I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at what can only be described as a repulsive Motel. My experience was so dreadful that I feel compelled to share my thoughts and warn others to steer clear of this establishment. Let's begin with the cleanliness, or rather the lack thereof. Upon entering my room, I was immediately greeted by a foul odor that lingered throughout my entire stay. The carpets were stained and sticky, and it seemed as though they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. The bathroom was no better; it was filthy, with mold and mildew covering the walls and a lingering stench that made me question the hotel's commitment to basic hygiene. The condition of the amenities was equally revolting. The bedsheets were stained and threadbare, making me cringe at the thought of sleeping on them. The pillows were flat and lumpy, providing no comfort whatsoever. The furniture in the room was worn out and falling apart, giving the impression that the hotel had never invested in proper maintenance. The service at this establishment was abysmal. The staff members were unhelpful and indifferent, showing no interest in addressing my concerns. When I attempted to voice my complaints, I was met with apathy and dismissive responses. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. The overall atmosphere of the Motel was gloomy and depressing. The common areas were poorly lit and neglected, creating an unwelcoming ambiance. The lack of any decent dining options or recreational facilities further contributed to the dismal experience. To top it all off, the location of the Motel was far from ideal. It was situated in a sketchy neighborhood, with little to no access to public transportation or nearby attractions. This made it incredibly inconvenient for me to explore the city and enjoy my stay. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at this repugnant hotel. The lack of cleanliness, dismal amenities, terrible service, gloomy atmosphere, and unfavorable location all contribute to an absolutely dreadful experience. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere for accommodation that actually values its guests' comfort and satisfaction.

Hope Google reads all reviews!!! There should be an option for negative stars too !!! This is my honest review, I'm not biased or trying to put anyone down. This place is not one which I would recommend to anyone - we have stayed in many hotels over the years and this one is the lowest of lowest. Booked for 2 nights here via Booking.Com and thought all was well. As soon as we checked in all our faces dropped. The room had a strange odour and look to it. Paint peeling off, broken doors hastily repaired, slippery and dirty feeling bathroom, power outlets hanging etc etc. We immediately started looking for another place and found one just 500 meters away. The bed creaked and was sloping and this only added to our disgust. We did not find any bedbugs though as the reviews suggested. The pool looked clean at first glance but on closer inspection it was dirty. The only silver lining was a good warm breakfast- not packed as other hotels are doing. When we checked out early the person at the reception did not seem to bother.It seemed like a lot of guests were doing that and they wanted no discussion. It felt like they had someone waiting to take the room - double dipping I guess. Parking was a mess too and people were parking any and everywhere. It's not a place for families - people looking a real cheap option would like it.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Absolutely pathetic customer service. We checked into our room at 10:30, by 10:35 we were at the front desk asking for a refund. The toilet seat was disgusting and not cleaned, there were visible bugs on the carpet and bathroom floor. The room smelt like mold. The guy at the front desk kept walking away from us saying he wasn’t giving us our money back. We tried to negotiate even 50% refund and they refused. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I booked the hotel for my family and my cousin’s family for the weekend. We booked 2 rooms from the 2nd september to the 4th September. Both rooms were filthy. The carpets had a horrible stench and was sticky. The air con released a bad odour. The toilets and showers were filthy. The room service was non existent and didn’t clean anything. The sink in the bathroom was blocked. Our bathroom door had marks on it and didn’t lock. The showers and bath/toilet had stains. The walls were dirty and had not been painted or cleaned in the last 20 years. The company advertised the rooms to look nice and elegant but it was the complete opposite. We have never stayed in such a bad hotel in our lives. They even forgot to give us more pillows. The smell made us feel sick and ill and it was so dusty. When i complained to the person at the desk they remained silent. They do not vacuum or clean the rooms. They do not even deserve 1 star.

I recently spent 10 amazing nights here and I have to say I am beyond impressed it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were on our honeymoon trip and we had the hot tub suite and it was amazing. They cleaned our room daily and gave us fresh towels as well. They also included breakfast which I highly recommend the waffles they are so delicious they also have eggs and hashbrowns and toast and bagels with cream cheese or jam butter, they also have sausage on the weekends they have juice milk and cereal. I highly recommend this hotel they make you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there and the price is unbeatable. They even had to deal with a guests who were loud and making drama. They dealt with them appropriately and fast. They is a low key hotel that we had amazing experience at. Thank you so much I will highly recommend you to all my friends and customers.

