Hotel is not bad. Nice clean rooms. Clean lobby and parking area. Real problem here is the terrible staff. No customer service whatsoever. Twice they were out of breakfast items way before 9am. The staff doesn't even bother to stock the items while there were 10 people in line. When asked for help they totally ignore you or reply you rudely. Will not be recommending this place to people with families. I hope the corporate reads this review

Room was decent for the price. Front desk attendant was very friendly. Gave me lots of tips for visiting the falls. Also gave me map and moved me to a corner room since we had small child, I didn't ask he offered. Guy deserves a raise if he is as always that thoughtful.

Very clean and comfortable beds. Quiet and pool is clean and clear water. They offer breakfast inlcuded but need to improve and add more options, we are in american eggs and bread are cheap. They offer Only coffe and muffins that is not a breakfast .

A very friendly check-in. The room was very clean. All linen, towels etc very white. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Didn't hear traffic noise, if fact any noise. Adequate breakfast. Good value for money.

My wife and I stayed here this past week to visit the Falls and it was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean, free breakfast was pretty decent, pool was very clean. The only bit that could use some work is that our door couldn't close easy, you had to slam it shut. The cleaning staff were not all that friendly but you hardly encounter them, the front ladies were extremely nice. There was a nice smoking section outside with tables and chairs. Very decent place for a decent price and its only about a 10 minute drive from the Falls

Stayed at this Hotel for 1 night. They first gave me a room where the floor was not cleaned, then they accommodated me to a new clean room. The next day the shower was not working in the room so they gave me another room which had shower working. Overall my experience was good. Staff was very accommodating and helped us get the rooms changed quickly. The hotel is newly renovated and it is not like other Days in hotel. The rooms smelled nice and neat. The other problem we had with is the breakfast. We went there at 8:30 am and it was all over, though the time mentioned is as of 9 am. They had grab to go breakfast , then the hotel staff gave us some breakfast bar but it was not that we were expecting. They could have kept some more options for breakfast when they know they expect so many people over weekend.

You can tell that they renovated. Its really clean and overall looks nice. We were really surprised because for a days inn hotel we weren’t expecting something good, but this is actually pretty good for a cheap short stay.

Rooms were very clean and updated. The place itself looked well kept. For the price, the breakfast was expected. So if you're looking for a hot breakfast this isn't the place you should stay at. They had yogurt, toast, the waffle maker, fruits and cereal but that's it. Standard coffee & juice machine. A good experience considering the cost.

Completely remodeled, inside and out. The afternoon staff was great, very helpful. The evening staff, not as much. The hotel feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, Niagara Falls is 20 mins away. Don't worry about eating after 9 pm, because everything closes at 10, unless you're that person. You have to drive a little bit to eat. There is nothing close, but you can order for delivery. Still $178 for the cheapest room for a hotel 20 minutes away when the name says, Days Inn at Niagara Falls. When I come again, I will pay the little extra to stay closer to the Falls.

This is a newly renovated, CLEAN establishment very close to the airport. The employees were kind. The linens were new/clean, bedding was new, floors were clean, bathroom was clean, and mold free. The breakfast consisted of waffles, toast, boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, apples, oranges, and yogurt. The A/C ran great. The pool was clean. The area felt very safe. It was not a luxury hotel, but it was everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. There was some road construction going on nearby, but we didn't hear any noise at all from it. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was not cleaned upon check in and when complained to the front desk we were guarantied it would be deep cleaned in the morning. We came back late that next night and not only was it not cleaned and we again complained but another room was assigned to us and it was just as bad if not worse. REfused to do anything about it or compensate us in anyway. I received my CC bill and they charged us another $40.00 with no explanation. When I called no one would or could tell us why and refused to take the charge off.

This whole place was clearly updated recently. It was such a treat to not have carpet on the floor. When I arrived I asked for a room change as I wanted a first floor room with two queens instead of a king. They were very accommodating and made the switch without issues. The room itself was very tidy, no sign of any bugs, I was able to park right outside the door so it was easy to haul in all belongings. The only problem was that they had removed the mini fridge from the room. Luckily I had a cooler to keep items cool. Unfortunately the ice machine was broken so refilling it in the morning wasn't an option. I didn't use the pool as it was raining the day I stayed there, but it did appear to be kept up very well. You can hear noise from the upper floors and surrounding rooms, so if you're looking for a quiet experience this may not be it. I travel with a box fan (apartment dweller so I come prepared for noise) so it wasn't terrible for me. Overall, I would recommend this location.

This location has been recently renovated and other than the cold bathroom floor (and the fact that I personally prefer rugs to laminate) the updates are generally good. The staff was professional, friendly and competent. For a good price, you get a little larger than a dorm room with decent wi-fi and plugs in many places. The only complaint on the plugs is the new USB charging outlets are in the light fixtures on the wall, which is not the most convenient place to put those. Rooms on the first floor have the possibility of parking their cars in front of the room, but there are second floor rooms as well. I wish the breakfast had scrambled eggs, but they do sometimes offer hard boiled eggs and waffles. It is noteworthy that they replaced the battery in the thermostat and swapped out the TV remote while I was there. Additionally, there was a room where there was constant noise disturbance with people knocking loudly on the door and arguments at all hours of the night, and the staff got rid of them. Apparently, the state police took them away in the morning. The staff is really on top of things.

I spend a few days in Lockport a couple of times a year and have been looking for a more budget friendly area close by. One of the quietest places I've stayed in, a great grab and go breakfast or waffles, cerial, fresh fruit and more. Great staff, easy check in and out. Will definitely be my go-to place from now on. Thanks for a great stay.

