Great place. Loved our room, fortunately we got the one with the Jacuzzi. I think it's the biggest room there....No complains there. Clean, comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff so friendly. Loved it! Thank you. Had a great experience and lots of memories. Recommended 100%

Great affordable place to stay near the falls. Just a 20 minute walk to the main strip. The room was nice and clean. The owner was more than accommodating. I would recommend this place over and over again. The bathroom was huge! The a/c was a lifesaver. Breakfast was delicious! Overall a great place to stay.

It was a great experience. The owner was very helpful in finding our room successfully. The rooms were cozy and the space heater provided was very much appreciated. Breakfast was very tasty and right on time. When we asked the owner for a favor beyond what was required, he was more than happy to offer a hand. Would stay again!

Stayed here on New Years Eve with my girlfriend. Great price considering all the hotels on NYE were extremely over priced. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very nice and clean and also we enjoyed the decor. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet, great and very well priced bnb close to the falls. Definitely coming back.

I was very disappointed in my stay here. The room was not clean. There were dust bunnies in the floor, a wad of hair in the bathtub and mold on the shower floor. The bed was not comfortable and we were put in a room that did not fit the description of what we booked They gave that room to someone else. Breakfast was a strange bagel sandwich that was served lukewarm and the milk and juice were also lukewarm and not cold. Was really looking forward to staying here and saw good reviews online but I would not recommend this place to others.

My husband and I stayed here when we had a weekend in Niagara Falls. It's an easy walk from the Bed & Breakfast stop on the WEGO Green line bus. We arrived early (around noon) - we couldn't get our room key (check in is at 4pm, so totally understandable) but we could park our car which was nice so we could start our sightseeing. The bed was comfortable (we booked through Expedia and got a room with a King bed), and there was a comfy recliner in the room too! Great spot for reading. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good way to stay in Niagara for a reasonable price - just a bus ride (or 2km walk) away from Clifton Hill. Would stay again!

Its located about 20 minutes walking from the falls. The room I stayed in was fairly large (comfortably fit a queen and couch bed) with a clean bathroom. Service was good the owners were very nice and accomadating. Breakfast was pretty standard stuff with fruit, muffins, cereal although the bagel sandwhiches were amazing imo.

A very pleasant, clean and well maintained place . The hosts are very helpful and friendly folks. While the room for 3 was a bit crammed the bathroom is really tiny and could pose a challenge for tall, well built people. It is about a 45 minute walk from horseshoe falls. The WeGo bus stop is quite closeby and it is about 11 minutes away from the Megabus station.
