We get into our room . There was a piece of cardboard taped to the bottom of the door.There was a 4 inch gap. Bugs or small rodents could get in no problem plus our TV didn't work. I brought it to the managements attention twice. The response was do you really need a TV. Well of course at $160.00 a night. So they moved us to another room . The TV worked but we received only 1 channel. I would definitely not recommend this motel to anyone. They are lucky to receive 1 star

If only Google reviews had a 0 rating. I would definitely click on it. Cable doesn't work. AC doesn't work. Wifi is in the bunker so you can't really get signals into the room. Filthy beds. If you are planning to stay even a single night DONT COME HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. I do not have any vendetta but this hotel is not a good experience.

Never come to this motel. The owner is Punjabi and the worst people I have seen in my life. I lost my key in the middle of the night around 3:30 am and then there was nobody there to help then the guys came after I had been calling them for an hr and then he ask for 200$ deposit for a key in the night.

We stayed at this motel yesterday with family, it’s great location but my goodness it was really really dirty! Their bed sheets are dusty and found some hair, seems like not being changed and it doesn’t smell fresh, also the bathroom room not cleaned who knows for how long, hair in the bath tub and sink. We give the kids a bath and after that walk on their carpet without shoes and it looks terrible, Wifi said it’s available but from the time we checked in until we left couldn’t even connect. I guess that’s how much we got for a night stayed of $178😏 I would like to put some pictures as proof but I don’t know how, don’t want to recommend this place to anybody at all. Doesn’t show as what it looks like on the advertised pictures online.

Amazing motel I love the details and how the rooms are furnished nicely. Very friendly owners who won’t stop at anything to get you what you want. The walls look like they’re freshly painted and the beds are fixed up very nicely . And the wifi is just perfection the signals are so clear. I would definitely come back here again . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only benefit of this motel its close to attractions. I won't be recommending this motel to anyone we stayed 4 nights no house keeping, you had to repeatedly ask for towels never got any, the day before we left I asked for towels took her 20 mins and she gave us 2 towels between 5 people. One staff was rude to my husband about a check out misunderstanding wouldn't listen to him and yelled at him to get out. One of the days I watched the house keeping women change a room after guest left she didn't bother changing the bottom sheet only the top sheet and pillow cases purely disgusting 🤮🤮 Air conditioning didn't work and TV didn't work I give it 1⭐ cause the roof didn't leek I will not be recommending this motel to anyone it was gross. They need to spend some money on it.

What you would expect for a 2 star motel I guess. Bedding had holes and stains and so did the carpet. Holes in the walls and one in the bathroom ceiling and the wifi did not work. AC worked and helped remove the slight funky smell of the place. I did not see any bed bugs but I’m not surprised it has been mentioned in other reviews (older reviews mostly so they might have gotten it fixed). The outlets were also a problem, some you couldn’t plug into without the cord immediately falling out. The staff were kind, it looks like a family runs the place. I only stayed one night and would probably only return if they get their wifi to actually reach into guest’s rooms and if they get new bedding and carpet. Their price was really cheap which was nice especially if you would rather spend your money on excursions and don’t care so much about where you sleep.

this was the most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed at. as soon as i walked in i noticed the disgusting smell coming from the carpet. there were dead bugs and moths everywhere. the main lightbulb didn't work and the lamp didn't work either. the tv wouldn't turn on. there was a urine stain on the bed i was sleeping on and i only noticed in the morning. there were red smudges on one of the windows and we have no way of telling what they were. the wifi wasn't working and when we went to tell the manager about this he argued with us. he was talking to us in a rude manner and he claimed to be a professional business man but he was standing behind the office desk talking to me in night clothes… he told us it only worked outside and so that caused every person in the motel to stand outside at night (2am) and make unnecessary noise, which was especially annoying for us as we were catching an early 8 hour flight that morning. The wifi didn’t even work outside either. there was no toothpaste, the toilet was disgusting and the towels smelled like they hadn't been washed for months. we were all bitten by bed bugs and mosquitos. all the good reviews are fake. there were red and black stains on the shower curtain. This place is so close to downtown, great rooms, excellent and very friendly staff. The kids loved the pool. I don't think we will be staying anywhere else when we return to the falls. I recommend this motel to anyone. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful home away from home.

Comfy beds amazing air conditioning for hot days pool heater wasn't used but it was cold for the hot days making it better great prices

Searching most reasonable price for a motel room downtown Niagara Falls during high season tourism I found Oasis. Friendly personal customer service , impeccably clean rooms, fresh linens spacious two queen sized beds air conditioner TV ( which I haven’t turned on yet ) microwave, bar fridge ( no kettle or coffee maker ) . Modest yet well maintain property with a swimming pool lovely to take a dip cool down relax. 3 minute walking distance to Clifton Hill midway and popular sights activities not far from the falls. This is a family friendly motel and economical for business traveller on a budget.

