There are 3 different buildings for this hotel: the tower and 2 smaller buildings. The pool is closer to the smaller building, and the dining room is in the tower. Behind the tower is a double level parking lot. The pool is not attached to any buildings and is in the front facing the street. There was no carpeting in the room. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. Except that fake sausage that tastes like plastic! The dining room was spacious, and the staff kept it tidy between visitors! The room had a coffee maker, safe, and a small refrigerator. They do not have microwaves to put in the rooms. However, they do have a microwave in the main lobby that is in the tower. So if you're in the side building (good luck).

Be realistic with your expectations... Many of the reviews here are very critical about the cleanliness and age of this property. It's an aging 2-star hotel, and the things that it needs to do well - it does well. My spouse and I stayed here during the winter season and found it good value for the price paid. This property has 2 sections: a small 7-storey 'tower' with 6 rooms per floor, and an older courtyard part that was more consistent with a 1-star property such as the Econo Lodge. This review is based on a room in the 'tower'. Some good things were the free parking, especially given that many hotels near the falls will charge a daily rate. It is centrally located and within walking distance of the falls, Clifton Hill, and all of the main attractions. Our 6th floor room had a (mostly) unobstructed view of the American Falls, and the room looked as though it had been renovated within the past 10 years with a laminate floor, clean walls, and a bathroom that was pretty nice for this price point with a jacuzzi tub that was functional. Linens and towels were clean and fresh, and while the bed wasn't super comfortable, it wasn't terrible either. On the negative side for the room, one of the switches in the bathroom was in disrepair, there were some hairs in the shower, and there were some chipped tiles in the bathroom, nicks in the wallpaper, and the trim could use a fresh coat of paint. As for common areas, the pool deck wasn't very clean and the pool area in general felt very tired. There is only a single elevator, and not all the buttons illuminate when pressed. Other common areas such as stairwells, hallways, and even the front lobby are showing their age. One other annoyance is that with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the hotel has eliminated their hot breakfast and replaced it with "to go bags" which are really more of a snack than breakfast: a juice box, muffin, apple, and a granola bar. As said, good as a snack, but not really an adequate breakfast. All in all, I have definitely stayed in nicer Quality and Comfort properties, but this one is by no means bad, and relative to some of the other hotels in the same area, it's a great deal if you're looking to keep your costs low. Just set your expectations with the price paid and compare accordingly.

We picked this place because of the location and free parking. The room was basic but clean and had a great view of the American falls. The pool area was decent but could be cleaner and the towels checked more often. Hopefully when COVID is over the breakfast will be better. The front desk service was friendly. We would stay here again.

I was concerned about staying here based on some of the reviews but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad that I did! The location was great!!!! The housekeeping staff was very friendly & eager to help. The employees at the front desk weren't rude but they weren't very welcoming or overly friendly either. The room was clean. It had a mini-fridge but no microwave. I could see the falls from my fourth floor balcony and had a good view of fireworks. The casino is right across from the hotel. It's in walking distance to the falls. The bus stop is close by. This is an older hotel so everything isn't new and fancy but it is clean and that is what matters. Don't have unrealistic expectations and you probably won't get disappointed.

Good choice. Outstanding location. Short walk to the falls. We even had a little bit of a view from our balcony. Surprisingly good for a, "2-star" hotel. Staff were excellent. Great variety for breakfast: eggs, sausages, waffles, cereal, English muffins, etc. Has indoor pool (no chairs and hot tub out of order). The room was clean and somewhat modernized but some parts were older and a little rougher (rusty baseboard heater in the bathroom and a light falling off the balcony). It seems pricey but it's cheap for the area. There are multiple add-on fees but that seems common in this touristy area. I would say this hotel offers excellent value overall.

First off, I want to point out that most of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The lady working front of house at breakfast was working really hard to keep everything stocked. Breakfast was better than some, with more variety than many. Our room was nice. Great view, reasonably spacious. Had a mini fridge, no microwave, but there was one down in the lobby to use. There were things that needed fixed or cleaned, but we told the front desk, so hopefully, they'll be taken care of. The one maintenance issue that was pressing they sent help quickly and did a lot to make it right. Walking distance to many things. There is not a lot of parking at the motel, so I definitely suggest limiting yourself to a small car. I would definitely stay here again if I get an opportunity to return.

