Very friendly hostess and very clean place. I sometimes worry about the bedding when staying at an Airbnb, however, it was so clean and smelled great. We only stayed for one night but everything was great. No complaints at all and would definitely stay again!

Li was very sweet and accomodating. Would stay there again. Location was within a 20 minute walk of all tourist attractions and events. The place felt like home and had a Victorian style, would highly recommend.

We love this Bed and Breakfast. Our stay was like coming home. It was so very nice , lovely Lady made us feel very welcome. The room was so pretty and everything was very clean and homey. The breakfast was very good. She makes you feel like family. Will stay there again.Also very close to the falls and places to visit.

Great place to stay! Li is very kind and attentive. Offers a $5.00 breakfast including some fruit, egg, and sandwich with a thermos of coffee and a glass of juice. Rooms aren't large but have everything you need and ensuite bathroom. The Rose room has its own little balcony. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Niagara Inn B&B for 4 days in May 2018. It is a lovely family hotel offers 4 different rooms with unique features. we loved the relatively small room with a balcony. The room is very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenience. It takes us about 8-10mins to jog from B&B to the falls. Breakfast is very tasteful, if offers fruits, coffee, yogurt, pancakes, sausages and etc. If we get a chance to revisit Niagara Falls, we will definitely come back again!

The place was very clean and the hostess was friendly. Unfortunately I was charged extra for my infant staying in the same room as us. This is not clearly stated on the website in English, and I was very disappointed at this. He didn't take up any extra space. Also a surcharge for breakfast services seemed a little strange for a b & b. Shouldn't it be included?? I wish our stay had gone better :(

Nice little inn / Airbnb place. Big house on a quiet street about 10 minutes walk from the greyhound /viarail station, 20 minutes from the downtown, and 40 minutes from the horshoe falls (the Canadian majestic Niagara falls) The owner, Li, was very friendly, and delightful. The place is nice, as advertised in pictures, comfortable and clean. She provided many essentials and a few extra touches. Our room was brightly lit from natural light. And even had a TV with Netflix. That's a great touch! I felt that the house was designed with the owner (smaller lady) in mind. I constantly had to kneel to see my face in the mirror, the shower felt cramped and the toilet bowl was small too. And I'm around 6 feet, nothing too tall. We also had a weird incident, the shower knob was loose so I couldn't get hot water or turn it off. This happened at 1 AM so it was kind of annoying and I didn't wanna disturb the host. But she was a champ! She was quick to come, apologetic and tried her best to fix it till 2 AM and eventually decided cut the water supply till the morning. Now, I am sure that this was a one off incident so don't want to judge her harshly on that.

Stayed for two nights in June 2012. We pretty much had the house to ourselves. It was in a quiet neighbourhood, definitely a change from the tourist areas of downtown. Mostly old Canadian/English decorations with Japanese touches. The breakfast was excellent.

Not walkable to main parts of Niagara, good 30 min. Rates are ok.

Lovely Bedroom with bath and shower attached. A balcony was a few steps away, lovely gardens quiet street. Lovely host.
