I had a valid reservation last night 25May for 1 night with for my wife and I. I was told that I was good and even gave my credit card information for the reservation. We were told to just show up before midnight and we were good. I showed up at 11:10 or 11:15 with no one at the front desk and the security police were absolutely useless in helping. My name was not on the lockbox and I was forced to look for a hotel at midnight for my wife and I. I found one at the Holiday Inn Express and ended up paying $128. TWICE AS MUCH!!!! When I went to the location today, the next morning the employee who made my reservation was absolutely clueless as to why she forgot and didn’t reserve it. First off, that’s her job and she needs to be good at her job or else she needs to lose that job. She just made excuse after excuse for it. Also, I left two voicemails and never heard back. So was I just supposed to guess as to what happened?!?! I was told that I would get reimbursed for the $60, but I think it would be fitting if you would at least reimburse my $128 hotel bill. I have stayed with previous Air Force Inns throughout the country and had no issue before. This is absolutely unacceptable and you’ve lost my business. I would understand if there was a reason why the reservation didn’t go thru, but your employee couldn’t give an answer

Friendly and rooms were very clean. Furniture was modern and tasteful. Beds clean and sheets were fresh, along with the pillows. Alcohol is sold at the front desk as well as other snacks. Laundry is free and the washers and dryers are new. Quiet and relaxing. Large fireplace in the lobby. Picnic tables outside. Free WiFi and refrigerators to keep your drinks cold. Microwaves are also in the rooms. Ceiling fans over the bed(s).

The amenities in the room were great. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The area around billeting is quiet and you’re able to open the windows for fresh air. The thing the baffled me was the mask policy. Everyone is required to wear a mask whether fully vaccinated or not on base, yet none of the employees working the front desk had masks on. I encountered four different people working the front desk and none of them had masks on. The other odd thing is that they don’t provide you a confirmation number when you make a reservation. Overall, great price for the location.

We enjoyed ourselves while here. We had a long road trip and stopped to get a room for the night while visiting the falls. Room was a little small for 4 compared to what we are use to getting at an Air Force Inn but we were relaxed and had a nice place to sleep.

Great place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls, small exchange nearby for forgotten toiletries and beverages. The rooms are nice, well decorated. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars is someone else dirty towel hanging in the bathroom🤢. Makes one wonder about cleaning practices, BUT all in all a great room for the price.

Can beat the price. When it's not a drill weekend, the hotel is quite. Room was comfortable and up to date. The base services are only open during the week, unless it's a drill weekend. Close enough to Niagara falls to make it worth staying here to save money.

Clean rooms on a nice base. Wish they had more food options on base, but there's good takeout nearby. Would be nice if they had breakfast like the Navy Lodge. Great value for the area.

A great place to stay, clean and comfortable, inexpensive, and only a few miles to the falls. No daily room cleaning but if you need anything like soap, towels etc. just call the receptionist. You will be happy you stayed here!

So this is my second stay at the Air Force Inn Lodging on the Niagara Air Reserve Station but I was not able to leave a review the first time because I had to leave in the middle of the night but this second time I have the opportunity. So I have read some negative reviews & they kinda bothered me. First & Foremost let me say as a 100% Service Connected Disabled Veteran from the minute I pulled up to the Gate & the multiple times I have come through it so far this weekend & stay in which I am still currently here as I am typing this I have been highly respected & have been spoken with kindness & courtesy so I want to SALUTE the Security Guards at the Gate for there warm welcoming. Next I also wanted to SALUTE Steven over in the Base Visitor Center for answering some questions & kindly conversing with me over the phone even prior to arriving at the Base as Him & I spoke early morning around 6am & I arrived around 6pm with my 13 Year Old Son & so there was a warm welcoming before I even got to the Base over a phone conversation. Next I want to SALUTE the Air Force Inn Niagara Lodge because as soon as my Son & I walked through the door we were welcomed with open arms. The Facility is Clean & Organized, The Room is Clean & Organized & everything I hear people complaining about weather No Hot Water, No Water Pressure, No AC, Etc. for My Son & I we have had NO PROBLEMS & are VERY SATISFIED. Everything has been GREAT. I mean I did come across one Solider in whom was a little grumpy but he had nothing to do with anything for he was just another guest at the Inn, LOL so that is nothing to take away from the Base, Security, Niagara Lodge nor Visitor Center & he did say he was tired so hey we all have those day’s, LOL. Not everyone is as Laid Back, Chill, Relaxed & Outgoing as Me but even I have my day’s. ANYWAY’S I JUST WANT TO SAY I am VERY SATISFIED with everything to this point & have no complaints…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫡🇺🇸…One last thing is I hear allot of people complaining about the Room Rate being $114 a night. I just want to say to those that are complaining you need to understand not only is Financial Matters & Inflation happening in the Civilian World but in the World PERIOD. Just because we are Soldiers, Veterans, Etc. doesn’t mean that we are excluded from what is happening in the world. If you look at Hotels as a Civilian what I was paying $100-$150 for within the last 2-3 Years those same Hotels are now charging $200-$300 a night. We have it Good weather you want to believe it or not. 🫡