Staff was super kind Henry was great customer service ! The hotel was walking distance to many fun places . We had a great view of the falls and festival of lights from our balcony. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. And there was a cool little walkway you had to walk through to get to the pool. Def recommend this place! We will Def be back again

We had a great time staying at quality hotel, it was really clean and staff was helpful and polite.Amazing price and location! We got a upgrade to a bigger room with a view of waterfalls free of charge because they weren’t full and wanted to be nice. Also we loved the pool, jacuzzi and great continental breakfast that was included. Enjoyed our time there more than in Hilton or Marriott while visiting in previous years. We’ll definitely come back again.

Great room, friendly staff. Went for a holiday weekend with my husband. Stayed in a room with the view of the falls. The room had hard wood floors, which I have never seen in a hotel before, and a fire place(even if it was a fake fire place it was a nice touch). This hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to the falls. If we go back to the falls I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.

You get what you pay for with this place. The rooms are small and it looks like a motel. But damn were the beds comfy and everything was clean. The rooms are small and they look like someone styled them by going garage saling in a small town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breaks didn't look bad either. There's a $10 breakfast buffet only 3 minutes away. It was a great stay, worth every penny. The location is great. So close to Fallsview casino and also close to Clifton Hill.

Great place to stay for amazing price! All the staff were awesome! indoor pool was nice my son loved it! He kept looking at the skyline tower from his bed, he’s very entertained! Thank god! This hotel was close to everything and 5min walk to the falls! And the most important thing is there’s No Medical Discrimination! Highly recommended!👍🏼 Thank you so much Quality Hotel!! See you again next week!

Not a bad little hotel. Staff is vary nice and accommodating. The building itself is a little rundown. We had a room in the tower 603. I was worried that the view wouldn’t be that good. But I’m more then pleased with it. I can hear the falls and see if the American fall and Luna island. everything is within walking distance. The breakfast is from 8 AM to 11 AM. and it’s not bad.

I was on a solo motorcycle trip around Ontario. I selected this location for price and proximity to dining. I was in room 702, which is arguably the best room in the hotel. It looks east toward American Falls. The rooms have been updated. My room had hardwood floors some new decor and an updated bathroom. The room was very nice. There's plenty of parking, and you can get a motorcycle into the lower area of the parking garage. Breakfast was fine, they had eggs and sausage along with waffles and other continental breakfast items. The hotel was quiet. To take advantage of the lower temperatures in the evening I left the window open all night. The street noises at night aren't bad.

We got the King Suite with whirlpool tub and we very much enjoyed the room! It was very clean and had a nice view of the US falls. Parking was free as well, which was very nice! The price couldn't be beat and I wasn't expecting the room to be so nice! The only disappointment was the free takeaway breakfast, it was more of a snack (granola bar, apple & muffin with a juice box). I'm sure breakfast would have been better without Covid restrictions though.

It's a 2 star, barely. The heater was loud and rattled, really small bathroom, toilet barely flushed. Broken chair in the room. I booked weeks in advance, asked for 2 ground floor rooms next to each other. We got put on the second floor at opposite ends of the floor. The "continental breakfast" was a prepackaged muffin, granola bar, apple and juice box. They also charged us an extra 40 bucks at checkin, I'm still unclear why, also payed for the tourist tax in the room price. Also a 15 buck charge from the booking site. I didn't know it was a booking site, i thought i called the hotel directly. Overall, the location is great, rooms are subpar, older and not worth the high price we paid.

More stars would be awarded had the 4 p.m. to midnight clerk, Craig, behaved in a civil and decent manner. Sunday evening my spouse entered the breakfast area to pick up a salt packet. The door was propped open, so she failed to see the do not enter sign on the door. Craig rudely accosted her and said, “Get out.” He aggressively cut her off and wouldn’t let her speak. She left extremely upset by the encounter. At 72, well traveled, she has never been spoken to or treated by any hospitality employee in the manner Craig behaved. So we now have thousands of Choice points that will never be used at a Quality Inn. This one staffer, with no oversight, has diminished the value of the hotel and our Choice card. The facility itself has a good location. It’s worn, but generally clean. The few other employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful. Craig is not a suitable hire in the hospitality industry.

