The room was stinking and the restroom was not cleaned properly. There were bed bugs and the pillow covers were giving out sweat smell. We raised a complaint to Booking.com and the property manager made a false accusation stating that we didn’t return the room key and also took their towel just because we complained. It’s the worst place ever to stay and wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially because of the unethical behaviour of the property management.

Disaster!I never had such experience. I don’t really understand how they pass all inspections and got licenses to operate. Even remodeling will not help. Typical “Indian” motel, super dirty, dingy, unsanitary conditions, spider webs everywhere in the room.basically , they don’t clean their rooms at all, just change sheets ( I hope). Floors very dirty, can’t walk without shoes. Many previous reviews says it’s cheap etc, you get what you pay for, but wait !I payed $125 for that nightmare, is this cheap?? I don’t think so! So, I wish they will shut down!

Rooms were dirty, we found cigarettes in the shower also a huge smell to tobacco in the whole room. Crazy neighbours in some of the others rooms, keep your childrens away from here. It's a good place where to sleep for a night and leave right the way.

Very pathetic place to stay. Drunk and high people yelling and screaming all night from different apartment. Walls are not at all soundproof! Could hear noises from other apartments all night long. Cleanliness is not all sufficient, stained bedsheets and bathroom door barely closes. Overall stay is cheap but not worth! Wouldn’t suggest to anyone.

**DO NOT BOOK HERE** Was doing a thorough check in the room as I do with every hotel/motel. As I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs I was shocked at what I saw. There was a needle/syringe and I knew immediately what it was. Also some blood stains by the foot of the bed. I wanted to leave but it was late in the night and my family and I had just come back from a family gathering. Also, everywhere in the area was fully booked so I contacted management. Wrapped the needle is toilet paper handed it to them and asked for new bedsheets and said we'll deal with this in the morning. Next morning I addressed the situation with the owner and the response I got was shocking. " It's not our fault it's the cleaners" As I started to show anger and frustration they started to point fingers in my direction as if I planted the needle there so I can receive some sort of discount. I was there with my parents and my 9yr old kid. Basically after getting the run around I knew we weren't going to be able to solve this. They eventually offered me 20 dollars and I took that as a slap in the face. I've been in cheap motels before but this one was by far the worst experience I've had. Unfortunately my parents and child were there to witness the whole situation. A trip almost ruined by Niagara's best inn. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Amazing place! Will definitely be coming back again. Many people complain about the state of the rooms, however, you pay $70 for a room that’s two minutes’ walk to Clifton Hills. What do you expect? The room was perfectly clean, the bathroom was clean, perfectly met all the requirements for a cheap and standard inn. Additionally, there are no hidden fees (which is more than I can say for the hotels in the area) and parking is free! Again, two minutes’ walk to Clifton hills! You cannot get a better location than that! And you don’t have to pay parking! Walking distance from all the big restaurants too - we walked to some local cheap restaurants for breakfast lunch and dinner and it was amazing! Overall: all these people leaving negative reviews do not understand the value of their money. You’re paying for a cheap inn, you will get a cheap inn. However, the location is perfect, the rooms are clean, and parking is free and the staff is very friendly.

Save your money. Terrible motel. Very dirty. Terrible wifi. We had no parking when we arrived. I decided not to stay my 4 night booking and had to fight to get a partial refund. The owner outright lied to my face about the refund. Absolutely terrible. You’re better off to sleep in a tent. Very shady dealings going on there. Just a horrible experience.

Very poor. Dirty carpets, air conditioner doesn't work, windows don't open, no towels, half used soap in bathroom, carpet lifting with sharp nails hurting your feet. Sruff spilt on wall art and walls. Quite dirty. Very rough people staying there. Pre-paid for a week and was told dogs okay. A different person knocked on my door at 10:30pm to tell me that it's not pet friendly (after seeing my dog numerous times during the day). The guy who gave me my key also came to my room with his wife and lied saying he didn't agree to a dog.... said we can have a refund in the morning. ... so we'll see. SUPER noisy environment, guests yelling and fighting etc. $500 for a week with a $250 deposit.... NOT WORTH IT.... RUN!!!!

