We had a lovely stay at this hotel. I went with my mother and 3yr old daughter. The courtyard was beautiful and the pool and play area for the kids was awesome. Everything was super clean. Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I have zero complaints but just more of a heads up. The courtyard area is open until 10pm which I didn't know. With small kids it can be a bit noisy. Next time I'll bring the sound machine to drown out the noise. The only other thing is that the pool could have been warmer. My daughter got so cold her lips were purple!! Anyone who wants to stay in Niagara falls but a bit off the tourist strip, definitely this hotel is a must! I'll be back for sure!!! Oh and get the fun pass package. You can only get it by calling the hotel directly. For an extra few bucks it includes parking, $20 coupons for arcade, free breakfast and $25 meal voucher for lunch or dinner.

We had a great family getaway with 2 courtyard rooms (adjoining). Spent lots of time enjoying the pool /courtyard area and playing cards in evening at one of many tables available. The hotel is very well kept and clean. Pool area was clean and lots of towels available. When there was a concern about our room location (booked through Expedia), the hotel staff were quick to offer a fix. Very helpful throughout our 2 night stay. We really liked the courtyard rooms as you could sit outside your room and enjoy the beautiful trees, plants and soft music. We did not have any noise issues mentioned in other reviews. (Everything closes at 10pm) . Also recommend the breakfast at the pub within the hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon!

We wanted a place that the kids could enjoy, we found that in this place. When we first came it wasn't busy. Kids had fun in the play structure, until later on when there was too many kids and my son got hurt. Arcade wasn't too bad, small but quality games. Pool was okay. Found it to be a little dirty and cloudy, lots of ripped up foam pieces. Hot tubs were nice. We had a court yard room which I thought would be perfect for the kids. It was a little small. I found the beds to be too firm but my husband liked it. Was nice to have a smart TV. Overall it's a good hotel. Although next time, if we come, we won't book a courtyard room. There was some sort of a group staying there and they were partying right outside our room till past 11pm (tables and chairs right there). Then some of them came back after 1am and stayed out there till 330am drinking and being loud. My husband had to call down to the front desk to complain as we couldn't sleep. They handled it well. Staff were very nice and professional. The included breakfast was simple but very good. Overall, okay.

We came to this hotel after the Labor Day Long weekend rush. We had a pleasant experience. They initially provided us a connecting room but we were not comfortable with it. Requested to switch it and they did it without much hassle. Rooms, linen and bathroom was clean and ready when we checked in. Ample parking space, just have to pay $20 per day. They also have good bar, pool, hottub and other amenities. Our room also had a nice Nespresso machine so that was a bonus. Would definitely recommend people to try it with family. It was usually quiet during our stay.

Sleeping at rooms overlooking the pool is very difficult due to the noise. Senior groups make a lot of noise due to excessive alcohol consumption. In cooler weather, the indoor pool water and environment need to be warmer. The last two nights of our 3-night, 4-day vacation were terrible because of the noisy groups. The daily parking fee of $20 is excessive. The cleanliness in the rooms is very good, but there is a strong chlorine smell from the pool. The pool and its surroundings are truly clean. The lady at the reception greeted us kindly. While it may be suitable for families, the senior groups made the hotel unbearable.I think the seniors are members of golf clubs

Stayed here with my family from 09/08-09/10. Chose it for close proximity to the falls and the pool and playground for the kids. The room was clean and the front desk staff weee nice. The courtyard with the two hot tubs, the pool, and playground is great and is what sold me on the hotel. It was also to blame for the most miserable hotel experience our family ever had. Our stay coincided with some golfer gathering in the area, so the hotel was crowded with 50+ year old men that were eager to act like teenagers on spring break given the benefit of anonymity that comes with being a part of a herd. Excessive drinking, hooting and hollering in the courtyard were heard until 3 am, even though the courtyard is supposedly “closed” at 11 pm. The staff did nothing, which means they did not care. As our room entrance was from the courtyard, it was impossible to sleep, which would be hard enough given that the bed felt like a pile of rocks. In summary, we are going to avoid this hotel in the future. If you must stay here, I suggest to avoid courtyard rooms at all cost, if you value your rest. Pros: cleanliness, easy check in, amenities Cons: uncomfortable beds, excessive noise in the courtyard and poor sound isolation, parking and breakfast not included

We stayed in the courtyard on the second level overlooking the pool. It was clean, but I also didn’t have high expectations. However, there is no accessible access other than stairs to the second level of the courtyard. This was not mentioned on any site when booking, and I checked their website as well and this is not mentioned. This was more of an inconvenience for us because we had a stroller that we could take apart and bring up and down the stairs. However, if you need an elevator for any reason and stairs are not an option, the second storey of the courtyard is NOT ACCESSIBLE. I didn’t think this would even be a worry in 2023 as places either communicate this is advance or would work on the building to make it accessible. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. A lot of reviews comment on noise, however it was quiet on our night.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, the hotel staff, particularly Mike, ensured that our reservation remained intact. Mike’s professionalism and expertise made the check-in process remarkably smooth. Furthermore, he kindly upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite, recognizing my Diamond membership. David's exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge were truly commendable. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily reach the main attractions within a few km. Our room was both spacious and impeccably clean, and we have no complaints whatsoever. We truly recommend this hotel for anyone wants to avoid the strip area and needs a quiet room.

