Overall, this hotel is a good deal. The aspect I was least enthused about was the lack of fridge and microwave. Another possible downside would be the humidity in the room at most times - though I assume this can be attributed to the mists from the falls. However the cleaning service is excellent and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. This Best Western also provides an indoor and outdoor pool for guests to enjoy, though I didn’t experience them for myself. The location is very good and within walking distance from the falls and many other attractions.

Hotel was okay our room was not bad but we couldn't get the Ac to turn on for some strange reason our room was cool not hot we stayed for the night there gym was awesome next store always cleaned.

We always have a great time at this hotel, we have been visiting them for years and look forward to what the future holds for them. We were checked in by a very nice lady who was very personable and our king room with a jetted tub was fantastic as always. It might lack fridges, but the ice machines are always full. If you prepare, it's not an issue. The balcony is a nice touch. The staff is always great and it's a 2 minute walk from the casino. Can't wait to visit again!

A 3.5. I don't understand their policy for charging $30 more for the room on a Friday when it's definitely off peak season. But they gave us a couple of discount coupons. The King Bed room is spacious with jacuzzi. A bidet in the toilet would have been nicer though. The cute lobby is right beside an arcade so it can get quite noisy if you hover there. The staff are all friendly & helpful, no complain there.

We stayed at the Best Western as we were in the area for a wedding. We were pleased with the hotel. We were travelling with our 14 month old son and loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room for him to move around in. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The proximity to the Falls was wonderful. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had a great experience. We booked the oversized double. This room was very spacious. The amount of space allowed us to enjoy the room and feel crowded. The beds were by far the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a hotel. The bathroom and luggage area was completely separate from the sleeping area which made the room even more spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone it's a five our ten minute walk to the beautiful Niagara Falls. You could paid more at a fancier hotel but why. This hotel gives you everything you need for a faction of the price. They give you discount coupons to help with eating expenses.

Very clean and basic room. It is a three block walk to the Falls. Amenities are basic, but in good order. Our initial room was on the main floor with the headlights of cars shining in from the parking lot, but the staff at the from desk (Catherine) moved us to another room right away when we asked. Great value in a hotel stay.

Very noisy Stayed for 1 night and will not be returning. The walls are paper thin and all night I could hear people talking and the traffic going by the hotel. The beds were comfy but our sheets were dirty. Pool is a good size but the hours sucks. Pool does not open til 8:30am. Overall not a good experience.

Newly renovated and most importantly..clean! I was a little concerned by the outer appearance of the hotel but the inside was nice. Our room was recently renovated, I assume as it was a nice clean room. The room was HUGE as well and we had a balcony with a view of the skyline tower and were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony. Definitely recommend and will return.

Nice and clean hotel no more than 10 min walk from the falls. Big rooms with confortable beds.

Great hotel in an excellent and convenient location of the city. What bothered me a bit was the pungent odor of the pool.

Asked for extra towels and a pillow, got the towels but not the pillow , but other than that the stay was great. Friendly staff and helpful

Clean and central to popular spots. I parked my car Friday night and didn't drive again until we left on Sunday. We walked everywhere. Perfect!

The staff was polite everytime we talked to them. The room was adequate but needs a refresh. The beds were good and we slept well. The indoor pool had a strong chlorine order which usually means a high urine content. The jacuzzi was green and nasty. There is no change rooms so come dressed to swim. Overall for the price it was adequate. It was so close to the falls, restaurants and shops. Please, please, please clean up the pool and jacuzzi, then I would give 4 stars for the price.

Overall room was clean. I felt it was not fair that there was a charge for parking. I also, did not like that we had to check-in late because the rooms were not made up until 3-4pm when checkout is at 11am. Also, for such a known company the room did not have a fridge and we had to use our outside balcony to keep our drinks cold. The adjoining door did not lock and I felt unsafe that the other room had access to our room. Luckily that the people staying beside us were family members. The pool and hot tub was not clean.

We had a great experience while staying here. The rooms were a good size and very clean, beds/pillows were very comfortable and the rooms had balconies, which is a great feature! Lots of things to do within walking distance. We will stay here again.

The front desk staff was polite & efficient. They provided us with Band-Aids and a toothbrush that we forgot to pack. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Excellent location. We walked to the falls, casino, restaurants, etc. Parking is $20 a d spots fill up fast, if you leave to go out, you may have a difficult time finding another parking spot. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Beautiful view from our room of the Casino and the Skyline. The beds were amazingly comfy and the room was clean. The housekeepers even came by and asked if we needed more towels. The lady at the check in desk gave us 3 beds instead of just two which was amazing. The room was very specious and I will definitely be back to visit again! Thanks Best Western for the amazing stay!

To be honest everything about this hotel is great, Great pool and hot tub, and a nice little gym next to the pool room, decent temperature, clean, and nice bathroom. But a big problem was the beds.. The mattress was way too soft sinking mattress and the sheets and covers were terrible, and the pillows were AWFUL.. Way too soft and I couldn't fall asleep easily. And the tv should have something other than just Tv channels, Most TV's have YouTube on them, that would've been nice if there was YouTube. Other than all that there was nothing else bad at all with the hotel. I recommend getting a better bed though and better tv.

We had a great time. Nice big rooms, clean and no fridges but still workable. The I Hop restaurant has an assorted menu for all ages. The pool was ready and willing to be used. Friendly staff that is willing to help when needed. Close to all amenities (Casino, restaurants, shopping and a small walk to the falls).