Worst excellent I had a in a hotel. The bed and sheets smell super super old. People talking outside in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The police had to come because somebody was racing a car inside the parking lot, when I called the front desk the answer was, you have to call for any disturbance. I would never stay here again.

If you are a germaphobe -- pack bed sheets, pillow cases, and disinfectant. And you will feel relaxed. Throw some earplugs in your bag too. Towels seem to be clean. Sheets are not always clean. Been here a few times... can't really beat the price. Friendly staff. Kids enjoy the pool.

Bed is comfortable and heat is good. No carpeting in rooms. Cleaning staff is horrible! Counter tops were dirty, ice bucket and tray were dirty. Cleaning staff only emptied the trash and made the bed. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom by the previous customers. I left all of them piled on the bathroom floor however they were still there when I returned to the room that evening. My key card deactivated 3 times during the weekend. My friend had to change his room in the middle of the night due to being bitten by bugs in his bed. How this Motel ever got ratings over 2 stars beats me.

Kris was so wonderful and helpful! I can’t believe this employee was doing so much work all by herself- doing the jobs of multiple employees while still being professional and polite. I hope the people in charge of this hotel will see to it that she gets the pay and treatment she deserves. I wish I could say good things about the hotel but all I can say is look elsewhere. But Kris is awesome!

The Inn looked like it was brand new but had just been renovated. It's all nice shades of grey and cream colors. Not super fancy with no carpet or wall decor. Our room had a microwave, small fridge and a shower rather than a tub. I wasn't crazy about the mattress. I couldn't figure out what it was. Not foam and didn't seem like an innerspring. I didn't find it very comfortable. The pillows were super billowy and flattened when using. The linens were quite luxurious, very soft to the touch. The pool was beautiful. There is an ice machine and laundry. The free continental breakfast had the cool flipping waffle maker. There was also cinnamon/raisin bread and regular bread for toasting, prepackaged cereal, milk, some fruit, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, 100% apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice cocktails. No bagels or muffins, which I didn't miss. We spent two nights here while visiting the Falls. It was quite clean and adequate for our needs.

I don't know if the hotel is new or if they just completed a renovation but everything is so nice and clean. The rooms are not carpeted and are spartan with regard to furnishings. I had plenty of storage space and there was a microwave, single-serve coffee pot, and mini fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable. The room had a shower (no tub) and the water pressure was acceptable. I will definitely stay here again. They did offer a complimentary breakfast but I did not use it.

Very clean and quiet! You could tell the property had been recently updated and the room was great. The pool looked nice, but weather was a little too chilly for us to enjoy. Breakfast was simple, but I knew before I booked so no big deal.

Go to different hotel !!!! Women in doorways after midnight , groups of people hanging around outside , very dirty room , black "stuff " blowing out of hot tub , and was told breakfast 6-10 so at 9:15 was told " too late , its all packed away " by very rude staff, take your loved ones to another hotel/motel . Will NOT be staying here and will tell anyone who will listen to avoid it!!!!

Horrible hotel, really expensive and the worst breakfast I could ever had. This place is the worst experience I had during my trip however there was no other better option due to the location.

So so. We were disappointed with the pool times. We were only in Niagara for two days and obviously we planned to get the experience of the falls which made zero time for the pool due to their time restrictions. Time should change from 11am-11pm to something more reasonable like 9am-9pm. Give people a chance to swim before leaving for the falls, and having it available til 11pm is just allowing loud screaming while people are sleeping. Other than our pool issues. I was unhappy they didn't have a microwave in the room like most hotels/motels I've been to do. Made things inconvenient. The staff was very nice, very helpful! The breakfast they serve was a nice touch, just your basics.. cereals, oatmeal, waffles, fruit. No meats. I suggest finding one of the cute dinners in the area, there are a few

Stay was ok. The room wasn’t very clean. The room we were in had hard floors and they felt dirty on bare feet, you could see foot print marks on the floor so whatever they used to clean left a film. The day we checked in one of the cleaners left a cleaning cloth in the room that I took back to the front desk. I hung my towels back up to reuse since they had a sign saying that’s what we should do if we want to reuse the towel, mine were still replaced with fresh ones. Great, but why have the sign up if you aren’t going to follow it. Staff was ok, the only person that was really friendly was the gentlemen that was there when we checked out. Only one to ask what our plans were and offer a suggestion of something fun to do that a tourist might not know about. Breakfast hours are rather short especially when traveling from the west coast and the time change.

The front office staff was awesome! However, there are issues. Parking lot littered with cigarette butts, the microwave in the lobby was filthy...the first time I went to use it it was dirty, I assumed that it was because of that mornings breakfast, but that was not the case...day 2 and 3 were the same thing, exact same food stains. The only thing handicapped about our handicap room was no carpet and a couple of safety bars. The tub is so high there is no way a handicapped person could get in it, and the bed has the same issue. My mother uses a walker and could not take a shower and I had to buy a step stool so that I could get her into bed.

He told me I couldn't wait for ride on his property. At ten pm on the blvd. He shouldn't be allowed in biusness no mask spitting in my face. I'm white not muslim

Pros : Rooms we’re very nice and big and very clean . updated. Friendly staff Cons: no maid service had to go get new towels . breakfast not open till 9am . Also had to take the trash cans out to the dumpster all the time . Would be okay if I was only staying one night but being there for 3 nights made it not worth going back for the many days again
