we’ve always loved coming here as a family for the chicken but i feel like the quality has gone down tremendously. for our latest trip, the chicken was dry and extremely salty. out of 20+ pieces, we were given 2 thighs, and the rest were breasts. we were very happy to bring our out of town relatives to try out the chicken but this might have been our last visit here. the service was pleasant otherwise.

Very good breakfast and chicken. We had waffles the first day it was a bit dense.. pancakes the next day were delicious.. good sausage and bacon. their specialty is chicken which is super juicy and crispy. Both times service was great.

I am glad to have found this place and gave it a try. Had breakfast this morning and it was spot on. Have been craving Eggs Benedict for a while, was very satisfying. The do have daily specials which the servers would prompt you at the initial stage of service. Tanya was our server and she definitely made our experience wonderful with her heartfelt hospitality. We also noticed that all workers were having a great time working together, it’s a sign that they are taken good care of by their owner/management. Good job guys. As suggested by Tanya, will be back to try their signature broasted chicken soon.

Really good breakfast at reasonable prices! Have had their French toast before. It is super tasty. Was really impressed with their special though. A large plate of home fries (some of the best!!), eggs made how you want, your choice of toast, and choice of meat for $7. Seemed very reasonable. I couldn’t even finish it all. My friend and I really enjoyed and will be back again.

Perfect for budget & family-friendly meals. We love it for brunch. Big place with an outdoor patio. Great menu for those who don't want breakfast food. No nonsense, good food great prices and great service.

I had such an amazing experience here with my girlfriend! Tania was our waiter and we were immediately seated once we went in. We put in our orders for drinks and food and the aesthetic of this restaurant is absolutely beautiful. Reminds me of my home in the country. We both ordered the Wafflelot and it was just the right amount of food to fill us and not have leftovers. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the waffles were absolutely delicious, and the bacon and sausages were my favourite!! Definitely will be going back here, especially for the reasonable prices!!

Best breakfast in the falls. Never had a bad meal here and normally cant finish all That's on my plate. Their baked beans are homemade and best I've ever had. Everything is hot and fresh. Service is amazing considering how busy they are.

Although I only ate at the restaurant so I cannot attend to how the rooms are, the food here is delicious and reasonably priced. The service is extremely fast and I have never had cold food or coffee here. Coming to Falls Manor with my wife is commonplace and I would highly recommend this location to people looking for a great breakfast ! ... 10/10 :D

Super friendly staff, delicious food, great experience all round. We've eaten breakfast here before and it's always terrific. Dinner absolutely meets their fine standards. They also have senior portions which is much appreciated, seldom offered.

No frills motel stay for those who need a simple but clean place to crash. Towels, sheets, washroom and room were clean. Conveniently located on Lundy's lane. The breakfast was awesome, especially the waffles, coffee, home fries.

This was unusual and exceptional. Fried chicken that wasn't fried! It was actually very good. If these guys were in Hamilton I'd eat it all the time. We ordered takeout and it was ready on time when we dropped by to pick it up. The place was really gitchy and i loved the vibe. A young man helped us and his happy, enthusiastic attitude was refreshing. We were really impressed. He made sure we all our condiments and showed excellent customer service as he rushed around. Thank you, Falls Manor. You guys are knocking it out of the park.

The decoration is a cozy and family-friendly ambiance, capturing the classic Canadian vibe. If you are in Niagara Falls, you must try this place! 😉 (It was recommended by a local women at first and we loved it!) I ordered their signature Broasted chicken wings with honey garlic, which came with five huge pieces of chicken wings. Honestly, I only had two and I was completely full. 😅 Their broasted chicken wings were the most delicious I have ever tasted. They remained crispy even with the sauce, and the meat was cooked to perfection. Also, the dish came with two side dishes. The portion size was very generous, especially its price of only $17.99 in the tourist area. There was no doubt that it's worth the price! 😋👍 My husband had the fish fry. The size of the fish was immense! It was served with two huge pieces. The fish isn't dry and smooth. They also have a senior price! My dad got the Sr. Broasted Chicken and my mom got the Grilled Salmon. However, I don't think I'll order the grilled salmon again. The portion is quite small compared to other dishes, and the taste is a bit light. If I go there again, I will definitely order the Broasted chicken wings again!

My family and I have frequented this restaurant for 10+ years and we know exactly what we are coming for when we do! This is the type of place that will make you into a regular quickly! The staff have always been friendly and sometimes even fun and they also show their skills and handle themselves very professionally. There is even a gentlemen there who has been around for years and his attention to detail is great and you can tell he is practiced and capable. You have to order the Amazing Edibles, their Caesar salad, their salmon and their poutine is giant! This is also one of the few restaurants in this city that hasn’t raised their prices too crazy! Definitely recommend and truthfully, I’m all about the homemade breakfast; Best in town!

Haven't been in so long. Staff truly do make your experience and it doesn't hurt that the food is hot, fresh and amazing. Kelsey is always so friendly, helpful and accomodating. The ice cream was disappointing both times bad tasting but the pie was great. Pop in and say hi to Kelsey and the crew.

Fantastic place with great food and great service. Our kids eat huge kids meals and loved every bite, with my wife and I equally as pleased with our breakfast feasts. Prices were insanely reasonable and food quality was off the charts, a breath of fresh air from our other experiences in the Niagara region. We came to a packed house, including a CHL hockey team all in before us, and we had our meals within 10 minutes of our order going in. Can't recommend this place more.

Great atmosphere and great food, very filling! It can get very busy during peak times. If the patio is open, I highly recommend sitting outside, its a lovely view with the pool! The waitresses are fantastic.