Niagara best Inn is a old motel, i can understand that a 3 stars motel or Inn type with a descending price, the expectation will not be amazing, rooms has for long periods of time possibly without cleaning and needs a renovation, but i can't understand why the rooms are not clean at all, a sticky table, a sticky side table, floor as well, very dirty fridge. We arrived at 2:30 PM to the reception the guy in-charge told us the check in time is on 4 PM and the check out is on 11 AM, that means they have 5 hours to clean the room, and they clearly didn't clean anything. The room was also a joining room, and was locked by a bobby-pin. Micro-toiletry, 2 hair conditioner with no shampoo, and we were 4 people. The shower ad stains all over, and the ceilings looked like they were about to crumble. The head lights were not working, and the mirror light as well. The door lock seem'd to be broken multiple times and seem'd to be fixed by duck tape (reference room# 607). The management should really take these into a count and make some improvements . Location was the only good part here. Convenient and walking distance from the attractions.

Management was very friendly when we had an issue, parking is paid but much cheaper than parking anywhere else, I don't know why people complained haha. Great location and cheap rates 5/5 recommend

*Honest Review* This is no 5 Star motel by any means. However it was not as bad as many people make it seem. For sleeping purposes it did the job. Negatives : first thing, the room had a strange odor, the room was not spotless. The baseboards, window ledges and head board were dirty and dusty. The sink had tiny flies in it and the shower looked a little scary. The provided shampoos looked like they were half used already. There was nowhere to hang clothing. There was a door behind our TV that was taped shut. And we could hear every conversation in the neighbouring rooms/ loud music from the guy trying to get people to park in the parking lot. However, our beds were clean, we did an inspection to check for bedbugs as other ratings said there was some. We found nothing and felt safe and clean sleeping in these beds. The area felt safe and our door locked and it was within walking distance to everything! Overall I will not be back, but you get what you pay for. For travellers on a budget it’s not the worst thing ever!

I've been coming here for past couple years. Closest motel to get to Clifton hill, Casino, and most touristic places. Just park and walk. Rooms are pretty decent for the price.

  • 4/5 Wei S. 8 months ago on Google
For a price this low you cannot expect much. We spent the money we saved on other things like meals and tickets. We spent most of our time outside, so the room condition doesn’t matter that much. The location is great, with only 10min walk to the falls, and near many good places to eat and play. It is old and not very well maintained. The wifi is terrible. No clothes or towel hangers. Bad sound proofing. Thinking of the money we saved, we dealt with it. The room is generally clean. The AC works well. Midnight is quiet. The parking guy is very nice and friendly. We had a great vacation here.

My 16 year was stabbed twice last night and the workers did nothing!!! Other guest helped him. Unsafe. Gross rooms! Stay away your children are not safe. A guest in his 50s stabbed him for a cell phone.

Very nasty place. Tv only has 3 channels. The bathroom door is broken. Very old place. Loud people smoking and drinking just outside our door. Scary place. That’s what you get for cheap. I don’t recommend this place

Very kind friendly respectful management and workers. Last minute walk in and I got a room with a smile couldn't go wrong thank you guys Wi-Fi you got a bed cleaner than other motels at least you don't see stains all over the bed and walls compared to some other motels around here that try to charge you more and don't clean the rooms. for the price bed was clean sheets are clean you feel kind of welcomes like family

Traveled with a party of 10, so we had three rooms . We had reserved three rooms with two double beds and when we got there they were trying NOT to give us what we had reserved. The rooms were not up to par. Two of the three rooms were not cleaned.. The shower in one of the rooms was black. We had to ask for someone to clean it. There was LOUD MUSIC all night playing on speakers that were from the motel. Kids screaming and people talking extremely loud next to our doors. We had to ask numerous times to turn down the music, and to stop the noise. Drunk people partying all night.. No rules at this motel. Noise is never turned down.!! Not recommended for families, especially if you are travelling with seniors and kids on the autistic spectrum as the noise is always at a 10 +.. All day from morning 8 am to night midnight pass.++ Music on.. oh and let's not forget that they rent out the parking lot to non guests. if there are no spots available you need to wait double parked in the lot , and they find you a spot. so because the parking lot is rented out to non guests you hear people , loud people going in and out of their cars all night. Some even press on the gas numerous times and speed out of the parking lot. Like as if we are in a fast in the furious movie. So again if you have families this is not a safe place. As anyone can go in the parking lot, anyone is able to walk on the premises. the only plus side is its literally 10 minute walk to Clifton hill. But is it worth the hassle!!! Is it worth your saftey. I and my family would and will never go back to this place. !! .. there are literally 10 motels / hotels around this one.. !

This place has a parking service as well. These people are scammers. They say they charge $5 for a full day parking but its all scam. We parked the car when it was $5 and later on the guy came to us and says that the charge is increased now and you will have to pay $5 more. They are all scammers. They are very rude as well. They have no customer service and they don’t even know how to speak to a female. Worst service ever no wonder why they have such a bad rating.

