I put only 2 stars because it wasn't the best experience ever. The place was dirty in all three of our rooms and you can hear everyone everywhere I personally felt like someone else was in the room but it was just the neighbour. And We personally feel that just because we pay less for a room, compared to other inns, hotels, or motels doesn't mean it has to be so dirty and not maintained. Having to pay less doesn't mean you can't upkeep broken things such as the window screen, or stains on the sinks, TVs that don't work or have bugs coming out of the tubs. The only real positive thing I would have to say is that the staff was really friendly. And I hope management can take time and money to at least fix one room at a time.

Came for an occasion nearby during the summer. The experience was exceptionally pleasant. Nothing fancy, air conditioning at hand, electric mini-stove should you feel like cooking, fridge and microwave, some television. Bed was comfy and clean. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Home away from home. Delightful swimming pool. Modest breakfast, but would not mind considering the light juice for all and a fair breakfast with all that sunshine poring into the breakfast area and good surrounding. Definitely recommend and looking forward for Rockwell to take care of my future stays in Niagara Falls again.

So many cockroaches . The AC is so dirty probably has not been cleaned in forever. To think all of the money to take from people at some point you would've updated something. It looks nothing different from when it was the flamingo in... Absaloute trash ... Can't even give people a decent place to live in or stay.... If you are from out of town .. skip this there are others in the area that maintain cleanliness for same price or cheaper and without sleeping with roaches .. .

If I could give it a zero I would! I had done quite a bit of research and the reviews were hit and miss so my friend and I thought let's give it a try We were in the room for about 20 minutes before we decided we were not staying! The air conditioner didn't work the jacuzzi tub leaked the bathroom was missing light bulbs The rooms are painted a dark purple so even with all the lights on you could barely see. We did ask about changing a room and when we went to go look at another room I was in absolute shock! There are people living here on a monthly basis and growing weed plants outside their room there was broken glass the pool was closed so we got a refund and found somewhere else for the weekend

It's dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. The sheets were not clean. Thank God we had our own. The beds were so messed up. If we didn't have have toppers for the bed we would have never slept.. the noise was nuts. The people using drills and saws all night. Horns honking and people whom have no manners slamming doors all day and night. No respect what so ever. Wow the dirt was nuts. I mopped the floor the water was black has the ace of spades. The people who own it. Need to grow a brain stem. Only good for dirty immergrents. The place from Hell.

I recently spent 1 month amazing nights here with my wife, and I have to say We are beyond impressed it was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. We were on our family reunion trip.and we had the big room and it was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel they make you feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time and the price is unbeatable. This is a low key hotel that we had amazing experience at. Thank you so much I will highly recommend you to all my friends and customers.

Jacuzzi suite only 1 bath mat no towels. Mold around tub. It took 55 mins to fill the first time . Hotel staff only works 9am to 9pm just a very dated place will never go back

I stayed here in early June, late May. And I got to say it was much to be desired. Lamp shade in our room kept falling down with the slightest pressure, TV was very small, stove had rust on it, everything was unplugged and when we plugged everything back in, there was half eatten cookies and crumbs and god knows what behind the TV stand that the house cleaning never picked up. It’s like they did the cursory cleaning that Customers would see but definitely did not go above and beyond to clean areas that was too much trouble. We ended up going through the place and re cleaning everything. Plus the pool outside hadn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. There was garbage and debris floating in the water. At least the A/C worked. So was good to get out of the heat but everything else was much to be desired.

Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights. The breakfast is also good. For my experience every thing went good.

I read some pretty nasty reviews about this place after booking it. Compared to others, our room wasn't terrible. Front desk was nice and the room was ready at 3. The room was definitely outdated, old furniture, old beds. Beds were made and appeared clean for the most part, but none of the linens matched so it looked sketchy. The bathroom was very old and run down, but clean and worked. Shower only had 2 options, cold and colder. The AC, fridge, and microwave in our room all worked. The TV however did not work at all and the WiFi was off and on. Overall, we were only there to sleep so considering our room was in okay shape it wasn't terrible to spend a night for the price. However, I probably wouldn't stay here again.

******BED BUGS****** I worked a day of work today and I will never go back!! Save yourself from the bugs!!! The cheap deals is NOT worth it!! Pay the extra 20-30$ for a nice clean room. I am a very thorough cleaner, I scopped up rotten food and stuff that had clearly been sitting there for awhile. The cleaning these people have been doing is disgusting! Check under your beds I'm sure it will be packed with dust or even old food from the previous people who stayed there. They're super unsanitary. The room they have all your towels, linens and cleaning supplies definitely have rats living in there, its so messy and smells so bad! I'd be so upset to spend even 10$ for a room to come home with bugs. If you see the "handy man" with some sort of spray its for bed bugs and he even said today "watch out lots of bugs"! Even all the linens have stains and blood all over them from the bed bugs! They're only nice because they want your money, don't be fooled!

Ehhh is how is describe this inn😑. I had an emergency through the pandemic. None of the big chains were open so there were few options. I’m happy to have been dry and clean for the night but here’s what I had to deal with. Noisy people hanging out front of your door and above and generally noisy till cops show up. Car alarms going off until maybe 4-5 am and then everything was chill. Slept on some weird stuff so stole the other beds blankets and sandwiched on why I thought we’re good surfaces. I mean it’s outdated and 2/4 lights including the bathroom were half working and actually turned sideways front the wall. Bathtub had to be washed before using. Cold floors on the bottom level. Internet was included but to slow with 30 people on it. So it’s good if your in need of a room imidiatly late at night when no one else is open. But my goodness it’s good to be back to my apartment that’s 5 stars compared. I have a microwave it’s my first one it was free and I didn’t even want it but it’s handier to have than not like this place you get a stove and a sink which is ugly put together pipes and cords exposed from the wall and generally just in poor shape...