I've eaten at the restaurant a number of times. I have never stayed at the hotel. The restaurant has been a favourite of mine for many years when I'm in the area. Reliable comfort food. Sometimes the chicken's a little salty, but it's always been moist and tasty. This is a great stop for those that love broasted chicken.

Heard great things about the broasted chicken so decided to give it a try and honestly don’t see all the hype. The chicken was decent, but dry and the batter had no taste. Served with a very cheap honey flavoured spread…this is sad and speaks volumes of the true quality and care a place puts into their food. I mean real honey or a hot honey would really amp up the game and show there is some pride in their food. The potatoes were quite good though. Overall a slight disappointment just because I had heard such positive things about it. Maybe I caught them on an off day?

As soon as I walked in I saw how insanely busy and packed it was. I was thinking "oh no. Were gonna have to wait in line or go somewhere else" I'm with my grandparents so standing for long time starts to hurt them. Nope, as soon as we walked in a man out of nowhere made eye contact with us and lead us right in to a table. The server we had was so kind. She was attentive and always brought more coffee. Service was amazing. The decor is entertaining. They love their eggs and chickens. I ate all of my breakfast ( which I never do). I never heard of this place until we randomly drove by. Lots of parking. Welcoming and great service. 10/10

Very good broasted chicken with potato wedges and fried vegetables. The family meals are affordable and feed a large group. we have been going here for many many years. They also make a very good traditional breakfast. Fast and friendly service.

Food is good and reasonable. But the services should been better. Not busy and waitress took 10mins to take orders. Most of them standing at other customers, chatting about life when they should be checking people out or getting them seated, etc. hopefully next visit will be better.

The breakfast is always bang on. The last time I went, I got the broasted chicken and potatoes, and it wasn't really as I remembered it being even 6 or 7 years ago. The environment is very cozy and comfortable, the service is quite fast, can be a little hectic and claustrophobic when it is a saturday or sunday morning but they do a very good job at keeping their sections tidy and flowing customers in and out, very much respect for the floor managers.

Our waitress was the only good thing about our experience. Breakfast was terrible. Bacon was over cooked to the point of tasting dehydrated. Home fries gross, eggs had hardly any yolk. 2 coffees costed over $6 and it tasted like foldgers. There was someone in the restaurant that looked like they were detoxing off something. We used to come here all the time, won’t be back!!

1st time there. Absolutely loved it. Waitress was delightful, my open face rueben was delicious, facility was quaint & clean. Apparently, they have been at it for 70 years. I was with a party of 10 regulars & all knew exactly what they wanted. Everything looked awesome

Very solid breakfast experience. 4 of 5 stars for eggs, bacon, pancakes (cake batter-y flavor, yum), and French toast, all prepared just like a home cooked meal. Met with a smile and sat quickly on a Tuesday morning. Would return and recommend to others.

Breakfast here is always great. The staff are super friendly and the menu options are varied. With so many breakfast places to choose from this one is always a go-to in my book.

We had brake failure on our trip to Niagara on the Lake. We ended up at Midas on Lundy Lane. We saw good reviews on the Falls Manor Inn and restaurant. We decided to try it as we needed to walk from Midas and use transit while it took end of Thurs and most of Friday to fix. We stayed over at Falls Manor Inn motel in a very basic clean room with good linens and towels. Good mattress. No bugs.bathroom spotless and great shower. Air conditioner worked well. Mid century style. Nothing fancy but a great rest and sleep. Very hardy breakfast in the morning at the restaurant, almost like Cora's minus the fruit. Thanks for making a difficult day better. Recommended for a good night's sleep.

We ordered waffles, cheese and a ham omelette, pancakes and veggie omelette. Everything was very good. Omelettes needed some salt but that's an easy fix. Prices are very reasonable given the area. The wait staff was very polite and very helpful! She was patient and explained the specials for the day and we didn't feel rushed at all.

It has a nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff go out of their way to help and the service is great the food is fantastic! Falls Manor is a local family owned business. Over the last 50+ years of eating there I'm must admit their broasted chicken it's always cooked to perfection most of their food is still homemade, very good servings and you never leave there hungry or disappointed.

Food was great and the service was mediocre, my girlfriend and I spent our first time in Niagara and people recommend this brunch place. However, my girlfriend and I had a few drinks over the span of 3 hours and the manager decided not to serve us anymore because we had “too many drinks” we both work in the service industry and we thought it was a little ridiculous to get cut off while sober. If you want a place to drink and have a good time definitely not here.

I have ordered out 2 times and the meal portions are huge be was very impressed would like to know how much the cabins are and if the do monthly but everytime I go to office it's closed and can't find out

I DO Recommend this restaurant for breakfast in Niagara falls Canada , you will NOT be disappointed! Great Job Falls Manor!!

Can this chicken get any better?? I don't think so...IT IS FABULOUS! The Broasted Chicken at the Falls Manor Restaurant has been a favorite of my family for over 50 years! If you get a chance, stop in for the Broasted Chicken, either eat in or take out. You won't be disappointed!

If you want breakfast with a massive portion and always made consistently and exactly the same day to day than this is the place for you. It's a wonderful family environment that has been a staple of this city's breakfast service. Belgian waffles and Roasted chicken are their specialties. And they are done very very well.

This was my first time dining at Falls Manor. The food was delicious, the portions were generous and the prices were great! Very friendly staff! Can't wait to try other items on their menu 🙂

The food was delicious. It's a really big place so you're likely to get in easier. Prices are reasonable (not like the typical Tourist prices in the rest of the Falls) and no extra Tourist fee on top of your meal fee either. It's off the beaten path but I would 100% recommend it and when I go back to the Falls I'll eat here again.
