They are crooks here the old lady she just grabs the cash right out of your hands I mean she snatches it. I will never ever go back to this dive ever again. They have no manners bathrooms are disgusting.

Awful experience I came here for a quick night out it was cheap and I thought it would be fine. The room was freezing it smelt disgusting the heater didn't work. When I checked in the only instructions I got where the door was hard to open so I had to be slow with it,they would be holding a $100 deposit for damage, And no smoking in the room. Anytime I've ever stayed in another hotel or motel I've been able to leave my card or key in my room and still get my deposit back, this was not the case here. After a week of not getting my deposit I called to see what was going on they informed me I had to take a 30 minute drive out of town to come to them to get my deposit back. My daughter and I arrived to ask for deposit back. The man and lady behind the counter started verbally abusing me And accusing me of still having the room key which I had left on the table in the room and had explained exactly where in the room beside the garbage I had collected and how I left the room. I explained kindly that I had a family emergency and had to leave at 3 AM that is why I wasn't there to check out in the morning. the man proceeded to tell me he didnt care and even told me I should have let my child die in the emergency and continue to verbally assault me in front of my daughter as I left. I would not recommend this place even if you were living on the streets. Their business manner is atrocious. 0 stars.

Cheap Motel, lots of sketchy long term renters. Place is dirty behind surfaces/furniture. We found bugs under dresser as well as got bug bed bites through the night. NO Secondary BOLT/or/ CHAIN LOCK on door, they only have magnetic key card lock. If your a female do not stay There!! Overall owners were very nice and no issues with deposit, don’t damage or smoke in room and should have no problems. I will never return to this place, spend a little extra and feel comfortable and safe at night..

I never had any issues when getting this location as a last minute rest spot, but we have friends who been staying here for a while and the customer relations are actually terrible the way they are treated with their privacy and tendent rights.

There is no breakfast like it said in the description, nor with a pool, staff was friendly for the most part, accept for when we tried asking to switch rooms. Room was very small for a couple, paint job didn't look professional, and there open sign stays open all day and night but there only open till 10am to 9pm

First off it's not a HOTEL its a motel. 3 times we had a critter appear, one time on my bf's face in the bed!! we told the front desk, basically had nothing to say except oh well - nothing we can do about it... Who says that? I would NEVER return there nor recommend this place to ANYONE!!

I like the rooms here are very clean. Washrooms are small no coffee machine no napkins I came late after midnight to check in and the service man was already sleeping so he was kind of mad I understand his situation in the morning he was super nice to me this place is a family business

Very bad and unhygienic room. Floor was so dirty the bed was so uncomfortable. Guys please don’t go to this hotel. Pay few extra bucks and go to a nice hotel. The room just gave me Ekkkk(disgusting) feeling. Blanket was so thin, microwave was not working and the AC was not working as well. There were some shady people living beside our room who were invading our privacy by peeking into our room. I will never visit this place again.

Never in my life would I stay here again. Dirty bathroom. Broken AC hot all night. Stains on sheets and pillow case. Tiles in bathroom broken. Stains on bathroom walls. Gross just nasty and gross. Property looks like a housing shelter for the homeless. Noisy. Thin walls. Said renovations are completed online. That was a lie. Asked for $200 deposit!!!

Terrible customer service. The lady working there was very rude and treated me poorly. I have never had such a bad experience with booking a hotel room.

The room was dirty and the floors falling apart Tiles where coming of the wall They only had the honeymooN suite when we got there, after we had a reg room reserved, so we ended up paying extra and taking that one, in the morning I went to use the jacuzzi and stepped in and slipped cause it was super slippery in the tub and the tile around it, I smacked my back and my head on the wall behind me. When we checked out I mentioned it to the front desk, not to get money back or anything just to inform them that they might want to get some slip resistant mats or something, they acted like they did not care, not even an omg I’m so sorry are you ok, not a thing, I would not recommend this hotel to any one.

1st thing out the door they said they was hacked, not what I wanted to hear. Rooms were okay but the location was not the greatest. I didn't even feel safe leaving my things there I put them in the car and took my chances.

Decent place for a cheap stay. The rooms are good, bed is comfy and theres a couch and a chair in our 1 bedroom room. The only complaints are that the heaters are pretty bad so it was too cold at times, i did have to kill 3 centipedes (and saw a lot of spiders) and it's very far from the center. On the website they also promise free breakfast but there was nothing like that. Also I wish they had roku. Cable is outdated now but also the signals were pretty bad.

I went to this hotel few hours back, Firstly The owner or whoever the man was in office has no sense of talking. Uneducated man with cheap way of communication . Getting too personal with guests is not a professionalism.Let me tell you , I booked this hotel after seeing cheap price and didn’t even checked there reviews before booking , which was my biggest mistake. After seeing so many negative reviews, I requested in office if could see the room first before check-in. …… Wait , when i entered i was shocked to see multiple flies all over the room and washroom was like public toilet,, even the public toilets are much cleaner than this washroom.. There was a queen bed with a lamp , nothing else. Dirty food stains on bedsheets and no. Of bugs was visible… Smell was like🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. I went off without any argument with that man… Guys if you’re looking for cheap hotel , there are so many options in niagara. Don’t do mistake which i done. Worst worst worst hotel. I paid but I didn’t stayed there …. I just wasted my money.

The rooms are very dirty the bed was very uncomfortable my pillow cases had blood stains on them and the people that run it or very rude

Dirty, cold, door had over an inch gap in it when its -15... heater is set so yiu can't turn it up past 22. Power to room kept breaking and owners blamed us. Worst stay i have ever had No hot water

No wheelchair ramps. And when asked gor. More towels. They wanted to chsrge us an extra 2 per towel

Smelled like mold and mildew. Stayed for a week and I wouldn't apend another hour. Rude staff and nosy staff. They need to worry about the troublesome guests not the hard working ones who have done nothing to warrant personal questions.

Great place to stay in a pinch just be sure to follow the rules to the letter and clean your room before you leave and you’ll always get your deposit back. There are a lot of shady characters around who if you’re trying to get out of the life style they’re living they’ll always find a way to drag you back in with them so try to keep to your self.

Not bad for the price, but not the cleanest. The floors were pretty dirty when we checked in and there were stains on the sheets. The TV made this weird echoing sound and the walls are very thin. There was this nosy old guy that lived in one of the rooms who just stared at us everytime we came and went. Just straight karn. Close to the falls though and management was pretty nice.

The dirtiest place I've ever a een and the poorest customer service experience of my life. I do not know how the place has survived the competitive market. With a change of management, the place has great potential. I do not foresee myself ever making a reservation at this place or even making a recommendation to anyone. Stay at you own risk!

I was robbed by the owners.... charged me twice the amount of the room at first had to pay 25 bucks for 2 packs of doritos a bottle of water and a apple juice at the front desk. .. and was charged 50 bucks extra on the overpriced room to have it for another day!! These Indian people are dishonest and I would not advise anyone to go there..... bugs wall all over the walls and bed too it's just disgusting..... the owners are too!!!