One of the worse hotels I've stayed in. First off, it's a motel not hotel and in a very sketchy part of town. The only positive is the inner court with pool and spas. That is unique and kind of cool. Check in was not friendly, but not rude. The rooms are old and run down. One bed was dirty. Not stained, dirty. I don't even want to describe what it looked like. It's cheap, but I wouldn't pay $10 a night to stay again. I have found Best Westerns clean and comfortable, if without frills. I can't believe they would put their name on this place!

I didn't stay there however my daughter did with her family however one thing stands out. The pool is being over chlorinated and it whitened my son's and husband's swim trunks. You can smell how powerful the chlorine is as soon as you walk in. Perhaps check the pumps and more frequent readings should be taken. Establishment is very clean, room is beautifully made up and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Always a pleasant stay. Really close to Niagara tourist spots. Can’t wait to check out the holiday suite that room sounds so cool. Honestly the best hotel for your buck, with a great staff

We came with children mainly for the pool and hot tubs, spent Sunday evening and Monday morning, was not busy at all, overall great experience, the place is old but well maintained and clean, nice pool, water not too cold, lounge area a hot tubes are nice too, playground is excellent for small children, breakfast was also nice. Couple things to consider when you plan your visit: the courtyard rooms at the second flow has no elevator access, stairs only and if you go sleep early you might here outside noise as courtyard close at 11pm. It’s pretty warm indoors and you’ll have towels available in your room and near the pool as well, so no need to bring your own. Enjoy!

Perfect for kids! We stayed one night here on our way to Great Wolf Lodge (since we didn’t want to pay Great Wolf Lodge prices knowing we would get in late the first night) and were blown away. Wonderful staff and service, clean rooms and the best part: a tropical courtyard with an enclosed play structure, pool, 2 hot tubs AND an arcade! Will definitely be staying here again.

What an Amazing Hotel, just up the hill on Lundy's Lane. The rooms were clean and decent sized. The beds were comfortable. The center atrium has Multiple Pools and Hot Tubs, as well as a kids playground. There's also Flat Screen TVs out there, to watch the game on. This place also has a full arcade, excellent Lounge with a Bar and Dual Golf Course Simulators. The attached restaurant was great as well. Can't wait to return to this hotel, just off the expensive Fallsview area.

4 of us stayed for one night in March. Not bad, rooms a bit out dated. Breakfast beat our expectations. Yum! Pool area is very nice, lots of seating. May I add- they have a cute cloth in the room with a lovely saying. I should have taken a photo.. It mentions that it is recycled as it was previously used for a hotel room mess.. it is cleaned and completely reusable. It was a great added feature. I think more hotels should consider this idea.

Staff was great and friendly. Facility and rooms were clean. Kids loved the arcade room along with the indoor playground and pool. We stayed during the Christmas holidays and the Suite was just a dream. Must stay durning the Holidays.

My husband and I spent out 1 year wedding anniversary here. Loved everything about our stay. Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Pool area, lounge, bar and reaturant were great. The arcade looked fun however we didnt use it. Beds and room were clean and comfy. Location was perfect and very close to all attractions. I plan on bring my son here for a trip and will be staying here. He will love the pool and arcade.

We have our annual family gathering here every year (5 rooms) and every year they give us a reason to come back. The staff are exceptionally courteous, they go above and beyond to ensure our needs are exceeded. They are constantly updating the hotel with modern amenities and ensuring families have activities to enjoy. The rooms are clean, the staff are out early (Not too early) to clean the facilities. The bar /restaurant pool side is fast and delicious and the updated game room keeps the kids having fun. We will see you again soon!

Stayed here for 3 nights this past week. I consider it a great deal for the price. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a upstairs courtyard room. They where doing some repairs so it was a bit noisy, but I was warned before checking in. I could have stayed in the tower if I wanted to avoid this, but it didn't bother me. From the hotel to Clifton hills its a 20min walk (but I tend to walk a bit fast, so maybe actually 30min). The area is a little sketchy, but again for the price it was worth it. There is a lot of restaurants right next-door, a no frills, shoppers, dollarama, etc. Overall it is a great option if you are on a budget, but still want a really nice hotel to stay at and don't mind the walk. I would stay again, if ever in the area.

Amazing hotel for the family. Waterpark and play area is right outside your hotel room so there is easy access, plus there is a fabulous restaurant within the hotel. It is an easy drive into the down town area of Niagara, you arrive within minutes. The staff at the hotel is very accommodating and there to assist you in any way they can. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and we will be staying here again. The amenities within the hotel are perfect and everything is well positioned so you can see your kids, watch a game on the TV, have some to eat/drink and you know the kids are safe.