I call this hotel home; in fact it has become that. The staff make it feel like a family- the entire building is emanating peace. They are so lovely and warm/welcoming with an amazing breakfast. The environment serene and close to the downtown core as well. Everything you need in walking distance with the bus stop right outside as well. The hotel is def higher then 2*, I would say 4* for sure. Don’t believe the bad reviews, ppl may say lies as there are a lot of hotels in the area competing, you know. Def a true gem of a place to be.

I’m happy I didn’t look at the reviews before I booked this place. This place is outdated, but most places in Niagara are outdated. My dad and I came a bit early but they checked us in and gave us the key to come back when the room was clean. The reception desk was really welcoming and kind. I didn’t feel any bad vibes from them. We booked online for a 3-bed room and when we got there, they gave us two joint rooms with 4 beds altogether. We were more than happy. Our rooms were extremely clean. The pillows were good hotel pillows. The bedding was heavy and comfy! Breakfast was hot and had a good variety! The lounge where they had the breakfast was done very nice! Overall it was good for what we paid for. It seems that they are still making renovations. I have good expectations for this motel.

I highly recommend people to read the reviews before they book because Expedia and other booking services has this tastes as a 7.4 hotel when in reality it should be a 2 hotel. The hotel has a ton on cockroach and allot of bed bugs. I stayed a week and man I swear we killed at least 10 of them. Don’t do what I did and wait it out please just pay a little more and get something way better this way you won’t have to deal with these headaches. The cleaner doesn’t even clean she just throws the sheets over the bed and calls it a day. She will sometimes take your towels and sometimes leave them there. The beds were horrendous and the walls were falling apart. The carpet was extremely filthy. Please people stay away.

Sketchy bed bud ridden motel.. we pulled up and got a room the same day, almost half of the guests (live in) opened their door to see who was pulling up, staring at us while smoking in their door frames, SUPER welcoming… We got the keys and went to check on the room, the walls are dirty, carpets are dirty, furniture and beds need TLC. The beds are old stained spring mattresses, we lifted the duvet and sure enough we had bed bugs, cigarette burn holes and giant ink stains on the fleece blanket and sheets, some rooms had giant ink stains on their curtains too. We ended up sleeping else where because it was so bad, would highly advise you steer clear, not worth the $90.00 a night.

The rooms are dirty.Garbage throughout property. The heat doesn't work so they gave me a heater to use. There's rats all over the place. And doing construction in a room above me. The breakfast is on scrambled eggs and hash brown cereal.Never cleaned my room and I've been here 1 week

Decent budget hotel. Staff are friendly and polite. We had a great time in the outdoor pool. Breakfast is good. My daughter enjoyed making her own waffles. The eggs and sausages were great as well.. Cleaning needs to be improved... this was our second time staying there and we will be back!

Where is the 0 star? Man WHERE DO I START... this place is nasty. No one cleans. Garbage under the beds. Sheets are very dirty with stains on the blankets Like blood, gum and food stains. The carpet had garbage all over it. I kept praying we doing get sick. I had to clean the place upon arrival. The shower curtain are super old like more the 5 years all the dirt on it. The tub has all mold around. The bathroom was nasty. We booked this for a few days. It was by far the worst I tell you. I repeat the WORST. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. SOME PUBLIC BATHROOMS ARE CLEANER THEN THIS PLACE.

Lesson learned.... Read the reviews 1st. Was late and needed a room for the night. Got rats, dirty disgusting sheets with long black hairs all over them, blood on the mattress cover, Bad odor, television that does not work. Breakfast was included but bolted at sun rise as did not get any sleep any way. Should have stayed in the truck. Hopefully this helps someone else out. Minus -10 stars if I could.

