Very clean and accessible! Like that this is a short walk to the falls and within a quiet area of town. The place is very charming and only a couple of minutes to all the amenities (shoppers, tim hortons, dollarama) as well as there are nice restaurants nearby. Love that this place is clean and the breakfast is amazing (thanks very much Sarah!). I can say that this is better than staying in a hotel (if youre not gambling and would only want to see the falls). Would recommend this and we will be staying again when were in town!

We've been so happy with our stay here so far. Our room, the Covington, is beautiful, comfortable, and clean. This morning's breakfast was truly outstanding, absolutely delicious, and our hostess was friendly and cheerful, with recommendations for what we might like to see, today. The jacuzzi tub was delightful. Five out of five stars from us, for sure.

I loved my stay at this Bed and Breakfast. The included breakfast is so yummy & tasty! Everything was clean & the rooms were charming. The owner- Sarah- is so kind and accommodating. My flight was much later than normal check out, and even though there was someone staying in my room the next day, she let me stay in a different room until I had to leave for my flight. The location is great- a 10 minute walk from the falls! This is the best place to stay if you are coming to Niagara Falls.

Sarah and Alan were so incredibly nice and made us feel welcome right away. Acacia B&B is located super close to everything (the Falls, Clifton Hill attractions, the casino & waterpark, great shopping and dining, etc) that we easily walked anywhere we wanted to go. We didn’t even need to bring a car, but plenty of parking was available if you need it. The rooms were immaculate, very clean and beautiful. My wife is very particular about room cleanliness and she was VERY happy; she kept commenting to me about how super thorough their cleaning job was. Breakfasts were always delicious and beautifully presented. We tend to eat a lot, and plenty of food was provided. Sarah and Alan went out of their way to make our wedding anniversary special. When we needed any assistance, Sarah and Alan went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect! You are treated like family here! My wife and I highly recommend Acacia Bed and Breakfast; we will definitely be back when we come to Niagara Falls again! If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing location (with upscale amenities and wonderful hosts) to stay within walking distance to The Falls/Clifton Hill area (all the good stuff!), you’ve found the right place!

LOVED this B&B! Best deal in town, included nice hot breakfast, free parking, and a jacuzzi tub. Close location, only a 5 min walk to the old casino, but nestled on a quiet tree-lined street perfect to relax after an exciting day. The hosts were very attentive, private room was cute and comfy. I'll definitely stay again when I'm in town

This place is very peaceful and clean. Sarah is very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't realize that we were literally 5 minutes away from downtown and Niagara Falls. We would definitely come back. Sarah also gave us good tips on places to go while here

Very nice B&B, close both to the city center and the waterfalls (not more than 5 min by walk), in a quiet street. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi available. The host are very kind and friendly, and offer a great tipical breakfast, tasty and well presented. Very satisfied.

During our first stay at the Acacia Bed and Breakfast, we were treated to superb service and accommodations. The Acacia is located a few steps away from the falls and the main tourist area. We came on a long weekend with perfect weather for doing the usual things we have heard about, the Maid of the Mist, the falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake and plenty of walking. After our daily trips, we relaxed on the newly renovated deck with a glass of wine before going out for dinner. My wife tried the jacuzzi which was such a treat because everything was so clean. Our breakfasts were so nice, too. Chaesun treated us to a wonderful meal of crepes and an Asian omelet. Gordon provided all the information we needed and he spent some time with us at breakfast telling us stories about the region and giving suggestions about local things that we could do that would maximize our time in the region. We ended up on our final evening eating at the Old Winery where there was a jazz band and then this was topped off with a fireworks display from our bedroom window. This was the perfect 3 day getaway compared to our usual stays in hotels. Congratulations to the hosts who really go out of their way to serve their guests. We'll tell our friends and come back soon.

Thank you so much for your hospitality. We really enjoyed our stay there. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. Many thing had been provided (shampoo, soap, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, slippers, etc.). Susan and Alan had been very accommodating for our early check in and late check out, and even late breakfast.