We've been coming here for many years, always enjoyed the courtyard rooms...it feels tropical...beautiful pool and hot tubs. Service is exceptional any issues are handled promptly! The one and only thing is parking you now have to pay for it... Maybe work it into the price of the room would be a better option.

Beautiful hotel with amazing courtyard and indoor pool. A tropical 4 season 🌴 oasis. Very friendly staff that are so helpful!! Nice gym, a business centre and loads of play areas for kids with a good sized arcade and large jungle gym area. I think it would be an amazing venue for a wedding or big party as well. You really need to stay here ❤️

We were so pleased with this hotel from check in to check out. Elizabeth on the front desk gave us outstanding customer service. The room was clean and very comfortable -we had two queen beds on the first floor overlooking the pool and play area. The little refrigerator was helpful especially travelling with a toddler. We used the pool, the hot tubs and the indoor play area. My 3 year old granddaughter absolutely loved it all. The pool area is so attractive and really an inviting place to hang out. We will definitely be back and I have recommended it to my family and friends. We booked with Expedia and paid only $109 per night.

This is an old hotel. They do not maintain the hotels properly. The AC is not working properly in some of the rooms. I kept my temperature set at 50 degrees and still the room was warm during this summer. Not worth spending the money on this room. Hotel management thinks that they providing a favor to us for this price.

Over all a nice stay. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Some work was done since the last time we were there. Looked good. Pool was a nice temp, so were the hot tubs. Only complaint we have is we couldn’t stay in the courtyard after 10 just to relax while the kids we’re trying to sleep. Adult time. We couldn’t even sit outside our rooms to chat. We weren’t being loud. Hard to have a conversation in the room when kids are trying to sleep and we can’t leave to go anywhere without forgetting the safety of the kids.

We just stayed there for 3 nights and had an amazing experience! The staff were great and the food at the pub was superb! All of the staff were super friendly, but Steve specifically went out of his way to make sure that we felt comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend staying here! The one and only suggestion I would give would be a complimentary breakfast... I feel like most do nowadays. Either way. GREAT HOTEL! 👌 🙂

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was dogs friendly and they are competitive in pricing and nice! Pool is so nice and indoor. It's surrounded by plants but in 1980s style but it's nice experience. I enjoyed my stay and bed was so comfortable!! Tv is bigger and such. Everything about this is nice. It certainly is not nicest hotel in town but you will feel so comfortable and enjoyable!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I requested an ajoining room and they accommodated me with no issues. The Courtyard garden and the pool area is very cute. It makes you feel like you're in a tropical paradise. I appreciate it's a family friendly hotel but I wish they did offer adult only pool hours in the evening. It's not within walking distance to Clifton hill but we took a taxi around the city and it was $10 or less for us to get anywhere we wanted to go. We only stayed for one night.I would consider coming back again for another stay.

We paid for a suite and were under the impression it wouldn't be courtyard. That's why we picked the room we did online. They gave us a Queen room by the courtyard. It was so loud. The music goes until 10pm, as do the swimmers. We left our room around 10:30-11am and got back at 7pm and our room had not been touched. We had to finish our stay with full garbages and had to track down new coffee and cups at least. The pool was pitch black until the lights went on around 8pm which is so dangerous for kids. Lots of things were out of order. Our TV had only a few channels that actually worked.

Literally one of the BEST baths I’ve ever had was in their King Jacuzzi Suite this past weekend. Ya ya .. I know what your thinking, “Hotel tubs are gross”. But not at this place; It was so clean. I had zero issues with the room. This alone made my stay and everything else was great too.

We had a fabulous few days at this hotel with my family with two young kids. The kids were occupied between the pool, the play yard and the arcade. They were so engrossed they didn't want to leave the hotel. We got the promotion that included breakfast at doc's (attached restaurant), arcade tokens and restaurant credit and it was so lovely to roll out of the hotel to lovely breakfast. The hotel staff definitely drink some kinda koolaid cause they are ALL amazing. Haven't experienced such great customer service in a while. Thank you guys for an amazing first stay. We can't wait to be back.

Booked through booking.com and the final price was supposed to be 315 after fees and taxes. Already pricey but they also make you pay 30 for parking. So I was expecting my bill to be 345 but they charged me 375. No free breakfast for that price either. Hot was cold and cold was hot in the shower. It never really got that hot and the drain didn’t drain as fast as it should have so you have a puddle at your feet. One good thing tho… bed were comfy.

Just stayed here for 2 nights with my mom and my almost 3 year old daughter for her birthday. It was a great trip! The hotel was beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. Was really nice having the indoor playground awell. We had a courtyard room and it was nice being able to walk right out to everything. The room was clean, it was pretty warm and we had a hard time getting the thermostat to cool it down because of how warm the courtyard area is. I agree with the poster below the pool could have been a bit warmer my daughter was freezing. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will come back again.