Never stay here!!! No customer service at all!! Place is not cleaned properly at all!! I got pink eye from sleeping on the pillows that are apparently cleaned daily…. Security in the rooms is not there at all!! The windows do not lock and had to find a broom handle outside of the room to lock the window as there were people who were on the balcony who heard everything we were saying and could of went into our rooms!! Management denies EVERYTHING and says they can not do anything after you stayed there!! STAY AWAY!! Save your money

We did not even check in. There were rat traps outside the building! I called them a few weeks before our reservation and they said everything was taken care of and that the pest problem was gone. We got to the building and there was mold on the curtain we could see through the window. There was rat traps outside and the building looked so run down it wasn't even funny. We asked the front desk about the trap and he asked us where we saw the trap as if we were lying to him about seeing them. DO NOT GO THERE!

We got the king suite with a jacuzzi; bed was very, very uncomfortable (i have lower back problems), but the jacuzzi helped relieve a lot of that. Continental breakfast was pretty good, but no coffee (which is a pretty big need for me). Rooms have a fridge and microwave, but no coffee makers. Not enough towels given and no housekeeping done during our 2 night stay. Used booking to book and to be honest, for the price it wasn't worth it.

If I could give a zero I would. Soon as we pulled up we see RATS running around. I had my son and my mom to stay one night there with me. I went to go check the room out first and it was a dump. Unclean and stunk. I immediately thought of bedbugs and most of the reviews I seen (after the fact) proved my theory right(it was a last minute decision to stay there so we didn’t do our homework.) Me and my mom both agreed to not stay there - very sketchy. So we scrambled to find somewhere else and we were successful (Thank GOODNESS). Seems they should have invested money into the rooms instead of the lobby area that looked brand new and clean. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Absolutely disgusting! Booked for one night pulled back the sheets and there were 3 bed bugs. Went to front desk to tell them and they were nonchalant about it as if they already knew. No refund, and while driving away I noticed 3 other mattresses outside by the garbage so obviously the room I had wasn’t the only one that had bed bugs. I didn’t even get a chance to lay down, thank God! Would never go there again or recommend to anyone.

We had to go back 3 times and change rooms 3 different times because there was hair and stains on the sheets and pillow cases in every single room, not only that, but the guy came to look at the room with is and we showed him the stains and hair, he offered to change the sheets only, we said no and asked for a refund, he refused to refund us, so we decided to take a loss and go to a much cleaner hotel just a few seconds away! This place is dirty and gross! Its not worth saving the money and going here, its better to go elsewhere lol

The room was very untidy when I checked. The carpet in the room was untouched after the last guest left. The bedsheets were not fresh. The air conditioner was not cooling. The carpet around the air conditioner was wet. Very horrible experience. DON'T GO THERE.

Disgusting!!! And very shady hotel... Reception was VERY arrogant and we even caught them in our room when we left, to go for a walk. We drove 3 hours and had to leave this hotel because of the conditions, after being there for less than 2 hours... There was toilet paper shoved in the peep hole on the door, mold all over the place, a piece of wood to lock the windows and none of the outlets worked. They offered us another room, and this one had a giant hole in the wall that was just covered with duct tape!!! They refused to give me even half of what I had paid, and all around were extremely arrogant... Extremely poor business, and if I could give them a 0 star rating... Thats what they would get... Extremely disappointed... Also the pictures they post on their website are not even close to what this hotel looks like, they are jot even the same rooms at all!!! Dirty diapers all over the parking lot, and a car was parked out front with no tires...

Bedbugs in our room bites me and my wife first night. After finding few dead ones and few of them alive I called the receptionist and he changed the room. We had to inspect all the bed but very hard to trust the new room also. The rooms are very dirty and all the corners never cleaned. Blankets are very dirty. They ruined our trip. Very disappointing.

I stayed here for 4 nights first week of June. I was impressed with the front desk agent. But that's where it ended. My room was dated (not a big deal) but the bathroom was covered in black mold. Out of the nights we stayed, our room was cleaned once. When the housekeeper left our room, she left the door wide open for anyone to freely walk into our room. We also found a used medical needle in the room also I brought up my concerns to the front desk agent who assured me the manager would be in touch regarding some compensation. I've not heard from them since. User beware