An okay stay, the rooms could do with modernising and a freshen up. All the staff were super friendly. Breakfast is okay, served on paper plates and cups with plastic cutlery. Good for a 1-2 night stay as in a great location to access the falls and attractions. Great views of the falls or the city of Niagara from a private balcony. Small pool gets busy but it nice enough.

Great room with a river view and fireplace. Free parking and breakfast. Love the pool and hot tub with stairs and railing for easy access for people with mobility issues and open till 11PM . The staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to everything. It's the only place we stay when visiting Niagara Falls.

Location can't be beat -- let's be clear about that up front. The three car charging stations (for only two parking spots?) and free parking don't hurt anything either. However. The common areas of the hotel are run down, stiflingly warm, and dirty. The room is nice enough -- nothing fancy, but a welcome contrast from the elevator and hall. But I don't know where the pictures of these luxurious bathrooms I see on Google are coming from; our bathroom is as dingy as the hallway. Let's talk power. Specifically, outlets. There are a whopping *three* receptacles available for guest use in a room, none of which are at the desk. In the modern day, with devices to charge, that's nowhere near functional. Seriously, bring a power strip or two. Hotel does not have its own guest laundry facilities, but is owned by the same person as the Holiday Inn Express up the street. They do, and will let guests from Quality use them. $5/wash, $3/dry, $4 to buy detergent. Breakfast doesn't start until 8 AM. That's a problem if you're trying to get up and out, or if you're traveling with little kids who wake up at 6 AM and want food.

Had a great time here. Can't beat the complimentary breakfast free parking. Room was large and very clean. Front desk was so accommodating, the location is fantastic. Will definitely stay again.

The Hotel Building is extremely old. It needs serious major renovation. The room is ok, but the curtain is torn apart and smell. The hotel ventilation system needs to be upgraded, the air quality, the smell inside the hotel is not pleasant. Breakfast is ok. Staffs are friendly. Very convenient EV charging point at the hotel. Thanks to that, my Tesla didn't need to struggle finding charging station.

Anything but quality. Where to begin, the sink was cracked all the way down the sides and did not drain at all. The tub weirdly sagged when stepped into it, pretty sure there are gaps underneath it, not amazing. The beds were not comfortable, very stiff. The "breakfast" they provided was a granola bar and a juice box to go and blamed covid restrictions on that, um ok? The room didnt even have a very standard thing such as a coffee machine. The only reason I gave it two is because it was cheap and I am well aware-5 star place this is not, but at the same time, many of these problems are inexcusable. The other reason was because I did enjoy the pool.

The only thing good about this hotel is its location. The bathtub and the sink was clogged. They offered another room that room was not cleaned The bathroom was disgusting. There is no microwave in any of the room. You need to go to the lobby and warm up your food which in the covid situation is not safe. The breakfast was disappointing.

Stay was good. Bed was very comfy and hotel was very close to attractions. The included breakfast was sad to say the least. A bruised apple warm orange juice and a dry muffin and granola bar. Pool water was very warm but needed to be cleaned. Over all 3outa5 starts being close to the falls and affordable

First thing I noticed when I went up to my room was the floor was super sticky. I had to wipe the entire floor with soap because it was really disgusting. Beds are good but you’ll notice the whole room was outdated. Really needs a complete renovation. I was really disappointed when there’s no eggs and sausage on a Tuesday morning. Staff are good except for the albino guy at night who seems like he doesn’t wanna be there. Was a pain to ask for something.

Honestly for the price you pay, it's a great hotel. Free breakfast and free parking, and the hotel is perfectly placed near everything. The only issue I had is I booked thru the hotel website and reserved my room, and the hotel then called me asking once again for my credit information. Besides that, great experience all around. I just find the people working the front reception aren't the most professional looking. Overall 9/10

The rooms are quaint. The style is slightly above the average motel. The beds are super comfy with soft pillows and a cozy duvet. They have a super basic TV with no HDMI port. Channels seem to only have news but that's fine, whose coming to Niagara to watch TV anyway? Just don't expect a spectacular view from the rooms in the other building.
