the hotel. Just wished we had asked about the status of the pool before we booked.

  • 5/5 Reen P. 1 year ago on Google
Great price !! Great location. Short drive to great restaurants and entertainment (walkable too... less than 2 minutes) and beautiful view from the room. Check-in was fast and easy. Just 3 mins Receptionist checking us in was welcoming. Overall the hotel is nice and clean. We will differently be back and recommend to our folks.

Had a very pleasant stay, price was great and proximity to the falls was fantastic. They are currently doing construction, so the only reason I would give four stars instead of five is due to off-site parking. It was cold haha! Other than that staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable with a good view! Thanks!