As we booked for 3 bed in one room for six people but at check-In they told they don't have the room which we booked, how it's possible that if reserved room is not available and than they alloted us 2 different rooms that also not besides to each other, up and down...I would recommend you guyz first confirm the room by phone than book. Very bad service and We cannot believe this hotel any more....

I would highly recommend this Motel . We had a great three night stay . The beds were great had a relaxing & good sleep . Also far enough away from the noise on Clifton Hill & great exercise , pleasant staff & would come back to stay again real soon.

Great accommodations for the price. steps from clifton hills. Its very dated but it was clean, fresh linens, working tv and cable. comfy bed and pillows too! Ac unit in the room. ours stopped working around 1045 pm and we went and got the owner and he came out and fixed it right away. Great experience. We did not use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. 10/10 Will stay again.

Horrible, called in to ensure a smooth check in due to disability and have a service dog. They advised me no pets which is fine although I advised it’s not a pet and he’s exempt under the no pets. I offered to provide his papers as proof he’s a registered service dog, and explained turning me away would be a direct violation of my human rights and the disability act they stated they understood and they didn’t care then proceeded to tell me no pets. This is absolutely appalling in this day and age to discriminate against someone with disabilities!

The positive is the price and their leniency with the number of guests you can have per room. The price was also very reasonable for two rooms on a Saturday night. They have a pool that is available to use as well. The bed sheet looked clean but my body was itching when I was trying to sleep. The carpet in the right side of my bed was wet. The AC was a two in one and it was very old. It worked as it is supposed to but I think the wetness was from the AC. The TV was super old and small, I didn't even bother turning it on. There was a mini fridge that worked which was nice. The Carpet was a dark green color as to not show any marks but it felt mildly sticky and mildly wet when walking on it. The washroom had soup and towels which was nice. The tap water was coming way too fast and was hard to find the right temperature. Shower was old and not relaxing. There were no carpets or anything like that on the floor of the washroom.

Quite dated, lots of opportunity for improvement. The smell of curry was overwhelming and a big put off. The bed was comfy

Location, location, location. Amazing location! Close to the falls within minutes from all the fun at Clifton Hill. Great price and very nice and clean for a motel! Great stay. The managers running the property are very nice and welcoming. Will be back!

Prices are the best thing here. Great for just staying a night, and need a place to crash for the night.

Just want to start by saying mad respect to my Jamaican brother who attended my family and myself like we were family !!! Second I’ve never seen a motel like this so clean we had to combine the two beds without them knowing and not one spec of anything on the carpet im not even exaggerating smells nice in the rooms fresh clean . Third the location is perfect can walk to everything and last I recommend this Motel to all who are weary about Motels ! Peace love to all and don’t forget to vote Conservative!!

It's a decent, pocket friendly place to stay for a night or two. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean. Just a bit more cleanliness was expected for the washroom. Still it's okay..

Great location, short walk to the falls and all major attractions on Clifton Hill. It's a little rundown and dated but, you get what you pay for. Has a small pool that was recently renovated, but is only open a few hours a day. Overall had a nice stay here.

IT IS A BUDGET MOTEL! If you are looking for an up-to-date hotel, this isn't it. HOWEVER, if you are looking for an inexpensive place in a GREAT LOCATION, that is clean and secure, go for it. For our family the beds were good, the AC worked, and the shower had great pressure - what more to need for a place to sleep? Other - super easy walking to all things touristy. Full disclosure, the wifi was pretty bad, but hey, it is an old-fashioned motel. Good for the kids to experience from time to time😉

I stayed here for a couple nights in August 2023. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, and only a block from the top of Clifton Hill and all the attractions. VERY nice people who accommodated my need for a ground floor room due to bad knees. Lundy's/Ferry St and tons of restaurants & fast-food minutes away. Skylon 4 min drive or 15 min walk. If you mainly need a decent room to sleep & shower in to prepare for your days enjoying the Falls attractions, this might be the place.

I have visited so many places and stayed in different hotels but when it comes to value of money , this is the best experience, walking distance to attractions and very nice and clean. Good check in experience and nice staff.

HORRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! not even my worst enemy. bed bugs everywhere and i’m allergic to insect bites. my whole body is swollen. not to mention there was urine stain on the mattress and dead bugs smeared all over the walls. we were promised free wifi however there wasn’t any. when i mentioned the issue to the manager, i was told to stand outside if i really needed the wifi... poor customer service. manager wanted to seem professional however he was wearing pyjamas all day long.

There were bedbugs in room 9 as of June 15, 2023. There was one on my leg when I woke up and I had some bites. Pretty much ruined the trip.

Stayed here one night and found brown streaks and other stains in the sheets the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Woke up in the middle of the night to raccoons crawling in the attic over my bed.

The door lock was broken... I was not able to lock the door properly. The heating fan was broken too. I bought a small fan heater to be able to survive during the night!