I am definitely giving Niagras best inn 5 stars for affordability, location, service and a comfortable stay. The staff has been extremely pleasant, the room looked EXACTLY like the pictures. Brand new smooth surface floors, freshly painted and clean comfortable beds. They have an amazing restaurant steps from your door honestly for the price what more could you ask for?

It's very comfortable stay at Best Inn, nice and clean place for family and couples. Owners and room service attendance are always ready to help you about Niagara. You will have an Indian Gujarati Masala Tea with Breakfast. Definitely suggest for tourists

The hygiene was AWFUL. The room smelled as if it has been sprayed with air freshener rather than cleaned, there were cigarette burns on the sheets and bed, the bathroom floors had visible hair and dirt left on them, as well as some bodily fluids, and the bathtub which had previously been painted had paint crackin, chipping, and peeling off. There were suspicious stains on the sheets.I couldn't bear to atay there in those conditions and left almost immediately after being told by the owner that the appearance of the bathroom floors were due to paint peeling off from constant cleaning. When I left, the owner was aggressive with me and said that I wouldn't be welcomed at his motel again. I'm glad, as I'll be staying far from there in the future.

DO NOT BOOK !! Paid for this place within 30min I left with my family. Such a nasty place. Stains on the sheets. Window boarded up with wood. Huge gap between floor and door. I asked for a non smoking room, two rooms on the side of us had people smoking, fumes straight into the room because of the gaps in the door. Got offered other rooms but it was the same disgusting thing. Had to take my kids somewhere else. The manager refused to give us out money back.

Please do not consider going there, even if you think it’s cheap and reasonable price NO! The rooms were stinky and disgusting it smelt like rotten eggs especially in the toilet even we did have air con it did not help at all. The internet was so slow we have to go all the way down to the entrance to be able to connect to it. Very weird people in the surroundings of the motel which were mostly drunk or did weed and cigarettes. Overall do not recommend very poor room cleanliness and hygiene and STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL.

Great downtown motel. Friendly staff and cool room with fridge, microwave, toiletries, towels and two huge beds. Decor a little tired, but for one night, a great stopover. Nice and quiet. Would recommend as cheap.

Stayed May 20 to 22, 2022. It is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Friday night extreme loud music from Club 7 across the street until 2 am, impossible to sleep. People, junkies and drunk talking until 3 am. Room not very clean and was not made up the next day. The whole area has a rundown appearance. My recommendations, don’t stay there!

Stayed here recently. Room was OK. However there was a massive snowfall. On site staff dug our vehicles out til plows came so we could go out to Tim's or to get food.

This inn is terrible. The service is bad you cannot find the reception person in the office and it says that they are open but there is no person inside to assist you. We found out from the customer that the reception person is in the quality inn because they both own this one that we stayed. No garbage can, no toilet papers no Kleenex. air con is not working. No fridge inside no glasses and I am very upset and my colleagues are so upset. When you complain to the front desk they don’t even say anything. I will not recommend this to anyone. I am so sorry but this is the truth. When you book to their site it does not say that you need to pay the parking no proper management. You need to give a better service to get more customers just saying.

New management, with cheap and great price, walk 12 min from go bus stop and also walking 10 min to Niagara falls fun areas. Also near to buffet food and other Asian restaurant near by. Room with new fridge and microoven. Family managed hotel. Feel great to stay here.

  • 5/5 Yashraj S. 2 years ago on Google
Nice cozy room, good friendly management. Worth the price and stay.

  • 1/5 Shane A. 2 years ago on Google
This is the worst place I been.. bed is so itches and they don't change bedsheets and cover ...I think the management need to teach how to observe cleanliness. And I was wondering why they have government give them license to operate if they don't know how to run proper business.

  • 2/5 Zeel S. 2 years ago on Google
Location was the only good part here. Convenient and at walking distance from the attractions. Travellers who are only concerned about sleep, freshen up and leave can somewhat resist this place. No house keeping, we have to ask for supplies (towels, etc) for them to provide. Rude staff. Rooms were very dirty. Phone line did not worked, no washroom door locks door almost broken. Have a little more amount and choose a good place.

  • 5/5 Noora 2 years ago on Google
Stayed here for 3 days and had a nice time. Management was really nice and the girl working at the office was sweet and we chatted a lot. There was coffee and tea available at the office and we constantly took advantage of it. The room itself was alright too. For the price i cant really complain. Nice beds, good tv with roku, nice bathroom (plus bidet!). It's in a nice spot and cheap, very good
