Stayed at Grewals for the weekend and couldn't be happier with my experience. The rooms were very clean with cable and wifi. They offer free parking and are within walking distance to the falls. But the best part was the staff, they are very friendly and make you feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place.

15 minute walk from the falls, room was super clean with updated furniture and had a microwave and a mini fridge, and since we stayed for a week that was super helpful. They serve breakfast and though it doesnt have a pool, it's a great place to stay if you're on a budget, for the area I'd call it a steal. They were helpful when we needed things, and the family that runs it is super nice! Would definitely stay there again!

Where do I begin? This hotel experience was disappointing, to say the least! Listed on the hotel's website, it states that the hotel's location is within walking distance to the attractions. It took my husband and I 20 min to walk to Cliffton Hill. It is not a 6 min walk, as stated on the website. In addition to this, the website states that there is a free breakfast when staying at the hotel. When checking in, I asked what time breakfast starts and ends. The owner had told me that there is no breakfast during the winter months. My husband and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite with a fireplace. Our fireplace did not work, we called the front desk, and the owner said he would come to our room and look at it. It took 2 hours and three phone calls to the front desk to have the owner come and look at our fireplace. The owner repaired the fireplace and was working fine. That night when we returned to our room after dinner we went to turn the fireplace on and yet again, it wasn't working. The room was very clean, or so we thought. In the middle of the night, I woke up to find ants crawling on me. They were all over the TV stand, microwave, refrigerator, and on me! We called the front desk for over an hour until someone answered the phone. The owner came into our room with a small vacuum to clean up the ants. We were told it was our fault that there were ants in our room due to having alcohol in our room (mind you there is snow on the ground, it's not summertime). I was appalled. We had asked for another room, the owner very rudely said he was not able to accommodate us. After a few minutes of pleading, he gave us a standard room. The room was so hot, we couldn't even breath. It smelled musty, and the sheets reeked of body odor. I asked if I was able to be refunded the difference in price for the rooms, the owner refused to adjust the price (from a suite to a standard room). Needless to say, I will NEVER stay at Grewals Inn and Suites again. I am very careful about where I choose to stay. All the reviews I read about this hotel were excellent. I am very disappointed with our stay, and the experience we had.

Sadly this location isn't a public lodging place anymore. It will be a new community housing development very-soon. For some reason Google still shows the address, as a hotel. New information located at wrp-ent(dot)com

You will remember this Inn as this is one of the best places to stay in Niagara Falls! Prices are excellent, beautiful super clean rooms, amazing owners. We feel special every time we stay here from the beginning to the end. Free WIFI and parking, 15 minute walk to Clifton Hill. The rooms are lovely, super clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom with shower very clean. Reception was very helpful in directing us on things to do. So happy with our stay that it was actually sad to leave! Overall you can’t go wrong with this place. We have been several times and will definitely be back there again and again. I recomend this peace of heaven in Niagara Falls to everyone!!:) THANK YOU!!

Was looking for a budget-friendly hotel. This place was perfect. Under new management/ownership who have done some renovations, and they did a great job. Really show they care about the place. Staff are very friendly. Upon driving up, the neighborhood is not the best to look at, but the hotel is very welcoming. And the area wound up being safe and quiet. Only 1.5 miles from the Falls and 0.5mile to Clifton Hill. If miss the continental breakfast, McDonald’s is right across the street with a gas station. I recommend this place!

Had an excellent stay. The room is as it is as you see in pictures, very clean. The owner Mr. Grewal, a very nice and courteous gentleman, guided us about what to do since our stay was short. We also got attractions map from him with some handy discount coupons. I will definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

Rooms were very spacious, moreover clean and sanitized as well. The owner of this suites is very nice and co-operative. They allowed us to checkout even at 1pm on special request which was really cool of them. Will stay again whenever i got a chance to visit niagra.

No complaints. Stayed two nights. It is a nice and small hotel, very clean rooms, mgr was very nice. The breakfast was good, muffins, toast, boiled eggs, cereal, etc. You dont always get this with over priced hotels. Walking distance from Niagara Falls(15 minutes). I would definitely stay here again.

We went there last minute (day of reservation) and got a great deal. We happened to get upgraded for free since there was an overbooking of the regular rooms - so got a room with a jacuzzi! Staff seemed friendly (run by a family it seems), facilities were clean, breakfast was decent although crowded in the tiny kitchen. Not a big deal; in the nice weather you can just use the picnic tables on the terrace. Best part: it's walking distance to the falls & Clifton Hills BUT on a quiet residential street! Score! Would definitely come again.

5528 Buchanan Ave . Is no longer a hotel . I had to rate at least 1 star to let people know its not a hotel located at that address anymore . I have never been to Grewals Hotel so please don't take my rating towards them . I just wanted to let people know its not a hotel anymore.

Really nice place to stay in Niagara. Not to far from the falls (25min walk) Very close to the downtown area (12min walk) The rooms are clean and even have a microwave + fridge which is really nice. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Grewalls has a large patio where there is a BBQ that can be used by the customers. We used the BBQ and had a really nice time on the patio. I would definitely recommend Grewalls for your stay in Niagara falls, we had the sweetest staff members welcome us, and the rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed.

We called to make a reservation, the lady told us she just needed a credit card to hold the room and we can pay however we like when we get there. I asked for a reservation confirmation, had to call again after not receiving it. What I got was a email saying the day the room was confirmed for and that's it. The next day there was a pending transaction on my credit card for 200 ( she never advised she was going to do that ) When we got there the guy had no idea what we were talking about. He left to get another employee since he couldn't find our reservation.. So she came in and ended up finding it and She gave us our room keys, go in and the room was a mess, beds were not made, hard boiled eggs, garbage all over. We go back and she upgraded us to a two bedroom for free. When we leave the man said he had to check the room first. Said it's a 20 fee for using both beds ... she didn't tell us that , so they ripped us off and took 20 bucks from us. Wouldn't of used it if we known that, maybe they should of got our room right the first time. Go down for breakfast Milk and juices are on the counter, warm.. gross. Never going back there.

Great value and convenient location, within walking distance to main attraction. Friendly staff. Only negative thing was the beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows with no support.
